This place is great, a little out of the way but worth the drive. The people we're friendly, we're casual which I enjoyed.  The Amy & Al's products are amazing and their prices can't be beat. I'll be coming back for sure. Also they chairs & couch in the waiting room are the comfyest furniture I've ever sat in, nice.

Speaking only of concentrates: Quality has been excellent until recently. See attached photos.  Apparently some re-labeling going on as well?  Literally eight month old shatter that has been sitting around turning to sand, bonded to the wax paper -- and tasting of actual wax. The first puff was like smoking a candle. Threw it away. Extremely disappointing. I have gone out of my way to frequent this establishment. No more.

Might be the best shop I've been to, the atmosphere is great and the employees are all top notch people, the reason i keep going back is the good selection of bud, they open early and the deals are everyday.

Both myself and my girlfriend I think if I was an older white male I may have gotten better service or service at all for that matter. First of all I drove all the way up here from Mesa to check the place out because the menu was awesome. Never have a had a dispensary agent ask my "How did you get your card?" Didn't realize that was anyone's concern except my own. They acted as though a had a fake card or something. I've never had anyone deny my service at a dispensary because I presented an out of state ID and handle it in such a abrasive insensitive manner. I came to get medicine not be made to feel as though I'm trying to do something wrong. Something about the owner being a lawyer and how I needed to present a passport as well. I've never left the country why would I carry a passport?! All they had to do was scan my card and they would see I frequent dispensarys all over the valley. Even after I said I drove all the way from Mesa the only response was "That's not our fault." The one time I've had a similar issue they helped me and told me I would need to bring my Az ID the next time since my Indiana ID is still very much valid. Even if they couldn't help me the way they handled the situation could have been much better.   It's called empathy. Like " Sorry about that! Here's a CBD product on the house or how about 10% off your next visit. Just anything other then the utter disregard I felt I was shown by the gentleman at the front desk.

I only went here once. I will NOT return again. The bud tender was aloof and obviously didn't like her job. She had a real attitude and the prices are high so never going back. There are too many better places around. One is All Greens right down the street.

Come with a damn book and be ready to wait!! Second and last time here, the wait time is crazy and the customer service needs a lot of work- the bud tenders are pretty good once you get to one but the lady at the desk is just plain awful!!

Champ friendly customer service. Your questions get answered every time you go there. Large array of medicinal oils, greens & edibles. An OA & Fibromyalgia sufferer no longer has to suffer with man made RX that work at first and then never does ever again. And the best part is that CBD/THC properties heal you more than just in one area of concern. You are your own best advocate-- take good care of yourself! Listen and pay attention to what works for you-- yes, only you. No human (body) reacts the same way as another.

Ethan is great! !!! Always helps me out with suggestions and has great knowledge. Love that you earn points and that the flower is actually worth buying. Great edibles as well.  The specials they run each day are with the dropping by. Quick in an out unless you want to take the time to shop, they don't rush you out. Love them and what they got going on!! On my way home nice location :)

I have downgraded my opinion of this dispensary recently. (Since the end of July) New lady budtender does not like selling  superb strains for economy prices. 3 weeks ago the shelves were stocked with super tasty og's like XXX, Fire, True and Headband. GDP, Emerald Jack and more. What a turnaround! (Negative) I give 3 stars for what they were because what we have now is a 1-2 stars in an inconvenient location. Please bring back old business model

I bought 2 grams looked a little funny weighed it out I got a 0.8 and a 0.9 !!!!??? Never coming back even tho they offered me a free gram  it's not worth the gas And the flower is subpar at best hopefully they don't approve reviews on here or else people won't see this

Love this place great bud and amazing staff good quality of products. And they are also opened until 10pm which is Perfect if you get off later

I love WMHC!  Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly and the quality of product is top knotch!

All-time favorite dispensary! Amy and Al's edibles are the best hands down! Meds on all shelf's are good and that's hard to find foot meds that's aren't the dispensaries "reserve"! Keep up the great work!

Love white mountain. Fast and friendly service and the weed doesn't cost as much as other local dispensaries. Great place to grab your bud and concentrates 10/10 for sure.

Go here almost every month. Each time I went I received great service! They are always pleased to inform me about all their current deals.

Receptionist is so rude and in a bad mood all the time...how do you work in a dispensary and hate your job so much to where you give bad customer service! Don't know his name but he wear glasses and has dreads! Sounded like he hates his life..

I love white mountain. I love the staff and go there almost daily for my canabis medicine.

Quality has gone down hill, a lot!Gal that waited on me, was very impatient, when I asked for info. Will NOT be going back!

Sweet science concentrate taste horrible, leaves a nasty sticky stuff on your teeth unlike other brands. Bought the sweet science diamonds and batter, both are so bad...

This place has changed so much in the last 2 years. They've replaced the fabulous team of bud tenders with rude, middle aged Karens. The deals are nonexistent. The stock is inconsistent at best. Had Renee tell me to take an emergency call from my boss outside while she was bagging my $350 purchase. I was a regular and now I avoid it at all costs.

Terrible very disappointed came for my second time special Buy one get one free and they're telling me that they're not gonna give me the second free amd still purchased!! Last time coming to this company !

My first time visiting a dispensary...from when I checked in and until I checked out the customer service was !  The staff are on the selling side we're patient with me and knowledgeable about the products. Will be back again on my next visit.

Definitely my favorite dispensary in the Surprise/Sun City area! I've been there multiple times & have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen (Rec). Ernesto is super awesome! He has served me a few times & has always been friendly & helpful. They always have great sales & their first-time-client discount makes it worth at least one trip ;)
