Had the most terrible experience last night at 420 West Olympia. Was trying to buy an 1/8 of medicine but was handed over a jar full of small buds and asked for better jar on the shelf. Then the employee flipped out on me because because he said they were too busy to tend to me even though 5 people behind me in line were served before me. Didn't complain about that but of course they asked me to leave because customer service is not something they take serious. To think I use to like this place. The youth there have no business ethics. Recreational MJ sucks!

Online Ordering available - most but not all products are found online. You input your order, 420 West texts you back when it's ready for pick-up. Makes your visit quick - usually under 5 minutes!

The smallest "medical" discount you'll get at a 502 shop. The nasty customer service combined with the mistaken attitude that their prices are all the lowest so they don't have to discount medical, is assuptive and disrespectful. Do NOT go here for medical.

Staff was very friendly and very efficient. Will definitely be returning!!

They have stolen hundreds of dollars in product from me, that I paid for and never made it to my bag. I called and talked to multiple people, this happened more than once, told them exactly what was missing and who took it, and I was told someone would call me back. The last person I talked to assured me that someone would be calling me back. I've spent thousands of dollars there over the years. A very loyal and weekly customer. Something happened to them during covid. They are running a scam. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. They refused. Will never return there even though it's my neighborhood shop. I go to the Tumwater location which is separately owned and wonderfully run.

Great place friendly and fun for you 21 and up please.and don't drive empaired please.

We love this place. It's out of the way and weird to find the first time. Hands down one of the most well rounded selections of weed in Thurston County. This location is not usually ever really busy and is an easy quick in and out.
