It was my first time here and I didn't know what kind of cannabis to buy but I know that the staff at original Green Cross especially Mia was able to help me out and got me what I wanted handsome thank you very much!!

Best little weed house! 10/10 every time. The owner is hot too... love their edibles. Their guards help you park too if you're a ditz

This weed is false advertising! I spent 351.71 for something that should be placed under the stress shelf. They placed this weed in PR/top area and that was false advertising. It's bad enough we are in a pandemic and work is had to find or even have. And you have these large corporations stealing your money. I'm sick of it! This place is trash!

Very good selection of extracts, flowers, and concentrates. Solid place.

I went over there to buy some of their Marijuana and the security guards at the front door were being behaving so rude and aggressive towards me that I just had to bail on the drama and go to a different dispensary. I did call the manager and let them know about how poorly I was treated. He told me that he could understand if I never return to their store. I'm sure him telling me that solved everything in his mind. Green Cross says on this Yelp page that if you have a problem or concern that you should contact their manager, but from tone and inclination the manager had towards me on the phone, I could tell they do not give a rats ass about another lemming that did not appreciate being treated so poorly. These people are nothing more than rude, indecent and ruthless money hungry swine. They have no respect for people or our community.

My go to store in LA. The process at this store is seamless. You can be in and out if you'd like, or you can shop the menu and ask questions to your budtender. My favorite two brands they carry are Pure Beauty and Alta Vida.

My first time ever coming to this amazing location. The bud tenders are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I learned so much about beginner dosages for edibles, tinctures, and terpenes in flowers. I bought a beverage called Sip and it's 100mg for only $10!!!!! Plus my FTP discount. I had a great experience and this shop only taxes 19.5% which is waaaay better than other shops I've been to.

I went in and felt so welcomed by Myra She was knowledgeable, nice, and definitely loves what she does. I was in and out for my first time within 10-15 minutes and was blown away by the options  1500 items! I couldn't even process that, and went with her recommendation. She did not disappoint

This place was amazing. It's clean and safe. They're professional and extremely helpful.  The product is legit and worth every penny  (after having a horrible experience at Gardena Gardens 25 cap selling me bunk stuff) I was hesitant and nervous to try another dispensary but This place was a game changer and I have complete trust in the quality of the product I'm buying here. Definitely making this my go to and I highly recommend everyone to check it out.  Great job keep it up!!

I'm the least likely dispensary customer in history  (boring old spinster who never even smoked a cigarette) but a few years ago I discovered that taking an indica gummy at bedtime lets me sleep through the night for the first time since I was about 10.  The folks who work here are kind, professional, and charming, plus the delivery service is fabulous when I'm too lazy to drive over.  Thanks for always making me feel comfortable and welcomed, and thanks for the eight hours of sleep every night!

I'm not a fan on giving bad reviews.  However tonight it is called for.  First, I admit, my frustration with this establishment got the best of me and I got into it with the security guard, so for that I apologize, but what led to this argument is concerning.This place has a small parking lot and it can be difficult to find a spot to park.  When I pulled in I followed a car to what seemed like a back lot.  Once in the back lot the person in front of me told me this was an employee parking lot only.  I said "oh my bad, there is no sign."  From there things went downhill fast.  I try to back up while a security guard is flashing his light in my rear view as if I didn't know where I was.  Instead of helping he gets all frustrated as if I should have known.  As I'm backing up, another car, presumably an employee pulls in behind blocking me from going anywhere.  I see a car with its reverse lights in so I wait for them to leave so I can take their spot.  But no, at this point the rent-a-cop is on me.  He keeps telling me to move but their isn't anywhere to go.  Finally I move but then another car is pulling out and I have to stop, blocking the car I was originally waiting for, pissing off the security guard even more.  At that point, I'm annoyed, I now look like a dumb**s for blocking both cars instead of waiting.  So I let them know.  Yup, I told them they are dumb and should put up signs and be more helpful than flashing lights.  Yup, I called them stupid and yea at this point because they are thinking they are high and mighty with guns they decide I'm not coming in. "You ain't coming in tonight buddy."  To make it better, the rent a cops decide to show their power by handling the situation like bad boys with guns.  So of course we get into an argument, they ask me what I'm gonna do, I ask them what they are gonna do, they call me a b**** and I call them a b****, the whole nine yards.  Would I let me in? Maybe not, but I also think they have a responsibility to manage the traffic if they are the one "enforcing" parking rules. Put up some signs.Bottom line, professional places figure out how to calmly and professionally direct traffic and they remain professional when encountering justified upset clientele.  I was moved around and looked like an a**hole.  would highly suggest going elsewhere, the rent a cops think they are big boys.

This is the best dispensary around! I love that they have such an extensive collection and that they're constantly updating their inventory. They even have exclusive drops once in a while- like the chemist a few weeks ago which I really enjoyed! Their budtenders are always super knowledgeable and helpful, and I feel like I gain a little more knowledge about cannabis every time. The 5% happy hour for flower-Prerolls between mon-thurs 10am-noon is where it's at!

