How sad that you would not only wait this long to address the situation but then lie and defame a customer that until  that fateful day was always treated warmly and behaved in kind to your staff.  But I get it, you're sticking up for the people you know.  Now you've chosen to accuse me of stealing.  I came in with 220 and I left with that amount.  Again, unbelievable that you're still in business being unkind to people who simply chose to support you as neighbors.  As for your ban, I would not shop your store again because there are decent people out there and I don't have to rely upon your poorly run operation but the grandchildren think I'm cool now.  As for making your pregnant worker upset, I can assure you that she was quite enjoying her passive aggressive behavior.  I wish you all well but this is a really sad immature response filled with falsehoods to deflect the fact that this was handled terribly.  I guess I'm not surprised seeing how you are okay having your brand be repped by people who are not kind nor able to conduct simple  math transactions. As a grandmother, I would also ask you to consider what you yourself would have said to someone who accused you of wrongdoing and did not want to give you your own money back.  I tried to leave and go elsewhere calmly but when I had to fight for my own money that was a lot to accept.  I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this one.

My favorite weed shop! Super nice staff and great prices

Just want to give credit where credit is due. I come here once every few weeks and it's the only shop I patronize because it's consistent, and consistency is king for me.  Always greeted with a smile and checked in very quickly. The staff is always upbeat and kind, they also give great recommendations and work with whatever budget you have.  There's zero pressure, and it's always clean and fresh. Kudos to the owner, met you once and I can completely see why this shop runs at such a high level.  And kudos to the staff for upholding standards every day. You guys are amazing.

I made it to the shop 5 mins before closing and everyone was so friendly and quickly helped me. I was in and out in 2 mins and got exactly what i went for.

This is the best dispensary I've ever been to! The staff are so incredibly nice and knowledge! They always have running deals of the day/week/month and it's always something different which is so cool! Highly recommend coming here

I absolutely love this place! I can't say enough about their customer service and how they go above and beyond. I had a broken cartridge once and they not only sent out a replacement immediately but they sent out a gift as well for the inconvenience. Talk about customer service in a time when businesses are ruling the world. All of their items I've ever gotten have been of the highest quality and the lowest price. I really appreciate being able to get my medicine at such an affordable rate. I used to go to many other dispensaries but will now only be going to the reefinery!

It's been a couple of months since my last review. Since then, the manager has reached out to me and assured me that the mask issue had been addressed. I've been back a few times since and have been happy with the precautions the staff I've seen have been taking. Thanks Mari!

Although the staff was super friendly, we came in to purchase the special deals that we saw advertised (~$33 for a quarter) and we were taxed incredibly high for 2 quarter. We asked for the highest concentrated and we got 1% thc. Also, one of our packages was full of stems. We paid extrenely high prices sbd got ripped off

This dispensary is great! I've been to many,  the bartenders level of professionalism and knowledge in addition to the clean environment, make it my favorite!

Never been to a refinery before, got a 15% discount for it being my first visit and everyone was so nice and helpful. The team there has it down to a science asking me what i planned to do after smoking to get an idea on what type i should get. It was much appreciated for someone so inexperienced as myself.

Without a doubt Bijan is the best budtender I've ever had!!! The atmosphere of Reefinery is one of relaxation and wonder, with decorations and deals always on point. Despite faced with a case of indecisiveness, Bijan was equipped with exemplary insight and service. His knowledge and kindness made my experience all the more efficient and enjoyable. I will DEFINITELY be back!

The Reefinery is my go to shop in LA.Clean, well organized and fully stocked with a great range of products for any price point. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and, attentive. They always make me feel as though I'm a part of the family.All-around top tier dispensary.

Hands down, my chpice. I love MedMen for many reasons and I am the mani/pedi at home, Post atea, Bottles, Minibar, Drizzly, GrubHub, Seamless, DoorDash, Thumbtack, Fiver, EatStreet, Taskeabbit, the type who will ask you without asking to run an errand for me while I put cash in your hand type, BUT, it is so worth ir every time to go here . And, what's wrong with you, you know it isn't that far. Mileage wise it's 6 miles from The Flats of Beverly Hills.

