Callies has some of the best product we've ever sampled, the problem is their sense of customer service which is non-existent. None of their staff with exception of one partially was ever nice. And even if you make a comment to someone that you're with they jump on you about it and say yeah I heard your comments. they seem to conduct themselves as if they are doing you a favor so you should put up with their nasty attitudes. they will not show you any of their product you have to point at it from a distance about 12 ft and they just going to nod and say okay but they won't bring it up so you can actually look at it until the point of payment.

I've been going here almost daily for months now but as a med patient and key badge who's been in the industry since 2016 I'm  disappointed to post this 2 star review. I've saved my loyalty points ($1000 spent) this last time to reach the "$100 credit" that is falsely advertised. Not only can I not buy any discounted items with this "credit" but everything is at full retail price - med card does not apply. After calmly explaining they aren't discounting the product $100, its advertised as a credit I gave up - unreasonable and dismissive budtender wasn't even listening so there was no point. I used to like this shop but lately they've been honoring the med card on fewer transactions and this "credit" issue was the last straw. Too expensive, even with the med card - will be driving further from now on. Please change all your advertisements concerning the loyalty program to clearly state they are discounts and you will pay full price on all items - it's not a credit. Thank you.

I went in here to purchase some things for my brother, as a non consumer of cannabis I was totally in the dark as to what I was looking for. The guy who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) was absolutely amazing! He not only helped me get my brother products that he was highly satisfied with, he gave me very helpful info on CBD products and how they help with different things from his experience. He gave me an extra 10% off of my order a pre roll for $1  along with the card to get a dollar pre roll for doing this review! I would give this place  the same review and 5 stars without all of that! They made me feel not so stupid and gained a return customer thanks to their welcoming attitudes!

Been going to Callie's for a few years now. The staff is nice, the selection is great, they have awesome specials, and a rewards membership! They're doing online ordering for pickup and the in-house covid experience checks all the safety boxes :)

SCAM ALERT! I preordered 100 mg drink and when I got there they tried and sell me a 10 mg drink don't waste your time with this clowns scammers

This place hates teachers. "Maybe if you did your job people wouldn't be in the military." Also so overpriced .

420th review. I thought it was only appropriate to highlight my favorite dispensary for my 420th review. This is actually the only one I go to as it's convenient and they have everything I want/need. This is their OG location, but they recently expanded to a location in RiNO and Denver. They have a reward program so make sure you sign up for that (and it can be used across their locations). I always go on Tuesdays for the daily deal. My favorite are the Dixie Sour Smash and the Robhots. Everyone I have dealt with is helpful and friendly. Parking is easy at this location too as it's in a strip mall.

Always has the best quality products. And their point system is awesome. Could save you some big bucks if your a frequent customer.

I went to this location for my first time today on 6-24-2021 a little before noon and didn't know you allow minors to enter. There was a group of teenagers outside and I overheard one of them say it's cool my cousin works here and sure enough the young gentleman was let in like nobody would notice. This is ridiculous. To the two ladies working at the time you know that isn't right! I will be reporting this matter to law enforcement...

Stopped coming here a couple years ago because their online menu was never up to date. Nothing has changed. Waited in parking lot looking at online menu waiting for them to open. Menu said the 2 different products that I wanted were in stock. Went in when they opened and nada. Either you are selling during non business hours or employees are stealing from you. Either way I won't be back due to wasting my time.