Green cross always comes through.  Pick up or delivery is always smooth and easy. The selection is always plentiful and they have an amazing rewards program.  I highly suggest ordering online and having it delivered. I never have to wait over an hour.  I purchased 2 1/8ths today and they sent a promo top shelf Korova preroll because they were offering it in store and I didn't even have to ask.   That's the service I appreciate that a lot of places just don't do.   Huge 5 stars to GCOT!!!!!

I was walking one evening with homies and our dog. We ended up this far so we decided to check it out.AMBIANCE:Parking: Small parking plaza for about 10 cars.Feels: It's not the popular place or touristy of Torrance but it's close to a busy street with eateries and every day stores not too far away. The spae itself is a little run down on the outside but pretty clean on the inside. You are welcomed with security and good music (funk oldies).Item:Where to begin... I got a good handful of things, a few cartridges and an edible. They have various selections ranging from your indica, setiva, and hybrids.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great. I'm a newb so they were patient and very informative as I was selecting.TL; DR OVERALL:5 Stars. My first experience was a great experience. Glad there's one in the area with plenty of selections and reasonable prices. I know where I need to go if I need my fix.Tips:* They allow service dogs* They do have an ATM machine* You can call to order* Check out their specials.

I went to this place tonight and I have to say I was not impressed with the way security handled a situation with a patron.  They were busy and had a full lot.  With no place to park we followed a car into a back lot.  When that c at parked they told us we were in an employee zone only.  Oops, out bad, so we backed up.  At this point security isn't helping, flashing lights in our rear view.  By the time we get out we are blocking another car and see one person with their reverse lights on so we assumed they were leaving.  As we waited security got upset waiving us to move.  We move, but then another car comes out blocking us, and in turn we block the car the security guys are trying to get out, making them more mad.  These guys either need to stay out of it or manage the traffic right.  My husband told them to get it together and quit being dumb.  They didn't like that and wouldn't let him in.  Fine with us, plenty of places around town.  These security guards wanted to play hard ball and that's their choice, but you will lose customers like this.Was my husband upset? Yes, and rightfully so, you made us move around like musical chairs with and Attitude.  Security needs to keep their cool and learn some de-escalation techniques.  Asking my husband "what are you gonna do" doesn't help and is simply unprofessional.  You wanted to start a fight and we're going my husband wouldn't walk away, shame on you.

First off the gentleman who spoke with me on the phone shouldn't be allowed to speak to the customers they way he does.  I'm one of the many few who calls my orders in because they are pretty large orders for me.   My internet is very slow that why I agreed to be on the list of people who will call in the order.  He berated me telling me it makes his job harder to have to deal with my order????? Just because I didn't order online.  What an idiot he is because 150-300 a week is what I spend on cannabis.  So they should treat their customers better.  I don't even want to mention the mans name because he's not worth my breathe.  Plus I'm always having issues with the vape pens not working.  I made a purchase else where the cannabis was waaay better anyway and they don't mind calling in the order.  I wouldn't spend your hard earned money in a place that doesn't appreciate their loyal costumers.  Furthermore they are expensive.  I got my stuff waaay cheaper.

The Bad:  The layout is uncomfortable.  You walk in and basically there is a U of employees staring right into your soul.  Selection on pre-rolls and pet products is limited.The Good:  Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.  They offer significant discounts depending on what day of the week it is and even more if you are a Veteran.Initially Green Cross of Torrance was my go to when I was unable to go to my usual dispensary just on account of their distance.  Now whenever I'm looking to purchase something at a store (pre-end of the world Covid-19 era) I go to Green Cross of Torrance.  The staff are all down to earth and friendly, and the prices are better or comparable to what some of the other nearby dispensaries offer.

Love this place. I just get good vibes when I come here. I felt really safe, they follow all COVID guidelines and have markers laid out so people know where to stand. The security guy even asked a patron to pull his mask up over his nose and that made me really happy. They had plenty of staff so they get to everyone really quickly. TONS of great options, awesome discounts, and good looking bud tenders who are super friendly and professional. This is my new spot!

They're alright at the store it's a nice vibe and they're pretty welcoming usually it's just their site and delivery service is kinda trash asf. The stiiizy pods and the other cartridges particularly they're never accurate with the THC percentage of the cart online but the delivery time service itself is decent they don't take forever normally. But if ur tryna go in for a stiiizy or shit like that ur best bet is to actually go in and get it there and actually like take a look n ask around for what kind ur looking for. I wouldn't make it my first choice, but I don't hate it, it's just cuz it's close to me, convenient, and pretty reliable with product quality. I'd give it like a 5/10 at best.