This refinery has really gone down hill. I've been shopping here for years and service is now poor, quality  down, bud tenders often now say they no nothing about most I ask for, and I was on hold 15 minutes waiting to see if they had something when I called for delivery - go somewhere else - Douglas

Classic price mismatch got charge 6$ more for a pack of edibles vs my local weho store. Sad the place is cool and the staff is friendly but do your comparison shopping before you walk in.

This has been my favorite dispensary since I quit the one I worked at. I've been coming here for a good year now. It's a little pricey but I usually don't mind if theirs good customer service and you'll there is I feel as all the bud tenders are so sweet inside but for some reason in the past 1 1/2 the girl at the front has been so rude to be for no reason. Yes I have an expired ID but it expired after the pandemic any other dispensary doesn't give me trouble like this ONE girl does. She's the blonde that works in the front she literally didn't let me in one day because of it. Then the NEXT DAY the other receptionist let me in and said that weird so the next time I came with my passport she didn't even say hi or acknowledge me. So rude!!! Mostly likely won't come in again its rude to NOT acknowledge your clients and just take their ID scan it then kick the door so it can open but not say one word to me. It was so uncomfortable. Definitely losing a client with that service

FIRST ENCOUNTER 2010-13 ish -Int - Early Medical Marijuana (That word is racist) Dispensary         Years ago, when I first got a life raft at the VA, I stumbled into some rooms, into some groups, and met some people, that were more like me, that I thought was possible.     A friend I wish I still had said he was friends with an owner of a dispensary, and given my relatively new experience with cannabis and veterans...Imagine my excitement, here they are coupled. What a grand opportunity I was afforded.     I checked-in proudly with my California Medical Cannabis and veteran identification.     It's been song long.     I went to the back with the friend I wish I still had, and he went freely to the back to inquire whether the owner was in. I took a look. I can't remember all the specifics, but I remember it feeling quite amazing. I asked a lot of questions, and the Budtender answered all of them, and informed me in a way that guided my next steps of exploration into the cultural, economic, social, legal, medical, and historical significance cannabis had on me as an individual, and us as a species and planetary organism.     Right..?     I had one pressing question, a motive actually. Intent. Purpose...and that was to promote my mixtape. I humbly asked if I could leave a few, and I was warmly welcomed to. My heart strained trying to understand. I was...still scared, cause...I only had 5 bucks. I told the Budtender, who truly lives up to the name, and for me, redefined it...     "I can't afford any cannabis, but can I leave a 5 dollar tip?     He responded..."Keep it. Pick out any strain you want, and I'll roll you a joint. On me."     I was so confused, but I managed the letters, "CBD", and I'm unsure if I mustered a please.     He rolled the joint masterfully with care and dedication to details, as craftsmen do, and handed it to me...                                                 Scene                                       Second Encounter2018-2019 - Int - Los Angeles Metro     I meet this young man on the bus, and he inquires what I'm reading; as to, what I think so far, I presume. I summarize my limited understanding quickly, and give my strong recommendation for the book, not the substance. The author has also written a very well rounded piece on cannabis, and I recommended that as well. He responded by telling me his very impressive accomplishments as a Budtender champion, and where he worked.     The Reefinery.     It was no surprise such an exceptional establishment had acquired such phenomenal talent. Since, I've longed to return to the only dispensary that ever made me feel like home.     In my humble recommendation, The Refinery continues to reinvent it's imagine, in every sense, to cater to the customer. It's very visible, with parking. The Staff from the Door man to the Owner, which I do now know, because he made it a point to get to know me, is invested in understanding. The strain selection is vast, and you will be hard pressed to find a deeper and more well rounded Budtenders in the United States of America than these.     Talk about know it alls.     They give an amazing Veteran discount, and sponsor a number of local veteran events and charities.     There is an indoor grow visible in the showroom.     How do you like them apples, for customer experience?     If you're within a 20 mile blast radius, treat yourself to a refined experience at the Reefinery.     Thank you, and drive safe.          With love,                -@bananarojo

