Love how homey this dispensary is, not corporate feeling. Staff are wonderful. My new "go to" place recommended to me by a friend. I was shopping at another place but now that my friend doesn't work there anymore- she told me to check this place out. My only disappointment is I didn't shop here sooner or more often.

Felt like I was taken advantage of and viewed as some unknowledgeable outsider (since I'm from another state). They sold me the last olio rosin jam and last batter for $60 + but they took it out from display jar. Probably been sitting there with jar open for more than a week. My jam was smeared all over cap with hair or lint in it. The batter was dry as a rock with no smell whatsoever. Once I observed before leaving property I was very upset and went to return it. 10 mins after my purchase and I was somewhat treated like I was trying to pull something shady or get a better deal. They took back jam but the manager on the phone said I had to keep their dryed up batter since nothing was wrong with it. Unacceptable especially as a top priority customer who spends their limit everytime. Won't be coming back to this place!

Horrible, First they didn't have what I ordered. OK.. So when I got there the Bud Tender, she said well I got this. Ok we'll there are no others choices so I took it. Got home it wasn't even an ounce and I paid for an ounce and the weed is s***** it's got seeds in it looks like outdoor grow. Taste like shit..... and what ticked me off the most is the girl didn't even tell me that this had seeds in it and I know she knew. I've had problems with you guys in the past shorting me and giving me the wrong product during the corona virus pickups. But nothing like this. I wouldn't recommend you to anybody. I think you enjoy ripping off your customer. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY... NOT THE CUSTOMER...Thats not a good way to keep your customers happy nor will it help word of mouth.... I think (my opinion) You need to improve on better quality smoke from your lower shelf... And get management/owner to do there job better on chosing there product. By far the best dispensary I've been to in Pueblo everyone was great really helpful by the curbside service I was able to get what I needed ASAP y'all have a great staff

James is the best budtender you guys have!! He knows and remembers what i want evertime!! Always makes me feel good to not have to repeat myself everytime i go in.
