Luke S was an incredible help in the store and made our experience so positive! He taught us how to read the various strain profiles and types of turpens to find what benefits we specifically are looking for. This is by far my favorite dispensary in Denver (l'm a local) and I always recommend it to friends looking for professional service.

Visited here with a friend in August. They got us to provide our personal info and create accounts by promising a discount on the first purchase; the guy who assisted us was a complete dick, and when my friend checked out we were told "there was some sort of computer problem and no discount today." I asked if there was a manager that could look into it and the rep said "oh, they won't care."  I decided not to purchase; my friend was ultimately pretty dissatisfied with his purchase. Now I can't get out of their mailings even after unsubscribing (I would have forgot about them otherwise.)

I can't be completely negative here, The staff is really friendly and helpful! The show room is clean and weIl kept, I just wish the variety was better and that they kept more flower in stock.

Actually I've been to several clinics in Denver this was the worst! I would absolutely suggest going to starbuds!! Awesome customer service never rude...high quality THC in all forms!! Good luck Green Solutions there is too much competition!!

I stumbled upon this amazing dispensary just right outside my hotel and really glad I did!  Right from entering the doors I was greeted very professionally and felt welcomed. Once I went inside I was immediately greeted by Dion. He had such great customer service educating me on the different types of products they had to offer. I liked the fact that I didn't feel rushed at all even though I had no idea what I wanted when i went in. Everyone in this store has great customer service and made me feel at home. I recommend this store to anyone who wants a great overall experience.  Will be back soon for sure!!!

Just thought I'd drop this here also!!This is my favorite TGS store by far! The fact that they stay open till 11:45pm is a definate plus. When I go in, I never have to wait. Whether I am picking up something I ordered online or just a walk in. My wait time is always nothing or a couple of minutes. Last time I was in Shelton hooked me up and made sure I left the store with what I wanted and reason to visit again and again!! Thanks man!

Only one sales rep working, took at least 30-40minutes before I was seen and they already took my ID so I'm stuck waiting to be helped and couldn't even view the products to find out they don't even have the ripple gummies I was hoping for. Horrible experience, will not return until they fix this issue. Will be going to kind love which is 2 minutes away for now.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Due to COVID, a lot of dispensaries are encouraging online ordering. So I put in an order for a quarter oz of a strain called phaser that has apparently won an award. When I picked up, they gave me the most pitiful low quality looking buds I've ever seen. It was all separated into 1 gram portions in sealed plastic containers to "limit handling." This was the lowest quality bud I've ever received for such a high price. Never again. Maybe if I avoided ordering online I would've gotten better quality bud.

Every time ive gone here ive been rushed by employees who looked bothered that I'm looking at different items. I literally was the only person in the place. Also, super pissed that you cant double up on specials. You should let people know while you're pulling the items, instead of waiting till youve rang it and have your hand out for cash. Lame. Friendly host guy tho.

The reality of this place is there product is a cheaply produced as they staff is educated. The product looks like bottom of the plant but they sell it as premium. The employees are about as knowledgeable as the idea of tits on a boar hog and they are ALWAYS MAKING EXCUSES for not having decent product. I say we #boycotgreensolutions until they are ready to give us a product worth buying or at least a competent employee who knows information and won't beat around the bush stammering like a nervous uneducated imbecile. This review has been coming a long time but each time I got back hoping for a better experience and it hasn't happened in the last few months. Save yourself hassle, stress and an IQ drop and go somewhere else.

