What a great experience  , Lauren was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Took time to discuss the qualities and attributes to the strains we we're interested in. One of the nicest dispensaries I've been to by far and that's only partially because of their doggy greeter haha. Good prices and both the exhibiting vendor and staff I interacted with were super friendly. I chose my first time gift to be a coozy with a sloth on it! LOL

We were passing through Eugene and stopped at Moss crossing. They are all very friendly and peaceful staff.  Anna was nice and  gave us great advice. They had a good selection of products ad we got what we wanted.

I really appreciate the people and the products in this place.   I got great guidance and friendly help.  The experience will bring me back again.The look and feel of the store is also lovely.  And I like the feel of the location tucked into neighborhood markets in a sweet little community space.

Really nice budtenders and seemed to be taking good pandemic precautions. I like their products, too.

Just visited the Southern Willamette region to check on its renowned dispensaries. I didn't know it would take six month to do a thorough job. But of the many I did get to examine, none topped Moss Crossing for friendly, knowledgeable budtenders, cleanliness, and mellow vibes. Oh, some mightily fine products as well. Can't wait to return.

Alex!  Alex is the bud tender from heaven; warm, loving, knowledgeable, if you are older and new to the cannabis world, Alex will welcome you and make you feel calm and secure and while he guides you to what you need.  Moss crossing has the best deals on the best flower; a beautiful dispensary right next to the Friendly Street Market.  All your groceries at once!

Moss Crossing is a wonderful spot for your medicinal needs (medical and recreational). The staff is always smiling and inviting when you walk into the cute front office. They have a nice waiting area but we've never actually had to wait to get in. They have very high quality flowers and beautiful locally crafted merchandise for sale. Free stickers! Cute little moss decorations complete the warm vibe of this place. They are relatively new but can trick you into thinking they've been there for years with their professionalism and knowledge of everything they sell. I've always had a great time looking around and never feeling pressured to buy anything. They regularly have discounts whether it's St. Patrick's day or buying a discounted joint to support Bernie Sanders. They are cash only though, so grab something at the Friendly Market and get cash back!

Best dispensary in town, hands down! Beautifully designed, wonderful feel to the place. The staff is over the top in awesomeness. The location is super convenient. Highly recommend that everyone swing in and check out their outstanding product selection!

I visited Moss Crossing to purchase product for making CBD infused honey. I suffer from muscle pain and arthritis and needed advice on which product to purchase. Tyler was so helpful! He was very patient guiding me through what would be best for me. He helped me choose a tincture for headaches too. In addition to cannabis, Moss Crossing has a nice selection of teas, candles and other accessories. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Eugene!

Honestly one of the best dispensaries in Eugene! I use to work at multiple clinics in CA and the staff that works here really know their stuff. If you are in friendly neighborhood definitely make this your home clinic!

Great first time experience! Fiancé are in from out of town, and we're legal weed newbs. I have a panic-y experience with pot, and I let Andrew know about my past experience. He tailored my experience accordingly and helped us feel confident that we were leaving with product that was manageable and able to be easily dosed. He gave us a lot of education and made us feel heard. Loved this place!

LOVE IT!! Moss Crossing has the most friendly staff in the world and they always help me find what I need right away. Their options (flower, edibles, etc.) are wonderful and have a wide range, on top of their amazing medical section and discounts. By far my favorite dispensary around!

My partner and I moved to Eugene about a year ago and we were very excited to explore dispensaries.  Well, after we found Moss Crossing, we became Moss Crossing lifers and our exploration (gladly) ceased.  I was first blown away by the aesthetic and attention to detail.  Everything in the store is clean and organized and I could tell right away the owners cared very deeply about their service to the community.  Then I experienced the customer service by the staff.  Oh the staff!  They are attentive, they listen, and they truly care about making sure I receive the best experience possible. I am always treated like family and for that they will continue to receive my business.With regard to their product, they focus on providing high quality, with pricing that can fit everyone's budget (which is a huge draw for me).  The flower is incredible and the topical products have always soothed my oftentimes achy back.I could go on and on but I'll stop there.  Stop by as soon as you possibly can and meet these awesome folks, they'll take care of ya!

Big fan of Moss Crossing. In a town with a dispensary on every corner -- and a micro brewery on every other -- Moss stands out for their service. Sure, the strains are all beautiful, and their products are all top of the line, and their space is cute AF, but it's those knowledgable budtenders who keep me coming back. I once brought in my 75 year old Mom, a former federal employee who once thought cannabis to be the devil's weed, and after a few minutes with one of the Moss staffers, she gladly helped herself for a nice strain of CBD and hand cream for her arthritis. She later told me that this cannabis stuff maybe isn't so bad, and maybe she was a little too hard on me that time she caught me smoking a blunt in the backyard, and maybe she needed to rethink her position now that pot was going legal. All because a Moss staffer took her time, answered all Mom's questions patiently and kindly, and made some great recommendations particular to Mom's needs. Thanks Moss! See you soon :)

So disappointed with Moss Crossing right now. We have always shopped at MC and consider it to be one of the top in Eugene. We are all making adjustments as we deal with the pandemic and for businesses that want and are trying to stay open that challenge is intense no doubt. However, the folks at MC are seemingly making very little effort to make their services and products available. They insist that you order online but their website is almost unnavigable. They won't answer questions even if you are at the door practicing physical distance protocols. They just refer you back to the website. This is the 3rd time in a couple of weeks that this has happened. There are other dispensary's that are open and following recommended guidelines on how to allow a limited number of people in their store even with only 1 or 2 people working. We so want our small business community to survive this challenging time but I expected a bit more from these guys. We have now moved on to another dispensary for our needs.