Okay so let me start by saying that I've been a LOYAL customer for about two years. Probably acquired over 50k loyalty points. I've never found a reason to try another dispensary until today. I've ONLY shopped at Green Cross since 2018!!! Medically and Recreationally.The customer service has been cool here, and the security guards are pretty chill as well. Katie is great! And so is Joel. Their daily deals are good, but lowkey loyalty rewards rack up kinda slow... So here's the reason for my two star review... My mom and I were driving on Sepulveda Boulevard when we saw a billboard  for JADE ROOM dispensary and we thought "why not try it?".Oh.. M... G...You can look for my review on their Yelp page. But I can say I'll never be back to green cross! Thanks for the memories y'all.. but your prices and customer service are insane compared to Jade Room and others.

Only went to this place once. Was not impressed with service I received (I was turned away during business hours because the employee exhibited prejudice toward new customers) so I left a 2 star review.This updated review is a result of the unprofessional, uncouth, and disrespectful reply I received from Aaron, the business owner.He called me "confused" and actually implied that I was lying about my experience. Well F#*k you AND the horse you rode in on. No integrity, no ownership, no responsibility, and no apology. It pains me to see people line up to give this establishment their business. I am very disappointed, as a consumer, with the level of professionalism I received by both employee and management and do no recommend this place. My last word is that I hope to see this place shut down or an admittance of error and attempt to alleviate a negative situation which they caused by disrespecting me first.

The bad.- layout is weird and uncomfortable - you can't see any of the products -everything is overpriced (on top of credit card fee of like 3 dollars)- sold me wrong product for $50 bucks would not credit me -don't give this shop your business they are biased they Have no customer loyalty no good deals ever Use to love this place... until they sold me a faulty product. I usually get the midnight el Camino a staff gave me something they said was stronger and better turns out it was micro-dosing but the product had 0 THC I explained it might be a bad batch as it just tasted like mint no effect (I took like 5-6). They seem to think it's not their problem and wouldn't do anything about it. Bummed didn't care that I was a loyal customer willing to spend $100 every-time I stepped there.

Bud tenders used to be more knowledgeable, but at this point are reading any descriptions straight off their website.  Which thanks, I can actually read too! Security used to be more friendly, but now most of them are super rude. There's about 2 friendly ones left now. Overall, all they have going is the online ordering system that makes things a little more efficient. But they aren't the only ones with an online ordering system, so I don't see any point in returning.

Joey was awesome, gave a lot of recommendations. He deserves a raise! Green cross should continue hiring individuals with a passion for what they do.

Sad to say I probably won't come back. I'll buy a 1/2 gram stiizy pod every now and then from them and the pod only seem to last a day or two compared to other places I go buy and they last a at least 3-4 days longer. Do you guys make your own stiizy liquids? I'm just confused. And I'm mindful of the amount of times I smoke it. The stiizy pods are a joke do not buy. I've been spending a lot of money here but not anymore.

Came here for the first time recently and I don't have much to say about the experience. It was quick, easy, and everyone here seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I was probably in and out in 10 minutes.The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the transaction process when you pay with a card. I had to buy a gift card and pay a $3 loading fee. If you come here frequently, you could pay the $3 just once and load up your card with up to $500 to avoid paying the loading fee every time you come in. However, I was only in town for the holidays and I've never had to do this anywhere else, so it felt like I was just paying $3 for no reason. I would definitely bring cash just to make the process cheaper and easier.The parking lot is also pretty tight, but if you come when it's not busy, it's a great place to pick up.

The Green across of Torrance is amazing for all your THC and CBD needs. From yummy sour belts candy to straight up sticky ass Fruit cookie nugs! Many vape pin cartridges. Good selection of Disposable vape pins as well. Chocolate and many other Edibles!!Staff was super friendly and helpful. Must go if your near the area!

I love all the things of this community space. From the security outside, the ever helpful staff, the organization, the quality of offerings, the prices and deals, to the experience as a whole. They make me want to come back more often. I am very happy with the friendliness of all I've interacted with, how hard working they are, and the level of knowledge.

This place is my favorite dispensary. I drive far to get my meds at Green Cross because of their great product  selection, service and pricing. It's not easy to find this venue the first time you arrive, but you will see it's worth returning.

I really like their Sunday buy 3 pods get 25% off...they also have very friendly bud tenders. I definitely recommend going on Sundays if you buy pods :)

Great store. Legit. Friendly. You can get ur stuff as fast as you pay. This place has been here since i graduated highscool. Not the cheapest but somewhat reasonable. Got no complaints.

I bought four cartridges one did not work and with the all sales are final they will not replace the cartridges that doesn't work. Kicker is it was the one that was recommended to me from the staff maybe they know which ones do not work and get an incentive for pushing them. Honor product that does not work no one is asking for their money back but a product that works. That is the whole reason to come in. Will not be back but not a lost to them I'm just another idiot that purchased their product that does not work. We will see what Raw Garden will do about the faulty cartridge but this place absolutely nothing and they collected the money. Raw a garden came through and the store took the return!

