So disappointed in this place. Just came in to get a few things because Cookies line was way to long. Unfortunately my license is expired, due to COVID-19 I was unable to renew my license 4/6/20.... I haven't had any issues with this because it clearly states on the DMV website that any renewals that were due since March have now been extended until further notice. The ladies in there are very rude... I mean I couldn't expect much because It is Maywood. They have ghetto attitudes and are very unprofessional. I would suggest you do your research next time before you turn a good customer away. Sadly I've been here before and I'm happy to say I'll be sticking to Cookies, the line is worth the wait. This place needs to work on their Customer service.

I have been coming here for over a year and always had a good experience. However, I'm writing this review due to the AWFUL way I was spoken to by the big green eyed security guard at the front door. My family and I were taking a walk in our neighborhood and decided to stop by to pick some items up. My husband waited outside with our kid in the stroller (not even right in front, more towards the tire shop) and this man had the  audacity to tell me to tell "my man" to wait somewhere else to because he can't have a kid on HIS property. I left. Never coming back. Is this not considered a respectable establishment? I felt like I was buying crack or something and made to feel so ashamed.

This is my go to spot but the only thing I don't like is that it's pricey. Other than that, the service is always great & they have the products I like.

Bunch of dank weed and mediocre products. For a first time guest they were mask enforcing little bitches, making you pay cash and they tax you too. Bunch of crooks, don't waste your time here.

I love haven but this place does not support covid 19. No one is social distances or giving anyone space. They're just all over the glass counters. And haven isn't even wiping down. This place needs to be checked, workers might have covid. Worse experience in a shop I'm scared as fuck now. Ppl all right behind me while I'm ordering my weed. This isn't professional. If they're not at the budtender they shouldn't be looking at anything period

Thomas was really cool and helpful! Actually all the staff is really nice! There's never a line to get in, so really convenient if you wanna go during your lunch break lol

Usually places like this intimidate me but CristianC was super helpful and made my overall experience a good one!

Incredible variety of flower and smell before you buy policy was great. Discounts on your first four visits and also a free gift on first visit.  Only issue is over $100 in various taxes, but that's the price of this business.

Employees are great ( expect manager) super nice. Their policies don't match their products value, taste, and level of thc they should be. It's the same as going to the Compton/watts shops product wise just Beverly Hills prices.

Hey Haven Staff, I love that you guys are still open!!! You guys have been my favorite Shop. I drive around town and see Haven Stores in every city. Even the security guard Justin with the green eyes remembers my name. I've seen him at a few different locations for the dispensary. Keep him he's outgoing and polite even on my bad days and I'm in a bad mood he is understanding that I just want to get in and out. I'm always greeted with happy positive vibes. Everyone is super chill and I get in and out quick... even some good conversations. The team at Haven in Maywood have to be stoners too cause this bud tender sold me an eight of some Hybrid Lemon OZK and I'm gonna have to go back and get some more. 100% trusted... I have Lock jaw and tendinitis ( I grind my teeth and my jaw has spasms ) this usually hurts if I'm sober or stressed out.  Their buds are legitimately in season come get some now.

Love this place they are always very helpful.  Security here was nice and friendly.  A great variety at great prices.  Have been to the shop in Paramount, Maywood and hoping to hit LBC this week.

At the moment of writing this review I am high however my experience was great the employees seem very friendly and chill to have a conversation, I also thought that the security card was nice when I asked him questions. I thought Sara was pretty nice and overall a great employee I also left them a couple dollars as a tip :) .

Came in for the first time and Mia was great very sweet girl answered all my questions and helped me find the produce I needed ! Well be back

My experience with Nellie was very pleasant and comfortable. She was very sweet, lively and helped me with all my questions. Nellie shares her experiences on different kinds and flavors. In the store I never felt rushed when choosing my items, staff and lady at the reception were very kind and welcoming too. So I left happy

This dispensary is the perfect example of what a great California dispensary should be like. I personally loved their friendly and knowledgeable staff that have the patience to answer all your cannabis related questions!I've been here a few times and they always treat me with the upmost respect, which is more than what I can say for a lot of other dispensaries. They have a plethora of options in every category, and even have tons of CBD products that I can't seem to find anywhere else! So wether you're buying some scrumptious edibles, some fire herb, or some killer concentrates. I'm sure Rite Greens will have something for you. P.S. I was helped by an associate named Martha a few times, and she was hella helpful in picking out some CBD products for my mother. Definitely coming back with more questions!

Loved the quality of the product!! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable but I cannot get over the quality of the flower and extracts!! It's hard to find good quality weed given that it's legal now. It seems that all the "trap" shops have weed that's watered down, and just looks pretty, but the weed here comes through!!! Quality over quantity any day, very much recommend this spot!!And a huge thanks to Tally!!

