Had my first visit here and I'm loving the place. Everyone there was incredibly friendly. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and after using the two strains he recommended over the past week, I've finally gotten some good rest and nausea relief. Looking forward to coming back!

Medmen will never see my money again!!! Customer service is the worst. Walked in the building two works were at the door, the female was rude and the guys was bouncing all over the place. I asked if he was okay and with a snotty additude " are you okay"?

I love shopping here. I have never had a bad experience. Today, Kevin helped me and was super knowledgeable. He informed me of the sales and was just really a pleasure to be helped by. Thanks for always having good people here.

First time customer at the Pensacola location! Brock B. walked me through the process from beginning to end- I was impressed by his knowledge and recommendations. The store was incredibly clean, with clearly marked social distancing signs. A big selling point for me was being able to view/smell the flower before purchasing. Compared to other Florida dispensaries you can’t beat the prices. I look forward to returning for their high quality products and friendly staff. Thanks MedMen (+women).

Hello everyone, I went into the pensacola location on 3/25/21, I just want to jive a huge shout out to Jordan R. at this location. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about what the different choices I had were. Thank you Jordan R. for helping me find just what I needed! 5 stars for this guy!! We need more people like him to help us.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Jordan was my tender and he gave me the tour! So kind and informative! Ask about their discounts and be sure to pay with cash if you can - this place is a must for all! They also have started carrying Mary's brand and have a line of edibles on the way! 🍃👌

Michelle D was fabulous. This was my first experience with cannabis consumption and I was very anxious about what to purchase and how to consume. Michelle walked me through the entire process. She made sure I was set up as a new patient and then walked Tavel to table with me to find the perfect strain and consumption method. At the end, she even provided me with resources to do some cannabis research on my own and to get more familiar with the product. I will be continuing to use MedMen and Michelle for my cannabis consumption. A great experience!
