Great place. Associates are very helpful. I recommend to try it out. Usually you are not waiting for to long to be assisted.

Great quality products and a bevy of well educated employees have made going to from the earth pleasant.  Haven't been inside the dispensary in a few months now but the quality of products is still great when I receive them delivered. Great job!

Gabbo, Gavin, And Abby were very helpful! What can I say? I don't need to drive to LA anymore due to the new recreational laws. Can't complain, even if pricing can be expensive it's the price we pay for convenience.I dig the blonde hair "front desk" girl from Tahoe - I think her name is Jessica? Really cool and helpful. I like their selection; Select, Breez are my go to's!!

Worst experience trying to get a delivery had to call 3 times it was over 1 hour and 1/2 just to inform me that they didn't have enough deliveries for my area and I had to wait until they did  so i decided to cancel order really disappointed

Everyone is just so friendly here best customer service I wanted to get some of these gummy's and he directed me to something that was better for the price and something I actually ended up enjoying more than  what I wanted to but in the first place

Sharing a review for someone that does not Yelp but was so offended I had to share. Was previously a loyal customer of From the Earth. Today was a bad experience that completely changed that. I placed an order using their curbside service, which I've done a couple of times. I picked up my order but didn't open my bag until hours later. When I opened my order I was missing the actual product. It was a box with a rubber stopper and nothing else. I immediately called the shop and explained what happened. The girl who took the call transferred me to the manager, Blake. Initially he was skeptical. He told me to go in and I did. When I got there his attitude was very accusatory. He asked if I took photos/video of the empty box and sent them to the manufacturer. That never crossed my mind and I still don't understand why that was expected to be my action. I didn't purchase the product from the manufacturer I purchased it at that shop. I understand there are people who pull scams/take advantage and try to get freebies but I do not feel it was right to treat me as a customer that way. I am aware there are less expensive shops but have always felt the extra cost was worth it. I know I am one person sharing an unpleasant experience and others will continue patronizing, the reason for my post is to warn others that use the curbside service. Be sure you open your purchase in front of the employee or record your opening of the package so that you can document from the beginning since that appears to be a natural thing for Blake.

HORRIBLE service people who work there are so rude!! Made me feel like they hated their lives! Would definitely recommend the one down the street!

Great shop. Very nice and clean. I checked in and then was told to wait for a Bud tender and was beeped in a few minutes later. I'm not sure why shops do this 1:1 bud tender to patient, it really puts pressure on the customer/patient. The bud tender was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Really my only issue with the shop is the price point. The price point was very high on everything.

My husband and I have been to From the Earth 4 times now. First time Garrett led us through the CBD tinctures and the THC/CBD combos.  We both suffer from back, and osteoarthritis pains, and I have migraines and neuropathic pains as well. Made suggestions and they were okay.  Next visit we met with Abi and she is awesome!  Having migraines herself she was able to give me spot on help!!We've been back a couple times now, the last time they were out of the product that we had come for, and Abi was at lunch, the young man who helped us was okay, but just okay!  Not nearly as happy as before!  Before next visit, I will call to check on supplies and availability of Abi!!But all in all, it's still worth the drive from Ventura!!

Just want to say thank you to Blake G. He helped me today as i went in to buy a single gram of papa select concentrate (my favorite) to check if the "new rewards system" worked because i had 0 rewards points on over 5 purchases that totaled up to around a thousand dollars... he quickly resolved the problem and got me almost all my points. So thank you Blake for your great customer service, this problem had been going on for some months now and just like that Blake resolved it. Got me started on the new rewards point system and got me points for today transaction. By far the best customer service I've received at From The Earth in Port Hueneme CA. I will be back Because of Blake and if i had a choice i'd ask for him to help me next time again.

What a great experience. Never did I ever believe or think that we could actually buy cannabis over the counter 3 miles from my house, legally. They had everything one needs from vapes to different flower combinations... and Alec is awesome, I must have smacked him with 45 questions rapid fire and he was on point for each one.You have a new client. First time customer, I decided to take advantage of their %15 discount. for my needs were mainly on pain control. I had much to inquire about.  I checked in (yes ID required) Was  pleasantly greeted by the front receptionist and waited maybe 3-5 minutes before I was called back. Gavin was my host for my shopping trip. I was glad to have a designated person to help me. It made the experience less intimidating for me. I Had several questions & Gavin was helpful in explaining everything in a way that made sense. I know there's been a lot of reviews that complain the prices are too high. Obviously not understanding that "legalizing" Cannabis comes with a price. Not a fan of paying %27tax  but I knew it wasn't going to be cheap. Can't blame the employees for it. I will recommend & will return

Since the opening of which is now my only go to place for anything medical marijuana supplies I have been so grateful with everyone who's staffed here Bc they're so helpful and knowledgeable of products and supplies where I never leave unsatisfied. And even on my really crummy days going in for which isn't ever a purchase and go it's a connection and I'm happy to always feel I have friends to come visit here too! Thanks guys! And see you soon!

