My go to place for anything and everything. They have a great selection of herb and also have a lot of different tiers for all budgets! They have a huge selection of concentrates. They almost always have the best prices for everything compared to local competitors. They have a wall of joints for those looking for that as well. The selection of smoking apparel and accessories is pretty good and great quality. You can not beat the grab eights too!! I have been here probably 50 times in the year I've been in Eugene and always end up back. I have tried more than half the stores in Eugene and Springfield and they are the winners. The staff is usually super willing to spend all the time in the world to help you find what you need. I will definitely be back as always! Their bulk deals are second to none! Thanks for the help!

The weed has been super dry the last few times. It's rough and just not good at all. It was great for a while when it first became legal, but quality has drastically fallen.  It's the closest to my place, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Super dry bud every time. I got their elite level ganj and useless. Guys this has happened three times now, get some hydration packs or something. Mgr said it should have been pulled, yet they had it out and sold it to me. Fuggin done.

Really nice selection of products and very knowledgeable  and helpful staff.  Great senior discount and they accept credit cards.  I wish they were closer to my home, but they're worth the drive.

They always have a great selection, with great prices!  Very friendly staff. Always willing to suggest a variety of goods they have to offer. Great environment

This used to be my go to dispensary. Silver was my price range. They dramatically changed the amount of flower they carry and raised their prices. When I asked why they said they don't know why it changed. SAD (trump voice)

What a class act business. We had Brittany D help us . She was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We stopped in for some gummies and Phoenix Blend.We will be back shortly. This will be our place to shop !!

One thing that i (usually) love about going into dispensaries in Oregon is the feel that the workers genuinely want to help you out, no matter what ailment you have, someone will usually have a recommendation & it tends to be spot on more often than not. Bud tenders are typically pretty educated on strains and their components as well as their effects. Unfortunately i did not experience this while at the Herbal Connection. I came in here on July 30th 2021, my last day in Oregon while visiting family for the first time since December 2019 for Christmas, then lockdown happened & I had a flight home later that day & was feeling very anxious & emotional because I was having to leave my family again & who knows when I will see them next. I go up to the counter & James was the bud tender, I asked for something that was going to be relaxing, & me, not having my phone out to do my own research, took what he recommended and drove back to my mother in laws. Turns out James gave me a strain called Agent Orange and after smoking & almost passing out from my sudden anxiety attack, realized James either had no idea what he was giving to people or even worse, he intentionally recommended a strain that he knew would have the opposite effect on someone, which is a pretty cruel and unprofessional thing to do to anybody. The other employees have always been very respectful and I've gotten some really great bud here in the past, but if you're going to have employees be that careless with the medicine they are selling to rec as well as medical patients, I can't justify or recommend this establishment to anybody.

I have been a long time customer of this institution. However, their service has seriously gone downhill. Today I submitted an online order, my 2nd time doing so. The 1st experience was not efficient, this time I had to wait an hour and a half before I was notified my order was ready. By the time I drove down there, in the snow, I was told they were short staffed and would not be able to bring my order to my car and needed to wait in line to come in. Not being prepared to have to wait in the snow, I was understandably annoyed by the time I was allowed inside. Upon expressing my frustration with this ridiculous "process", the employee became confrontational and refused to serve me because I complained. This is the worst business model and customer service experience I've ever heard of.

This is the best dispensary in Eugene. They have a discrete location with two store fronts:- The left side is recreational which has an environment that is geared for the millennials with music playing and an array of smoking apparatuses available. -The right is the medical side which is mellow and more like a traditional pharmacy. On both sides you will receive the experienced information needed to make the best decision on your purchase. CRC…really? You guys are really selling CRC… BNK stands for BUNK! T.K.C.D. From your place is straight CRC boofy! You charge $50 for something I won’t even sell in my own shop in LBC?! Literally can’t kick vendors out the door fast enough if they want to show me trash like this…

Herbal is trying. There are kinder employees as of lately and there's more clarity in their curbside pickup option. I'll keep checking in for a while to see if the changes stick.

They need to figure out a good system. I interviewed over a month ago and was told I would hear back- never did. In addition to a few other reviews I’ve seen the wait time is long and half of the time you’re lucky if you get a Budtender who will actually pay attention to you instead of finishing up a conversation with a coworker. I’d recommend any other number of dispensaries in town before considering coming back here. Ally the general manager really seems to be the only person who really cares here.

Have loved this place, but I recently bought a piece there, and I knew I might buy a different piece afterwards cause I wasn't sure if my partner would like it. Knowing this, I asked the budtender if I would be able to return it. He said yes, and told me explicitly that I would have no problem returning the item. My partner didn't like the piece so I tried to return it today and was denied. I understand that it's covid policy but I would not have bought it if I had known that I wouldn't be able to return it. I did my part and asked, and was not told the right information.

I love the herbal connection. I come here twice a week for products that are great at an outstanding cost. The staff is always friendly even though they rarely ever have down time especially on Shatterday. Shout out to Wylie and Crypto dude (can't remember names, stoner thing) you guys make my experience always good time! Take care and thank you!
