I've been here numerous times and last week I received the best customer service I've ever had over the many times I've gone.The girls name was Maria and she was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable to ask questions. The customer service here can be a hit or miss sometimes so this review is for Maria (:

Best dispensary in town by far!  Was there on 4/20 for the first time and will be the only dispensary me and friends will be going to from now on. Best selection and prices I've seen.  The place is very clean and futuristic.  Very secluded and safe.  Plenty of secured parking and the staff are friendly from the time you walk in.

No A/C in the weed shop , my weed was dry and the weed shop was dirty and way overpriced.... I suggest going to dtpg just 3 miles north on alameda st. They have more selection and fresher weed and friendlier staff . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!

A little hard to find at first but just around the corner...is an absolute GEM! Not sure who left the comment below... but the customer service in my case happened to be a great experience! As a first timer to this spot I felt very welcomed. I LOVE this  dispensary! Will definitely be coming back :)

Definitely check out the big screens to see what deals they offer daily. Happy hour from 4-7pm and early bird from 7-11am EVERYDAY! That's20% off taxes which I haven't found since the trap.  So dope. I've tried delivery once before they have a $45 minimum and no delivery fee. They have an amazing assortment of flower but you have to take your time with checking strains and thc%. Def worth a visit & the privacy in the parking feels safe!! There is a $3 fee for using your debit because it's still illegal federally so bring cash

Everyone's cool except for a girl named Iris black hair light skin about 5"0  u ask her a question and she has this mad face all the time like ughhh  and she's always with a mad face.  Been here many times and it's the same thing every time has no customer skills what so ever u represent this dispensary all attitude with this girl . Smile be happy to answer a question today what bugged me was that I was looking at a jeeters and I was giving it back she snatched it .. just bad customer service

This is the only dispensary that's close to my boyfriend and i and we got so lucky cuz it was one of the best ones we've been to. but sadly they got new management and went cheaper (in the bad sense). Their point system used to be really good with so many options. I could get gummies for 300 points and now they've gotten rid of 1/2 their options and everything's more points. Not to mention the main reason why we're not going there anymore, they've stopped taking card and their atm charges you like $4 on top of your bank charging you for using their atm. also, a lot of their sales people aren't helpful or nice, most of them are there just to look good it seems like. not informative. my boyfriend loves weed he would legit spend a thousand dollars a month and we are now looking for another dispensary that's not so cheap

You just lost a returning costumer because of the obese security guard in the front that couldn't tell me politely to park at another spot and instead told me that if I didn't like it to leave, so I left.

I gotta say everyone here is usually very nice here, one of my best experiences there was when I was helped by Erika Vieyra. She remembered me from a previous day I was there and I wasn't able to buy because of my new debit card. She really did make my night that day so I would like to thank her!

Pay attention to all the negative reviews and experiences, and see that's consistent with this business. I also had a horrible experience with a (fake) blonde, shorter, (basic chest/neck) tattooed receptionist. She was asking me to do things and management intervened and told her they don't normally ask these things of customers. Mind you, I obliged out politeness anyway, so I was NOT being confrontational about the requests, although I found it weird. The manager (another light skinned woman, but not tattooed and lighter brunette) apologized on the Karen receptionist's behalf and told me she would help me if I waited in the line that had formed while we were talking! Even though receptionist was in the wrong and I was dealing with an issue they created that didn't need to be there in the first place!Since I already wasted time dealing with the problem that the receptionist created and management didn't want to help me in a timely manner after speaking with me, I left, and will never be back. I found several other shops down the street and have taken my business to one of them instead. Firehouse shop had what I needed without a power trip Karen of a receptionist, who smugly and proudly asked me to write a review all while threatening my physical safety as I was leaving. I would love to see another shop in this shop's place! Also, how does this business have 3 stars when every review is literally 1 star, except 1 review that's more than one star?

Jay seems like a competent smart driver and is on time . Great delivery service overall!

Love ordering from bonafide! Big variety! Carts are good, the bud is great! Get discounts whenever i order. Jay is my driver, he is always on time and keeps you in the loop. Bonafide is becoming my go to shop for my cannabis needs! Try them out you wont be disappointed!

Jay has excellent customer service! I buy my plug play cartridges here with the early bird specials from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Happy hour is 4:20pm to 7:10pm. Great edibles and fire tree    Thank you!

Sebastian is the man when it comes to customer service. I'm new to the whole weed thing and I do feel at home when he helps me out and gives me a more better options for my choice. Amazing Customer Service

Great experience today with Sebastian. Helped my girlfriend and I find the pods we were each looking for, he took the time to look up a pod I had bought before. That’s great service right there. We also bought some lower end flower to make a tincture and some higher end (818) indica eighth to enjoy later (:

Heidi was very helpful when I asked how to scan my phone or even redeem my free items. The young lady at the front desk who check us in, was as well very helpful today. But every visit never had a bad experience to be honest. So keep rocking ladies!! Oh and also they mentioned happy hour times. Which they didn't have to do but they did. I appreciate that as well.
