Highly recommended! They always have the best buds. The customer service reps are very friendly. I keep coming to this place. I can even bring my dog. Come here for all your canna needs.

They screwed up my order. So unhappy. Additionally, their prices are higher than everyone else. Screw this place...

I had a great experience yesterday @ Rise. The folks who work there, from the receptionist (Dina?) to the advisors, everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable. I worked with Ameer, who was incredibly patient and very helpful! Keep up the great work Rise!

Really bad experience today. I went to this dispensary today. I knocked on the door, opened it and there was nobody there in the interior lobby. After saying hello a number of times a guy comes walking out and then another guy comes up behind me dressed in black and says "come with me." I say, "who are you?" He doesn't answer. Then he goes inside the store and disappears with the other guy again leaving the interior lobby empty. I am left saying, hello? Hello? It turns out the guy in black was a security guard. I remember seeing him on his phone when I walked in. Apparently he was supposed to escort me in. But he was so involved with his phone that when I knocked on the door several times he didn't look up. So I didn't know who he was. I left. Taking my business elsewhere. Don't know what kind of operation they are running there but it's not organized.

Only have one phone line which is always busy so it's impossible to pick up curbside. Not sure if that has changed but it's been a problem for at least a year. Took away good deals for rhythm pens. Friendly staff and decent products but not nearly enough vape options

Recently started using medical marijuana due to an illness that keeps me very restless and medicine helps calm me down. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely reccomend using Rise. I have a diapensary w8thin 2 miles of my house but travel 15 miles to Bethesda to go to Rise

I really liked this place. Small and not easy to find (it's in that apartment-looking building), but in and out was very efficient. Selection was decent and when they were missing a few things I wanted, the staff person was very helpful in talking about future availability, why RSO capsules have been hard to come by, and what to expect in the weeks to come in terms of shipments. I appreciate that a lot. Knowledge and informed sales matter. As well, the person helping me had a series of alternative options to present. I tried a couple and they were right. I'm a long time user and it was good to have an insightful, knowledgeable staff person helping me with options.Clean and very small. space. Definitely COVID compliant, but not exactly a spacious store. I was glad they seemed to enthusiastically maintain safe practices.I'll be back. Not the most exciting visit, in terms of space, but excellent in terms of product, knowledgable staff, and ease of transaction.

This place is the truth, Rise Bethesda! The staff is SUPER nice, friendly, and helpful.The online ordering system is amazing as well.You can order online and they will deliver it to you in the lobby, or you can step inside the establishment for personal attention.The place has really nice vibes, and excellent customer service.The customer loyalty system is nice, I got $15.00 off my last order.There are a ton of shops around, but I prefer to give my business to an establishment that holds themselves to such a high standard as rise Bethesda.They carry some in re products from Rhythm & Cresco that I highly recommend! PS the two dudes who rated them one star are some Yelp trolls, that's why I felt compelled to make sure to leave them a nice and honest 5 star review.Highly recommended Rise Bethesda!

flower was old stale and dry for $60 , I'd expect fresh product for a premium of $60 for an 8th of rhythm , the bottle is dated July meaning it was ready to sale and been sitting here since July. They said it's legal to sell for a year which I understand but seriously the manager was almost sarcastic and said thanks for your feedback. Didn't even offer $5 off next purchase. Place sucks won't be back most likely I dunno. Super disappointed. HFL bethesda and other places always fresh. Word to the wise check and ask bottle date before buying. SMH.

Alan is incredible over the phone he was able to help me find what I need to medicate my very difficult seizures and he was able to do it very quickly but also very thoroughly explaining every aspect of the options available that would be a close match to the medicine that I used to be able to take prior to the death of the mother plant. I truly appreciated his help and I'm hoping to be able to say thank you in person one day definitely speak to Alan if you have any questions about strains and the reason why you're taking them and other medication implications. He also explained a very cool trick about chewing a black peppercorn and using it as a tincture under your tongue if the high gets too intense it has terpene in it that will neutralize it! Incredible information for someone that doesn't like to feel high be BECAUSE well epileptic... LoL thank you guys for taking the time and I'm glad to be adding you as a new dispensary on my list!