I was told that Haven was an awesome place to go and it didn't disappoint! I was greeted by Ashley, she was so knowledgeable about all of the products and made my first visit a great one! I knew I wanted a Pen but didn't know much about them. She helped me pick out the perfect one for me and recommended some awesome edibles also. This is my new favorite place. Look for Ashley, you can't miss her, she's got the biggest smile in the place.

I have always been intimidated to go to a dispensary on my own. My brother found this place and we went together. I haven't been able to sleep for the past 4 months so I went there looking for cbd oils. As a new bee, I didn't know thc is the oil that's helps you sleep. Everyone was friendly and welcoming there. The person behind the desk gave me options that would help me. Great customer service was very friendly and was making sure all my questions were answered. He also told me that if this didn't work that I could come back and get something else, which I understood because everyone's different so what works for someone might not work for another person. I have been back two other times with my brother and the customer service has always been great. He seems to always leave happy from there with product. I myself will be coming back to purchase more product.

honestly great place and pretty good deals. I have a local dispensary but it's very overpriced and crowded. This was very spacious and clean and the person helping me was super knowledgable. I hate going into a dispensary where I say, "hi can you help me pick out some weed" and they say "I mean it's totally up to you." Thanks for nothing stoner bro. Haven was helpful in picking out the right flower and giving a good sale price to boot!

Being very new to cannabis I didn't really have much knowledge about it but that it's a flower. But boy did i go to the "rite" place. First and foremost i would like to thank my budtender Paul G I've never felt so welcomed inside an institution. If you have any questions about any products they have he's definitely the man to ask. This was the first dispensary I've been to and i think it will be the last. Great customer service is so hard to find these days but it seems so natural to him. As long as Paul stays here I'll be here.

They sent me a text saying I get 2 Free Eighths with the price of 1.  Its not free when I walk in they said they have to charge me a 1$ so they can collect 40$ in tax. 1$ is not free.  Lies.

Excellent customer service! Some of the best flower around and they are stocked with edibles and capes and tinctures, I feel like I'm in weed heaven!

Vegan Edibles! Something that really stood out to me. One of the things that made me a returning customer! The staff was very helpful and attentive the first time I went in. Directed me to the sativa section and walked over to show me the vegan edibles they currently stock. I was so happy and shocked that there was more than 1 vegan edible option for me! Definitely the best on this side of town!

Since there are so many fantastic dispensaries in East Los Angeles, Ive decided to rate these guys at a negative. I found them advertising for my fav dispensaries name. Thought id give it a shot. Not a good call.. The reasons being, bad herb, poor selection, rude bud tenders. With plenty of selections to choose from, no wonder they are advertising for competitors names. They cannot get any business without doing so.

So this was my first time at a dispensary. This location is right by my house so I decided to come in and experience coming to a dispensary. I came in blank not knowing about the different types of greens. I was helped my a male and he was very knowledgeable and provided me with what I needed to know.

Ritegreens is amazing ! They sell my favorite cartridges by Kurvana. They even helped me out with replacing a faulty cartridge that I had bought. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will return !

What a place! From the helpful staff, to the selection. Being there is like being at a farmers market. Nice comfy feel with good new products you haven't seen. I highly (pun intended) checking it out! Awesome specials, and a farmers market once a month... check it out!!

Do not come here unless you want to pay $13 in taxes on anything you purchase. Such a rip off. I get the state and county tax but the dispensary's tax is $8.00 alone. Let's be realistic it's located in Maywood, no one is going to pay that outrageous amount of money on just tax. Not to mention most of their weed is dried out. Probably because they do not have any regulars, new patients probably never return.  I can almost guarantee they've had the same flower on the shelves since they opened a few months back. Now I don't discredit the establishment it self, it's beautiful inside, super high tech (probably the reason why everything is so expensive, they need to at least try to make some of the money invested back) the workers theirselves were all sweet but I think you're paying for more of the experience than the actual product. Save your money and go to a different and or your regular dispensary. This dispensary should've been opened in Hollywood or Venice or somewhere more touristy/ up scale, it will not make it in Maywood.

First impressions are so important. Came here one night around 9 pm.  Except for the workers, no one else was there. My husband came to buy some herbs for his chronic pain.  They sold him purple orcle.the lowest grade he has ever bought and over priced. Went home and he tried to smoke it.  He only smoked a little. It was bad and gave him a head ache. The girl told him that he was going to come back for more because is so good. Not true at all. The next day he woke up with this bad head ache. He should have bought tequila instead. He called to talk to the manager They said he was not available and that he would call him back. It's been two weeks and still no has called him. He still has the herbs in it's original bag. He just wants his money back. Other shops offer free items for first visit. He got nothing here. All he got was very bad herbs and a head ache.. I don't recommend anyone to come here. Bad herbs and bad customer service. All he wants is his money. If this so called company has any kind of ethical customer service, they will call him back and return his Money! They should be ashamed of themselves for being dishonorable.

Popped my cherry this week! LoOoveee that it's in my hood, The Woods (Maywood). Bud tender was real cool! Vibe is everything to me and I'll def be going back!