First off, I love the Friendly St neighborhood, so kudos on location.  Second, it's darling inside. Best vibe all around.  Good folks. They do a great job and I've liked everyone that works there. Last, they were nice to my dog.

My favorite dispensary in town. Great location, friendly & knowledgeable staff, great flower, & a fun & welcoming shop environment. The top-shelf stuff is a little on the more spendier side but pretty standard for the area. Love that there are new strains to try pretty much every time I come in. They have a cool selection of glassware & jewelry too. Two thumbs up guys :)

Love these folks!  Very casual, comfortable.  They don't make this old woman feel stupid when I go in & ask a lot of questions.  Discounts for seniors & veterans!  Helpful, knowledgeable people--super nice.  Good location, good products.  I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get in.

Excellent customer service they hustle to get you in and out quick. Reasonable prices, and they try to find what you need if you are inexperienced with dispencery's. I will be a return customer :)

I was in town visiting my mom whose expressed wanting to try cannabis to help with anxiety and depression. Knowing nothing about it, she was very hesitant to go into a dispensary and ask for advice by herself. The first place we went was fine but the man helping us spoke quickly and even I was a little confused, so we went to check out Moss Crossing. The moment you walk in you realize you are at a whole another level dispensary. We walked into a secured area where a very friendly man checked our IDs and introduced us to Lauren. It's clean, beautifully lit and aesthetically pleasing. Lauren was the perfect combination of professional and kind and made my mom feel at ease right away. There is so much behind the science of cannabis that it can get complicated and Lauren was very patient in explaining the different benefits in terms we would understand. I was asking the majority of the questions for my mom but Lauren addressed both of us when answering, which I really appreciated. After listening to my mom's needs she knew right away what to recommend and didn't weigh us down with a bunch of options. Lauren explained the effects she should feel and since this was her very first time she also talked about what to do if she wasn't reacting so well so she wouldn't panic. She even went as far as to show her how to open the child proof packaging. It was a good thing I was there or my mother would have taken Lauren home with her, that's how comfortable she was. Another perk is they offer a rewards card and a wisdom discount! So thank you Lauren! We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and being that I live in California, I feel very comfortable knowing that if she wants to continue with this path that you  are there to help her. I am happy to report that she tried it and so far so good.

This is the most peaceful and calming dispensary I've ever been in and the staff are equally amazing and knowledgable. It's feels likes spa!!! Highly recommend Moss Crossing!

As newbies to all things marijuana and CBD, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Moss Crossing. The shop itself is trendy and welcoming, and we received a friendly greeting from the employees (including a cute pupper). We explained what we (thought we) were looking for, and the woman working was super helpful in educating us and explaining how everything worked. We never felt like we were being unsold or misguided and left feeling comfortable with our new purchase. Highly recommend.

Moss Crossing is my favorite dispensary. They are knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. I think the inside of the store is nicely organized as well. They update their menus regularly and have a fabulous selection of products. Happy to support this gem!

I really love this store. However, I went in last week and was startled by a little dog that attacked/scratched my leg. I was so startled that I nearly fell over. I believe he is one of the employees dogs. I recommend that due to liability reasons, the dog should not be on the store floor.

Amazing service and energy! This dispensary is a beautiful experience through and through. Budtenders are super knowledgeable and ready to help all kinds of customers. I mostly shop for CBD products and was very impressed by their selection and how much the budtender knew about the products. This store is definitely my gf and I's new go-to.

This shop is a GEM! Impeccable product selection, knowledgeable, detailed, conscious, attentive, very efficient ... Words though can’t express what this shop offers my personal daily walk. I am Grateful and honored to spend money somewhere that cares so much🙏 Life was a blunt and visceral eye opener the other morning- I went to Moss for a pre roll, feeling heavy enough I almost didn’t go in. I entered, Taylor-Budtender only greeted me with a simple question:) my answer emotional, complex on complex and just too much for 10 am—-Something in the way Taylor listened but not audibly. It was graceful and kind and full of empathy. Needless to say I am thankful for the positive energy @ Moss Crossing - top notch.

This is a great place to go especially as someone new to it all. Their staff member Kayla was amazing for my first visit. She was extremely knowledgeable and so willing to answer any and all questions I had in a detailed and thorough way. Sge was attentive and able to recommend a product that has since worked great for what I needed it for. They have a rewards program and almost daily discounts available also Would totally recommend
