Just so all the medical card holders know - Good Chemistry will not sell to you after 6:45P but will sell recreational until 10P. I just found this out last night when I had to walk in pouring rain only be told I can only buy from recreational side. Why would I pay the $200 for the medical card to just pay the higher recreational prices + tax. I told girl at desk that this information should be on the website. Also the parking is terrible & there was no security outside which I find an risk issue for a woman coming out of a dispensary.Ended up driving over to Cultivate (Leicester) where they will sell to medical card holders right up to 10P.  Out of my way but well worth it!!!!

I used to Love Love Love this place. I am a medical patient..once they became "adult use " they don't give 2 craps about the medical patients they have reduced. Hours for medical patients ( Shama shame ccc forLetting that happen ) it's because that's wheee the $$$ is.i get  it but they spent even pretend medical is Important! The parking is a joke they let anyone park there and the front desk staff I been advised toMake the medical patient sit while they let on very adult use odd the st. Like kept my card on the desk whileAllowing acetone walking on the door to go ahead!!Lastly they don't run specials and they are expensive. With more and more cannabis shopsOpening they best step up their game. I for one will not rHmm not buying it I was told last night someone for adult use parked in the lot around 5. I for one has never been asked to show my card. Good chemistry does offer first time patient but You don't offer discounts for renewal and that rewards program is pretty lame compared to some of the other ones that are out there. Also you don't have daily specials that I have ever seen. Again the other dispensaries in the area do offer daily or weekly specials. It's obvious that good chemistry wanted to get his foot in the door for adult use under the pretense of being dedicated to the medical patient I get you have to defend your Company but there really is no defense for poor service. To be blatantly ignored while  every Tom Dick and Harry off the street gets checked in is unacceptable. Your front desk staff needs a customer service lesson.

First official day open after the reopening of recreational and online ordering was smooth. They managed the lines well so even at 530pm I only waited in line for 15 minutes. As contactless as possible for a cash-only business.  All staff and security were very helpful and welcoming. They were great before and continue to be great.

Went to purchase a single pre-rolled joint today. The cost after taxes was nearly $20.00. The staff and security was nice, but when i got the product home, the quality of the "LSD" strain I purchased REALLY sucked in both effect and the way it was rolled. The cone was rolled loosely, and burned on one side down the length of the joint. Understandably, there aren't any refunds. But for the cost and aggravation of this visit, I'd rather buy the pirate weed than the legal garbage they're selling. ....$200 for a half oz. is highway robbery. Better off going pirate or growing your own.

I've been to good chem a couple times and I love this place. The budtenders are super friendly and ordering online is easy to navigate. I always look forward to going back.

Wow this place fell off. I went in July 2020 and they are selling either nice outdoors or just Greenhouse as top of the line indoors for top of the line prices. You people going here are being ripped off. $85 for a cartridge $60 for an eighth if you're not medical for crap  weed.  I really hope they have better dispensaries around here soon with much better weed. I will not be back

My very first time at a dispensary and it was a really cool experience. I came here with a few great friends. We drove by and there was a small line outside.  It wasn't a long wait. There is a security person at the door who will let people in two or three at a time depending on what he is told.  When you get inside there is another small line you give them your ID.  Then you just wait till your name is called and so forth.  The whole process was very quick and organized.  Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful.  After you  select your items with the help of the staff you pay and you are on your way.  This was really a great experience.

This is the absolute best dispensary in the Worcester area!! The bud is great but the staff is even better! Zach, Erick and Paulette are amazing!! They are chill, they know their stuff, they are kind and welcoming. Definitely a must stop at if in the area, you won't regret it. Try the orange WiFi.... sooooo good!! Also the pictures on the wall, the samples displayed, the music playing, the amazing hello you always get the second you open that door, it's the best vibe!!! Enjoy!! I did

I reserved online on a gram of shatter for 50 dollars but when I wen to pick it up at good chemistry it was 50 gram. The supervisor and employee didn't about it. They don't care for medical patients.

Love this place!  Super personable staff and they always have something for everyone's type of high.

Staff is great. Set up is nice. Building function and everything is great. The products are sub par. Great for the common mass who don't know what they want or what their looking for. Products could definitely be chemically flushed a lot more. Ash has been absolutely BLACK BLACK for several strains. They also post 'TAC' on menu and people assume it's 'THC' ... none of these so called "fire" buds that everyone's talking to can break 20%... get it together you guys have an awesome facility. Haven't tried the concentrates wont speak on something I don't know. The customer service and functionness of the place is awesome though!

Very popular spot for your earthly medications. They asked for your ID three times which seems a little redundant but I respect their efforts. The place was really clean with a great energy. We were greeted by three approachable faces, the last one being very a knowledgeable & willing bud-tender. He answered any of our questions quickly, thoroughly, & confidently. They only sell by eighth of an ounce, & there's not a huge variety but it is a handsome variety. Our flower was exactly what we were looking for, works like a charm , and quite beautiful to say the least.

