Andy is my absolute favorite bud-tender! He is very knowledgeable of the flowers and plants world. Definitely my guy when I go for some goodies. They have chocolates, vapes, cookies - everything imaginable. Thanks Andyyyyy!!!!!

Bad customer service. I came to buy weed with my friend in the late evening. It was no one on the lobby, and security pushed my friend outside as they just did not let him wait for me in the lobby for several minutes. Very rude.

The customer service was good, but the product was absolutely terrible.  I cannot recommend this spot to anyone.   It tasted like bug spray and caused headaches

They have a feature online where you can order what you want, if you know or are not looking for something new, and can just easily pick it up.  Also, they are a legit business- the vaping rep of Southern California for CBD products was there and is the one who directed me toward purchasing a Kurvana.  They had an entire booklet on every strain of CBD cartridge you could acquire, and their choices were immense. I like Sativa ONLY. No hybrids, just straight Sativa. I'm not prone to paranoia nor do I have anxiety, so Sativa never gives me a headache or sends me into early afternoon slumber when I do not want to feel sleepy in the middle of a work day. I want to be creative and really get into the depths of my projects. I want to speak to people with that love I know I have of all things strategic planning and contract negotiation.  I chose the Amnesia, which don't word associate, because it does not cause short term memory loss- it simply gives you 100% focus. I am prone toward being ADHD all the time and everywhere, so this is a seemingly good strain for me. It's just that, I didn't feel any of those things that described it in the catalogue. I did also buy Creshendo flower, which I chose because they didn't have Candyland. It has like HELLA THC and is a pure Sativa. I am satisfied enough with it, but likely will not go for it again. I know what I like and from where I like it, but also like to learn and try new things. I like to have different strains on hand all the time because I get super bored super easily. With everything. I need a new flavor in my vape about four times per day, which causes me to be likely a top consumer of coils. New flavor, new coil, y'know?  Anyway, the people were so nice and we had a great conversation for an hour! I loved talking to those two Jewish guys! So much to say!  The place operates super smoothly and I like it. They have a huge brick and mortar and a lot of products.

Excellent customer service and selection of product. Always a pleasure to learn about the latest offerings in alternative healthcare.

Second , third and fourth visit all great.  They fucking called me to tell me when they got the herb I wanted In again. (Get some fatso aims).Best store in the valley.  Im broke  now but ready for 2020.

The budtenders were very helpful and nice! The product I received was decent but overpriced, ive had better for cheaper in the valley. The security guard was a bald asshole who got mad at me because I was a first time patient and he had already had more new patients before me I guess that's what he grumbled about. Overall a meh experience but that's not what I'm looking for in a regular shop to go to weekly.

So today is customer appreciation day but I didn't feel appreciated after my encounter with the bud tender Rue. I felt so uncomfortable when she gave me an attitude after I asked her how much a pack of pre-rolls would be. I felt like I was distrubing her by asking a question. I've been to this shop plenty of times but never received poor customer service like this before, I'm shocked to be honest. Not too sure if this is my favorite dispensary anymore smdh.

Thank you to all the staff this morning who helped me. I don't know your names because breathing in my mask was fogging up my glasses! I took 2 buses, well one there because my bus was early and I missed it and had to walk a mile to catch the 2nd one. So I was a little stressed out by the time I got to you and the gal who transferred my points was really awesome. You guys made the trip back much easier, and especially because of the rain for the next few days. I appreciate Healthy Herbal Care!

I renewed my recommendation and updated it in there system when filling out their papers last month. This month I got a text saying we no longer need to bring in the Rec with a valid ID. When I visited today the security guard was rude and when I talked to the manager he played dumb saying he doesn't have my Rec on file.

I've visited this spot twice now and I can definitely say some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a dispensary.  Even the security when you walk in is friendly and helpful. All the bud tenders have a huge knowledge on the products and are just waiting to help you. Great selection, and typical pricing for a nicer dispensary. They do a lot of great specials during the week as well though so definitely worth giving a try. I've already brought two friends to try it as well and will definitely be back for more!

