The prices are decent and they have a pretty good (as far as I can tell) selection. Sometimes it can get a little busy depending on when you go, and parking can be scarce. Other than that, it's my go to spot and the staff is friendly and give recommendations if you're not sure what to get!

Decided to stop in as I'm new to the area and was so impressed by the layout of the store and recommendations by the knowledge of the staff member. Had a pleasant experience overall and would recommend anyone area to stop by and check out the products Jaderoom has. We'll be returning for sure!!!

I love this spot! Been coming here for a minute now and it's very clean and efficient. I really prefer curbside since it is super quick but really either way you won't be waiting long at all. The tenders are always sweet and attentive.

Everyone working in the dispensary was very helpful! I tend to be a bit of a lightweight and they helped me find the perfect weed drink. Lots of options, knowledgeable staff. Had a great time in the store

Definitely my fav dispensary at the moment. budtenders are always super friendly and nice. I've never felt uncomfortable here and that says a lot about the place. The vibe is always super chill and warm. It's the spot to be at for sure. I appreciate the friendly budtenders and their knowledge. Great service, friendly budtenders, and great vibes overall. 10/10

Came here when looking for a different place near my moms house because I hated Green Cross and the vibe there. Absolutely love this place. Everyone was welcoming. Our bud tender was amazing and super helpful. She answered all of our questions and explained things. Wasn't condescending at all like other places. Will be back before I head home for sure. I like to visit this dispensary because it's close to my house & has great cartridge options, all the good brands I like. They also have this really knowledgeable budtender John that is always really helpful with suggestions. However, some other budtenders that have aided me have been really unhelpful, I was asking one about flavors & she was like "yeah, I don't really smoke", but because of covid she had to stand there and watch me look at all the options that she knew nothing about besides quality and strain. It was majorly annoying to have someone who was so unhelpful, required to stand by me as I tried to contemplate which cartridge I wanted; she was a sweet girl but she literally was just like here's the Indicas, I don't know anything more so go ahead and tell me which one you want, I'm just gonna stand here and continue to be useless to you....  I was supposed to be in & out quick, but it took a lot longer because of this unhelpful budtender, thankfully John was there. He was supposed to get off, but he stuck around, gave me great recommendations & I was at the cash register within 5 minutes The options are good but I'm definitely looking to upgrade my dispensary because they've sold me 5 cartridge batteries that died within a week & that's just such BS, I'm very vocal about my beef with they're batteries & it's been explained to me that they get their batteries directly from the manufacturing so they don't really have control over that, they do have a return policy but it's just like bro how about I don't have to come back 5 times bc you keep selling me faulty batteries. I really don't buy that excuse. This a little conspiratorial, but I met the owner outside of the dispensary environment & I personally thought she was a really distasteful fake bitch & I wouldn't be surprised from my personal experience with the batteries that this dispensary buys faulty batteries to rip off their customers because when 5/7 of the batteries I bought within the short time here have been faulty and broke within a week... that's just something that has never happened to me at ANY dispensary, as a traveling California girl pot head that says a lot, been to dispensaries all over the state & never seen such a high rate of faulty products, so for that I'd say I HIGHLY doubt that this a manufacturing issue that is disproportionately affecting this dispensary, ESPECIALLY when I've bought the batteries from different brands every time hoping I'd find one that wasn't shit. This faulty battery issue seems from my experience like a ploy to get customers to always hold on to their receipts & "come back" as if that's not a fucking hassle, "just hold onto your receipt (incase our products are shit) & then just like come back & return it".... & waste your gas & money & expose yourself to the pandemic... no big deal? & if u didn't keep the receipt bc you think you should be able to trust your dispensary and they're product, they'll just take more of your money to try another battery, just so you can be back in a week in need of a new one. I think when a business is selling a healing medication that helps with so many diseases and disorders they need to take more responsibility in their products, I find this cycle of faulty products I've found myself in to be very inappropriate, to the point that I wouldn't doubt it is potential of endangering their clients and the public... Because when someone medically needs marijuana, comes to this establishment, and their battery works only until they get home & now the dispensary is closed, that is fucking infuriating & negligent at the hands of this dispensary.Owners, where is your sense of responsibility? Bc from where I stand as a customer it sure looks like you're financially benefiting from medical marijuana users, but you are screwing them over in time, money, & in the mental/physical peace that they are coming to you for. I personally think that because of the level I've experienced this, that the owners are purposefully selling faulty batteries, just because I can't think of any other explanation for it, it's egregious over 70% of my batteries were faulty, it doesn't seem like a coincidence to me & as someone who they've screwed over 5+ times, I definitely have beef with it. Additionally, each time I tried a new battery I was told "I've never gotten a return on this one", "this one is the best, doesnt break, that's why it's a little more expensive", both broken within a couple days. The raw garden battery is the only one I got that I found worked with no problems, I've used it at other shops, it's widely known as one of the best batteries,  BUT they're usually sold out here which is why I had to try all the other brands; I think this is due to this batteries inherent popularity/reliability coupled with this dispensarys faulty battery problem across every single other brand they recommend