Probably the best dispensary I've personally been to thus far. Not only in LA, but Washington, Oregon, Nevada, et al. Their selection is unbelievable! I prefer products with high CBD content, as well as topicals for pain management, and they have it ALL - edibles, patches, sublinguals, chews, even bath bombs! I picked up a lotion I hadn't seen before (pictured below), and after a long day at work it alleviated my intense back pain almost entirely in minutes. Incredible. I'll definitely be back to try more of this product line. The staff is super friendly and professional. They're happy to answer any questions, but also give you your space and time to browse, unlike some other places I've been. The shop is extremely clean, peaceful, and organized. Definitely a 5-Star place, especially for those seeking a wide array of pain management products.

I love this place. From the products to the service it's unbeatable! Juliette is amazing. She's so nice and always takes care of me. You should definitely check this place out if you haven't already.

I just wanted to review the budtender here because he DESERVES IT. He bent over backwards for me today because of all of these inventory issues they had. I was having not the best experience initially but the way they handled it really matters so thanks for your help John (I think that's his name)! And after the issues, he made sure to give me immediate attention to make sure I found what I was looking for. But the cool thing is is that he explained to me that there may be other options more suited for my needs. Interesting part is I didnt feel sold. I felt like he really was helping me find the right product for me. The Curepod by west coast cure was my final choice and I am SO happy with it. Thanks for taking the time and making it right!

I am not an expert on the different strains or potencies and I have some major doubts about all the CBD hype... but as your average consumer looking for a product to help with sleep or get a little high, this place is awesome.The people are all SO friendly, from the guard out front to the guy checking IDs to the people giving you advice and cashiers.The prices seem in line or better than other places I've been.Today they were having some sort of promotional, meet-the-suppliers, Halloween-ish event.  You wouldn't have even known it from the outside but inside everyone was in costume and showing off their products.  Compared with the almost-deserted place I had been in 20 minutes earlier (that was pretty poorly stocked and did not have the chocolate sleep aid I was looking for), this place looked like a county fair on Halloween.  There may have only been 12 to 15 people inside (never more than 8 customers) but they were handing out tickets for the food trucks out front and just sort of having a good time.In fact, the super-sweet cashier had not given us any of our complimentary tickets (to use at the food trucks) when we were inside so came running out to the parking lot to give them to us.

High quality flower and edibles for a reasonable price, always a guard on duty outside, and an immaculate bathroom for customers.  The staff is extremely friendly and will always recommend the best deals.  Honestly one of my favorite dispensaries here in the valley!

Out of all the locations in LA, The Reefinary is my preferred one. The selections here are amazing and their products are top shelf. Staff here is also very friendly and welcoming which is definitely a plus when trying to figure out what you want and need from a shop. The environment is up to par and clean. Every time i purchase something from here all my friends finish all the flower! Whatever your need is, this place has it no doubt. Sometimes i dont even choose what i want and ask them what they recommend. Its like a box of amazing chocolate, everything just blows your mind.

I came across the Reefinery through Weed Maps and I'm so happy I did. The experience was very easy and efficient. Everyone was knowledgeable on the products and offered helpful insight and opinions. I don't live locally but will definitely make the drive back!

Sooooooooo overpriced.  Half gram honey vape for $70???? Really?? I can get a full gram for the same price anywhere else. Not to mention the long lines, poor location and bare shop. Why would I shop here when there are so many good options right around the corner that won't over charge me?

Been popping in occasionally to the Reefinery since the place opened. Local Sherman oaks establishment that's a nice clean store with great products and friendly customer service. Also taking great precautions so shopping is safe. Now it's time to skin up!

The Reefinery is hands down the best place for all your cannabis/cbd needs. Their product specialists will always try their best to provide you with in-depth breakdowns to ensure you get the products that will work best for you, while still providing some of the most cost effective choices on the market. The atmosphere of the shop really helps create an inviting space there with its deeply saturated hues and wooden tones, along with their specialty edison bulbs. Went here on customer appreciation day and must say the chicken sandwich truck outside was DANK! Definitely one of the more professional shops ive been to. The budtenders know their product and knew exactly which CBD tincture would help my mom with her chronic pain. I didnt know anything about full spectrum or ratios and i left the shop knowing more than I could research online. Thank you guys for all your help!

