Whoa customer service. Dark ball cap, beard & black frame glasses guy was such a dick I didn't even buy anything here. No wonder they have the worst reviews. Update: Ok I've still gone here on many occasions despite my bad experience. Mainly because they're open late & every first Mon they give members an additional discount. I have to say that the new budtenders are actually a shitton more friendly & helpful. Finally! Thanks guys. I mean sh*t, you're slingin' green be happy about it.

POLICE CALLED. TERRIBLE. PLEASE READ. Zero stars if possible. Par the course, our id's were taken to enter. As we waited nearly 15 minutes, I asked what's taking so long, they said they were still verifying. As recent Michigan transplants and having been met with an amazing experience throughout all of Denver and ALSO several other dispensaries, we would never anticipate what would happen next... We did not desire to wait any longer and asked for our id's back, they provided mine, but not my girlfriends. We were actually just stopping in for pricing prior to dinner reservations. They failed to tell us what they were actually doing and were going to surprise us with a visit from the police. My girlfriend is 32 years old, had several other forms of identification, including her Michigan provided legal drivers license which was now being held and illegally stolen from us. The incompetent staff does not have the correct training or resources provided to be operating professionally. There is actually a book that provides a way to determine state-by-state, how to verify the legality of identification. Bars use them all the time to identify recent and not so recent updates to id's... The staff even went as far as stating, why are you freaking out if nothing is wrong. 1. If it were fake we would have just left 2. Its illegal to drive without a license that was stolen by your staff. My girlfriends id is only a few years old, but still valid for another year. Clearly this business does not possess or is unaware of said literature. We were held hostage until police arrived. God forbid anyone has a parking ticket they were unaware of and a warrant then this happens to them, they will be going to jail from a quick visit to their local (albeit terrible and expensive) dispensary. We were subjected to the feeling of being CRIMINALS because per their stating "we've had issues with fake id's". Also, while waiting, they would not easily divulge any higher managements names or contact info. The staff did however offer a discount on their extremely overpriced product. No way in hell will you getting our cash on a discount (a discount which basically matches other dispensaries normal pricing)!After was all said and done, the comforting police officers easily and quickly proved the id was legit and not fake just by visually observation. The only reason they called it in was to verify no warrants, as the police do. Upon leaving, we saw the staff laughing as we left. Is this the proper way to treat customers in your business of healing?  Ps I apologize for the run on sentences and general discord, but I'm furious.

I am very happy with Emerald Fields but always hope that Jaleel isn't working. He comes across very arrogant and phony. His attitude could easily make me switch to Smoking Gun... where they are actually happy to see you. I would be thrilled if he left.

I have been going here for awhile. Stuck though the renovations, it is so nice now. The parking still sucks but the buds are fire

Over price, Invasion of privacy, force you to be a member, and add their web to your home screen, sales people too aggressive, and again OVER PRICE, do yourself a favor and go to another one...

On Saturday, January 18, 2020, I visited Emerald Fields.  I prefer heavy indica strains, so I was encouraged to purchase their 'Cast Away' strain, as it supposedly offered the strongest sedative effects with the highest THC content.  As I went to purchase an 8th of flower, I overheard one of the employees say, "you guys aren't doing your jobs!  We only have more 1 gram of the Cast Away. (Manager's name) needs to remove that [smell jar] right now!"I asked if I needed to make a different selection since inventory seemed low, but I was told, "nope, you're fine.  The only Cast Away that we have left is on display.  Please give us a moment to break it down so that we can get you what you came here for".  I waited for about 5-7 minutes, which was not a problem.  I paid $54 (with tax) for an 8th of Cast Away, from which I instantly felt regret once I got home.To start, I walked out of Emerald's with 3.0 grams of Cast Away - not 3.5, which is what I paid for.  Next, the flower itself was incredibly dry and had a sour odor rather than an earthy aroma like the Cast Away that was on display.  Lastly, and most importantly, there was little to no psychoactive effects after smoking the flower.  As anyone who's been in this situation can relate, I was NOT happy about my purchase.  Cast Away from Emerald Fields is one of the worst cannabis purchases I've made since 2010.I returned to Emerald's the following morning to see what, if anything, can be done to improve my customer experience.  Disappointingly, it was conveyed to me that nothing can or will be done about my recent purchase.  The best I was offered was a 25% discount on my next purchase.  I will never shop at Emerald Fields again.  Looks like I'll be returning to Kind Love since their flower is always consistent.

