I come here 2-3 times a month and usually have no issues. Yes, there is variety here but some of the staff make you feel unwelcome or ignore you completely. The Budtender Sara has talked over me when I ask questions and her answer is always "look at the menu". I can read, but I had questions. Her tone is catty and snide and makes me really uncomfortable. So I would wait as long as 30 minutes to avoid being "helped" by her. The long blond haired guy is nice. Very knowledgeable. If he was here everyday, I might come back. Another issue I have had more than once is Megan. She sold me a 2gram sack when I wanted 7 grams and charged me for the 7. I went back to complain and she said there were no refunds. I wanted to speak to a manager but was told she was busy. Megan has also flirted with me and asked for my number. It was inappropriate. Perhaps if she focused on her job, I wouldn't have gotten ripped off.  My advice if you come here is only talk to Cam. Another customer recommended their sister store also a 420 name. I'll check it out.  Even stoner deserve to be treated like they matter. I don't feel comfortable coming back here

Worked with Cameron and he was great. The place is easy to find, has plenty of parking, very clean inside and prices are reasonable.

loved the selection. the member card is worth getting. monthly deals and the silicone pipe is a month old and holding up well.

WAAAAAY over priced for the current weed market.  20-30% less with just a little drive to downtown Tacoma.  Plus, as a 'member', I spent around $3k over 6 months and received a whopping 15% discount, ONCE, for my troubles.  Nice folks inside...clean store w/decent selections, but, overall the weed quality is substandard in todays quality driven market.  Save a ton of monies and find better weed in the Seattle Metro.  Check out Urban Bud (DT Tacoma) for $7-$13 grams, HUGE selection and a finer quality product.

Awesome staff, great prices and some gooooooooooood shit. I personally recommend Hanks Dank Blueberry if they have it.

The first time I went in the lady working was extremely helpful and I bought quite a bit. The second time I went I brought a friend who bought a pen and a battery, and I bought some CBD cream. The lady who was working this time (not the same from first visit) said she would put our purchases both on the same account. My friends battery ended up not working, and when she went to bring it back since she didn't have her receipt, they went to look it up under my account. Turns out the lady working who we bought it from originally hadn't put in ANY of our purchases, and we made two separate purchases. So not only did we not get rewards for anything, she wasn't able to return her battery because they said there's no proof that we bought it from there, which sucks because it's all due to her not putting it in.

Came here about 2 weeks ago for my first (and only) time. service was good, buds were pricey and when i got home to go toke... they are pre-packaged ... like a month ago.... so the buds were SUPEERRRR dry and crumbled into little flakes like a dead leaf. i think I'm going to still drive an hr to get my bud from a personal connection. at least ill get my moneys worth in weed and i can touch and make sure its not old and dry.

I have been to dispensaries in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.  Yesterday made my 3rd visit to Hwy 420 and I was pleasantly satisfied once again here!!!  Hwy 420 is officially my favorite dispensary and I've been to a lot.  They have tons of different flowers and concentrates.  The flowers are top shelf too with not  expensive prices. The bartender is always friendly, patient, and very helpful.  I would highly recommend this store. I can't wait to go back. :)

We had moved here from Texas and this was one of the perks. We sat aside a whole Saturday to go explore. We loved this location. Everything was explained over and over until we figured we could make some good choices. I don't know where they rate in price compared to other stores, but the staff was very helpful and patient. We got a good mix of things to start with. We had to try the brownies, they were ummm AWESOME. They took longer than I thought they would to kick in but the effect was worth the wait. Can't wait for the Silverdale store to open. Until then we will continue to shop here. Great place!!

Hwy420 is a retail store worth checking out!     FLOWERS     Their selection of flowers ranges from 1-28 grams (starting at $13)and come in pre-rolled form in 1-5 packs(starting at $11).     EDIBLES     They have a huge variety of edibles as well! Infused chocolate bars, truffles, trail mix, throat lozenges, cookies, energy and relax drops for drinks, syrups, de-hydrated fruit, brownies, etc.     CONCENTRATES AND EXTRACTS     They have BHO & CO2, oil, hash/keif, WAX, shwax, shatter! the highest percentage I saw was at 86%(THC)!!!      SMOKING DEVICES      Pipes, bubblers, steam rollers, rolling papers, electronic oil pens, electronic concentrate pens, stone pieces, porcelain pieces, antler pieces, and beautiful unique high end pieces.      Price are competitive and the staff know their product. And I like going into well lit open building.

Love the staff (helpful, knowledgeable about the strains and ALWAYS make great recommendations!  When I'm ready to try something new, I ask the bud tender what their favorite is and I get that. ALWAYS a success and now I have some of my own favorites from their suggestions. I love going in and sometimes my pup can go in to. She gets a treat and lots of love. They are my 'go to' spot

I came here while visiting some friends back in March and can't stop thinking about how great our experience was. I've visited many rec states and out of all the dispensaries, the customer service at this one was outstanding!Our budtender's name was Jess and she did such an amazing job helping us out. She answered all of our questions and showed us many great products. But overall she just seemed so passionate about what she was doing, and made us feel like family. I left there not only happy with my purchase, but also feeling like if I lived here this would be my spot. I would give this place more stars if I could. Thanks Jess for everything!

By far the best place to go. Super outgoing and friendly staff. GREAT PRICES ON EVERYTHING. Very friendly and cozy place. Lots of different products from flower to edibles to bongs/glass. Love this place and go out of my way to shop here.

Very nice people who work there

I was thinking about trying this bud store but their website is really disorganized. It's hard to find anything. I couldn't even find a contact email or form to send this feedback. I couldn't figure out which "select catridges" are on sale today. Frustrating.

Ben was wonderful! Went through products that we didn’t even know about. We learned so much and will definitely be back!