Soooo all these fireworks are sending my pit Bull over the edge.   Someone suggested I try cbd to help her get over the anxiety of the fireworks.   This was my first time at a dispensary.   I am super impressed.  From the cool ass security guard in front, super nice girl at the front desk and then the guy who helped me with the cbd.  Everything was explained to a t.  My girl is starlight chillin right now.  Thank you all so much.  Sorry I didn't get names. Have been to the Jaderoom on Lockness in Torrance 3 times so far and each time service has been fantastic. Precautions for Covid protection are excellent so we felt perfectly safe. On each visit after we signed in at the front desk and entered the showroom we were immediately greeted by an employee who personally guided us through the maze of products there. Great individualized service. We had lots of questions about which items to purchase and on each visit, everyone who assisted us patiently explained the products and uses and made recommendations when we didn't know which to purchase. Prices were lower than other similar cannabis providers but the thing that keeps us as loyal customers is their kindness, consideration and helpfulness.

Overpriced, long waits, understaffed, lame discounts. Went to their store front opening after they hyped up all the "prizes and raffles and discounts" - it was all a lie. I grabbed 4 disposable half gram vapes and my total was already at $160. Walked out and went to Green Cross instead where there was no wait, plenty of staff and got SIX disposable vapes plus an edible for $180. I will never go back to Jaderoom.

This is my go to dispensary. Always good service and high quality products at an affordable price. I would highly recommend hitting up this shop if you haven't been here before, you won't regret it.

Hey y'all, It's been about a month and I just wanted to say things have only gotten BETTER! Loyalty points build up SO FAST, their daily deals are great, customer service ON POINT, staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the selection is pretty big! EVERY time I come here I'm greeted with smiles from the staff and a CLEAN lobby! Everything is always organized and looks like it's regularly cleaned! COVID precautions are enforced by all staff, so that makes me feel great shopping here. There's literally ALWAYS promos so there's a good chance you'll walk out with a free item, especially if you're new or referred someone! Lifelong customer here!

My first experience here was great. Very neatly organized and clean. I like that they had the reception area first. The wait times around closing time were a bit longer because there was only one bud tender but they were super friendly and helpful.

Came here for the first time last month for a stizzy and the lady who helped me and my bf was very descriptive of what was in the pod and the strand. I was super impressed because most dispensary's just tell you "it's a hybrid". No, this girl was explaining how it was a hybrid, BUT was saying how it's more to the sativa side. She was super helpful and everyone was so nice and friendly. She helped me a lot being able to decide what I really wanted, and I enjoy my purchase. Amazing service. I've been super impressed with this shop. CBD and medicinal support during the pandemic is indeed an essential service. Jaderoom delivers locally; during the quarantine it's a handy experience.My experience: the website is well done, easy to order online. The service is friendly, helpful and respectful. Delivery service is prompt, efficient and also friendly. I'm glad this "hidden gem" in the South Bay is nearby. Supporting local businesses is always the way to go.

Taxes are insane. The young girls who work there are clueless. They need to put weed in the grocery store and get rib of these high end little shops. Cannabis is legal but ooops only enjoyable for the wealthy. No wonder most people are still buying from the street.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a disposable pen that stopped working after a few days and since they gave a big speech about how that defective items could be returned (no mention of the box), I still called to be sure. I was told that without the box there was nothing they could do for me. I said it had been my first time in and didn't realize that and all the girl could do was tell me that I should have checked my receipt because the info is there. It is there, but I'm not someone who checks all my receipts immediately, only if there is an issue and pretty much no reputable business asks for items to be in the original packaging anymore. . The goodwill business practice would have been to just exchange it for me.Anyway, for some reason, I decided to go back there and buy another of the same pen. I left, tried it, and came back 10 minutes later, as the new one didn't work at all. After keeping me waiting for about 20 minutes, they called me inside, took the pen in the back. When they brought it back out a few minutes later, they said it was clogged and they had fixed and tested, and it was fine. I was shocked; in the world of coronavirus they really expected me to put my mouth on something they tested with their own mouths? Seriously??? I voiced my concern and the sales girl, NikkiRose, and the other girl from the back discounted my concerns completely and would do nothing further, other than be completely rude. I asked for a manger and Nikki Rose said she was the acting manager. I asked for the real manager's name or contact info and she refused, saying they don't give it out due to security, but I could check their website for contact info.  Again, seriously?? Since they wouldn't do anything and I didn't want to waste the money on two pens, I went home and thoroughly cleaned the "new" pen. It worked for one day and stopped again.I've since taken both pens to another reputable shop, where they confirmed they were in fact defective. Both are in the garbage now and I'm driving to my usual shop, further away, where I know they actually care about their clientele.