Went in with a buddy who wanted to buy stuff today and I was just standing there striking up conversation while in SHOCK at the customer service we were receiving by Keyara. Knowledge and just a sweetheart. Will be coming back with my buddy simply off of her kindness, smile and performance as an employee.

Every time I come here I feel well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and very patient with all of the questions. The selection of edibles is good and their premium joints are on point. I love their points system too. Definitely recommend.

I came in recently to healthy herbal care as a first-time patient. Kacee was my bud tender. I was very concerned about the CBD products that were available and the Indica flower that was available. I do not know much about these products as I haven't been smoking for a long time. Kacee was very kind and patient took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. I felt very at home and I felt safe asking all these questions and like I wasn't rushed out of there it's like many other dispensaries that I have been to. I am definitely going to be a returning customer from now on thank you Kacee for your great work.

I think the staff is pretty friendly at the most. There is one employee in particular that sometimes comes off as rude but usually I get really good vibes from the people here. Quick to get me to the cashier and get out. Parking isn't so great but it really depends at what time you go. Most of the times I have found parking right in the front. I come here often so I enjoy the point system!

I remember several years ago and HHC was a hole in the wall but it was my hole in the wall! The first time I went in I got a deal on jack herrer.  I had limited funds, maybe $30.00, but that wasn't why I came back.  I came back because, they seemed to enjoy me and solving my concerns, as much as I enjoyed being there legal and new, for me. I remember getting off the bus no $ and stressed. There was HHC I went in, if for nothing else, to smell my hole in the walls wonderful healthy smell.  I left 20min. later with the memory of that aroma and a couple of houses joints as a "don't trip we got ya". How can you forget that? Well 2 years later I came back. Stuck in the hospital due to an infection that almost cost me my leg. Finally now that I can embide again without fear of medication mixing, I went to my hole in the wall was I in for a surprise. The front doors were the same but nothing else I'm sixty something or another, and change is not usually easy but damn! Everything is out there to touch and smell (still that wonderful smell).  Same friendly people that want to help you not a vendor.  But again excuse me, Damn! Computer pad doohickies, glass cases seamingly suspended in air.  Wow! Quite a change. No more my "hole in the wall". More a "whole in the wall" I miss my little friendly shop but thank you all for making each trip I make enjoyable, stress free, and wonderfully aromatic. 5 stars easy.

This is hands down my favorite dispensary in this area.  They have tons of flower, in every price range, and it stays super consistent.  I love being able to count on my fave products being there.  The bud tenders are so friendly and they are really great at explaining new products.  The bud tenders can walk through the store with you and I absolutely love that instead of being stuck at a counter, just trying to get you in and out ASAP.  They also allow debit cards which is super nice cause I can shop like normal and its cheaper than the bank and ATM fees.

Since I moved back to Los Angeles in August of 2017, I saw a little pot shop in the Valley, turn into the most professionally-run hands-down best weed store in Los Angeles. You guys have a pharmacy, a frequent-customer-point system, $2.50 house joints, and the coolest bud-tenders in the game.

I used to love this place before it became "recreational". This was the only place Id go to and have been for years. Well sad to say not anymore, I stopped by last week and the whole vibe was different. they didnt have what I wanted and of course no more house joints for free. didnt like the set up and this new chick helping me was annoying me reading shit off the ipad. everything i was asking for they didnt have. time to find another shop. bye hhc!!!!

