All the negative reviews on here really surprised me, I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Bud Hut as well as the shop Urban Smoken next door. With all the new stuff to smoke, to eat, to drink, the salves etc. it can get pretty over whelming then you throw in all the different ways to smoke, there is a lot to learn to say the least.  I've suffered from chronic pain as well as insomnia most my life and tried everything I could think of, finally  I walked into the Bud Hut and asked for help. It was a great experience all the way around, the woman who took my ID was really friendly and instantly put me at ease. There is a really nice relaxed waiting area with comfy couches and plenty of pamphlets to read while you wait there is also an ATM if you need cash(no credit cards). Most shops I have been to are either cramped or feel sterile for lack of a better word. When it's your turn you are let into the room with the budtender who was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. I explained my situation and he spent the time to explain numerous options, I never felt rushed or stupid for asking repeat questions. Once I figured out what I wanted (and yes it helped with my problems) I found out that locals get a 10% discount and if you go next door and show them your receipt you get a 20% discount there as well.They also run specials all the time,even with out all of that the prices are very reasonable. Next door I got the same type of service, fantastic and lots to choose from. The Bud Hut is a family business and they strive to make you feel like a part of that family from the time you walk in, they remember your name and wave if they see you downtown. I've been in numerous times and it just gets better.

Sells prepackaged product from Kindman growers. Each bottle purchased contained only 3.1 grams instead of 3.5 grams and there was way too much wood. I will be going down the road to a dispensary where you can see what you are buying from now on.

I was on my way back to Charleston Sc and we were passing through Colorado and I saw a bunch of weed shops everywhere like gas stations lol but everything seemed cool so when in Rome I stopped by Bud Hut to see what the hype was about picked up some floberry for 10$ a gram and a pack of americanna indica gummy bears. In less than 10 min I was out with the package smooth and fast no complaints the gummies were real good and went down fast I felt like super relaxed smoked the floberry I kicked my feet back at the camp site and was in pure bliss don't see why I shouldn't be able to do that back home. Place seemed cool a little pricey but I kinda knew taxes would be high no biggie

This place sucks!! Crappy flower, over priced concentrates. Go back to Michigan, you jack wagons!

The guys who work there are not cool. The selection of products is pretty slim compared to other shops. There isn't much in the way of edibles and the weed looks old and crusty. The one good thing about the shop is the lady at the front who checks IDs - she's is a sweet-heart. The "Head Shop" part of the store are friendly and helpful and they have a good variety of products at different prices. My advice: if you need paraphernalia - shop here. If you need bud - keep drivin'.

I think this place deserves a higher rating. The staff is friendly, prices were great, the selections were good for me, I got the edibles I love and being a local pays off. Favorite dispensary in the area.

I am very happy with this Dispensary. I was treated very well by the staff. I am extremely happy. Thank you very much! "Strawberry Milk" is a tremendous strain. It helped my pain level a lot! As well as for appetite, that is very important to me. I usually walk around with a pain level of 7 or 8. After testing the liquid concentrate in a capsule, my pain level was a 3 in less than an hour. I am happy with the recommendations that the Bud Tender made. The "West Edison Cannabis Concentrates" worked like the Bud Tender said it would. As a burn victim with 60% of body burned I've tried many edibles with no effects ever. I asked if there were any edibles that he would recommend for someone that has never felt the effects of any edibles that I've tried. I had tried a lot of different edibles, with absolutely no effects except an empty wallet. After half a capsule full of the "West Edison" Concentrate" I slept for an 8hrs for the first time since my accident five years ago. My usual sleep time was about 4hrs a night. I am going to give it a day time test and see how that goes. I do plan on visiting " The Bud Hut" again very soon. Thank you for the great service!