To think I used to like this place.... My past experience here sums up this dispensary pretty well in my opinion. I was BLOWN away by how expensive their bud is. When I let the bud tender know this she nnot only agreed but said "yea you should see how much our concentrates cost."She went on to tell me the reason they charge so much is because they stay open until 11 so they can charge more, that they just did a $600,000 remodel which they need to charge more for on their pricing and that their alternate location is one of the top grossing dispensaries in the state so they can charge a premium for that reason too. This is all from an employee there that was agreeing with me that they charge a lot. If you drIve 5 mins away and go to The Health Center on Colorado blvd everything is literally half the price. I'm not loyal to any dispensary but that's just an example of what a rip off this place is. I don't care if your bud is organic or not, charging $40 an either for some mediocre bud is ridiculous. For top shelf they wanted even more  than that and only cheaper bud was super seedy. Skip this place

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. The last two times we went in we thought our half ounces looked short. So we went one more time and decided to weigh our bud. They shorted us over 2 grams, which for their prices is insane. Not to mention, we called them and told them. They told us to drive back and gave us a 20% discount off our next order. FUNNY thing is they tell you when you're in the store that it's 20% off normal prices, however they claim their whole menu is already marked down. Which is absolutely false. So not only are they shorting people on bud, they're well on their way to being sued for false advertisement. Do not waste your time or money at this dispensary. They clearly don't care about stealing and lying to their clientele.

Overpriced, mediocre greenery. 13 bucks for 1g preroll is ridiculous....particularly when it tastes like shite. Also, totally get you need my ID, but why do you also need my phone number and email address, and why do I need to sign up for a loyalty program just to get the price that's listed pre-tax? Definitely felt like they were going to ask for my SSN next...bizarre considering I'd already previously visited another dispensary in CO and they didn't ask for anything other than my ID.

Had a nice lady help me, but I didn't get want I was asking for but it's to late once you leave. They also ask a ton, from phone numbers to emails, and just felt like pressured to sign up for their things while being interrogated. Also over priced for sure, felt like a higher end store even tho your getting less. Especially when your not told exactly what u buying. Just not worth it at all,

I went in and asked for a sativa pre-rolled joint. The staff member pointed to the front of the counter display and said, this is what we have as your choices. He offered no other explanation. As a novice pot user, I didn't look close enough at the packaging, pointed to one that looked appealing and the staff member too it to the cash register. He scanned the product into the POS, handed it to me, and told me the price. I then looked at the packaging and noticed it was edibles, not a joint. I told him that I asked for a pre-roll, not edibles and I would like a joint. I had not handed him money yet or executed the transaction. He told me they had a "no-return" policy and that I had to purchase it now. I asked him if he could just cancel the sale since I hadn't even paid for it yet, and he said no, there were no returns. I went back to the display, picked out a joint, and purchased that as well. I told him it was pretty shitty that he made me purchase something I didn't want. He didn't offer an apology, discount, or any remorse. I should have just walked out, but there was a police officer in the lobby and from the other reviews on Yelp, they would have alerted the cops for theft. I would highly recommend going anywhere else possible other than Emerald Fields.

This is a very upscale dispensary. We found the prices to be among the highest in Colorado. To give reference, for the same ounce/quality @ 16-18% THC, Emerald field charged us $120.00 including tax. We traveled down to Pueblo and found the same or comparable strain/percentage at $70.00 including tax. The reason why we will NOT be returning to Emerald Fields: after spending $240.00 we asked for screens and were charged $1.00 for a 4 pack. NOT very customer appreciative....never again!

So your open till midnight but close at 11:50. K well maybe you should put that on your hours. If you came to my restaurant 10 minutes before I closed you would get served, no matter how many customers I was already serving. Your prices on flower, concentrates are terrible so the least you could do is stay open until you say you are. Maybe it's just me. I went across the street and got better prices and service so I will continue to go to smoking gun.

The staff here is super friendly, worked with autumn and had a really top dollar experience. She was friendly, helpful, and patient. The product quality is fantastic, highly recommended if you are looking for a late night shop that doesn't rip you off.

Prices are outrageous. If you are a first time consumer or a veteran I highly advise going anywhere else.

