Hi. The reason of this message it's communicate how disappointed I am with the Trulieve Coorp. The employees at my store, Pensacola, are amazing!!. The Coorp NEEDS to get theirs s-- toguether. Your oils all look the same color. That doesn't make sense. They are veery light. They just add more of the smoke creator liquid. The liquid it's super thin.Main subject, it is completely disrespectful that you guys create your own Volcano, call it Truelive tabletop vaporizer and charge $750 for it!!! Insane!! I bought it used for $500 and I totally regret it. Tou guys NEVER HAVE TRUE FLOWER CUPS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE!!! Why I want that expensive machine if I can't use it!! It just feels lime a scam. You can verify with my store employees how many times I've been in this past weeks, every Tuesday and every Friday and they NEVER receive stuck. This is a serious medicine for me. I stopped hard Benzos for my anxiety because of medicinal cannabis and you guys are literally making my life more complicated. With 100% honesty,Agustin Rodriguez.

Trulieve has the best medicinal marijuana products around in my opinion. Their staff are friendly and knowledgable about all their products. Trulieve is coming out with new quality products seemingly every few months. I love the ceramic vape carts. They have a great taste and deliver the medicinal purpose effectively.
Doing their best to work through the tricky Florida laws and working out the otherwise kinks. Already running much smoother than just last week. They keep getting better. If you're new go in and let them show the ropes. If you know what you want, then do yourself a favor and order pickup through the website. Be patient.
I can not recommend this establishment, this is the third time I placed an internet order 16 hours prior to pick up, and they sell my order the people inside oh and say it's more of a first come first serve, even with the 24-hour pick up, so for all y'all who are looking to buy your medical marijuana and looking at that card at this point it is not worth you spending the $299 for the appointment and then the $75 for the card because you will not buy flower anywhere, Trulieve are the only company allowed to sell flower aka"bud" in our area, and they are always out of most of their stock (all Flower)by 12 pm every Mon-weds-friday when the stock trucks comes in. (your orders will not be saved when you order online and will be sold to the people come to the store before you)
They have gone down hill over the past 6 months. This use to be my place of choice but now it's a long drive, long wait (2-3 hours) and very little selection. I've moved on to a new dispensary.
Today for the first time in over a year I got in quickly was served quickly and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I might add I placed my order online where it generally takes 3 hours to be filled, and I was contacted within the hour my order was ready! Now, I don't know if something has changed or it was just the day & time of day I went, whatever it was I loved it! I have been searching for another dispensary because of the wait and the fact they were always out of flower. I may not need another store if this continues! Oh and the young woman that sold me my medication was very nice & friendly.
If you have batch/harvest numbers that don't yield a result, they do not take your request for correct numbers or lab results seriously. They will give you the run around for weeks. Also, a majority of their extracts are frankenstein monsters, in that they were extracted from a completely different strain from what it is advertised as, and then combined with "natural botanical terpenes," whatever that means...
I arrived at 3 minutes to 5:00 pm. Got off my motorcycle walked 10 feet to the door, opened it and started to walk in and was confronted by some dude with a weak beard and Cracker Jack badge around his neck and tells me they are closed. "We have four people in line" was what he said as he ushered me out. The two most common indicators that a business is open are store hours and an open unlocked door. I experienced both. Told to leave. Just imagine how they might treat you if they really didn't 'care'. Street dope is much cheaperUpdate: I did go back the next afternoon and was able to do business. People were very nice during this encounter. The young lady that hooked me up was very nice and patient. Thank You. Also should note that claimed management was concerned and reached out to me. I explained my position in reply. Maybe that won't happen to anyone else. Summary: My first Visit not so Good. Second visit was very pleasant.
Well, now that a few other places in town carry flower, trulieve has increased their inventory on a few stuff but still have a lot that say out of stock. The prices have come down some too, all because they are now not the only place that sells... competition is good... hopefully they will continue improving... curaleaf no longer offer free delivery but with 7-8 places now here, there's a choice for my money.