Super impressed with the place. Not the pretentious glitz of med men. Just a friendly place with a great selection of everything without being overwhelming. I was looking for an indica cartridge as I am always a sativa fan. Thinking a little chill would be nice for a change, I asked the bud tender what he suggested. He was a handsome young guy who was beyond helpful and very patient with me. Making a couple of suggestions, he went into detail about the 2 different hybrids that he recommended. Both sounded good then I asked which one he'd go with for my request. Bought it. Tried it. And totally impressed with it. Just exactly what I wanted, needed and requested. Just a super nice vibe. Everyone was friendly. Great service and experience all around.

Place said it was open until 10pm, and when we got there just before 9:55pm they would not let us in.

This location is located on the corner of western & Carson. It has a small parking lot but not an issue that I could see with parking. Children are not allowed. It's 21 and over unless it's for medicinal use than 18. It's very very clean inside.Check their website for details but honestly sign up! My biggest tip to you is sign up for rewards. I order my Cbd products online thru their website. You can easily access this through yelp by the way. I order it and I get a text through my smart phone to let me know when it's ready. It  holds my order for the day and I can just walk in, I check in with the security guard, and go to the counter with my item/product ready. So there's no wait and I can leave. But I have to point out. I have been coming here for a few months for their Cbd products and gained points! I scored a free product. I was so happy. I walked out with my product and a free product. I got two mints with my Cbd! I didn't need it but I got it and it opened my eyes to wanting it thanks to the friendly employee! These employees really love their jobs and really like pointing out tips! Everytime I come in here I feel so welcomed. Even the security guard is happy & friendly. If you want Cbd or whatever a dispensary may have honestly I recommend this place. You get rewards, and you don't need cash. There's parking, and it's well secured for your safety, and the people are super friendly. This is my spot. Please leave your kids home though. They're not allowed, but honestly it's not kid friendly & you don't want to leave them In the car.

Love this place. Don't be fooled by its exterior, the inside is bright, modern-looking, and warm. They have a strong selection of products across need, type, strain, device, price, etc. I've always received good customer service, but I really want to give one budtender a shoutout: Alan. My husband and I basically only go on the weekends when he's likely to be working as he's just the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly, and is very thoughtful about his recommendations--they're always based on what we're looking for, not selling us the most expensive product (I just went and the two strains he suggested were the second-cheapest on the shelf). This would be a good place for beginners and experts alike. It is expensive, but more so due to the taxes, which are considerable. Only reason I can't give five stars.

I just went in there and watched the demo for Legion of boom cartridges. It looked like their cartridges fit my battery So I figured I would take advantage of the promotion. unfortunately the guy behind the counter sold me the wrong cartridges for a pax pen and not the standard thread from the demo I was looking at.  When I went to the car I realized this and they would not exchange the cartridges for me or comp me a pax battery.  They said it was my fault for buying the wrong cartridge as if I'm an expert in cartridges. I was sold the wrong products and the didn't care. I felt swindled to be honest.  Now I have two pax cartridges and didn't have enough to buy the battery.  Every other location I buy cartridges from asks me the battery  to ensure compatibility. I'm going to stick to going to connected in Long Beach. They own up to their mistakes.No longer ever coming back here.Aaron is lying below. This is all bs to save face on Yelp. I never asked for a "pod". I don't even know of that term. I asked for the cartridges from the legion of bloom deal. I also asked the tender for the strongest cartridges. So I had said cartridges twice.  I also even asked the demo lady if they were giving out batteries and she said no. So I asked her if it would fit on my battery and showed it to her and she said yes. Lastly, I showed the bud tender my old cartridge and asked him if you guys recycle them and he said no we just throw them away so he should've even seen that it was a cartridge and not a pod. Now you don't even own up to selling me the wrong stuff. Just own up to it man.  I'm gonna go buy the pax pen somewhere else. I'm not setting foot in your swindle shop again.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I liked going here and the bud tenders are really great, some are knowledgeable while some have no clue what strains mix well. I've never done well with hybrids, my body and mind feel like they're riding a rollercoaster of high highs and low lows so I stay clear of them. I went in yesterday, 9/11, to get an Indica vape. On the online menu and in story it has Watermelon Zkittles listed as Indica. When I asked the bud tender he said it was a newer product so he wasn't familiar with it, and I wanted to try something new. He showed me the box, and it seemed good so I purchase it. Later in the night I went to open it and noticed on the top of the box it said it was a hybrid. I put it back in the bag and waited for today 9/12 to exchange it. The budtenders this morning were super awesome about it and got me northern lights which was perfect for me. I put a few dollars in the good karma jar, waited about 15 min in the lobby for management to figure out what to do, or maybe for someone to be available to help me check out. But the bud tender helped me check out and management hand not come out to evaluate the situation in person with me. I was told that one manager wanted to exchange the item while the other said to discount the Northern Lights for 15% instead of exchanging it. The Norther Lights wasn't a live resin and the hybrid was, so the price was different and the bud tender was confused how to repay the difference once exchanged. He pulled out a menu to double check the pricing, noticed and said the Hybrid was labeled incorrectly as Indica and went to talk with his managers to clear up his confusion. The end result was that management decided that no exchange was to be placed and all items are final sale even if unopened, and the new product was now 15% off for my inconvenience of spending $55 dollars on a product that another bud tender, and their menu said was Indica. The crappy part was that yesterday I went in to purchase an Indica vape and an 18:1 CBD pen, but I didn't want to spend the $100 so I put the CBD back. So now I've spent $90 total, will for sure use one of the two items and I'm out $55 for an strain that yesterday's bud tender and their menu said was a Indica. I really appreciate the bud tenders help today and everyone was super nice. But the only reason management came out to do anything was because their receipt tape was stuck and they came out to fix it, not to tell me anything or walk me through their policy. I worked in retail for years and minored in management, and it felt pretty disrespectful to have management pull something like that without meeting with a customer. Apparently they were too busy to care, wasted my time, and disregarded my transaction. I don't expect to go back due to the way management treats their customers. The budtenders and security rock and I hope they exceed their management.I also did some digging in the laws of advertising for marijuana.... and you could technically be fined for advertising a strain incorrectly as it effects the health of the consumer.

