Great place.. the people are very nice and helpful as well. The shop is a nice size so you can see everything and don't have to walk all over the place.. and the prices are on big screens so u can see the prices while you look around.

If I could select zero stars I would! Beware the staff  operated with absolutely no integrity. They performed as soul less.con artist looking to up sale  me on there over priced products. I was  thoroughly specific  that I suffered from anxiety and needed a really low THC value so that I didnt  Infuriate the disorder. Since the low THC products tend to cost quite a bit less they attempted to capitalize on my lack of experience rather than consider my well being. They will prey on the uninformed like a shady mechanic. This is truly a money over mankind operation  pretending to care for a profit. At least they do it with a smile. I give them that much.

Today was my first time visiting Haven, as I am a caregiver for my elderly father who suffers from a list of health issues. In seeking something to assist him in having some pain free days, I decided to try Haven. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, which was great! but the officer or the guy in the front has to get some type of training when dealing with customers! his tone, the way that he made me feel when asking questions since it was my first time there.. made me feel as though I was in the wrong place to start with. Instead of being greeted with Hello or anything, he instantly said " is this your first time here? I can tell, fill this out" is not how I want to be greeted when I walk into an establishment where I am not as knowledgable and I'm seeking assistance.  I just didn't feel as welcomed as some of the places I visited. I think if he can understand that not all people who come there know what to do or how to do anything, he will be okay. Customer Service should always be number 1 when dealing with any patients or customers in general. I hope he gets to understand this.

Helpful, professional, cheerful staff and so many options!  Definitely a HAVEN! :). Thankful, Grateful, Blessed!

drove for 2 hours to get turned down told to place online order in different parking lot go to different parking lot then get told after 5 no new patients. isnt this a medecinal clinic...? im confused since when to we get turned down to get our medecine? very very dissapointed with staff and mostly the manager for not being understanding. also keep in mind i showed up at like 5:15 because of traffic but still

Haven is the best! Great customer service. Staff are informative, patient, and friendly. From the first visit, I was given a warm welcome that continues on all my visits. Online ordering is great easy and efficient. Clean dispensary with a friendly warm atmosphere. Did I mention that the staff is amazing!

So for this dispensary I really hate giving a bad review because they used to be soooo on point. But the last couple visit ma I've had have been trash. My first couple times coming here they were amazing. They took the time to explain things to me so I had a better understanding of what I was getting and they were friendly and amazing and always willing to help. Customer service is such a huge thing with me so the fact it used to be perfect paired with my military discount and this was my go to spot. fast forward 2 years later maybe 3 yeahhhhh they are not where they used to be. They used to give military discounts on everything and that has since changed and they want to play with your intellect and talk to you any kind of way. I'm like whole up there's another dispensary right down the street soooo let's not do that. My last straw with them was when my online account was acting up and for some reason it wouldn't let me update my profile. Now the way times are everything has to be ordered online but because of this flaw in their system I decided to just call in and see if they could take my order on the phone while I was driving there. I know they are very busy and I value their time as well as my own. The female I talked to and I wish I had gotten her name now was rude as hell and told me they had a parking lot full of people and they would get to me when they get to me. So I asked if they could fix my profile issue  or take my order on the phone so I wouldn't have to wait longer when I get there. I was told they don't have the time to take an order on the phone and if I wanted anything I can sit in the parking lot and wait until it clears out then they would worry about my profile. Ok sweetheart, I nicely turned my car around called Chesapeake chesapeakeapothecary.com ordered what I wanted on the phone with them while I was driving there and got my stuff. The phone call with Chesapeake took less that 5 min for them to take my order on the phone and politely say see you when you get here which this dispensary could have done the same without all the damn attitude!!!!

I like that they have online ordering but buyer beware, the thc is not always the same in store as it is on the package label. I bought an eighth of diesel dough that was advertised as 29% so I paid $55 dollars for it. Got home and it's only 24% and guess what? There was a seed in it. Go to harvest they have discounts for buying more product and have better bud in general

The whole place has gone down the drain in the last 6 months.. Apparently im supposed to follow a whistle like a dog or something.. The parking lot wasn't accessable at first so i waited for the sec. Guard to finish his personal conversation. Then proceeded to pull in.. I pulled up to curb.. He did nothing... So i pulled in a spot. The sec guard proceeded to tell me he whistled for me.. Are you kidding me? So because i didn't pull in the spot the security guard didn't get his chance to "give direction". He wanted to stand around and argue instead of just doing his job. This place wont be able to stay in business long with a power hungry security guard.. There are so many others dispensaries within 2 or 3 miles.. No need to get abused from a guy who is miserable because he wasn't either smart or strong enough to be a real police. Get over yourselves!! Bad enough we cant come inside, then you have to deal with a bunch of obsurd fly as you go rules.. No thanks. They even tell you your not supposed to vape or smoke a ciggerette in your own car. Yea right... Id take a chance on fentonal laced pot. Before i would go to haven dispensary as a patient. Unless they get rid of those half-way trying to be sec. Guards. I've never had any problems with any dispensarys from st. Marys county to the nations capital.. Only at haven. The guy is racist or just plain miserable.

Well, I hate to give such a saddening review, but i can only be honest about my experiences. I have had a multitude of problems with this store regarding online ordering and CANCELLING my order over and over again. I would call to try to explain the situation. They would 'say' that they would fix the problem and my account for me that was causing the problem but never did. Every time I would order they would cancel it thinking I didn't have my card certification (which i do!!! just renewed it) or someone just trying to 'hack in' or 'sketchy'!!! I'm just trying to get my medication people! Let me get it and go, that's all I ask. Will no longer be ordering from this business, I suggest you do the same. Not worth the drive!

This is my wife's first time getting her certification, and she said that this was painless! Everyone was so nice and helpful. If you are a newbie to this and very nervous but they put her at ease. She is so excited  to have found this place. She will be a lifelong customer.Thank you

I’ve been going to Haven for a little less than a year now and I’ve never had anything except a pleasant experience. The staff is polite and nice. They are very timely and I will continue coming here for my medicine as long as I can.

The virus has been contained. It's time for customers to be allowed back inside. Your business is missing out on "impulse sales." I can go inside ZENLEAF. I can see inventory and buy t shirts, smoking accessories, etc. LET US BACK IN!!

I am a first time patient and I am very pleased wasn't sure how to order online a gentleman came out to assist me and he was truly a great guy I am very pleased 😀

The customer service is always exceptional and they have a great variety of products to choose from. The online ordering process is also super fast. I highly recommend Haven!