LOVE this shop! They have everything I need from topicals to edibles and flower. Everything is lab tested so I know I'm getting a quality product. Super classy interior and really nice employees. I like that they have a parking lot and that the shop is very easy to get to.

Really cool spot. Passed by it a bunch of times and didn't even know it was a dispensary just thought it could be a cool bar that I should try haha. Then a friend recommended it so I went in. Everyone was so nice!! This was a great experience. Had to get my 93 yr old mother CBD:THC drops. They even have a senior discount. She had been prescribed opioids for far too long. This place truly saved her life. She wouldn't eat was 80 pounds and in pain. She is now so much better.

My experience at this dispensary was the exact opposite of the one that my vivid imagination had created. Think "Cheech and Chong" or "Dazed and Confused".It's bright and light with a receptionist greeting you upon entering the lobby. Once inside the main part of the shop, it's serene, clean, and well stocked with all varieties of product. Friendly and professional staff are ready at the window counter to assist you with finding the best natural remedy for your medical needs. I think it's the atmosphere and level of customer service that sets this establishment apart from others like it. Special offers and a loyalty program for repeat customers. They even have an ATM if you are short on cash. Easy to find location and ample parking.

I'm usually not one to write yelp reviews unless it actually applies. I've came to this location 2 times, and both time felt like everything I was saying was going through one ear and out the other. We get you work at a dispensary and are probably high majority of the time, but at least be knowledgeable about your damn products, I felt like I was more informed on the differentiation between thc/cbd sativa/indica than anyone there. Not to mention super pricy. Won't be coming here again. (Which sucks for them cause I usually spend a pretty penny on bud) work on your customer service skills guys!

It bothers me that I won't be doing business with this dispensary anymore because I used to like coming here. In September 2019, I bought some Dr. Norm's cookies from this dispensary and noticed that I purchased it past the best by date. I wanted to get a fresher batch because I wasn't sure if the cookies would taste stale or lose any flavor. The employees allowed me to speak to the manager and I asked if I could exchange it for a newer/fresher batch. He said that I could. However, they would have to wait until someone would pick up my returned item and they got a delivery from their supplier for the cookies. Manager said that it would take a week and I agreed. They took my number, receipt, and the old batch. I went on my way.Two weeks go by and they had not reached out. I called to ask what was up and they told me to visit the dispensary to meet with the manager. Manager didn't seem to remember at first until I explained further. We had the discussion again and he said that he guaranteed that the new arrival would come in a week or two. They gave me a 15% discount and I used it to buy more edibles and went on my way. Then, a month goes by. I visit the dispensary again. It was my birthday and I was hoping that I would be able to take a batch home. Same conversation. Was guaranteed an arrival for new packages and still no replacement.I'm pretty fed up that they just took my money. I've been going to another dispensary for my purchases. Employees are kind here but this was just a bad experience and waste of my time.

The bud tender Izzy helped me find everything I need and even helped me find a deal so I could get everything I needed within a specific price point. It was even cheaper than I thought it would be and for good product too.

Interesting and random story how we found this place earlier this evening...small parking lot maybe 6 cars at the most we were lucky plenty of parking, wanna be intimidating security guard don't make a warm welcome from the moment you park..walked in polity welcomed by front desk, process was pretty quick to check in and inside it's very dark but not dark very unhappy vibe and I guess that's a reefinery look !?! I personally think it needs lighting inside it's very depressing vibe...staff are behind a counter with all the products behind ready to take your order and check out, felt like in n out.!! Lol All the products are on display inside what look like a jewelry shop display and they do have a lot of products available at faire price. Staff don't come on the floor to help you have to go every time to the window to add items before check out and be ready with plenty of cash they don't take debit card and extremely heavy taxes way to much tax and i think the owner of the place is overtaxing feeding greedy pockets.!!! ( I don't know the owner)but totally felt like unprofessional run establishment.products and pre rolls were great but we got 4 1/8 of different strain and it's was dry and packaged 10 months ago...and at check out no military discount were offered to me or my husband where other cannabis club honor 15% veteran discount !!