I went to this location because my normal dispensary was closed. I gave this place one star because it's facility is actually pretty nice. But they definitely put all their money into that and not into their weed. I picked a strain that the girl recommended and even said people come back to their location for it. I find this impossible to believe I've shopped at many dispensaries and this is by far the worst tasting weed I've ever had. It tastes like chemicals. And on top of that it only tested at 18% THC. Waste of money and time and I literally threw away almost all of a half oz because I'd rather get more somewhere else and pay double then ever smoke that again. GROSS. Avoid this place if you actually value your bud.

The few times I've been here, I have had nothing but a great experience. Good variety to choose from, a very friendly staff who can answer any and all questions, and yes they have an ATM machine inside the store. They also have a location down in Manitou Springs and they've been great as well when I've gone in. Solid business with solid people, keep up the good work! I'd highly recommend stopping in if you haven't done so in the past.

DONT BUY CARTRIDGES from this store! They don't work for any pen. Except, of course, for the emerald fields brand pen. It's a scam! Stick to flower with this company. Planned obsolescence is a bad look  great staff though!

Been loyal since they opened up their doors. I called 12/23 to see if I could use my extra 10% off on the 24th if I came between 8:00 and 10:00 am. I was told sure. So on the 24th I got up early and made the trip over before work only to hear the word NO!  Really you want to loose a life long customer over 10% loyalty discount?  Guess so. It was my last visit today and and do not recommend to anyone. I believe there are several places in the surrounding area that would love our business. I just want to be treated like the loyal shopper I am. I was made to feel as if I had lied about the call. I have had some other problems in the past but have just overlooked them. Really makes me sad and on Christmas Eve, Really!

Okay IGNORE all the bad reviews. They literally made me scared to come here (closest to hotel & no car) but no, everyone was so friendly, made the process super easy and comfortable. No hassle, ATM inside and lots to offer. You have to understand you're buying weed, don't take it too seriously. Clean place. I'd come back next time I'm in town

Great customer service. All questions answered and I was taken care of very courteously. The store is nice and feels very safe and secure. Very professional. The products are very pricey.

Very professional assistance. Don't like that they hold your driver's license & the bud tender gives it back. That's how I "lost" my license last time I was here. They do have a VIP club that gives a 15% discount.

This people is so racist , especially the old lady , i show her my id (green card) but aparently she don't know what that is or she never see one before , then they ask is the id was real, that was so rude and So stupid because in the end of the day they are lossing money for the bad service,  bad attencion and for been racist because i'm latino and my 2 friends as well latinos !!! We don't need to be treated like that by ignorant people, this is America so WTF.I will never recomend this place .

I've been to the Glendale and Cherry Creek area of Denver, Co several times now. You literally have at least 7 dispensaries in a small area but Emerald Fields really stands out. For me buying edibles, they have the best deals and best customer service.  You won't be disappointed.

If I were writing this review closer to when this location first opened, I would be giving it a 4 or even possibly a 5 star rating.  At that time, the staff, pricing, and quality of their product were all above average.  That is hard to do for any business, let alone a dispensary.As of today however, the price of their herb has gone up, the quality of it seems average at best, but the staff was still friendly.I purchased an indica from their 'sale shelf', and did not realize they had increased the price by $5.  That amount is still reasonable, considering i was still able to purchase an 1/8th for $30.  The herb itself however, was very dried out - most likely from constantly opening the bottle to show to customers, and the buds were TINY!A lot of dispensaries would label that type of product as "small buds" or offer some sort of break on the pricing, for a subpar product.  Instead I was offered it at full price. Granted, full price, of what they put on their 'sale shelf'.This was only one instance however, and because my past experiances have been more positive, i will likely patron Emerald Fields again.  I will adjust my review accordingly, depending on whether i have a better or worse experiance.

I've been in Denver for a month now. I usually go to a dispensary near them but it was busy so I thought I'd give Emerald Fields a try. I've heard about weed snobs but this was my first experience with some. Now I know how it feels! I'll never go back. The budtender asked what I wanted and when I started looking at the menu he acted like I was doing him a disservice. I asked about indicas and he shoved one in my direction, never saying a word.Totally awkward and uncomfortable. Never ever again. Go to Smokin Gun. They are consistently friendly, so wait it out if it's busy. I knew there was a reason I never stray from routine.One star is being generous. I almost laughed when they asked If I was part of the loyalty program. I can't imagine anyone would be loyal to a place that makes you feel like you have five eyes and are taking up their valuable time. A waste of money for the lack of basic human interaction.