I love this dispensary. Each time I visit the budtender I get is so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like sometimes in the LA area the tenders can be kinda standoffish but I like their willingness to explain the different potencies and strains at this shop. I live in NoHo but always stop here whenever I'm in the area to get carts or pre-rolls.

Randomly came across this shop on WM and decided to drive over from Redondo to take a look at what they had. Very nice shop, spacious, clean, and good energy. I was helped by a bud tender named Ashely who was very kind, and patient when i was asking questions. If you live in the area or are visiting check them out. My only suggestion to the shop, please try and weed out some of the concentrate companies you have in and bring in others. Thank you and will be back

Found them on yelp while looking for a new dispensary near me and had to check it out after reading all the stellar reviews! They lived up to the expectation and were extremely helpful and very friendly. Made the trip such a positive experience and guided us through our choices!

Don't get me wrong. The ladies are super nice inside. But the amount of weed they give you for the pay does not add up to an eighth. It's prepackaged I get it. But you can't weight it out with stems sticking out and in the jar. Really wanted to like this place. We gave it a shot. Not for us

place looked really nice and clean on the inside; staff was nice. my main issue was that the girl at the front was using her hot cheeto fingers to use the ipad which she also would hand to customers for them to write their signature - like she did with me, which is especially disgusting considering that we are in a pandemic.

Went there while visiting LA. Amazing deals, large product selection, and the budtenders are really nice and will make sure you get what you need at the most affordable price.

I went in with a budget and my budtender John helped me find a great combo with my usual cartridge buy. He was very knowledgeable about their products and I was able to leave with a sweet deal. This place has grown since the last time I was here, when they were going through renovations. I would consider it fancy and great place to take an outsider, they have everything! You see the sign sticking out with a carpet rolled out. I understand they are working on other things but it's a pretty clean spot where there's your screening window and then taken to the shop.Item:Kanha Gummies (Recommend)There were about four variations of gummies. But I chose this brand. Some have 5g and others have 10. They have a good range of sativa and indica. Raw Garden (Recommend)I'm familiar with the brand and its pretty solid. They have a broad range as well and like how there are descriptors by each type of weed.CUSTOMER SERVICE:Friendly and knowledgeable people. Came here from out of town looking to try some new cannabis ways. Check-in was easy and Taylor was super friendly and explained the whole store even gave personal recommendations . I ended up getting the Keef root beer and blue razz which were both super light and great drinks to taste throughout the day! I also purchased the sativa wana gummies which were perrrfect for throughout the day activities too. Both of these have flavor too so you don't taste much cannabis in it either. To top it off, 20% coupons and a free goodie gift bag! Awesome!!!

This is my last time visiting. Every time I go I feel like I got the bait and switch. There's always pricing that looks lower on the menu, but you get to the register and pay even higher taxes than other licensed stores charge. Their stiiizy selection is always low and I've bought two different half ozs that were dried to the point of useless. When it's busy, it takes forever, seriously like up to 45 minutes. I have a bad experience 1/3 of the times I go there so I'm finish. No more Jade Room for me.

I'm not a regular cannabis user, nor am I particularly well educated on the topic. I went into jade room hoping to get more info on cannabis lotion for pain relief. There were relatively few choices and I found the prices to be unreasonably high. A cursory Google search revealed several shops in the area with a much better selection and lower prices. The shop was also very small and the polite staff seemed overwhelmed with the small number of patrons. I don't think I'll be back.

I really love the positivity here, as it should be !  Even the security guard contributed well to my short visit. Thank you all !

Literally the best deals you can find in socal!You know how people like to collect mugs where they travel? Every time I'm in a new city, I'm hitting up their dispensaries. That's my mug. And yet, after all that adventuring down the rabbit hole, I found my fave spot to be the one right around the corner from my humble abodes. Jaderoom bud tenders are kind and helpful. They don't upsell but always informs you of the ongoing deals. Their site is also up to date with info on what specials they have daily. I once saw they were doing some deals and went same day and of course the deal was still available. It's so nice to know they're up to date on their site. Def my no 1 spot.

Best despinsary in the area hands down. They have great prices and have good daily deals. They are a shop truly for the people and have the best customer service. I order online and im in and out within a minute or two its so convenient. I have not been to another shop since I've been coming here.