This  dispensary is one of the best in all of Los Angeles.  The inventory is great...they carry Level...CBD BLEND vape...only dispensary that does around LA!.....very hard to come by.  The staff is very knowledgable and helpful!. Highly recommende The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and I'm going on they just want to help you and I love going there. Highly recommended!

These guys are greedy and super expensive. Red Moon is just down the street. They actually work for your business. I bought a $27 w/tax mixed bomber joint that wouldn't light and they refererred me to the manufacturer instead of making it right with a couple of grams.   There are to many good and far cheaper options out there to have to deal with these type of greedy people.

I have to have to change my review, but that wouldn't be fair to those who trust yelp to help guide a way to spend your disposable income. It's a Decent dispensary; used to be my favorite actually, but all good things come to an end. Still a decent store, but rather spend at a dispensary that not only stands behind their product, but behind their CUSTOMER. A lot of pot shops shut down and seem to change hands often, and that's where things get very tricky. I don't know if they have changed hands, but management should always want to help the customer and be as transparent as possible when selling medical products.

This place used to be better I just got an 8th there and first of all all there jars smell the same they smell like crap second of all I asked for pine for straight og this blonde girl gave me brown crap I m never coming here again there flower sucks I dunno about anything else at this place but there flower is horrible this place is for those ppl who don't know shit about good flower

First shop I came to once I turned 21 & I can't believe some of the products they offer here everything is tested very high thc and never disappoints with anything I purchase here if you're in the valley please come down and check out this shop great customer service to the fullest

My next cigarette will be my first cigarette. My next full beer or hard liquor drink will also be my first one (have had some sips before). I'm not a stick in the mud, I just don't like certain activities/products. I've also never tried any cannabis-based products before entering this establishment, and am loathe to take prescribed opioides; however, I suffer from severe arthritis in both the knee and back, and have difficulties sleeping. So, I came into this joint (pun intended) and let them know that I'm a total noob, and why I was there. They took their time explaining different strains and products which may alleviate my symptoms. In all fairness, I am not familiar enough to rate them on the price of their products, but am rating them on the quality of both the products and service. I will definitely head back there if and when I need to do so.

This place is the absolute WORST dispensary I have EVER been to!! AND THAT SAYS ALOT being that I buy EVERYDAY a 8th at least! So I went the first day and they sold me something they said was the highest thc in my price range {$55} I got back smoked it IT WAS TRASH so the place is close I thought it was just that company I went back and asked them for a nice stain high testing indica  in my price range I was showed 22% thc .. more trash .. only one jar and was told I would have to spend $80+ tax because I want good weed WHAT?'!!!?? I have never had a issue with ANY other dispensary I tell them what I'm looking for and they get me out the door happy but this is the ONLY PLACE IN MY YEARS IF SMOKING SINCE WEED BECAME LEGAL I WALKED OUT OF WITH NOTHING  I then googled another dispensary around the corner where I walked in and got EXACTLY what I needed in my price range easily!!!! Right .5 miles away from them how sad is that!! This place is terrible honestly worst EVER they don't even have signs to show how much thc is in each weed you have to ask them and most of their weeds are low thc unless u want to spend $80 plus tax an 8th NO TY I'll go around the corner and get the fire