This place appears to be professional and clean when walking in. Unfortunately, the bud tenders were too high to be of much help. I came in from Texas to check out the industry, and this is not what I had expected. I had hoped that shops would be setting a higher standard rather than setting the standard to "high". The selection of bud was about the same as other shops. Basic corporate-style synthetically grown quality commercial bud.

Last two times were awesome.   They were very helpful and friendly  to us novices.  This time however the guy helping us was grumpy, unhelpful and acted like we were annoying him because we weren't on his level of understanding.   We ended up settling on spending $120 on some prerolled and some gummies because it was like he was not interested in helping us.  We will find a new place to go.

Really enjoyed this place! The edibles were great. Definitely try the peach gummies and cookies n cream chocolate. Stay away from the truffles if you don't like dark chocolate.

This place always treats us well! The prices are good. They have parking (which is not always true in Denver). The product is always good. I just love this place and the people here!!

It's really convenient that they are open after 7. I go almost every night after work.  I only buy pre-rolls, but they usually have a better selection of pre-rolls than most places. If you're an ala-carte smoker, it's easier just to have something already rolled up for you. The pre-rolls might be smaller than from most places, but it's because the flower rolled inside is a lot stronger than most.

It was a pleasurable experience to shop here. The staff was very Informative and patient. The selection was great and well-priced. We were helped by Patrick and Sean, those guys really know what they're talking about. Thank you!

HORRIBLE...do yourself a favor and keep driving. Prices are way too high and the quality is definitely sub-par. Absolute tourist trap, full of dry and weak...commercially grown shake.

As this is my only experience with a cannabis clinic I don't have any comparison points but we went here 3 times while in town and each time the staff were courteous and well informed with a good selection of products. The store was clean and well maintained and easily accessible. The prices were surprisingly low and the cookies, brownies and several other treats were great tasting. If in this area again I will definitely return.

Just drove a half hour to get here at 1147 after a long day..cash only register closes at 1145. I hate bitter reviews but the fact that a customer walked out minutes after I was denied by the angry security guard really seemed like bad business. Safe to say I won't be back.

Zero stars.   I felt rushed.   Guy didn't help at all.  Even felt hostile.  I wanted CBD only.   Did not get.   Bought 2 products for $100.00.   Waste of money.

Do not go to this dispensary!  I wanted to like this place because it has a convenient location and is open late.  My first issue was their quality was not that great.  Then bad went to worse when I bought an eighth and it had powdery mildew....yuck!  I will never be back and would not recommend this place to anyone!

Went here twice. First time bought chocolates and it took 5 doses to feel anything. Second time  I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in to grab a pre-roll. Smallest and most expensive pre-roll I've ever seen. Expect to get ripped off here.

Decent place.. Very typical Denver weed store experience.. Would have liked if they used the waiting room out front and didn't have you standing in back waiting for someone to call ur name.. Weed was pretty good I got the sale shelf got an 1/8 for 21 bucks ish due to a sale and military discount.. Flo was decent.

Spent the day checking a number of smoke shops & dispensaries looking for a certain type of vape pen that possessed certain functions but was continuously told that there wasn't anything like what I was looking for! Finally stopped in Emerald Fields and the young man spent a little bit of time and was not only able to find the type of pen I was looking for but exceeded my expectations and for less than I thought! Not only do I enjoy the deals here but now I have even more of a reason to love this shop! Thanks again!!!!!

I was really sad on my last visit to Emerald Fields my first and favorite dispensary. I'll never go back. The help was not helpful the Chi Chi new design might draw other people but didn't do it for me. I even sent an email to the manager with my disappointment since I really wanted to come back to no response  - moving on.

Have been going to this dispensary for awhile now and have consistently had great experiences. Seems like they have a decent amount of turn over in employees but there's a few longer term ones that will recognize you. Prices are reasonable, and the flower is always great. Received a broken disposable pen once and they made it right. Good deals, it's worth being a part of their program. I always go during the day, and it's always felt safe. Doing all the typical covid precautions. Thanks!