I have been having positive experiences here for years. Always greeted with a friendly face and always taken care of without delay.  Absolutely the best customer service in the south bay.

Warning for first timers:1)Arrogant budtenders.2) coming in with only a card in your wallet? You're forced to put on gift card which is $3 to use card or use their atm inside with fee. Suggestion: cash only sign would be cool. 3)$1.09 to buy their child proof bag.. As "meg h. Updated.. I guess its illegal to recieve meds in a closed stapled bag..which is news to me.. Is torrance the only city demanding paying for these bags green cross forces you to pay for? 4)Dear "Meg h. From green cross".. Being forced to buy over 3x the amount of flower never tried before because you don't have grams in stock forces the consumer to spend more than intended. Then what if the flower doesn't even work for them? ugh they state all prices for all pre-weighted flower that is not true to their inventory..tends too look like a trap.  Which manipulates/forces the customer to spend more on their needed meds than they intend to. Medical marijuana is barely now not requiring a recommendation in our state. This movement is going as slow as a turtle..it's not covered by insurance like prescription pills are. Regarding the movement; shouldnt dispensaries have basic compassion for someones holistic medication? -Or at least customer service4)The front desk is slowwwwww. Nice but slow. Being a South Bay native this is disappointing.  Today was my second and last visit at Green Cross. I feel sorry for all the others that are newer to the scene that are and will be ripped off.

This review is mostly based on the customer service I received, or rather didn't receive during my first visit.  They had only one item that was CBD only on top of that. My brother spends hundreds a week on CBD Gummies for our cancer ridden mother,  which shouldn't make a difference in the way your treated. Upon check out, I did not realize it was cash only, and was 50 cents short upon trying to get only one item instead of 2. They had already given me a first time discount, sure, but I was 50 cents short and it was my first time. I ended up having to go to their ATM and spend 8$ in fees as opposed to 50 cents I would have been short. Additionally,  I tried to get a referral code for my brother, who I mentioned to the indifferent cashier that he couldn't accompany me to get the referall discount because he is staying with our mother with cancer. Her reply was "oh."Not a great way to retain customers when there's 50 other dispensaries nearby!!

Whenever I'm in the Long Beach area, I love coming to Green Cross! Since I work with a distribution company, I get to visit this shop a few times a month, and it is always a pleasure. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and Julien always make sure I have everything I need. The shop also looks beautiful now that they've done their renovations, and now that it's so much larger, the extra space works perfectly for doing events. Security guards are always nice and well mannered, and I always appreciate their help with bringing in any stuff I have inside. They have a great variety of cannabis products, and the friendliest staff to help you choose. I love that they carry both Heavy Hitters and Rad vapes at this shop because it's amazing that there are so many clean and potent options for patients to choose from. If you're looking for a new sativa, I highly recommend neon dream from RAD :)

I wanted to go to a shop that required a medical marijuana card and that didn't sell recreationally tithe public, I find those shops noisy and distracted. I was specifically looking for a cannabis oil high in THC that I could take at night for pain and to help me sleep. I don't smoke or vape and I wanted to capsulize the oil so I could swallow it without the taste. I'm an ovarian cancer patient and I use 15 drops in a capsule, I had to work my way up to this dose, I started out with 5 drops. I take it at 8pm so it is worn off by 6am, I don't want to be groggy dousing the day. I still not up to the full dropper which is 300grms. They say you need 800-1000grms daily to kill cancer and the only way to get such high THC is to buy a high medical bud/flower and make the oil yourself, I'm in the process of ordering everything I need to make my own oil.My bud tender was very helpful and she spent a nice amount of time with me, I received a new patient 10% discount also. They accept cash and debit and they keep track of your purchases and you have a 2wk period until your next visit.

