Decently knowledgeable about their product. Sadly taxachusetts is ruining the industry by charging almost a 30%tax.  Bought one item for 60 bucks and was slammed with 18.50 in taxes and surcharges 20% on 60 is 12 dollars not 18.50. Which means on top of the 20% there are other fees

New to the legal retail of this; love being able to peruse on line and order ahead. Easy pickup; friendly staff. Good job with all the Covid stuff. Love the old industrial building setting, love that it's a women-owned business. Super convenient to states to the south with less progressive weed laws. See a lot of bitching about prices, they might be on the high end but not ridiculously so. I'll be back.

Great experience.  The guy that greeted us was very friendly and answered all her questions thoroughly. They seemed to be very organized with the online orders. Can't wait to try the products I bought from here.

Gimme that Lilac Diesel and high CBG Vanilla Frosting all day. And where would my sleep cycle be without my nighttime tinctures and melatonin-infused gummies. Nowhere.It's an uncommon thing to feel like you're being personally cared for by some of the more casually-yet-supremely knowledgeable staff divulging information and suggestion less as a flex but more for facilitating a dynamite experience while buying legal adult-use cannabis. And yet, that's what happened here my first time and every time since. Having the best menu in the state doesn't hurt either. Holyoke location feels like an art gallery.Just excellent.

Positive - pretty good selection of stuff, order online/pickup is easy. The flower we got was top notchNegative - we ordered a bunch ahead but also shopped some in store - our guide did not know the menu well and couldn't provide good recommendations, he simply showed us everything on the tablet and read from there. He actually misrepresented some edibles (which we ended up buying and regretting later) by telling us they were 4x as strong as they actually were. On us for not double checking but the guide literally told us this was the best deal for the money and swayed us that way. Also negative - it's pricey. Everything is priced high, and adding the taxes to it doesn't help.

I'm surprised by the poor reviews! There's plenty of parking and it's right next door to another cannabis shop (not like anyone is buying double the amount allowed *cough cough* **pass**). It's a different style for sure, it's almost like you're at an Apple store. You're greeted and walked around the store to look at all of the edibles, vapes, etc. the staff are friendly and quick but also knowledgeable. The prices are about the same as any other place except they weren't doing big sales like the rest of the cannabis stores around. I really loved the design and layout here as well as products available. They seemed to have more than the other stores around when it came to edibles. Definitely recommend coming here and checking it out.

The customer service isn't as great as your would expect starting with security. If you have gone to the store next door Holyoke Cannabis to compare and contrast you can immediately tell the vibe is different. I think they have a great idea in mind as you go in and it's as if it was a weed gift shop however, they fail on their delivery. It's like they had this great idea in mind and never executed properly. The bud tender that helped me today wasn't very knowledgeable and didn't have that positive vibe you get from other stores. When you get to cash out I feel like they have an un-organized process. I say this because at one point the lady rung up the incorrect selection of my purchase and had to go to the back and grab the right one. Their flower is good but I won't be going back solely due to the customer service.

Going to Canna Provisions, whether in Holyoke or Lee, MA is always and enjoyable experience! The guides are so helpful and are always willing to answer my questions - and believe me when I say, I ask a lot. These dispensaries are more of a destination than anything. Definitely worth visiting.. several times.

I have now shopped here a handful of times and am a huge fan of the ability to order online and have it ready by the time I get there. It makes it quick and easy. The staff have always been amazing and nice, and they have guaranteed me being a returning customer.

My friend and I went here for some issues she had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helped her get what she needed; they were very friendly as well. It was such a pleasure shopping here. There are other choices but we will be returning here… the whole was Amazing!

Canna Provisions might be the best designed neighborhood retail dispensary experience in the US. Attention to detail and highly knowledgeable staff created an epic experience every time. High quality product, great selection. Plus, they label their cartridges, what a concept! Definitely a must visit.

This place has great quality product, but prices are a little on the high side. Would have rated this place 4 stars had I not just gotten ripped off today. Bought 3.5G of product and when I opened it up, there clearly wasn’t 3.5G in there. Weighed it up and it came out to 2.6g. Paid $75 and only got 2.6g when I was supposed to get 3.5g. Not going back to this place
