I've been to all the dispensaries in Pittsfield and decided that Bloom Brothers would be my place! The flower is always excellent, has a great smell, smokes nice, and the cartridges always feel potent and when I had a problem with a cartridge the problem was solved professionally and done so in a timely manner! I really love this place!

I have made two trips to this location both during Covid. Their hours are solid however their mobile site could use some work but it is effective. That said and without going into detail, during my second trip I brought an unfortunate situation upon myself. As a result the professionalism exhibited and their understanding of "my" misunderstanding proved to be some of the best customer service hands down. Keep up the fine efforts and keeping the customer first at all times.

Very positive experience.  Not so much about the dealing with them, though, dealing with them couldn't have been easier, quicker, or more pleasant.  I was in and out in 4 minutes and both the budtender and I wore masks and I never had to leave my car.So, they got an A for customer service.  Also, before placing my order, I had a couple of questions and dropped them a line and got clear answers within minutes.  What counts, in my book, is the quality of the product.  I had been looking for particular strains for quite some time and Bloom Brothers had them both - Sour Diesel and Durban.  So, I ordered them both.  This was yesterday, so I haven't tried them both yet, but I did try SD.  Every bit as good as its reputation.  Was VERY pleased.  Uplifting, very happy, and the high was long lasting.  I also purchased some tincture, to help with sleep, and it, also, was very effective.Prices are what they are.  They're not low, about the same as what I was paying before it all got legal, but now I'm confident that what I'm getting is what they say I'm getting - and it doesn't have additives or pesticides.  So, overall, an improvement (compared to the days when I met a guy in a parking lot).Another thing worth writing home about is their selection.  It'll take years before I feel that I'll have gone through their offerings, and by then, they'll change, so this may become my newest hobby - going through the BB options.Well worth the visit.

The folks working here have consistently been friendly and never weird. I started going there because I usually buy one pre roll and it can take 40 minutes for me to get into Berkshire Roots. I have found their prices good and the products good. Some of the brands they carry are better than others, and Berkshire roots has better consistency with their in-house products. Bloom Brothers has made staying medicated a lot easier with their livhtnwnkng fast pre-order and curbside pickup ( they handle this better than Berkshire Roots).

Friendly, informative, and good bang for your buck! Trying out the hexis and chocolate bar, suggested by the staff. So many options and they helped me narrow the broad selection!

1st time last time. Great selection online, nice pics. Top dollar charged for tiny buds that were dry & stale. I bought 4 different flowers & have sampled 3.2 of them are small tiny dry buds mixed in with a decent bud or two.If you charge premium prices, you should deliver a premium product. Definitely not happy

This place was fantastic.  Easy to pick up products curbside and an excellent selection.  The girl that helped me was super friendly.  All around great experience.  Can't wait to go back when I can shop inside.

Jeff unfortunately it is a state law for pre orders to have to upload an id online. This is not our protocol. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.-I can't respond but this is not true. No other place requires ID online but all allow pre-order online.

The absolute worst experience at any place of business I have ever had. Extremely rude manager. I would recommend going any place else except here. They have a lot to learn about customer service.

1st and last time. I order online, the site was very slow and buggy. It also required a License ID upload when no one else does. There is only like 8 parking spots staff take up 5 of them. When I finally got to the counter they couldn't find my order. Walked out and will never set foot in.. I ended up going to HiBride across from Teo's for the 1st time as well. Lifetime customer at HiBride now.. 4x Parking, 1/10th Wait, 10X customer service.

It's nice to have choices.     Found this store, checked the menu online and decided to give this a try.     Parking lot is a bit tight but serviceable.     Staff were as polite as any other store of this caliber.     Pre-ordered and got a text indicating that it was ready for pick up a little while after submitting order.   Was able to procure my order as soon as I arrived at their door.    Quick and efficient.     I have since used some of the products and found them to be very enjoyable.   Since it is close to another store, might have to include this in my  circuit.    Obviously, each of the establishments offer a variety of items, not all the same at each store.

I've always had a smooth experience here, my partner and I make an afternoon of it going to a locally owned Thai restaurant first. They check your government ID at each step and are very efficient at getting everyone through the process. They're extremely helpful and each employee I've interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Tons of choice but I recommend checking the website prior to going especially if you're looking for a specific product, sometimes they sell out (like any other retail business). If they don't have a specific item then they will have something similar so no worries there, thanks for a great shopping experience especially since I only recently started learning about the different types and kinds of cannabis.

Great selection, love the drive through

Very friendly staff and nice clean little shop. I especially liked the pricing for the larger size packages of the smaller buds. They also have a decent selection of different kinds of flower for us "old heads", pretty extensive menu actually. All around pleasant experience 👍👍

Best dispensary we have found in the area. Super knowledgeable staff reasonable prices. And I know that's a surprise. And great selection. Safety and security conscious.

This was my first time, and it was an exceptional experience. I had to show my id so many times, but it was well worth it at the end! Chris really hooked me up, he was very knowledgeable of the product and the interaction was the best customer service experience I've had since coming to Massachusetts. P.S. Chris, I hope you read this and keep up the great work!
