Poor service, was not greeted, "bud tender" barely said a word to me.  Bought two eighths one weighed to 3.2 and was poorly trimmed however was nice quality flower, the other was very low quality and smelled of mold and did not smoke well at all.  There are better places close by.

If I could give this place less of a star I would. Very disappointed in customer service, selection, and lobby space. I've been to other places and I was curious about BotanaCare. I will not come here again because the staff was rude, unfriendly, and answered our questions with another question. You walk in thru the front door and you have a narrow space that's not even 8ft wide, so if there's more than 5-7 ppl in the lobby it's packed! Also didn't care for them making you purchase one of their bags for $6 to put your items in. Been to other places that don't make you do this.

Service was very impersonal and we felt rushed to make a choice with little to no suggestions or help from the bud tender. On the plus side, the store is shiny and clean.

This is the place I go for my Mj needs.  They are fast and extremely nice, I have never seen them treat a customer with any disrespect.  If they do something that might inconvenience the customer they definitely try and make up for it.  I have been in there with their card machine down and had to run and get cash.  I was given a free J for my inconvenience even though they are the only place around that took card. (They are cash only now).  I went in on a holiday and they were also giving out free J's.  I have been to other places in the area and I can say this is the fastest and is fairly priced.  Great place highly recommended.

I love this dispensary. I never wait. They are open early. They make me feel welcome every time and I go often. They never get frustrated and they have given me so much love over my last few visits that they are close to becoming the only place I go. I have a list of 3 dispensaries. I have tried maybe 25 and BotanaCare made it to the list. They have great concentrate and cartridge prices. Thank you for having cheap and amazing edibles!! Love you guys from the bottom of my heart. Go Vikings!

Tucked into a secluded location, for those who still want discretion. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always run decent specials. This is the only place I go for my MJ needs !!!!!

I haven't been to this place since its name was Botanacare, but was happy to see that bGood put a little more effort into the medical side of the building. Jerry was my budtender and he knew a lot about the product I was interested in. He also noticed that I was a veteran and included a discount for me, which was really nice. Overall, a great experience :)

REVIEW UPDATED 2-16-2016 FROM 5 STARS TO 2 STARSObviously this business was sold for a reason but with very unfortunate results as the new owners have no business, running a business.   Good thing for them that I'm probably one of the only people who will take the time to revamp my previous glowing review, however,  I used to drop $200 a week at this joint and now I only go there when it makes absolute sense (if I'm basically in their back yard already).  Major Complaint:  Lack of inventory and extremely unreliable when it comes to any oil cartridges.  If you're going to sell something, learn how to keep it in stock.  If you bring in another brand to supplement the out of stock brand you might want to keep that in stock or no decide to get rid of it altogether after only selling it for a short time.  Secondary Complaint:  Cash only for god knows how long and then they put in an ATM that costs an extra small fortune to use AND runs out of freaking cash!  Business running - FAIL.VISIT DATE:  7-06-2015   VISIT TIME:  around 4 pmI come from an old school family and my sister (only 4 years my senior) struggles with marijuana use in general as an "acceptable/legal" option for pain (or enjoyment).  This was my first visit to BotanaCare and I brought my sister with me, hoping she would loosen up a lil'.I'm a Denver transplant (original, I know) and need to get my CO license before I can acquire a medical card here (I'm from WA) so I wasn't sure if I would be able to buy vape cartridges or not.  We walked into BC and were greeting within a minute by a very handsome gentleman (who must moonlight as a personal trainer) and he was able to immediately hand me the products I was after, a cartridge and some balm (which I was able to test in-store).  Then, an equally helpful woman starting chatting with me about my usage and I left the store with some delicious edibles which are amazingly helpful at bedtime, yay!  -------------------------But here is what I truly want to say to ALL cannabis stores.There are SO many people like me who are living with chronic pain.  I've been prescribed 52 different medications in the last 24 months alone.  When I was a rebellious teen, I actually hated smoking pot and when someone suggested it to me 2 years ago I figured enough time had passed to give it a second go.  As an adult, I actually still hate smoking pot.  However, I did it (until vapor came into my life) because it was a hell of a lot better than choking down another Vicodin that barely even works or going to Tijuana for the good stuff because your doctor can't prescribe it for you any more (yes, Cake).  For me, the marijuana legalization was amazingness, but I had never actually purchased weed before!  Friends would get it from friends and I would just give them the money, there was never a "menu" or edibles or lotions etc. ... I had no clue what to expect when visiting a store; what to purchase; what prices are reasonable, etc.  I've only been to 3 stores (BC, Denver Recreational, and Ballpark) and at BC and DR, my expectations were far exceeded.  Ballpark was what I imagined it would be like (made me feel seedy and shameful) not to mention, I have no idea what they sold me (and no receipt) .  Thank the universe that BC and DR were what I dreamed it would be like; conversational and comfortable.  I wasn't embarrassed to ask questions and I learned new HELPFUL things.  This visit to BotanaCare may have moved the needle on my sister's anti-marijuana position; I've allllllmost convinced her to eat an edible (or I may have to hide it in our evening protein shake) and I used to vape with my head in my purse around her (uh, yah ...) but she told me I don't have to do that anymore (winning!).  I can't even imagine how many people there are like me out there, or people who have siblings like mine; that is why it is SO crucial to have a staff that runs as BotanaCare did today.  While I guess we don't look like the "typical users" (btw, neither does Mr. PT), I'm glad the staff didn't assume we were and that's important to keep in mind for ALL clientele.  Up-Sell the hell out of people like me, we love it!You guys rocked it, can't wait to visit you again!