Super easy to get to. Tremendously professional. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Couldn't have been easier or more comfortable for me to be guided to exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I've been shopping at TGS for 4 years now on and off. In the beginning I went to the medical dispensary's. Now it seems they have went recreational and upped the prices on everything. I recently received an email with 4 grams for shatter or wax for $60 and a $30 coupon. When I went into the store I picked out 4 grams of shatter for $60 when I went to check out the 4 grams cost $80. The manager Matt told me that I can not stack coupons..... I was trying to get the 4grams for $60, use the $30 they sent me and use my 15% medical card. Matt told me I had to choose between the 4 for 60 coupon that they advertise as a deal not a coupon, the $30 off or my 15% off... essentially being a medical patient gets nothing at The Green Solution. $3 charge for using a debit card. I was still charged RECREATIONAL TAX. Terrible misleading advertisement. Overpriced for the same stuff you can buy at other stores. Corporate store, only cares about the money not the customer. I'm sure they paid to get the awards they have won also. Check out the CLINIC , or the PIG N WHISTLE . Please don't waste your money at The Green Solution.

This was my first visit to any TGS location, and I was on a quest to buy some good flower (my first time ever! typically use edibles).  Shelton was super helpful and kind in helping me find some great smoke.  I needed something heavier on the indica side (OG Kush), and then he recommended a nice sativa (Sour Ghost). Both were wonderful! I also bought my first glass piece, and helped me find a beautiful blue pipe.  This dispensary is very clean, well lit, and everyone is super friendly! Definitely make it a point to stop in and say hi to these guys! It was such pleasant experience. And huge thanks to Shelton who helped me!

Everyone is very polite at this location. It's nice they have a bargain flower selection. Also tons of options for bowl toppers which I find to be rare. Claire is always so helpful. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Jose was super helpful! I don't smoke weed but really wanted to go for the experience and I would recommend checking them out. They answered all of my silly questions!

I am a customer who spends roughly $300 per week at this location. I left a great review a couple weeks back and as of tonight am astoundingly disappointed with TGS. They told us 4 times that they accept Apple Pay, which is extremely important because my money is in my Apple Pay cash balance until Monday. After selecting my strains I ran Apple Pay for the balance of the transaction. It went through clean on my end and Apple cleared the transaction. The money was easily debited from my account. However the in house system for TGS registered an "invalid item code" causing them to not give me the items I paid for.  I spent an hour talking to the manager and anyone else who could possibly help. It seems TGS is willing to charge me for items and then not give them to me. Real freaking cool idiots. I'll never be back to this store and I have to figure out how to make it through without the $100 you stole from me. Thanks. Maybe don't tell people you take Apple Pay so next time you don't steal someone's hard earned money.

Not only have I visited a wide variety of dispensaries, but more than 4 different green solution locations themselves. Josh hands down gave us some of the best service my girlfriend an I have ever had in the industry. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and not overly sales oriented, helping us to an overall GREAT experience which we hope to repeat in the near future. Green solution on Kentucky, 5/5. Josh J. (10/10)

Do not give them your business. They have a "nice" appeal but their products are trash and overpriced. Support a local mom and pop shop not this corporate greed of a business. Did I mention that they will give you a $7 discount for a positive review on Yelp? Be aware of any "positive" reviews, they got a discount for those and they are fake.

I'm a professional consultant and this place is my go to for everything. I love The Green Solution in general but really like how easy the cherry creek location is.  Everyone is always nice and I really like the main bunch of strains they carry. Here and the edgewater locations are my favorites. I'm medical and I need consistency. Great rewards program, great sales and they let you return flower if you try a strain and it's not right for what you wanted.

This is my go-to chain of The Green solution. It's by far the most professional chain of dispensaries with peoples safety at the forefront of their mind. The bud tenders are really friendly and eager to help. They have lots of suggestions and recommendations when you have a specific problem, say pain or nausea. They will know how to best address it with the quality products. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I don't want to go to any other dispensary. When you've got quality, why mess with a good thing?

Love this store!  The staff is very responsive to any questions or concerns and is well versed in the product line.  They have a great variety of products and the store is clean and bright,  AJ, Adam, Austin are patient, knowledgeable and professional.  The General Manager, Matt, goes above and beyond in every instance.

Love this location because they stay open till 11:45pm great staff and service very clean building and the online reservation system is one of the best

Always our go to when we are in town, Great experience every time i purchase at TGS but today at this specific location we had to do some last minute purchases and was looking for something different and Adam at this location totally helped and made it easy and A LOT quicker for the transactions would totally recommend this place and Adam to anyone !