Staff is always so friendly and helpful all there products are legit unlike some other places that carry counterfeit products. Frequent here often and my go to place for anything cannabis related. Haydee was helpful ringing me up. Glad that there is finally a dispensary that doesn't look sketchy in the area.

Thank you for taking great care of me again. I love this place for their selection and quality and prices for those things. Neighborhood may not be high end, but this company is. I have been to other locations as well, I highly recommend.

I've been to Haven a few times with my man long before it was Haven & was called Rite Greens and our experience here has been up & down. I will never forget how we picked up here once & the product we got had over 20 seeds! That was months ago when it was Rite Greens, I called & notified them & I was told to bring the product in & see if I could exchange it, but my man (that lacks a brain sometimes) threw out the container with the seeds, he didn't even tell me he'd thrown it out until it was too late, ruining our chance of getting an exchange. This recent visit when we arrived the girls seemed really bored & without energy, because we weren't greeted like other times, no smiles, & overall a lack of knowledge on the products. I guess it's because they don't want to be at work during this time, but that's understandable. Also apparently the girl that checked us in didn't fully check me in so when I was inside and ready to check out, the girl that checked me out was having issues checking me out so my man and I had to wait a little longer than usual to pay & leave. It happens I suppose. My man likes this place because it's not as packed as our preferred spot, this time around we got some King Louis & it was fire!!! If you do come here I recommend you try it King Louis out

First off. Shout out to , if I heard her name right,  Aaliyah, the supervisor who when dealing with an issue brought such a empathic chill vibe to cool and ultimately resolve the issue extremely well. She placed the customers experience with Haven's line of products and Business above losing the money a "failing", underperforming product cost. I buy here repeatedly and have never really had issues with anything. I've bought different cartridges and brand and had issues with one. She switched it out (must keep the receipt) and let me know if it doesn't hit smooth to bring it back.  the 2nd one hit just right! And Maywood Haven definitely is safe , along with armed security right at the entrance increasing safety for people inside and out. I am very pleased with how knowledgeable they were & friendly. If you're not sure what you're looking for, they are more than happy to help guide you. I would recommend to pull cash out for your transactions prior to arrival.  They first timer deals & a stamp card. If in or around the Maywood area I would recommend to stop by.

So I came here today to get a product exchanged which they did not have in stock until recently.  Last fall I bought over $100 worth of edibles and one product specifically the Korava cookies were spoiled ( due to improper miss handling / lack of refrigeration by the dispensary ) . I came back within the 30 days to get the product exchanged however at the time all they had were cookies from the same bad batch. After being in the dispensary for 20 to 30 minutes and getting approval from the manager an exchange was authorized .Notes were added to my account and  I was Given a sample of sour apple cbd  gummies for the inconvenience . The workers assured me I would be able to get a free exchange from the next batch of Korova cookies  as soon as a different batch came in and that I would be notified .Flash forward to spring of this year I finally get a call saying I could come in to get the replacement cookies . However when I visited the store I was notified that they would not be able to honor their promise.... even though they authorized the exchange and notes on my account said so. The bud tender who spoke with management either miscommunicated or just in general there's just extremely bad business practices that are being implemented at this location . I understand the law because I worked in retail . I understand you can not  get your money back  for spoiled alcoholic or cannabis products however The retailer can and must authorize an exchange which will not be taxed. They were literally saying that they could not do an exchange  due to the law which is not true. To remedy the situation the best they could offer was another sample of something that I did not want as well as a 30% discount on the product that I was supposed to be given for free . Honestly this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had customer service wise at any dispensary  . I'm not sure if it's just this location or all of the haven retail locations. With the ample amount of legal dispensaries I strongly advise going somewhere else.*** in response to the managers comment **- if I could take away the star-based on the response I just received on my review I would.To make matters worse  and add insult to injury I  have to report that the managers reply is full of fallacies.#1- I was not offered a full refund originally . I was told I would not be able to get one due to California law and that an exchange would be my only option . If I was indeed offered a full refund I would've taken it because as I stated before earlier in my review a replacement was not available at the time I returned to the store.#2. Even though I did not have a physical receipt in hand upon returning the product I had called ahead and verified that I would be accommodated based on the fact that the dispensary had record of me purchasing the item because I placed an online order.  To this date management still has the record of me purchasing the cookies as well as several other items as apart of their online system .#3. - I did return within 30 days of the purchase date  with the spoiled item. Again it is not my fault that within those 30 days the dispensary was unable to make an even exchange due to lack of availability of product. #4. -  I have purchased Korova cookies from at least five other dispensaries and have never had an issue. The cookies which were spoiled  due to the manufacturer or the dispensersaries handling of the product prior to purchase . other customers who have visited Haven can attest that not all locations have always refrigerated their edibles . Some edibles were placed on shelves exposed to ambient temperature.I've never had management lie in response to a review that I posted just to cover their butts and look less bad . This is truly the worst cannabis  establishment I've ever visited based on how the issue in question has been handled.