I have been coming to this dispensary for over a year and lately I have not been too happy. Service appears to be getting lackadaisical and is being ran more like a DOPE HOUSE than a ligitamate Medical Business. Although when I complain the staff is willing to try and make things good ,but I have a novel idea, how about taking care of business in a PROFESSIONAL manner, do that and  you don't have to fix mistakes. Last Saturday was double loyalty points. Today is now Monday and these points have NOT been doubled yet. I do like most of the people working there but you must remember that you are a PROFESSIONAL distributor of Medicine not a local DRUG DEALER. I just might have to find a new shop. I tried to call the store for 45 minutes tonight, only to have the phone answered just a couple minutes before 8. Hearing several voices in the background I was told they were closed. Yesterday I was told they would be open, you say your open online, you have several people there when I call. I guess today was only for you guys to hang out and party, otherwise why would you even be there to answer the phone. Dishonesty and games don't sit well with this customer.

Best place ever! I'm here all the time.. They have the best value on edibles (TKOs are the best) and they have great prices on all the top shelf flower. Literally, I'm here almost every day.. They know my name by now! This is my favorite dispensary in all the valley.. Easily!

My favorite dispensary - just wish it wasn't so far!  Product is beautiful, with huge selection and fresh lovely bud. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices make it worth the drive.  Also, it is great not to have to park on the street, as I feel safer going alone to a place with a parking lot! Got cheated on 3 orders my meds!!!  Not sure how often HHC calibrate scales, but all of my 3 meds being short is too much.  That's like missing few pills in each bottles.  Not a good business HHC in the name of $$$ profit before taking care of your patients and returning customers.  Customers, please check your meds, make sure you're getting what you've paid for, DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!!  Guarantee NOT returning to HHC.  Plus, music is so loud can't hear damn person behind the counter.

Wonderful Staff. Very clean environment, They have a Tv in the waiting room so if you come in during happy hour/patient appreciation days etc-you have some entertainment to keep you occupied. The handlers are always so friendly and welcoming. The Bong-Fishtank is a great sight to have in the room. The strains are on point-and they have a good selection on crumbles/wax/shatter and oil cartridges to choose from. They also are incorporated with a points system called Belly-which you scan your card everytime you go in and spend $20 or more-and it gives you 5 points per visit. when they add up-you can get freebies like a free joint, a free gram of your choice, or a gram + .5 gram of wax and many more!

I came here because i was in the valley and they were offering a coupon for first time patients. Honestly, I would not drive out of the way. However, if I lived in the neighborhood it might serve as a good local store.PROS: Tons of selection. Wide range of pricing starting at $30 an eighth. CONS: Sketchy operation with no security, clueless staff, not a pleasant ambiance.

First dispensary I ever walked into. Just so happened it was customer appreciation day. There was so much to digest and everything has a crazy name thank goodness Ariel was super cool and she took the time to explain things and how different strains work. She even took the time to hand pick the flower and discard all the small end stems. I had a great experience here and I would come back again.

I went to this place for the very first time. My license had expired but I had my temporary one. I showed it to the security and explained the situation. He still didn't want to let me go in because I didn't have a valid license. I ended up going in but I was humiliates infront of other people. I am a well educated person, and I don't need for a security guard with a high school diploma to humiliate me. Besides that, I was told that I was going to get a  free pre-roll which never came in the bag. I could care less about this but it is unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least.

i actually like these people given my picky persona on collectives...i was to post on weedmaps but the stupid format sucks on my computer, not sketchy. Yeah it is a weird location, but have you seen the places in HOLLLYWOOD so expensive they rip you off and the quality of their buds are terrible.As compared to here, I love their 10$ shake prices and their selection is nice and in my range of awesomeness.The staff is friendly, helpfulOMGI LOVE THEIR EDIBLES..gotta try boy&girloverall i'll miss this place if i ever move..