Over priced good customer service. Security has attitude very unfriendly won't return due to mr pony tail.(security)

Not a great place. The girl budtender I dealt with acted as if I was bothering her by asking one....yes one question and wasnt very helpful, I felt like I was being rushed even though there was only about 2 people in line! I also had to settle for something other than what I wanted because they did not have the first 3 items I asked for even though it shows on their website they had them. The prices on the website are also $5.00 cheaper than what they charge you (cartridge shown on website $65.00 plus taxes but when you purchase it they charge $70.00 plus taxes. Even thought the product I settled for was good, there are much better places out there and more coming every day. Dont waste your time here!

On Thursday Jan. 17th a spanish male employee helped me find what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy.He recommended his favorite strain and best strain for sleep. Great customer service!

3.5 stars. Highly recommend pre order. Line on a Friday early afternoon was short and moved quickly. Obviously price is an issue, but it's an issue in every legal state. Oh how I miss the old days of Cali "medical".  Parking is not easy, nor is maneuvering around this part of Woostah.  Decent selection.  The bud is a little bit weak compared to the advertised THC percentages.  Overall a solid legal shop in an annoying location.

I just recently visited Good Chemistry the other day and purchased one of their proprietary strains, 'Novocaine.' The buds were perfectly cured and were absolutely coated with crystals, snd smelled of fresh tropical fruit. Great first impression! Plus, i was in and out within 10 min, with helpfull bud tenders. I plan on going back to try more of their strains very soon.

I alway try to visit during less busy hours because I'm a planner like that (found through google) and am always in and out in 5 minutes - unless what causes me to stay longer is discussions with the budtender of what type of flower to buy, and enjoyable chit chat with the diverse and friendly staff.  I find all the staff helpful and particularly enjoy being called 'miss' at age 47 (hey, it's the small things).  Also, there is ALWAYS security out front, and while parking seems tricky for those unfamiliar with Worcester, there are all sorts of spots around in addition to their small lot. My favorite place, if only I could ask for gift certificates in my Christmas stocking.

They have the best quality products. I love that they let you get a smell of what you want before you buy it. I do find like it is a little too much that I have to show my ID 3 times but whatever, I'll live.

The selection here was amazing, drove 800 miles to go and it didnt dissapoint. Recommend out of any of the shops in Mass, no line, it was quick and easy, my budtender was real helpful and showed me other products before finding the one that i went home with, i grabbed what i wanted and was on my way. Will be back for sure.

First time at the shop & we got front row parking. We arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday. My girlfriend went inside and was out in less than 5 minutes. They had a wide variety of pre rolls and strains unlike other shops in the area. Highly recommended

Having visited another Rec spot in MA the day before I didn't think good chemistry would be that great - it was actually a closer drive from NY/NJ than the one I'd visited in Boston. I used to budtend 6 years ago in SoCal when it was medicinal there & I must say this place definitely reminds me of the nicer dispensaries I worked at in Cali. Clean, nice looking inside, great menu.. prices were ehhh, pretty high but I get it is not a cheap business especially being so new in MA & taxes are hiiiigh! Anyhow, the bud quality was out of this world, my brother got some crazy indica it was amazing, made me regret purchasing not as decent nug elsewhere the day prior. $400+ later we had purchased our max allowed qty of 4g of concentrates and 1/8 of flower. I would def come back for the flower I didn't know they were so well known for good flower-we were not disappointed. Best of all and then true reasoning behind my inclination to write a review - our budtender, TINA! Thank you girl all the credit goes to you it was $ very well spent we appreciate your honesty and guidance! Tina is the authority on bud & concentrate and has very similar taste to my brother and I. Not only was she really helpful, she was super welcoming and didn't make us feel rushed (we did drive 3.5 hours to visit) and despite a long line we caused taking super long, provided unparalleled service and detailed responses to every question we had. Thank you Tina!!!! We loved you & look forward to seeing you again at Good Chemistry :)

As someone who works in customer service, I tend to expect a lot when it comes to customer experience in places I shop. Good Chemistry is one of the places I always find myself back at because of the exceptional service, the knowledgeable and friendly staff and the product is the best on the market. From the time you enter the lobby through the end of the checkout process there is always a smile on the employees face, they are able to answer any question thrown at them and they make the entire interaction painless. If you're a novice when it comes to the medical marijuana industry or a pro, Good Chemistry will take care of you and leave you feeling educated and walking away with the perfect products based on your needs.

Granted I have a chip and damage id but I look about 40 with a giant beard I have I'd with date of birth and the expiration date visible and scan bar code perfectly working . Ever other dispensary in the state has served me . Ever bar in the areas serves me . I'm here weekly for a wrestling show at the white eagle . And even though my id scanned some 20 year old manager not even old enough to be there denied me ?

