I had my first bad experience with herbology today and I’ll never go back. I ordered a 1g wax and a 2g sugar. To my surprise I received two containers of white crumble powder that appeared to be pretty much the same. NOT WAX NOT SUGAR. Needless to say I called with the hope of some kind of return exchange or credit. Despite being a very regular customer I received and I quote,” sorry sir there is nothing we can do for you.” This came from their management team lead who then offered me 25% off a single concentrate as if it would be an even trade off for the $100 I just spent and wasted on 3g of falsely advertised powdered crumble. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone!

Great look, location, staff, set up and weekly and monthly deals. Don't sell yourself short take a look at the refinery and exclusive before purchasing. You may find what you need and all 3 are 💯% great. Thank you Kalamazoo

Nice place... Great selection... Compared to Detroit and Grand Rapids the prices are a little high compared to the deals but it's a good place and good quality

Great service and very professional. They have a nice awards program that adds up quick. It makes some trips there super cheap. They send me text messages for deals and they almost always have deals going on. Highly recommend this dispo if you partake.

Great prices and friendly staff. Their product is the same as any other dispensary in town and they have a decent rewards program. Never been sent a promotional email or text from them, which I consider a plus.
