The manager is rude and unprofessional. Handling unsatisfied customers in a very poor way, going to extreme measures for speaking our mind, and expressing our dissatisfaction. Just because you have the authority to do something doesnt mean you should do it. We've been coming here so long and spent hundreds here, just to ha e the manager laugh in our face.

Every single staff member is incredibly friendly. The security, front desk person, and budtenders always greet you with a smile. The whole operation is run very well. The menu on their website is frequently updated and I've never had the problem of ordering something that's not in stock. Curbside pick up is efficient, social distancing measures have been enacted and despite this they still get thru the line quickly! This place has some of the best prices I've seen compared to their competitors. They have daily specials, my go to is wax Wednesday. Overall I recommend this shop to all my friends, family, and anyone else.

Great place. I love how they designed the lobby. Staff is super friendly. I went looking for a specific product they were out of. The man helping me got online looking for the product, even at other dispensaries, above and beyond!

I love this place. Security and front desk check-in are so nice. All the budtenders are easygoing and super knowledgeable. I've never felt rushed and always leave with exactly what I want. Ordering ahead and picking up is always great and after trying their delivery today, I'll probably never go to any of the competitors in the area. Keep up the good job, everyone!

This is my go to spot. I love coming by after work early mornings for their 15% happy hour Sun-Thur. They got a wide variety of herbs, wax, melts, edibles, vapes you name it. Im more of a heavy  indica kinda guy & the staff is super friendly &  they always helps me out with great suggestions. Plus if you earn enough SafePort points and get some dope Swag.

Terrible place.All but a couple employees are lifeless and act like like your lucky to be waited on. Terrible nonworking computer system makes all transactions extra difficult. Will not take over orders Over the phone. Almost all others do. Owner obviously doesn't care just interested in the money. Don't waste your time on greedy dispensaries.don't go there!

Very personable! I love the bud tenders there.  Friendly, knowledgeable staff, never rushed.  Knows their products and availability.  Discounts are easily found, munchie Mondays are my favorite!!!  On track with protocol...great assortment of products, including Coast To Coast products where I used to shop, in canoga park. Online shopping rocks with no wait lines and, especially if you know what you want.  I'd recommend this place to my son!! Or anyone else interested! Thank you Safeport! Spot on NAME too!

Shopped here for the first time today. Their reviews/ratings are a little lower on Weedmaps than some other locations in Pt Hueneme. I thought it was not justified. Staff down to the security guard were friendly, helpful and efficient. Everyone was masked and social distanced. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. And the product was good. Some dispensaries I've been to you feel like your in your friend's basement. This place is definitely professional and well-run.

Safe port is like heaven. I just love this place, my favorite shop to go to. Best selection and prices. The store is such a good vibe and the employees are great. I've always had a good experience in here and appreciate the consistency in service and quality in products. Thanks Safeport.

Why even have curbside pickup as an option? I waited over 20 minutes for someone to come out with my order. No one answered my phone call. You weren't busy whatsoever. Definitely my last time coming here

In and out n never returning. Front desk and waiting area is nice. Good flower, but all top shelf pricing, the joint is meant for the old timers. They like the high pricing n driving out to port from the bu. Menus are deceiving and the first timers discount is just the $8 tax I'm about to describe. This three layered tax on everything is about $8 and is outrageous. Excise tax is something that is generally applied already in the price of a product. But here, let's add it only to remove it as a courtesy for first timers. What a crock. Shame shame. Books are cookin here fasho. First and last timer, hope y'all find who or whatever the flower you're lookin for

So I went in to this shop the other day to venture out into other shops. I was truly impressed with the shop. The atmosphere is very relaxed and kind of up scale. The prices can be high but in all honesty you pay that in gas driving out the the valley. I will happily continue coming here as they make me feel like a valued customer unlike other dispensaries in Port Hueneme

Changed their rewards program and erased all my rewards points  after I had accumulated 400 points. I was only getting at most 20 pts each visit so I purchased a lot before they cleaned my slate...many times I only went there because of the rewards promises only to get my hopes up with the rewards and have it taken away from me like nothing.They should've rolled over the existing points to the new system or at least sent a text notifying people of the change and they didn't. To me there are just too many other places to go now than to keep going to a place that would do that. I'll find another dispensary that has a mOre reliable system

This place was recommended by a friend & I happened to be in the area, needing my edible fix. I put an order in thru their site for curbside pick-up. Service is prompt & I was notified every step of the order via text. Also a pleasant surprise getting a 1st timer deal + more off cause of their Monday edible promo. Will definitely return!

Always kind and friendly staff. I feel like I get the whole place to myself! I have never had to wait in line and they always answer the phone.Good selection of edibles which I prefer.

Man the tax is ridiculous, not only state but city and another tax. I bought a raw garden gram cart at 55$ and a top shelf 8th $54  total of 109$ after the taxes I walked out the door at 145! Never going back. Ojai might be 10Min longer drive but worth it they are 55$ out the door for raw full gram.