They do not answer calls not a single one on hold for more than half just to ask about weed fml catalog is whack af
One of the oldest dispensaries in Pensacola. I am so glad there's many other options in Pensacola. No matter how nice the people are inside they still don't have a clue what they're doing, Especially after being open for so long. I have been a customer since the minute they open their doors, and they still can't seem to get their waiting system right, if you want to order online great then you'll only have to wait an hour to pick your stuff up AFTER checking in. if you walk in and order, be prepared to wait all afternoon. It's the most ridiculous system For as much money as they charge for the product. If you can't accommodate your customers In a timely manner, then get more help! They don't even carry much of the CO2 anyway anymore. This place is gone WAYYYYY downhill tremendously. don't waste your time. For being one of the first dispensaries in Pensacola, you think they'd have their stuff together by now!Seriously, if you go... You've been warned.
I really like going here, the staff was very knowledgeable about the products they were very helpful in helping me decide what was best for me they were very nice the place was very clean and they were being very health safety with masks and 6 feet distancing very pleasant experience here
Hey SHOUT OUT to Corey a delivery guy in Pensacola.....people like him makes it easier to deal with Trulieve.....growing like crazy and sometimes low products in stock.....but OVER ALL.....the best quality when you can get it......Corey goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Thanks again Corey
I love turelive it is hard sometimes to get what you want , but in the words of the ((Rolling Stones)) ((you can't always get what you, but you try sometimes you might find you get what you need)).people always complaining it don't matter what you do they still complain. No one has ever been rude to me, they are always nice and respectful.
I went wit my 83 year old father and i normally have no problem with a new branch opened I had a fine experience until a woman named laurie was asked a question she replied adolescent and loud! The first thing I said before was i have PTSD! please note excuse my stuttering etc.everything went down hill .affter she needs to be evaluated or something. she tells the gard to watch me and such adolescent. as a mature man I knew I had to go faster she gave me a panic attack and made me feel like I am not a patient and I'm stuck with her big bangs hair loud voice traumatizing me and the employee who thought it was ok to put his hand on me.and he gave me a death stare at me!?crazy this is why I recommend everyone to invest in bodycam.they record vocal and all.so no deflamation of character. thats my 2cents. godbless America!ps today the event happened. laurie

4/21/2021 I've had it with this company, it's not the local dispensary but the company as a whole. Why is this company opening new stores before they can supply the stores already open? They keep blaming everyone but themselves, I'm told labs aren't moving fast enough or some other excuse,, but it's funny other dispensaries aren't having these issues. I still cannot get what I order, there's always some excuse as to why my order didn't go through after I received confirmation. It takes over 3hrs for someone to tell me my order was canceled or to get someone on the phone. Customer service is the WORST!!!! 7/16/20 Multiple times I've placed orders only to be told hours later that they no longer have what I ordered or that the order was lost all together. Today, I placed 2 online orders, both said that the order was successful but no confirmation text was ever received by me. So, I sit and wait 45 minutes for a representative to chat online, no one ever answered after waiting for an hour. I decided I would give them a call, after 57 minutes someone finally picked up only to tell me that neither order was received and I will have to wait another week once again to get what I want. For the amount of staff on site things move awful slow as well, not to mention that Northwest Florida seems to be left out of Flower compared to Central and South Florida, what's up with that?
Went to Trulieve with a friend of mine who has terminal cancer - she's looking to get a medical card & wanted to see what products may be available for her. Jodie @ the 9 Mile location went above and beyond - took so much time explaining her experiences & suggestions for future care. She was empathetic and knowledgeable ~ couldn't thank her enough for her time and recommendations.
Recently placed an order that did not get filled. The short story is that the issue was resolved by going to the store to speak with someone.. Fortunately, I spoke with Carly who resolved the issue calmly, courteously and above all, she was professional. To be fair, the location's customer service and efficiency have greatly improved in recent months. Thanks again to Carly for a positive patient experience.
I am personally impressed by the changes I’ve seen in the attitudes and overall respect given by employees! It’s so refreshing when you can order and pickup your medication without hassle or grief. It’s relieving to order your prescription and actually have it filled. The organization and time management demonstrated during 2021 has been a complete turnaround from the previous years. I am going to say that the customer service given by Angela S. and Matt S. Is an asset to your team they both go above and beyond and are greatly appreciated.
