I've been in this store twice and both times their credit card reader wouldn't work, the first time a different reader worked. This time, two cards (both good!) and neither worked so I left empty handed and will not be back as it completely unprofessional to offer a service that doesn't work!

Products are ok. Every time I ask for help on something I'm sold the wrong stuff though which means I end up having to go back and spend more money for what I actually needed to start with - I think they do it on purpose honestly. Third time, won't be going back.

My overall experience was absolutely amazing! I am from California. The original home of the best medical marijuana in the world, but the Green lady has very high quality products. Not to mention, they have really quick and friendly service! I recommend to any new locals or anyone who wants some fire!!!

I recently visited this store. When I arrived I was  immediately labeled "bored housewife" looking for a new hobby. The woman who "helped me" immediately belittled, dismissed and overall became ambivalent to my discomfort from arthritis. I'm new to THC/CBD oil and admit a little green on the subject. I previously purchased a vape pen and was looking for an oil cartridge replacement and wasn't completely sure of the % I had bought. But I knew it alleviated my discomfort. Instead of working with me she responded with rudeness and frustration. I left feeling stupid, and I won't be returning.

I bought  a 10 pcs. bag of 'Ceres Milk Chocolate 1-1' on Friday, April 3, 2020.  The product claims to have 10mg THC & 10mg CBD in each square.  I cut one in half (5mg) and ate it on an empty stomach; the affect was minimal.  I would have guessed, if I had been asked to rate its potency during a blind study, at 1mg.  Worse still was the telephone exchange between myself and Baily, the manager.  She's fast talking and glib and told me in response to my complaint a multiple of 'conditions' that could have caused the almost non-effect the 5mg bite had.  She also said that Washington law forbade G.L. from taking back an inferior product.  She did offer a 10% discount on the next purchase which I found unacceptable so I'm out $25.  Final comments:  I've been consuming THC in various forms for over 35 years in the US as well as Europe and I know potent THC from the impotent edible stuff they sold me.  Happily there are other places to buy THC from in Olympia.EDITED REVEW April 7,3020Since I was stuck with a $25 purchase I decided last night to imbibe a complete 10mg bite.  Voila', I did get high so I'm amending my first review:  The potency was similar to past edibles that were 5mgs. Second paragraph about the aggressive manager remains the same.

Bad service for patients. Fix your computers. Patients matter. Called the east side location and they told me their medical manager just quit. Get a better system that's absolutely ridiculous.

I bought a normal 4$ joint and it was laced with some unknown thing and it tripped me and my friend out. I was hallucinating and I couldn't stand. Don't trust the weed they sell.

Simple with reasonable prices and quick friendly service. I purchased an 8 pack of prerolls for $30. They also take Bitcoin.

My place!! They're always having sales and deals on top shelf stuff and they CARRY REFINE! Super nice and knowledgeable budtenders and $40 ounce deals‍

Lovely staff lovely service lovely product and really good deals. Go to spot in oly for me ! Get dat cbd oil. Perfect amount of traffic, not way too busy just consistent. Right next to a really unique diy clothing/skate shop. Check it out!

Went here today for the first time. Rowan helped us. He was AWESOME! He was so friendly and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. Their prices are good too. I will be frequenting this place!

I'm a total newbie to this stuff so I was asking lots of questions. They were very helpful and suggested some excellent pre-rolls and a vape cartridge.

I went to the Green Lady today for the first time, and It's true that they have very nice ounces of kush for $70!  And I treated myself to some true Afghani hashish, and it's good, like the sixties.I had called ahead and had had a heady convo with Hayden so I was out of there swiftly and made my bus connection handily, sweet.There IS a difference in all-male staff @ the 420 in Elma and the mellow and informative female crew @ the Westside Lady's.Although I come in from Monte, this will be my new pot spot.

I was able to afford the cannabinoids CBD vapor cartridges, now my DDD pain is gone. AND The employees are very educated with their products, and how they effect my pain body.I've never had to wait more than five minutes for services, and prices are better then any other facility located in the Olympia.

Not good at all. The weed is ALWAYS the same & it's always bottom shelf. Not to mention the owner Glenn Larson is a terrible person that is openly racist & sexist on his facebook. There are so many more local dispensaries to give business to  don't come here

They don't take the pandemic seriously. They let homeless, maskless people inside. Do you really want to get your weed from these lazy folks? 420 will serve your needs and keep you safe while shopping.

When it comes to this world I am very much a noob. I only started enjoying THC in the last 3 years. I would say that this is a very noob friendly spot. The cashiers are super helpful and good with explaining what you are looking to grab. A great example is when I went to grab some pioneer squares they recommended that I take it super slow. This was not my first purchase of edibles, but I appreciate the recommendation/concern. The one slight I have against this place is they dont have cheap starter pipes. I personally didnt want to spend over $20 on my first pipe because I didnt know how I would enjoy smoking vs eating. Overall prices seem fair the staff is cool and I like visiting.

I decided to try out the stores order online feature, because the flu season is here. The site has the prices mislabeled, I am still confused on the prices labeled on the site, and what the discounts on the left mean, or when the 15 % off for ordering online takes effect.. When I got to the store the bud tender tried charging me a different amount than the amount I thought I would pay according to the online order, the bud tender told me I was wrong... I had to ask to talk to another bud tender to show them my online order and get the situation resolved. Over all this has been one of my worst experiences visiting a dispensary in Washington state.

PRO POLICE, Anti Black Lives matter emoyees. Wearing blue line flag sweatshirts, car decked out in blue line stickers. Not cool at all walked out the door, will never return again. Pro police, ban this place till they fire the cop lover.

When I called the store and asked if they had a product earlier tonight they said "yes" but when I drove there they didn't have it, and tried to tell me maybe I called the other store. It's just frustrating from a customer service point of view. If a customer calls and asks you if you have a product you should go check and make sure.

This place always has something special waiting for me! One of the very best in customer service and the best in Thurston County hands down. Moved here from Seattle and have been happy with both the daily deals and the seasonal deals. Variety and quality are pretty great and they keep a stock of regulars if you love consistency. Need a new battery for dab rig or pipe??? They have it. Only downside is parking if it's very busy can be a hassle but if it's not nasty out you can park next door and walk over easily.

This is to my go to store for all my CBD needs. They have great topical if you can't ingest anything. I recommend Dragon Balm for any of your aches and pains. Works beautifully!

INCREDIBLE coffee and other products. The girls in the coffee bar suggested things to do and places to go, as I'm from the Eastern US. Their white coffee was incredible. 15 stars!

Normally, I go to West side. But, I've not ever had an experience in either store where I didn't feel like the staff was caring and knowledgeable. That is important to me, because it is my medicine.

Wonderful staff! Super friendly! I don't have alot of knowledge about Marijuana. They gave me great advice! I highly recommend! The little shop next door is perfect for being attached to a Pot Shop! If you're looking for a weed store in the area this is it!

Been going here for years and these folks have always done me right. Staff recommendations have always been spot on. Espresso on-site and a taco truck in the parking lot (brilliant move!). Happy to support this local business and their high caliber employees.