The Reefinery sold me moldy edibles and would not make it right.I bought a tin of Kiva Camino Midnight Blueberry sleep aid gummies on January 7, 2021. I use the product every once in awhile, when I'm having trouble sleeping. This happens to me very rarely, so I don't use it often. As a result, I hadn't used the product for quite a few weeks when I reopened the tin and found it overgrown with mold! I had used it just two times before I found the gummies covered in mold. I stored them as recommended on the tin, in a cool, dry place.I just tried to get a refund on the tin of moldy edibles today, to no avail.  I went to your shop and the lady behind the counter (who was very nice, by the way) took a look. She was surprised and quite disgusted at the mold in the tin! She took a photo and sent it to the so-called "shot caller" boss. He refused to give a refund saying it was too long ago that I bought the product, and that I "probably didn't buy it from the Reefinery anyway." Calling your heretofore loyal customers a liar is not exactly something they teach you in business school, but I digress.I definitely bought these edibles from the Reefinery. Here is a cut-n-paste of my delivery order, from January 7, 2021:Order #5155 was placed on january 7, 2021 and is currently completed.I have purchased a lot of product from the Reefinery, as it is local and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will no longer shop there. I have a good number of friends who shop there, and I will recommend they go elsewhere. Think of it a negative word-of-mouth.Honestly, for a product they sell for under $20, they're going to lose business and damage their reputation?!  It makes no sense.  As a businessman myself, it boggles my mind.  It makes me wonder, if The Reefinery is going to be sketchy on something as trivial as this, how shady is their business overall?

Completely disappointed with the attitude the people working here have. Incredibly rude and mean staff who don't care about your needs as a patient. I would recommend staying away from here because you'll be very let down. Go to the Red Moon down the block they'll actually treat you like a human being with respect.

Great inventory and customer service. This is my go-to spot for all of my CBD and cannabis needs. Each staff member is very knowledgeable about their products and recommendations and I appreciate that in a shop! Sometimes you go in not knowing exactly what you're looking for so it's awesome to have bud tenders who can steer you in the right direction.

I went in the facility to check it out myself and Can positively say this place deserves a 5 star for service and product inventory.

I love everything about this store except for their parking space. Can never park there because the driveway is too high and causes my car to scrape but I guess that's my bad ;) Service is always incredible and all the staff is super friendly. They continue to impress me with all the great deals. Stopped by tonight and got a X-Mas sweater (on the house) It's so soft and comfy. Picked up a lil Stiiizy for me (not on the house) never disapoints.

I had some friends over yesterday and they consumed all of my flower!So I jumped on Yelp looking for a new dispensary to shop at (my regular shop is now, basura) I had heard good things about The Reefinery - easy Choice to go pay them a visit.I always geek out when I visit a dispensary for the first time. You go through so many emotions;.. will they have bomb flower?.. are the budtenders coo or squarebears?.. is it another "apple-ish" dispensary? lolool.. do they have quality daily specials?I pull up and parking is kind of limited but The Reefinery's security guard does a great job of showing you available spaces. I thought that was dope.Once inside the lobby is super spacious with a fairly quick check in process.The retail space is very cool, filled with a variety of my favorite products and it's spacious!Agatha checked me out at the counter and she was super helpful and informative! I'm hella picky about my flower and edibles - she's earned my business!Found my new favorite regular shop!!

One of my favorite stores, hands down!!! Great selection and exellent staff. Apparently I need to write more even though that's really all you need to know.

Where to begin! First off, the owner is special. His welcoming staff says it all! As far as knowledge in the field of cannabis, this is the best place getting your needs met. I'm the most finicky person alive, 'I'll admit, I'm ashamed to admit that'. However I've never been disappointed with the Staff at the Refinery. Front desk girl was really nice and the decor is beautiful. Sales person was pretty rude and standoffish. I tried to ask questions about their products and see if they recommended anything and they gave one word answers and stared at my friend and I like we were dumb and inconveniencing them by trying to get any information about products. We ended up not buying anything and left since it was such an uncomfortable experience.

This is the greatest shop around Los Angeles. If you like low prices, the best flower and knowledgeable, caring budtenders you're in the right place. 👍👍👍

Great looking store front, it's kept clean and it's definitely pleasant to go in. I've seen they have deals going on all week, different products and they carry a variety of brands. I usually check Weedmaps for deals, it's easier to know, sometimes they will tell you they don't have something but the more you ask they'll find them, but they are very patient with you, and knowledgeable.