Very friendly staff and quick service but don't rush you when you want to take your time looking at different products. Just keep in mind you'll be paying $60 for an eighth bc the Mass tax is 20% , so definitely a higher state tax than what I'm used to. Great quality bud across the board though so I would definitely recommend

This is an excellent dispensary with knowledgeable staff and great products. The only reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars is that their edible selection is limited between either very high or very low doses. Now, I'm not sure if this is a regular thing, as I'm quite new here but I felt safe, respected, and that my business meant something to them.

I had reserved shatter online that was advertise for 50 a gram. When I went to good chemistry to pick pick my order that was reserve, they told me it's 50 for a half gram. I than showed them their website I reserve on advertise for 50 a gram. They said it wrong so instead I 65 on a gram of wax. I'm never coming back.

I just made my first foray to Good Chemistry, I found every part of my trip delightful.  They have ample parking across the street, the security and front desk person were professional and polite.  Inside I was a little worried about the long line, but they had 5 bud tenders working the recreational side & the line moved very fast.  The prices were a little higher on the Live concentrates than what I saw in denver last month but the price on the other concentrates was comparable.  The budtender I landed with was awesome, she listened to my general request and came thru with awesome suggestions.  I highly recommended this place!

Very good experience here. Short wait times, extremely large selection of flower, and easy location to find. Quick walk from public transport stations or public parking. Very alert but not stand off ish security nice staff and decor inside. Routinely carry Amnesia Haze- my fave strain of flower of all time. Will come again if near Worcester.

Very nice staff, when we got there there was a line out the door but it moved very quickly. Once into the actual dispensary, felt like we were in an Apple store. Nice displays, good flow of traffic, knowledgeable and friendly bud tenders, how can you go wrong? It is a radon the pricey side coming from the West coast.

Went here for the first time today with my boyfriend. All in all, it was a great-easy-fast experience. We saw the clearly marked "Good Chemistry" sign at the parking lot, with a security guard directly in front so we know we found the right spot. He directed us right across the street to a door and another security guard. We only waited outside for maybe 4 minutes, (of course it was randomly hailing with the sun out, thank you New England!), but we passed the time chatting with the security guard Jose, who was very nice and personable. Once we got in, we waited in line for less than a minute, and went to a young woman at the counter. She seemed personable as well, and then my boyfriend told her we were looking for a sativa with a higher thc level. And there were crickets. She legit shrugged and turned to look at the menu board like uhhhh.....I'm not sure. Not gonna lie, I was taken by surprise as where we usually go (out in the sticks), every single person we've ever talked to can tell us almost anything we could ask about their flower. Like in depth analysis. So to get a shrug and confusion was odd. I mean, you're a "budtender" right? Since we're not a-holes, we did not scoff and act douchy like she's a moron. I quickly scanned the menu and grabbed up something good. Purple Trainwreck. And now I'm writing a review. Lol! End point being, every employee was nice, parking was simple, line was short, just know what you want and don't expect to have someone read you pot poetry with descriptions :-) This is more like a 4.5 star review ;)

Another pregnant prerolled joint that canoes and falls apart in the middle. This time I had bought a candy bar for35 bucks that when I opened it up it was all cracked and in pieces. Dry and hard as rock. When will I learn? Got to find a better dispensary...

Denied use of Medical Marijuana Card for not reregistring 5 days before the very clear expiration date 5 days away. Why would I re- register for a card I already paid for and have no intention of getting another one. Therefore charged full price. Also when using the Medical Marijuana card at Good Chemistry,  when buying 1 simple pre rolled the price is different nearly every time. And don't use their ATM, it shows up on your bank statement from places I've never been. When asked about this at first they were clueless,  when pressed further all I got was " We are not responsible for the ATM". Really? Not responsible for the cash system in your store? Get it together Good Chemistry,  too many other places to purchase Marijuana in Massachusetts!

I'm new to the west side of Worcester and  didn't know where to go for cannabis. When I lived in Hudson I always had Temescal, but dreaded that van pool ride in and out. Upon many searches online, I decided to stop in to Good Chemistry. This is a top notch dispensary. Everything is so pristine and organized. I love their selection of both sativa and indica products including joints, edibles, and concentrated. The place is cash only , but they have two ATMs on site for those who weren't aware. I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful.

I was in the area and saw they had an item that I've wanted to try on their menu so I stopped by on a Sunday morning. I didn't see anything on the website on how medical versus regular buyers worked so when I arrived and saw the huge line, I got in at the back. There was security near the front but they didn't really patrol the line. After about 15 minutes, someone came over and asked which line it was and was told medical was the line to the right (with no one in it). Nothing marked to tell you where to go so I went up and asked and found out I'd been standing in the wrong line. They really should mark which line to stand in.Inside, it was slow and very hard to hear with the plexiglass, and everyone wearing masks. I'm not entirely sure what the second person who filled my order was saying to me. Music blasting certainly doesn't help with the acoustics in the building.The items were good and prices as expected so no issues there. I might stop in again, especially since I now know where to stand for medical card holders.