All around a bad experience here. I was a first time customer to their dispensary who was sold a cracked, leaking cartridge. It takes me about 1 hour roundtrip to get to Port Hueneme and back home so needless to say I was not a happy camper when I realized I had to drive all the way back after what I thought was the end of my long day having already driven over 150 miles for the day. The nighttime sales manager Blake did at the minimum replace the cartridge but after articulating to him that this whole ordeal was 1 hour time dump for me in addition to spending the extra gas money I requested if an accommodation can be made for my troubles to help make things right. It was an open ended request. He quickly shot the notion down indicating it was a manufacturer defect.  After asking him how do I know if it's on the manufacturer and not on something in-house (like an accidental drop or something else.. the cartridge looked opened already so who knows really) the guy's actual response was that nobody has ever dropped anything there. Ok.After a little more back and forth he smugly lectured me on how it's illegal to give cannabis out for free. Now one would think a sales manager might just have the capacity to realize the word accommodation could also mean a small future discount or voucher or something or other but nope, not this one. This one liked to dig his heels in and still didn't offer it after I suggested it.Silly thing is, a basic customer service apology acknowledging the hassle and something as small as a 5% one time I would I have been cool. It's just principle. A good will customer service gesture that shows you care for the customer's time... especially one who is having a bad experience on his first visit and is judging you on it. Good shops across any industry do this all the time. Instead the focus here was on doing the bare minimum and doing so while copping an attitude. Way to train the managers who you have hired to represent you From The Earth...

This location was very clean and organized. My only gripe would be to have more vegan friendly edible options. The lady helping me out was full of information, spent plenty of time with me answering all of my questions and I did not feel rushed. She has tons of suggestions and shared her opinion on all the products she had personally tried. It was very helpful. The parking lot was clean and seemed pretty full. There was security guys manning both shops. Give this place a try if your are in town.

Staff is awesome and they have a great selection of THC and CBD based products.  The prices are very reasonable and the taxes are to be expected.  They offer a veteran discount as well.  If you want to save more $, pay with cash. They also have happy hour every day from 9-11 for even more savings.

They had a good selection and easy access to storefront but the tax is about 30% meaning $180 worth of products is 230 out the door. Pretty crazy excise tax of $26 Beyond sales and local tax.

Such a great, professional company! Everyone was super safe and on Top of the whole covid stuff. It was my first time coming here, and I'd go back everytime

From the Earth... as in Dirt! Pre packed Dirt Weed! Like the rest of these collectives in town. More concerned with taking your money then product quality.It is what it is! Legal or not! Its a gimmick. Pre packed weed is no safer than taking it from a jar and putting it in a rx bottle. .9 grams and pre rolled shake leaves only supports the seller

I love this dispensary! I come here every time for my  cbd oil and will be getting a sativa cartridge soon.

I came hear a few weeks ago when I was done with their neighbor. I had a great experience and am back now. Excited to stock up.

From the Earth never disappoints. I have been to both locations and love that the model and look is consistent. The staff was knowledgable and recommended some great strains for me to try! I ended up leaving with Fire OG from SD strains and the shire batter from 710 Labs. I also liked how they had a store credit option that I can use in place of cash. Thanks FTE!!!

It's over priced weed. Skunk masters is right next door and you can get the same quality for less. Nothing less than 30 for loose leaf is weird and isn't stoner friendly. Nothing special but it's there if you need it

Great people, great products, good service. Although the tax is a little high ( no pun intended), I've tried most of the other shops around here and still find myself coming back to this one because of the quality of the products. I don't mind paying a little more for complete satisfaction and quality. I would suggest, in case any managers catch this, that they increase their inventory when it comes to their more popular items such as the shatter joint, wax, and hash joints.  Sign up is quick and easy all you need is a valid state ID. Wait times are usually no more than a few minutes. I'd recommend it because out of the few it's closest quality we have to the valley.