Went in today and I have to say out the the few places that I tried in the valley going place to place trying to find the next " the shop " this might just be " the next shop " their prices were a little high compared to what I spend just a little, but I can say you are getting more than what you pay for. They have a wonderful  rewards program with Belly and it really puts a new perspective on everything. They actually reward you for what you spend. Not like a joint and a free gram of shake but everything up to wax and others. No to mention I was invited to a event they are having at there collective. I would have to say that this place is a easy 5/5 she knew everyone who entered and greeted them and even asked about their personal lives. I can tell why these people. I usually have awesome service been going here for three years now today was the first day I went in and had a lady that was the older Caucasian short much hair she was so rude I didn't even purchase my medication from there I will no longer use this facility

First, this review is a little late. Went there about a month ago and was helped by a sweet girl named Katie if, I'm not mistaken.  I'm new to this and had a lot of questions and needed to purchase everything to help me enjoy my mmj. While looking at glass bongs Katie gave me two options with about a $15 price difference. Idk who the older lady is with the short blond hair but not only did she keep correcting Katie in a condescending way but when Katie offered me the two options she clearly was annoyed and was fucking upselling me. It was PAINFULLY obvious and annoying to both of us. Yes, I'm new to weed, not new to business!! Omg it made me fucking sick. I would have purchased the more expensive one anyway but to think I'm an idiot and dnt see you tryna steal my money is insulting. Wnt b bk. Plus they had limited supplies like no vape pens or butane. This spot is cool, but it's not the best the selection is OK, but the green is just ok, nothing that knocks me on my ass. I feel like I'm paying top dollar and the quality low dollar. I only go this spot because it's close, not because the greenery is mind blowing and seeds. The staff is great, the place is clean and buds are fresh but the effect is nothing close to other shops. Sometimes I feel like I'm just wasting money at 40 a pop that's not cheap so I feel like I'm smoking air. I've only had 1 bad experience there. when you have questions, it seems like they r pulling the answers out their asses. Other than that it's cool for a last minute

It was my first time here today and the staff at this location was so warm  and so welcoming! The prices are a steal, I will definitely be coming back! My first time here.And my last time here. The music was so loud I couldnt hear the sales guy repeatedly try to force me into the sale they were having . Which was basically A discount on an item that was priced higher then they used to sell it for. All while not looking up from his I pad. I had to repeatedly scream over the music for what I was looking for and then eventually had to leave. There was one other person in the shop. There are plenty of other shops, I guess I wasn't cool enough for this one.  Waste of time

Good afternoon we have a problem  It seems like one of our security  don't know what no means we are here to provide service for our patients not to harass them and talk about how fat their ass is no means no I don't care if your man or woman now A friend of mine uses your dispensed because it's convenient but she also said she would never come back again with the sexual harassment from your security officer I know you have heard this before because I have we uplift and  take care of our patients and move to the next phase

I have been a customer of this shop for years, until today.  I came in after they opened and told the security guard GOOD MORNING, he ignored me and I said GOOD MORNING again.  He told me "Who in the fuck was I?, and he didn't need to say shit to me".  Then he started challenging me to fight. I was kind of shocked because its early and I just trying to buy some weed.  I didn't come here to fight,go to jail, or the morgue. I am thinking this guy is crazy and he is armed.  I have been spending my money here for a long time but I will never come back for this crazy drama. I am looking for stress relief not a criminal case.

Terrible experience I ordered for delivery accidentally put in and address 5 mins away and was told I had to drive all the way to the storefront and pick up my order because the driver was uncomfortable or felt un safe.. why do you have a delivery job if your afraid to do your job its kinda defeating the purpose of the free delivery service.. then they gave me some weak dried up pre rolls like this shop is weak worst in my opinion never shopping here again!!!

I have been coming to this Dispensary on and off since 2015. They are pretty good. And apparently it speaks for itself because they have upgraded a lot over the years it is nice and luxury looking.

Friendly staff, nice selection. I'm just confused why I was told it was $108 but I just checked my bank statement and got charged $113 when I was told the debit card fee was $3, which I was told would be given back to me but the girl at check out only gave me $1.57 back. Said something about how she had to charge me an even number. So basically I paid $5 debit fee 🙄 I had cash I just got convinced to buy more bc " we give you back the debit card fee in cash" apparently they just over charge for no reason. Not a good look for a new customer.