Very knowledgeable and polite staff! I forgot the name of one staff member in particular that is extremely helpful and will direct you to a product that is most beneficial for you. He was extremely kind and understanding when I went in needing something to calm extreme anxiety. His recommendation worked perfectly for me, and is strictly CBD and CBN without THC. He takes his time to ensure you know everything about the products before recommending anything to you.I don't k ow how helpful this is since I can't remember his name! Ha! These products work maybe a little too well! My short term memory is faded...

One time I was presented a putrid moldy smell-jar from which I took a huge whiff - that was a first. The last time I was told by security guards to either take my hat off or turn it backwards for the cameras. Who does that!? Not even banks. If you're going to treat your customers like criminals then I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Regular customer here and I've truly never had a reason to complain. Employees are well educated on the products they offer. Longest I've ever been in line is about 4 minutes. Security guards are cool, always good conversation with them. Prices are a little high but is expected for the quality of the cannabis. Parking lot can get a little hectic so you can park in the shopping center next door if need be. Give Green Cross Torrance a try and I'm sure that'll be your go to spot

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff regarding products, strains, pretty much any questions you have.The dispensary is clean, has excellent security and is in a safe area.I highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to try for medicinal purposes.They do not work on commission, so they don't try to upsell you or rush you...they try to get you the product that will work for you.

Always great service and products! The staff is friendly and answer my questions about new developments with their inventory all the time.I only once got a cartridge that was faulty and brought it in to them. They took care of it right away. I'm grateful.

Expect to spend extra money walking into this place. You have to buy a gift card and buy the bag for your weed. It's hilarious. They get you on the bud but can't throw in the bag. The neighborhood dealer has better business etiquette than this "establishment". Seriously, did the clinic get so cheap they can't afford to give us a plastic baggie? I'm sorry, it's comedic. However, the front desk was good. Bud tenders were horrible; well, at least the girl who was helping me was slow and useless. Management should consider swapping the front desk for bud tenders. Or, maybe they're so cheap they can't afford to pay for good bud tenders like they can't afford to pay for bags. Ralph's and target don't even charge as much for their bags; which is way more bag. LOL

Allen was SO helpful today! He was super informative and made me feel comfortable when asking questions about the varieties. It is also so clean inside! I highly recommend this place.

Green Cross is a great shop with plenty of options - whether you need flower, vapes, edibles, tinctures, or just about anything else, they're well stocked.I come in from time to time to run special promotional deals on RAD vapes and it's always such a pleasure to work with the friendly staff. They're not only good to their vendors, but more importantly I've seen each and every budtender take the time to address each customer's unique needs without rushing. I was riding home and I remembered that my aunt said she wanted some edibles. She is around 80 years old so I wasn't going to tell her no. I stopped at this place since it's on my way home. The outside is a little scary, but once you enter into the facility, you are good and they have security that seems to be watching everything and everyone. The selection and price are good and I have no complaints about that. The bud tenders were awesome and we even shared some laughs. I will most definitely visit this place again!

Totally legit operation. The store is clean, stylish, and the staff helpful and professional. Their prices are very competitive, the only negative, parking is very limited and tight.

Hands down the WORST clinic in the whole South Bay Area (and it's only gotten worse) No only do they have mediocre quality weed, edibles and wax, but the taxes they put on every single thing you purchase is more than DOUBLE of any shop that I've ever been to. The customer service is literally the only kind of good thing about this shop. All of their weed comes prepackaged, edibles are 20$+ for only 100mg, the actual quality of the weed is mid to low grade. This is the type of shop that they charge whatever they want because it's right on the corner and they know people are gullible and desperate. Please do yourself a favor and try a different nearby shop (South Bay Church is a lot better of a choice) because you will just throw your money away for the same product buying from the Green Cross.

I was a but intimidated going into my first green store. I had an idea what i wanted, but seeing so many choices was a little overwhelming. My budtender helped me pick something based on my criteria. I have been there a few times now, and each person I have encountered has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

I rushed to this location from work. I looked at weedmaps and says store closes at 10pm. I get to parking at 9:54. By the time I get to door the security guard says " sign says we close at 9:55" I couldn't believe they wouldn't take me in. I'm a loyal customer and I spend my hard earned money at this location. And I wasn't late! I was there a minute before 9:55 thinking they close at 10pm. I understand your employees are tired and want to go home. I would of understand if I showed up at 10pm but I didn't. I will never spend another dollar at this dispensary. Especially if they show me no customer service like this. I'm sure they are busy and will do fine without my patronage. I will definitely let my friends know as well to take their business somewhere else. Customer service is key to any successful business. Today I was disappointed at Green Cross of Torrance. Shame on you... 1 minute too late and u couldn't take care of this customer.

First time at a dispensary and I thought it was very clean, open, well lit and friendly. My "bud-tender" (I love that) was awesome; Amir, I think his name was. I bought a bunch of edibles and so far so good. I wouldn't have known what the heck I was doing but Amir really made the choices clear. Everyone was cool, helpful and I felt very comfortable as a first timer. I thought the prices were very reasonable considering the quality. I'll be back!!