Such amazing customer service , the place itself is overall very roomy and clean. At the receptionist they're always so sweet and welcoming every time you walk in and it's only been like my third time but still. They have a nice, cool lounge area that's quite roomy, great because of the social distancing thing. When you officially go inside the dispo room, you're greeted right away and it's just such a wonderful feeling when you know you're seen and offered help right when they see you. I was first helped by Jordan and then after a couple mins of wanting some time to think. I was then greeted and helped by Justin, cool ass dude btw!! He was so helpful and we both shared our stories of our trouble w/ sleeping lol. If you're looking for GREAT customer service, guys and gals that can help you answer your questions and won't make you feel judge or in a hurry, THIS IS IT :)) p.s justin had hooked it up for me  I really received the best customer service so i told him i was going to leave a review and then he handed me this yall ( i cant add the photo but he had given me a 15% off coupon for my next visit) if you're looking for a new dispo or trying to find a good one for your first one, GO TO SAFEPORT

This was my 1st time in a dispensary and they were very helpful in explaining the products. I told them what I came in there for and they explained all the options to me. I loved that I didn't feel pressure at all to buy something overly expensive that I didn't need. Everyone from the security guard, receptionist and salesman were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you to the staff for making this a pleasant  1st time experience!!

Well, from the nice lady up front (blond hair) she talked to us about wax's and her favorites since she's a dabber herself. I kinda forgot the dudes name who helped me n my friend , he was white, tall, thin and was wearing a safeport beanie (tan), blond medium-long hair. Super nice budtender who helped us and was more than happy to show us anything and even stuff he knew we would love and save up for next time for sure!

Very secure, safe business with armed security, cameras, and locked sales area. People were helpful and professional. I especially like the knowledgeable staff, hooked me up with some killer indica buds. Selection is not the greatest, compared to the cannabis Apple Stores in LA and valley. Prices are great though.

Chill staff can be friendly but feels like your being rushed out the door and constantly being up sold like they tune you out about what your needs are or wants are and push "products of the day" or the week Idno not a bad place but know what u want before u go in

Bought an Eighth Brothers 1/8 of blue dream. The pack was sealed but when opened it smelled like and was a pipe tobacco. Seriously like King James in a can. I've bought this brand and strain many times but never anything like this. Took it back to the store......tough luck contact the manufacturer they said. Really??

Decided to give this place a try after a friend recommended it.  Walk in to a great atmosphere with great customer service from the start.  Ordered online for an easy pick up.  Staff was friendly and will be sure to come back again!

Friendly staff, decent selection of flower. Ordering online makes it super simple and convenient for pick-up. I've noticed prices have gone up recently, is it all the damn taxes? Who knows?!

Love the decor and ambiance. Very clean and organized.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff.  I appreciate that I didn't feel rushed or pushed into a certain product. Our tender made great recommendations for products that help with pain as well as recreational. He also took feedback on products we would like to see in the store.  The only drawback was that they are pricier than other places, but they have a loyalty program to offset those costs. 5 stars.

They have a variety of good quality flower, edible and refill cartridges. Staff is always friendly and never have to wait for assistance. Everyone I have dealt with is also very knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever! They also have happy hour deals and specials. I like the frequent buyer program so there's definitely perks. They have to charge state sales tax, plus city tax. That's standard... so if you're complaining about that, you can buy low grade weed on the streets. Or get a medical card to bypass the taxes etc...

Safeport is a personal favorite of mine. The staff is always super friendly. I never mind hanging out in the waiting room, the couches are super comfortable and cute along with the plants, and rug. It's just a great vibe all around! There is a wide selection of products, from concentrates to flower and edibles and much more! They also have a great loyalty program! I am definitely looking forward to their delivery service to be up and running!

Weak weed. Even in an emergency situation I would never come back. On top of that, employees were not helpful and had little to no product knowledge. Either that or they just don't want to do anything but ring you up and take your money

I placed my first order for delivery this morning and after my experience I will continue to give them my business. The website had so many options and was very easy to navigate. They also offer curbside pickup. First time customers receive a 15% discount on their first order and there are several other ways to receive discounts. They have a "happy hour" for orders placed Sunday-Thursday between 9am-11am as well as a special on Monday's for edibles. There was a tiny issue with my order and they rectified it so quickly and were extremely gracious about it. The best part of my experience was the delivery driver. He was so friendly, polite and most importantly honest. I overpaid him by $20 and didn't realize until he returned the money. In this day and age I found his honesty very commendable. Safeport came highly recommended by several people so when searching online for a local dispensary they were the obvious choice and one I'm very happy I made. Outstanding customer service and high quality products. I highly recommend giving Safeport

I'm not a smoker at all so I had no idea what to expect when coming here. I needed some non thc cbd oil or tablets. I called in and spoke to a nice woman, she went over brands and prices with me. I then came in and it was a really nice place. I like the security measures in place. The guy that helped me was super helpful and knowledgeable. Apparently the prices I had been quoted were for thc cbd oils, even though I verified twice that is was for non-thc. But whatever, that's neither here nor there! There are so many options to chose from... I chose Mary's medicinal and only bought the small package of 5 pills to try out first. Hopefully this works for what I need it for and I will definitely be back! This is cash only and I never carry cash.. thank god I had some today.

