First time coming through and it was unbelievably easy, still curbside delivery only but John was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was very patient with my indecisiveness and answered all my questions with a smile on his face. Aside from the service the products are amazing as well. High quality and decent prices (he even gave us a nice discount just cause I think lol so I won’t complain) John went above and beyond 5 gold stars for everyone involved.

Best dispensary in Kzoo AND GR, hands down! From the quality and prices all the way to the logistics of picking up your order is beyond excellent! I have never been disappointed in my experience or product at The Refinery and will continue to make the drive from GR just for them! I can’t wait for them to get their own line of bud, I know it’s going to be top top shelf for a very fair price. Other dispensaries should be taking some serious notes on how it should be done!

Extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and extremely knowledgeable staff. I came with an out of state medical card and they honored it. I showed them my credentials and they handled it quickly. The staff had all the answers to all of my questions and they gave me all the options for I could ask for and more!

It's a great place they have reasonable prices the staff is friendly. The budget flowers are usually well worth buying to roll and go fishing. The bag is the budget the other I'm not telling because I don't want them to run out. But it's like everything you pick your preference. Thanks for reading. They won't do you wrong.

My husband and I stopped on a whim on our way to Chicago. Perfect location for a quick stop right off 96. You are greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. Jon helped us in the back. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He found us products based on our preferences and made recommendations but was not a pushy salesman, which is very refreshing! We were in & out under 20 minutes (perfect for a road trip stop) and the establishment is well organized for easy shopping and very clean.
