This dispensary is next door to another dispensary (so bring extra cash and some friends to carry the load) which is super convenient and obviously has plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say they weren't especially knowledgeable on edibles but that's okay, I know they do the job. The layout is plain and simple. Not much going on in the appearance department. The menu was good but lackluster. This dispensary definitely needs an upgrade to entice the customers. Pictures and seeing the items out on display help so much, so when everything is hidden away, you can't really get that "window shopping" feel. I tend to buy more when I see the products (so yes, I did not go over my limit here--which is unheard of). I will say that they are the only ones who carry the Bedrock Bar (fruity pebbles) so that's a bonus. Overall, not the best dispensary in Holyoke but it's conveniently located next to another dispensary if you're not feeling it. I'd rate it 3.5 stars honestly

First trip to a dispensary. The girl behind the counter was very helpful in helping me decide on best gummies for sleep. Place is small but very neat and organized. Nice shop

I enjoy going to this business . One of the employees there by the name Sergio always makes the visit to the store great. He's very prompt knowledgeable and very professional.

As a buyer I do not recommend this place because I have bought several times and they charge more than what the order tells you then I claim why and they leave with excuses if you go to another dispensary like the one next door that does not happen I recommend dispensary in Chicopee they are honest and good quality not like these people who think one is stupid..

I absolutely love each pickup experience I have here! From checking in at the front to leaving, the experience isn't overwhelming, which I appreciate since I always feel nervous buying from a dispensary. The staff is super friendly and personable, and I always find myself having small conversations with staff at the pick up desk. Their flower selection is well-rounded and I found some favorite strains of mine from here! Absolutely recommend this dispensary to anyone!

Fabulous staff from the front door to when you leave. Was there last night and was helped by Sergio and hands down the best experience I’ve had in a dispensary setting. How knowledgeable he is and his overall helpful hand getting my the medicine. Gave me his personal insight on different strains highly recommend him. He will be the reason why I choose your dispensary over others also had a good interaction with Chris when I arrived and after I left. The energy that you guys have is extremely appreciated and I will be back!!! Thanks Tom R