Worst dispo in Colorado. Weed is dry, powder. Extremely dry. Far below average. Dont waste your time here. Kind Love is closer, easier to park and a much better business.

Unfortunately my boyfriend and I had a pretty crappy experience at this facility. The first time we came here to check it out because we heard some good things, and boy do I wish we did not. Being a first time patient normally the bud tenders are helpful and happy to be present at their job. They come up say hello, offer some help, ask you what you came into the place looking for. At Emerald Fields this was not the case. The employees were not helpful, were not friendly, no one greeted us, asked us what we needed help with, nothing. We stood around for 10-15 minutes before anyone even instructed us that to "order" we had to stand in a certain line. We finally placed an order where our bud tender started to check us out and in the middle of it, changed with someone else who came back from break. Creating another 5-10 mins of us simply just trying to place an order. After about 25 minutes of actually being in the store we finally placed our order, the bud tender repeated the order back to us from the receipt not the actual containers and continued to pack it up looking flustered having just came back on the clock. What he repeated back to us was indeed the order we placed.Finally after what felt like an hour we are rung up and heading out to leave. We walk outside the front door and check our bag. We noticed that we were given the WRONG container for our order. I go immediately back inside to be denied any kind of exchange or return. (it's only been less than 3 minutes since check out) I'm offered some sort of discount when I RETURN for another purchase. Nothing to help the problem at hand.Now I understand that the cannabis industry is not Target or Walmart and there are regulations to follow. I understand that they can not exchange or take flower back but to completely disregard the mistake that THEY made NOT US, is completely absurd. (The company could have sold the correct container for a penny or a dollar and taken the loss for the day)I understand things happen and people make mistakes, but this is too many mistakes in one visit for me. This place left a horrible taste in my mouth, customer service was crap, the energy from the employees was crap, half of them look miserable. The only person who looked like they wanted to be there was the awesome receptionist guy, who did MORE than help he was considerate and polite, and truly seemed to understand the term "Customer Service".As a first time patient I will likely not be returning to this facility. I mean no harm or disrespect to the company everyone has bad days.  Just wanted to explain my FIRST and only experience at Emerald Fields, and maybe bring some attention to what needs to improve.If you don't like your job, don't work there. I can't stress this enough. The customer service industry is NOT for everyone. Everyone has bad days but for the entire staff except 2-3 people to have the same bad day. Somethings wrong. I've been here several times to buy a disposable vape. The third vape didn't work AT ALL. And when I called, they told me I couldn't exchange the vape at all. It had only been 24 hrs. Sleek new dispensary. Modern design, open retail space, clean environment. Staff was friendly, everyone said hello and goodbye. Woman who helped me led me in the right direction, got me great product at high first-time customer discounts. Solid COVID practices. Will be back.

I had to come and edit my review. Because I went in a second time and Amin my previous checkout clerk was my host this time. Someone took their time to find their employees and it shows. His knowledge of the products were on point and informative. I left there def more knowledgeable then when I walked in. He has superb customer service. Had to come 5 star this location and establishment cause that second visit just exceeded my expectations. From start to finish youre taken care of and the interactions with the employees are def fun.

I heard of this place from a friend & came to check them out. First impression: super clean facility with great prices, very friendly staff that are knowledgeable about their products & some pretty dank buds! They have various levels for pricing which is cool especially if you're on a budget & looking for a deal. I'll be back to get more of their $10.99 1/8ths & joints  you just cannot beat those prices anywhere in town!

I stopped by recently here and found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and chill. They hooked up with that straight gasss!They are even dog friendly and gave my pups a few treats.

I love this dispo. Tall ceilings, great staff. A/C! You know sometimes you walk into a dispensary and they expect you to know exactly what you want but not here! They listen, they explain kindly and are friendly. I definitely appreciate the actual laid back vibe here.

Sparkling *Clean shop! I’ve been in lots this past month due to a really good deal on prerolls. Everyone is very helpful every visit and LANDRY has become my go-to when I visit for info on the latest and greatest pot!

Best dispensary I have come across in my short time in Colorado! I love being a part of the Gratify member thingy, the deals are amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to really see what you're buying, especially with flower. I like not having to point to something behind a counter, their shopping system is pretty intuitive. I would recommend this to anyone in the Glendale area.