Favorite dispensary in Oxnard! Daily deals, super friendly staff, good selection not only for flower but concentrates and prerolls too. Also, the set up is very professional

I always enjoy my visit to From The Earth. The staff is always super chill and helpful, I never feel rushed to look at the large selection that they carry. I love the wide variety of edibles they have! Always my go to shop where I can find everything my stoner heart desires :p

Disappointed that they don't back their product. I had been pretty happy with this shop- I had been guided to a low dose edible to help me sleep through the night. I have to get up at 4:30 in the morning for work and cannot afford to be awake from 2-330 am and this definitely worked. Yesterday I went and picked up another supply and when I opened the package I discovered that they were all a little melted and stuck together when previously they had been individually covered in a little sugar and dry. They looked like they'd been left out in the sun. I went ahead and took one anyway and low and behold I was wide awake at 2am. Went back to the shop and all they offered me was to buy another product with an "inconvenience discount ". I can't afford to keep buying different products from a shop that has already sold me something substandard. They should have gotten a product for me that was the way it was meant to be and then contacted the manufacturer to see what happened, since I was assured that their stuff is never left out in the sun. Thankfully there are plenty of other dispensaries in the area.

Love this dispensary! they always have an awesome selection of hash and early bird discount before 11am! I usually call in my order to get an additional discount, so my visits are usually very quick and easy but I have to say that the staff is very friendly!

The staff was friendly and I appreciate the fact they gave a special for the fact that it was both my first time and birthday. This is the only dispensary that I have ever been to both medically and recreationally where you are not allowed to smell what it is you're considering to buy. I know of no regulation prohibiting this in CA. Considering that I am paying a significant premium to purchase your products, I should be able to at least see and smell what it is I'm about to pay for. It's like going to Macy's and saying, you can look at the shirt but you can't try it on. The lady was nice about it, but I was dumbfounded by the whole ordeal and I don't think I'll be back.

Personalized service as soon as I walk in the door!  Wide variety of flower. Geeat presentation of inventory using only the visual sense.  No sense of smell allowed..... that's my favorite part! Like taking in a whif of fine wine..... but not here.  No pipe selection was also a bummer.   However if you're looking for a wide variety of flower or all kinds of edibles, come check it out

I've been to a handful of dispensaries and this one I won't be back to.  I also felt rushed, due to the fact that the guy assisting me seemed to be bouncing off the walls. Sometimes you want to just check things out and not feel pressured to buy! The eighths were pricy compared to other dispensaries I've visited... why would I wanna pay $20 more, there are so many other places that offer tax included and incentives / perks on purchases. The only cool thing about this place is the mural they have out in the waiting room. They had a good selection of products, that's the only reason for the 3 stars, although I didn't notice an array of flower brands....In the end, I was surprised by the fees I was charged. I understand there's a city tax, a sales tax & than some other excise tax. The guy told me as I was trying to browse that they accept cc's. Then as I was ready to pay, he mentions there's a fee for using a cc/debit card. They add a % off of the $ amount you charge on your cc. Similar to an ATM fee! Anyhow, $12 in fees to top it all off! Although I rec'd 15% off on my first visit, they got it back it with all these fees...wtf?! There's also another dispensary right next door too...Goodluck!

Good morning I just went here yesterday, the girls helping made me feel like if there were in a rush to get patients out. If I'm spending 55-60 on a 8th pls give me some time to check out what I like and really want.

I like this dispensary a bit more than the other places in the neighborhood. Their weed and staff are on point and they usually have some good deals on stuff. They have a "happy hour " every day until 11 am and you'll get 15% off.

Great Customer service, the prices are high though. Next door at skunkmasters they had 6 OZs at 200 each. From the earth only had 1. Respect tho regardless, their attitudes were great!

It was my first time at from the earth and Forrest was extremely helpful!!! Super patient with me bc I was being kind of difficult. I really really appreciated him. He helped me find exactly what I needed. Victoria at the check-in was also super sweet! Definitely recommend trying here!

Very knowledgeable staff. Always patient and helpful. They have a large variety of products to choose from. I used the Kurvana Pink Sherbert hybrid concentrate for pain management and insomnia. It helped me tremendously. I was also able to get CBD oils to apply topically or sublingually. Very pleased with this dispensary.

Had an awesome time coming here! It was my first time ever at a dispensary and Alec was amazing! I have chronic pain everyday and he had so many recommendations and even told me stories about how it helps people he knows! I am loving the CBD pain cream it is working so well for my pain. Would recommend to anyone!