Top shelf goods without top shelf prices!  As weed goes, the prices are in-line with what is expected.  The products are great quality, wide selection. From flower, to wax to vape, cbd, edibles, if it isn't here it does not exist yet. The staff is so amazing!  From the friendly and welcoming security guard and front desk to the crew in the store, all the nicest, professionals.  Very knowledgeable, they can help you find what will work best for you.Beautiful clean store as well!

I went to SafePort seeking relief from chronic low-level anxiety and was seeking CBD flower as a preferred method of ingestion. Budtender Brad S. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed me in the direction of Henry's pre-rolled joints, which worked amazingly - finally I could enjoy a smoke to relieve the anxiety and not experience the THC-related paranoia! Brad also introduced me to Papa & Barkley tinctures, which work wonderfully. Brad said he will keep an eye out for CBD flower to keep on stock. Great place. Friendly staff. Clean. Organized. Knowledgeable. Great selection. I'm definitely coming back!

I went to Safeport for my first time the other day and was so impressed. I had such a different perception of what a dispensary would be like (the movies taught me wrong). The ambience was amazing, I love the lounge area when you first walk in...it kind of makes you feel like you've walked into a high end speakeasy. The receptionist was great, she told me all the history I needed to know and was so excited to be there. Once I was let in the real magic begun. Everything was so organized....the staff was superb and well educated. Any questions I had the were quick to answer. I recommend trying the edibles, and for someone who doesn't smoke a lot I couldn't have been more impressed. Thanks Safeport! Keep up the great work!

First time in today, but Too expensive. Put the extra fees and taxes into price SafePort! Spend $150 and drop $50 on taxes and fees, that is an 1/8 of flower.

Punk ass security guard checking my Id before I got in like he a cop or sum he didn't make the police academy for a reason every other person walked in just fine no id needed HUENEME PATIENT FOR THE WIN !!!!

Easily the best place in town! Great selection, friendly, professional, great vibe! I can't say the same for the other places in town. Justin and Corinna are always very nice and professional. Everyone else there is awesome, I just don't remember the names. Thanks for the great service!

Clean professional supper helpful was my first time being to a dispensary and were very open to questions knowledgeable

We were anticipating the opening of this dispensary since we seen it coming right next door to one of our favorite lunch spots and we were not disappointed!! The place is very clean and super cute! They always greet you with a smile and the bud tenders are all very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. Our favorite girl Deodre (hope I spelled that right) has great energy and always knows what to recommend. Their flowers are always on point no matter what your budget is.

The best dispensary in town, they have true top shelf. Such a nice vibe throughout the whole place, definitely recommend this place. If you want the gas go here simple as that !

This is a great dispensary with knowledgeable bud tenders and a nice selection. Justin, a manager has been very helpful. The store is well laid out and all the staff that I've interacted with have been nice.

They are clean, helpful, and respectful, I've gone to other spots and worked at one other dispensary, and this place takes the gold from 710labs to UPnorth flowers, to crown extracts to loud pack. I love my cannabis and I don't even bother going to another DP anymore. -MERXZILLA

My first time at this dispensary! I've seen this place for a few years. In the past I had purchased edibles from other dispensaries while I still lived in Nevada. Alas, I thought once I stopped teaching in Public school I would no longer need the good help that a little CBD gave me.But, 2020.A neighbor of mine had mentioned that this place is very clean and the staff is all really nice. So, I started to ponder it and thought maybe I'll just go check it out. It's in a kind a rough area, but there is a security guard right outside. And I was able to get a parking spot right in front of the front door, so that was good.I was greeted and checked in pretty quickly. The guy helping me was friendly and made good suggestions. Being vegan, I don't eat gelatin which lots of edibles have in them. But he helped me find choices that were indeed vegan. I bought two different kinds, and was on my way shortly. Cash only, so remember to bring the green paper!!They have an atm machine there in case you show up cashless (like I did lol). Pricing is also very reasonable. I tried one of the edibles a few hours after leaving the store, and it was great!! Took the edge off and made me "social".  And later, I had a terrific night's sleep! My only thought......  Why have I gone so long without?! And how have I survived this long into 2020 without!! Definitely recommend this store!!

Excellent cannabis dispensary in Ventura county.  They have adequate security with a guard outside the building and security cameras inside.  They have a good selection of edible products as well as flower. On Mondays they discount the edibles by 40% on second item. Their employees are very knowledgeable about their products.   Service is pretty good.  You can get in and out pretty quick if you know what you want.

The short lady with a fair complexion and brown hair who helped me and my mom was ridiculously slow and seemed to be tired or un excited to do her job. She didn't seem to know the product well and other employees go above and beyond explaining things and making our experience enjoyable. I still got what I wanted because I'd been here before and know what I need. She probably needs more training when we asked her how much the Vet CBD was and she said $50 but looked at the container and it said $38. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm probably took something that made her slow? It gives a false impression of knowing what you are doing.

I LOVED this dispo so much! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was affordable and they don't overcharge which most nice dispensaries typically do. If I lived in the area, that would be MY SPOT ! 10/10 recommend! Their Maven pre rolls were SOO good and were pretty strong. check it outttt !