Nice place, nice staff. I'm visiting the in-laws for the holidays and needed a resupply. Checked yelp, it looked good, was close enough to Manhattan Beach, I decided to visit. My regular dispensary is Harborside in Oakland, so my expectations are high...so to speak. Green Cross has a similar vibe. Upbeat, cheerful folks, nice decor. The selection was good and I was pleasantly surprised the added-on taxes were less than at home. One short-coming I think is the area and the lack of security outside the door. There is security inside the door, but as I was walking out, it struck me that walking out with a quantity in anything but broad daylight might not be the best idea. It's not enough to stop me from returning in the future, but like you always should be, stay aware.

Such a professional dispensary!! They have a great balanced selection, but more importantly, their staff is friendly and highly educated about their products!! I have been in a few times, and every time a different bud tender gave me exceptional service and made me feel comfortable shopping there! Went in yesterday with a list of things, and was able to get everything on the list, and some blueberry shatter, very exciting!! Can't wait to come back again soon!

This place is honestly the worst cannabis dispensary I've been to yet. They stop admitting new patients at 7:30 pm which is reasonable of course because they close at 8:00 pm. BUT..... I showed up at 7:45 pm and they told me I could not shop because of this rule. I told them I was absolutely NOT a new customer and I had been there before. They said they could not find my file and refused to believe me. The woman at the front desk then proceeded to ask the SECURITY GUARD and I quote "hey have you seen this guy before?" Lol! I felt like I was back in the 1990's doing a back alley drug deal and the "dealer" was asking someone else if I was "cool" or not. Shame this place is so unorganized and unprofessional. I absolutely will not be returning to this establishment. EVER. I would rate this place negative 1 star if it were an option.

Called in to see if they carry CannaRel capsules since CannaRel site lists Green Cross as one of their dispensary to buy. The guy who answered the phone was a total a$$, rude and gave besides a simple 'NO' recommendation for other product. I have been going to 420 CENTRAL for a long time where patient are respected and highly valued. By calling and talking to this trunk makes me puke and at the same time makes me realize that 420 CENTRAL is the best dispensary in the South Land, hands down. I would never consider to call again or to buy anything from this weed shack.

Power trip security, employees are rude and look like they hate life, the prices are extremely high, no ATM machine, and they charge you for a bag?! With the high prices the bag should be free. Plenty of other places in walking distance that will treat you and your wallet better.

It's an average place with not such a welcoming vibe but a high security penitentiary. (Which does make me feel safer on a positive note)The items here are pretty pricey topped off with annoying micro-transactions. 3$ to use card and a bag for a 1$. I came here a 2 times but they didn't have what I wanted in stock :( The quality they have here is good but will cost you a pretty penny.It's pretty weird for them to make you use another card and your debit to charge but I believe this is for legal purposes which I'm not really aware of so it's not really a con but something you should be mindful of when coming here. They will supply you this credit card for you to keep and every time you make a purchase here, bring your ID, the card they gave you, and your debit/credit card.I'm a fan of their brownies by Kaneh Co. Very good stuff hmmm I need a few more visits to this place so I can decide to up the rating. I recommend this place for a nice selection.

Yes the place is cool, but the weed is honestly NOT GOOD so i don't understand why the prices are so high!? customer service is NOT GOOD so i don't understand why they think people would want to come back!? If I could give them 0 stars I would. The employees don't know much about the products and only seem interested in touting the most expensive. I have been coming to this shop for about a year now. The staff... incredible!!! Knowledgeable, down to earth, fun and honest! I recently stopped in and saw their new renovations! So beautiful!! I come pretty often because they sell my favorite vape brand Heavy Hitters. Not many places have many options besides the 1 gram tanks but they carry the disposables too(which I just tried and amazing) and the dab syringes which the budtender told me is going to discontinued. Super happy I picked one up before they ran out, the dab hits hard! Thank you for always making my experience here the best one every time! Keep up the good work, you all rock!

Good product, but half the time you get really good customer service and half the time pretty horrible customer service.  Drop the crappy attitudes and relax... you're selling weed.

The hubby loves this spot. He says there's a real good variety with shelves always stocked. Bogo. Out of all the twenty or so shops he goes to this is his favorite. Eventhough it's a drive it sure is worth it with friendly staff and good security available at all hours of operation. Which is a big plus for this armed security.

Old school prices and customer service terrible. Recently moved to the area from L.A.... Horrible feeling knowing they even charge for a bag every time you purchase!!! Unheard of.. I miss L.A. This place has the 90's mentality of herb selling. I can't believe it. Since the start of Covid-19, I have been ordering online and using their delivery service. In addition to a wonderful selection of products at reasonable prices, their drivers and communications of delivery status and estimated delivery time are top notch. Vincent, tonight's driver, was very patient with me as I tried to use a debit card for the 1st time. I have only used a debit card to get cash out of my bank. Thanks Green Cross for making it easy for a senior citizen to shop at your store.