As soon as you come thru the door you can feel the good vibes from the staff, they spend time with you and answer ALL your questions and you never feel as if you are being rushed, I have not gone back to any of the other dispensaries that I had gone to since I discovered From The Earth.I feel comfortable going there by myself and there are not a lot of dispensaries I can say that about, you owe it to yourself to check out this place you will not regret it

I've been coming to from the earth for quite a while now. I've purchased a variety of extracts and some flower. Their extracts are accurately priced and always best quality. They cover name brands like 710Labs and Raw Garden. Customer service is always sufficient but not always on point. I wish my tenders helping me with extracts had a bit more knowledge in the subject. The employee named Ventura is very knowledgeable but others... not so much. This will not stop me from purchasing here! Only place I go to for the best quality product. Prices may be overpriced but if you are complaining, drive to the valley or go to cheaper alternatives. You will find for the quality, From The Earth provides the BEST quality for the BEST prices.

I love this place, it's my new go to. I've gotten this guy named Blake the last few times I've been in and he always makes the best recommendations. Prices are really good, and they have a wide range of product.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Good social distancing and temperature checks before even entering the building. The budtender was super down to earth and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. Good selection of top shelf stuff!

Make sure you check the fine print on deliveries. Especially the part that says if you order after 3pm, they might just wait a couple hours to tell you that they won't get around to delivering until the next day. At that point, you'd assume your delivery would be a priority the next morning, but you'd be wrong. They'll take their sweet time, really milking that unnecessarily wide 3 hour window. Now I'm sure you're thinking "there's no way they'd still charge full price when they do this." And, honestly, that's on you for STILL thinking this company knew how customer service works. Of course they'll charge you full price for a "same day" delivery that took 20 hours to make. Why wouldn't they?

Terrible customer service. I waited a whole day for my delivery and after waiting several hours I called them. They gave me a bs excuse like their system is down. Later on, I got a text message from them saying that I'll just have to go pick up my order the next day. I was so pissed off, why did they make me wait all day just to not receive my order. Don't order delivery from here, it's really bad.

It was my first time ever going to a dispensary. The facility was very clean, and they followed COVID protocol by not allowing parties more than 2 people be helped at a time per worker. Plexi-glass has been installed, and all the workers wore masks. Be mindful that this location only accepts cash but there is an ATM available.Robert was very friendly and took care of us, explaining everything about how to safely consume the products. He was very knowledgeable of the products and gave us honest feedback about how each product makes you feel.

Staff Act knowledgeable but not. Second worst dispensary of all. Been to all of them several times. Staff does not care about customer satisfaction because owner does not care about Customer satisfaction. Owner Greedy capital list pig. Does not seem to see the need to upgrade shotty antiquated computer system like most other good dispensaries have. Much rather just collect their profits and forget about the customers complaints and their happiness and satisfaction right? You guys are idiots I hope you go under soon.

So bummed. The cashier told me my joint was half off then charged me full price without noticing. I walk right back in and they tell me they can't just give me the money they had just overcharged me...with so many other dispensaries within 2 blocks I won't be using From The Earth again that's forsure.

Was supposed to receive a discount because it was my first time visiting. Cashier forgot to give me my discount and then said that there was nothing they could do about it. I was told I would receive my discount on my next visit. I live 90 miles away and probably won't ever return. Poor customer service!

I always get stellar service here. The bud tenders are always friendly and accommodating. I love that they have a points program - it makes me feel like I'm working towards a goal lol. They hook you up with little incentives from time to time like for your birthday and they just did a dope gift bag that I I'm super bummed I missed out on for Christmas. There is only one other spot I visit and that's only when FTE is closed lol.

I have not yet used 420 since my last fight with cancer — and it wasn’t as easily done until now. I found From the Earth, and Jason was and tends to be my helper. He understands my situation and has made good decisions for my needs. EVERYONE is always very nice and polite. I’ll keep coming back, as I need to. Thank you

Even on a terribly busy Saturday night Ryan managed to deliver our products just under the wire which allowed for a lovely night. He is a very personable young man with a sweet demeanor. Thanks Ryan and From The Earth! Peace! ✌️

I come here 2-4 times a month at a minimum and it’s always the same incredible experience. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, and it always pointing me in the direction of good deals and hot new products. I’ve been coming since they opened and as long as I live in Ventura this place will continue to be my favorite shop!
