Super friendly staff! Awesome selection of medicine, very knowledgeable as well! Would totally recommend.

I've had a very positive experience each time I went. Staff are friendly/courteous and never pushy. It just opened a couple of months ago. The menu isn't as large as the other place I go to. Which is ok because they still carry a decent selection of both tier 1&2 for medicine.

Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great variety of oils, concentrates, flour, etc. their gummies seem to be the freshest and provide great relief. I will be visiting regularly. Easy check in easy purchase. ATM on-site. Now if they can just improve the laws

I love this company! They are so helpful and kind! It is a pleasure going there! My husband is recovering from brain cancer and this is a wonderful place to go for help!!!

By far the BEST dispensary in Cincinnati. Great staff & excellent product. Never had anything but positive expierences at this location.

Their staff are friendly but they are usually busy and don't have time for questions. I have had a lot of difficulty getting edibles. They never have the same thing twice. How can I manage pain if I can't get help or consistency with my pain management? I sent them an email expressing this and they basically said, "Oh well". Not happy with their customer service at all. Going to call corporate tomorrow.

Comfortable, easy process. Prices are not the best, but no complaints about product or staff.

It was a little weird yet very acceptable! It's nice to be able to have society accept the fact that people get high well smoke marijuana to help calm them down. To relax and chill. However the prices was to high and I think if we hold our medical cards then we should be able to grow it .... It's a plant that comes from mother earth 🌎🌎

Great experience. I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Even for a first time shopper. Great big menu you order they retrieve you pay you go. Do not waste your time here. They say ohios site is down forcing extremely long wait times, hours. Guy this

First medical purchase here, staff was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I only had a picture of my card on my phone and the gentleman at the front desk went ahead and printed / laminated a card for me while I did my shopping. Answered all questions, explained the "days" system in Ohio, and the prices were excellent for the very high quality products they sell. Very impressed.