An incredible and clean environment, South Bay has definitely voted correctly in making this the best shop 3 years running! Every time I come in I'm greeted with the friendliest bud tenders in town and I love how knowledgeable they all have been. The flower is always fire and the prices are always reasonable! Especially compared to all the trap shops opening up, it's nice to have a safe place to buy bud. I've never had a bad experience here and the faculty is always eager to help, the enthusiasm is appreciated and definitely noted!

I was on the hunt for some Korova black out brownies and I'm so glad I found this place. Definitely impressive!! Inside is gorgeous and you could smell how clean it is!  The bud tender was really nice and made finding my edibles super easy. They had a really wide variety of every category from bud to glass with everything in between. Absolutely gonna be my regular spot.

Today, I went to Green Cross of Torrance for the first time w/ the purpose of seeking education on medicinal alternatives for my medical issues. I entered the store with little knowledge. They asked for my ID (which I was okay with, thinking they were checking my age), but then they started to take a photo of my ID (not okay). I asked the young lady checking in people why she needed to take a photo copy. She said it was procedure, but gave no explanation why. The security guard was kind enough to jump in and explain that when going into a legitimate cannabis dispensary, they need track the amount that you are buying for the day. I appreciated the explanation, because this was my 1st time to a cannabis store ever and I'm pretty clueless of the procedures.     When I entered the store, I noticed it was clean. They had 6 feet circles on the ground promoting Covid safety measures, as well as signs stating patrons need to wear a mask. I was called up by Joel right away. I don't even know where to start. Joel was kind, patient, and professional. I explained I had never tried alternative methods, then disclosed to Joel my medical issues. I clarified I was not there to purchase anything, but there to gain knowledge so I may make an informed decision.  Joel was more than willing to listen to me and go over options. At one point, he commented that helping people in his line of work with medical issues was the best part of his job. It was obvious without him even expressing it.     Joel was well-informed about the products and easily recommended merchandise that would be beneficial to me. Not one time did Joel make me feel shameful or embarrassed about my medical issues. Nor did he belittle me for not being educated on the topic of medicinal alternatives. He even consulted a co-worker to make sure one item would be the best for me, knowing I had a combination a medical issues. He really showed he cared. Thank you Joel! Also, thank you to your co-worker, I can't remember his name (my apologies) I think Adam.     I have been hesitate about trying medicinal alternatives for years. After speaking with Joel (taking notes and asking tons of questions), I feel comfortable in the decision to give it a try. Thank you Joel for your gentleness, resourcefulness, patience, and overall exceptional attitude. Many blessings to you. I will be returning soon.

I've been a patron with Green Cross since 2016, there have been a lot of changes but one thing has stayed consistent - their massive variety of product! Hard to find selections elsewhere can be found here. I'm a heavier smoker so I love coming here for Tyson Ranch products and I add to it with extracts. Oh boy, it's taken some time to get through the concentrate menu, I always have trouble deciding but the bud tenders are amazing with providing options. They're very knowledgeable and never fail to give me good options. Fav shop, thank you GC for your consistency!

By far was my favorite shop to stop at to pick up but after today experience i dont know if ill be going back in, everyone was nice till i had to pay and i guess the package i was buying was not properly in put in the system well rude manager Robi came out and Snatched the package out of cashier hand ( as if i was stealing it or getting it for FREE ) and said she could not sell me something that is not in the system as if he wanted for him self , very rude of him , it was the last package he could of sold it but instead just walk right back to back room where he was at . Very poor service of him as a Manager could of taken care of this in a better way . No customer service at all ..

First I want to say I would definitely shop here again but I had a bit of a weird experience. I came in and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was helped by a lady and got a few edibles and some of the .5G baby joints. After I pick everything out she takes me to the register to pay and I pay with a card. Now if you go to dispensaries you know about the whole card fee and rounding up transactions and giving change back but this time was weird. I complete my transaction and should be getting $6 cash back. I asked if they had matches she said we have lighters for $1. So I asked her to take the $1 (and whatever tax) out of the cash back I’m supposed to get and she gets really confused but then it seems like she understood. But then she tells me my change is $1 and I see her take the rest of the money I should have received as my cash back and put it in her tip jar. It felt really weird that she just decided my change was going to be her tip and without acknowledging me at all stuffs it in her tip jar right in front of me. Now I’m not going to make a stink about $3-4 but that moment felt really slimy. Honestly I would come back to this store but I’ll probably avoid that lady at all costs unfortunately.

Love this shop! Excellent deals for vets like me and the best Stiiizy selection around. They also do delivery for no fee which is how I found them. They're my new favorite store by a mile.

Great staff and security! You will definitely feel welcomed and secure at GC ! Very clean store and they do a regular cleaning of the shop daily multiple time which means so much during these times. They are definitely taking the extra steps to ensure us as customers and them as staff are safe. Now product they carry is top notch ! They have every and anything you could want. They also have great deals and a loyalty program. I try and come here at least once a week and never have been disappointed. Definitely a go to shop for me.
