ATTENTION!! CLEAR CHOICE TURNS DOWN MEDICAL PATIENTS.. I just turned the age of 21, as well as a medical marijuana patient due to the fact I have Crohn's disease. I recently moved here from a non-legal state, I've been suffering for years to get medical marijuana so I decided to move to Washington. I got my Medical Marijuana Authorization form from my doctor, but every-time I go into get medicated they turn me down because my license is from Utah and my Medical Card is Washington. There should not be complications when a patient is in need of care. Terrible customer service.. Go to "Better Buds" they will take medical Patients any-day !!

I made an online order and drove all the way across town to get it, and when I got there they didn't have what I had specifically ordered. I feel like as a courtesy for online orders you guys should probably call and let us know when you don't have it. Could have saved time and gas going somewhere that actually had what I ordered.

I spend 200$ a month at least...somehow my points dissapeared...asked if they safeguard your accont... no they do not...anyone who knows your phone # can jack your points...shady employee's not good for business.this will be my last time shoping there. very disappointed...And I've been going there since grand opening...Very low not a high.

My favorite dispensary with the best selection. They also have the best rewards system I've found and give a lot of discounts off of the point system. They also have the best service, I always have a good experience at clear choice

Went in for the first time today and they robbed me.   They sold me the wrong thing then wouldn't exchange it even though I caught the mistake before I had even left their property.   "We're not Walmart, where it's easy to return stuff," is what the manager said.  I will never be back there again.

The wait was entirely too long I left to my car to grab extra money and came back in and was still standing in line and it was only 6:30 pm not like it was late.. my only complaint other than that always have pretty okay prices on the trees

If it weren't for their location relative to me and competitive pricing I wouldn't even give them 1 star....now. Not long ago they would have received at least 4 stars from me. Let's start with their website. Sure, it's just a purchased template from some third-party vendor...but it is completely unusable on my Android phone, Chromebook, or Windows machine, regardless of browser. So attempting to view available stock and filter to what I really want is useless. Pretty much makes it so one has to visit and browse IRL just to see what's available. Which brings up my second peeve. When I started visiting them about 8mo ago they had an inviting and warm staff who was more than helpful with any questions I may have had. On a side note: I've been transitioning from 40yrs of flower smoking to oil vaping and have had many questions, to which they have been most helpful. However, in the past month or so the quality of their staff has declined noticeably. One particular recent addition presents themselves with a 'why are you bothering me at work' attitude. To the point of openly admitting to me that RBF (Resting B**** Face) as their default retail presentation. Having spent a couple decades in the retail industry and another couple in the IT industry I can say with confidence these are both areas of small business management that can make or break a business. I only hope things improve there. I really enjoyed them when I moved to the area and would like to again.

Have always found the staff at Clear Choice to be nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

These guys are great! They always welcome me with a smile (at least a positive attitude, I can't see the smile under the mask lol), they are extremely helpful and always answer my questions. They also make great recommendations if you aren't really sure what you want. Greg has helped me a handful of times to figure out what I like (THANK YOU SO MUCH).They have such a clean, safe, and friendly environment; I refuse to shop anywhere else for my 420 needs!

One of the Best shops in Bremerton. Also great staff. Was helped out by a kid there I think his name was dionte he was great, very knowledgeable about his stuff. It's always a pleasure to come in.
