Depending on the day it can be really nice and quiet other times you can have a security guard who plays videos and talks loud on his cell phone in the waiting area of customers. In the other news I don't understand businesses who stops operating before their closing time stated online and in person. If you wanna leave early why not just change your time.  It's fair to say they are one of the most expensive dispensaries that has most of the same products that other local dispensaries. Not many discounts

If I could give 0 stars I would.I've used 'Have a Heart' (now Zenleaf) EXCLUSIVELY for my prescription for the last full year. At the beginning of the pandemic they were a godsend for our immune-compromised home because they allowed me to do curbside pickup of my meds.Today, however, I waited in the parking lot calling the dispensary for my order for a full hour before I got through to someone who hassled me about not being able to come inside. They eventually sent someone out for my id and medical card. Meanwhile the woman in the car next to me seemed to have no problem getting her curbside order while I was waiting. Another FIFTY MINUTES went by before someone came out to tell me to COME INSIDE to pick up my prescription. When I told them I could not do that, they brought me my ID and medical card out and told me tough luck. TWO HOURS of my day wasted on this trash  company.They have no mask requirement for their employees, no mask requirement for the customers, and no curbside pickup (unless maybe you know somebody who works there?). Absolute joke of a medical dispensary and I'll be sharing my experience very  publicly.

Great staff love the place a little high on the price...

I had an amazing, quick experience. I was nervous as it was my first time legally purchasing marijuana, however they made it incredibly easy and smooth. Lauren was awesome, and I greatly appreciate her help.

I love this place. Good customer service and great meds.

The place is honestly great. Everyone is awesome and their prices are the best I've seen. My one bad notification is the guy at the desk in the door. He's short with you and apparently too busy on his phone to get up and open the door for a woman with a walker thats coming in. Aside from the pointless guy in the corner, have a heart is a fantastic place and I would recommend it to anyone!

Slow slow slow!!! It doesn't seem like the employees are trying efficiently assist patients. The prices are slightly higher than other dispensaries, and they don't seem to be able to keep a consistent amount of product. I thought it would get better now that they are under new ownership, somehow it's worse. They have some nice people that work here, however that doesn't make up for the lack of medication knowledge and efficiency.