Did not get any assistance what so ever and highly disliked the standoffish employee that was serving me. Find somewhere else. They won't help you out. I had to walk out from how bad the service is.

Josh was grand with his on point advice and his attention to customer service. I love the nectar bee Salves and lotions. Everything I've tried here has been solid.

We walked in there and immediately were greeted by a nice employee who helped us check in.  There was no wait early in the morning and was able to walk right in.  Matthew excitedly introduced himself and asked us how he could help us.  He was very informative and answered any questions or concerns we had.  He helped us quickly and we're able to get in and out of there within 10 minutes.  I enjoyed our experience there and when in the area again, we'll be sure to come back to this store.

I'm such a fan of this place! They have the best edible deals and the staff is always welcoming and super helpful especially because some other dispensaries can be unwelcoming to less experienced customers. Shelton helped me, the GM of this location, and he was just wonderful. Attentive, helpful and patient from beginning to end. I'll definitely return to this location.

I will never go to this place again. They charge three dollars for every purchase. I suppose it just goes into Management's pocket. They have a credit card machine which they have pretended they don't have until I tell them all I have is my credit card. Today they claimed they got rid of it. I doubt that.  I left and went someplace else.Greed is such a turnoff. And there are plenty of other shops around.

This place is awesome! Shelton is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going here they have slot of options really good deals and it looks super sleek and clean inside

Hahahahaha I'm still laughing I came in from Vegas with my 2 girlfriends & we needed more weed for our last day so we went to see about an eighth.. First off get a different door greeter that guy was fucking creepy. Then we wait about 10 minutes for a guy to basically say we wanted low grade weed because we were getting an eighth. When we told him we were gonna go to a different shop because we wanted to smell our weed he told us we weren't sanitary, my girlfriend is a Pisces and super sensitive so she cried on the way out. I wanted to go back in to punch that mean fucker but instead I went to Yelp

The wax was killer. The flower is really horrible and will not buy anymore from there. They give you a cool bad when you purchase.

Loses a star automatically for being the "corporate" dispensary, but the negatives end there. Service is always fast and friendly. I've always been steered in the right direction on products and desired outcomes. Prices are as good as their COVID practices. When others fail, I know GS will deliver.

I think some shops can be very cold and serious, but this shop is dope. I walked in and was greeted by Nicholas- super nice got me into the shop quickly and showed me where the bathroom was. Bailey met me when I got in line and helped me pick out what I needed. She told me about specials and the product she recommended she had an answer for every question I had. The manager Shelton came over and helped me out too. Staff here is great. Super nice, really helpful and the shop has great deals. Honestly the store is dope- open late, really nice, good product, choices and hella friendly. 10/10 would recommend

I was greated by Shelton and haven't felt so welcome in any dispensary here. The selection is second to none in Denver by far. I'm from Florida and this place sets the bar very high for dispensaries. Try them out the selection is incredible and pricing is more than fair! The staff was very helpful and would ask or guide me as I was looking without me asking for assistance. Made my shopping seamless. Thanks guys I'll be back much during my extended stay

These days I’ve actually got another dispensary closer, but the great products and folks like Shelton keep me coming back. Really appreciate all you guys do!

Shelton is the MAN. You walk in and he greets with you the most hospitality, it’s almost like walking into his house and him greeting you with a cup of nice hot tea. His energy is contagious and definitely removes all the anxiety from the room if it was your first time. This is what shopping at a dispensary should feel like. WELCOMING. Thank you Shelton. Also shoutout to Mike for helping get the best product for my needs, did his job very well and professional. Very good experience all and all.

Update: came back and received the BEST customer service once again! This time by Mike. Jason, and the Manager Shelton. It's people like them that have a happy returning customer. Thank you once again! Matthew was awesome!! The staff is always amazing here! Thank you 😁
