Dang folks, I am a nice, Christian person. I have a medical issue like few others. I had been next door to a competitor and spent my limit for the day before coming here. I told the greeter that I had maxed out my daily limit for THC products before comin there to see what they had for the next day shopping. Silent alarm bells went off when I said that. The manager came out and asked me what I had just said. I repeated that I wanted to look around but I had maxed out on THC next door. She refused me entrance! She claimed I could not enter since I had maxed out my legal THC purchase next door. I told her I wanted to see what they had for tomorrow. She said no, I could come back tomorrow at opening time. At that time I noticed they had shirts, hats, etc. for sale inside. She became angry, frustrated, whatever and said I could enter but shouted orders to everyone inside. By then, I wanted to tell her they could, well you know themselves but I entered, almost under armed guard.

Visited this place yesterday to stock up on some much needed items. I know and realized that this country is struggling to figure out ways to combat this pandemic but what I witnessed yesterday at LivWell and how the manager of that place talked to his customers and staff I will never step foot in that store again!! I felt sorry for my cashier, she visibly was shaken and could tell that she was really struggling to get through her day. You guys need to figure out a better solution or just close your doors. Arent you a million dollars corporation? Treating people with decent human dignity is more important than your bank accounts!!!

honestly i'm reading the bad reviews and i'm like whaaa? lol i seriously have a great experience every time i go to this livwell. i prefer this one over north side, the people remember me even with a mask on, the #hash is literally the prettiest wax and i never leave disappointed, i'm honestly really shocked by the bad reviews lol this place is seriously rad asf, the staff is nice as shit, ive seen the manager dude and he's really quiet but he's not an asshole lol he just seems like he's always busy doing important stuff. anyways yeah the prices are dope, staff is dope, vibe is dope  i think people are expecting everything to be the same before the pandemic but it's literally not that hard to follow guidelines, you're in and out just as fast lol

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Our bud tender, DRO, went above and beyond for my sister and I.  He took the time to explain products in detail and made some really good recommendations based off of our wants and needs. Great prices, great customer service, great products, great variety! Can't say enough good things about this place.

Charlie was awesome. If you like pens, this is the place to get them. They engineer their own! The waiting was actually cool. Will be back! Great selection.

I had gone here when it was ripe and came back recently to check it out again, it was still just as great! Great prices for amazing product! I have been to quite a few dispensaries in the area and this one is definitely one of my favorites!!! Misty helped me out this time, she is very knowledgeable, her customer service is impeccable and she is very sweet!!! I’ll be coming back for sure!

Shopped at north store for years, decided to check this store out and the staff was amazing! Lauren was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful. Good selection and awesome prices. Definitely check them out!

First visit to this Pueblo location and it was awesome. The Staff were very professional and welcoming as it was our first visit to this city and location; recommendations were on point and very informative. The second visit as amazing as the first with additional recommendations to ensure an even more positive experience. Thank you guys so much. Will highly recommend and will definitely re-visit as soon as we can.

Love this store. Ordered on line today. Was late for my pickup, but no worries ! Misty was so cheerful and upbeat a pleasure to meet her. She filled my order Accurately and quickly. Changing gloves whenever she changed to the next strain. They are always conscientious about cross contamination and the store is always very clean. So much to love!!