Visiting from out of town & needed a new sativa cartridge right around time when all the news about fake cartridges came out. The young woman on phone and tending me when I got there was totally sweet & helpful. They had several choices for me for sativa cartridges. Chose a Tangerine Ghost Haze half gram was $30 plus tax definitely reasonable cost. The taste test was fine worked as well as ones I get in Cali. Everything labelled well too. I would go here again no question. Hidden in back of industrial strip mall. Safe area.

I just turned 21 a few days ago and decided I wanted to go to a dispensary. I called this one and asked if they would take my vertical I.D. The man on the phone said that it would absolutely be excepted. We drove a long way to come here because I wanted to buy it myself instead of my 22 year old husband. When we got there I handed it to the lady and she told me I couldn't be let in. I explained to her that the man told me I could and she still wouldn't let me. She then proceeded to tell me about how they usually give people free joints on their birthday but they can't let me in. So my husband goes in and asks if he could get me a free joint for my birthday and for the inconvenience. They refused. Just a tip to botanacare, if you want to keep customers you should probably not give them false information and inconvenience them and then not compensate them for the inconvenience. If everyone else gets free joint for their birthday I certainly shouldn't be the exception. Horrible customer service.

After our fourth visit here, we have decided not to come back. The bud tenders seem put out that you are intruding on their time, don't greet you, aren't friendly  - this is the least friendly dispensary of the five I have tried so far. Last time the bud was dry, but I did get a free seed out of it.  So something for the trouble, will see if I can sprout that. Other than that, even though it's closest to home, won't go back.

Went for my first recreational visit and I would love to get my card with thses guys. They have great stuff and I'd like to see the nicer side of the office. Everyone was super nice and I enjoy the product.

I recieved an email from bgood stating that as a member I could recieve 40 percent off any ounce. When I went in there they only had a few strains left. They showed me the Blue Dream and I said I would take it but there was only 25 grams left. They told me That I could not mix another strain to make a full ounce. I believe that this is a ploy to get people in so that they can be charged full price. I left with nothing. When I called back to speak with a manager they told me that there is nothing thet they would do about this. They dont care about customers, only profit.

Not the friendliest place around. It did have some good bud. The g13 & blue dream look good and the bugs were big. The shatter was expensive compared to other shops. 1/8s weren't bad.

This place has the rudest must be manger the one that looks like a linebacker? Any who the bud its ok the prices are way to high an they were judge mental because I look like a gangbanger I must be one cuz all us Mexicans look a like from what the guy told me I think it was a guy or girl any way if u feel like u have done any wrong in life come here to get judged an u will get ur fair share     But that don't take away from the fire they be serving at old school prices if u got loot to spend don't go here for a good amount best place is starbudz they have way more to choose from I think it 25 diffrent kinds that are good at good prices an they have a rewords program I got a once for free after a month

I went here a couple times last month and the ladies who helped me were so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Today I went in and Cassandra helped me with my card because the states site was acting weird. So appreciate her kindness. Then I went to pick up on online order which I was told was ready to pick up. A man named Julian helped me which is why I will never return. First my order was not ready. When I said it was missing 2 things he randomly pulled out what he assumed was in my order because he couldn't be bothered to look at my order. When I questioned him he snapped at me and told me my item had new packaging. When I said that's nowhere close to what I ordered. He only then looked at my order and snarled at me they were out. So I asked if he could refer me to another place that might carry what I was looking for. Which of course he was stumped. So I got out my phone to try and see what other places were around to see if they had everything I was looking for. Julian then asked me to leave. I said to him get I'll leave and never come back. His response was that's a good idea. After visiting another location and speaking to a couple of customer at another facility I learned many others have had similar issues. WSuch a shame. Great selection too bad their staff thinks it's ok to treat people this way.

I like the way this dispensary is laid out. My favorite part of the layout is a window you can look through, while inside, that gives you a view of the plants they are growing that produce the bud you buy. The prices seem reasonable and the employees make you feel very welcome. A painless process from beginning to end.

Lucked out on a snowy Sunday morning at BotanaCare- in and out in about 15 minutes and most of that was due to me..  Directed where to park in the industrial area, walked in and was sent around to the order counter.  The menus have a description of the effects and conditions that are alleviated with that particular strain. Also menus can be found on a table for those that want to look at it before going to the counter.The woman working was very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried to listen when she explained to the handful of  people in line. Even after learning more about different strains in the last 4 days than I have in 20 years and a list of what I might like it was still tough to decide. Didn't count but I would guess there were 10-12 types and I was only familiar personally with one.  I told her what I liked and she recommended two (one was on my  list).With a  quickly dwindling selection of edibles, I went for some low level chocolates bites to start and will go back for the bread. Excited to try the new to me topicals of lotions and soaps.As of now limited to a quarter per customer. One that I would I like to try was only available in a 1/4 so I had to pass for now as there are just too many choices. Not sure if they have grams available because I heard her say "no 1/16s". A form is filled out, you are given a number and the order is filled in another room.  Seems they are working on a system that improves on the cluster all the shops experienced on the first day.This is the closest place to me so far with another coming next week. Once I make my rounds, I'm sure I'll be back.

Anthony and Emanuel are absolutely top tier on customer service. I honestly avoid going anywhere othet than bgood on that alone. The shop atmosphere feels more like close friends than a business.
