So, I've stopped by this lovely place a few times now. The staff are always more than willing to explain things and are highly knowledgeable. Like most dispensaries, they are cash only but they have an atm in their lobby. Unlike other places, they don't make things feel sketchy. The atmosphere is open and inviting.
This place is super duper. Located in Downtown Couve, it's convenient as heck for me. I've been to this place probably 4 times which is more than I've frequented any other dispensary in the area. The staff are professional and helpful - and lots of 'em handy. The lovely storefront in a house just screams awesome! Today I got a dark chocolate hersheys kiss on the way in! While I've smoked it for a long while, I don't really know much about ganja and these guys always leave me feeling more knowledgable and satisfied with my purchase (what's not to like, right?)!
Really disappointed with my experience here today. I live two blocks away and walk by daily. Today I went in for "wax Wednesday". I was sold a refine refill refillable wax cartridge. While deciding what to buy I made it clear I wasn't sure what this was. It was explained very well, up to the point they neglected to tell me it needs a bigger battery than a normal cartridge. Upon returning, I wasn't sure what to expect but most places are good about cartridges. I spoke with the same budtender I bought it from not more than an hour previous. The only offer was to sell me a $30 battery. I understand there are policies and procedures but this was a very disappointing transaction I won't be returning.
Always a joy to come in! Super friendly staff, amazing owners. Rotating lists that have something for all needs. HEMP is where we go and nowhere else even compares.
I had a fantastic experience at H.E.M.P. this was my first experience in a cannabis store and Jeff helped me find exactly what I needed with no judgement on me being a "newbie" and asking a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I was with my husband who has been in many shops before and he said that H.E.M.P. was the nicest and cleanest in Clark County. We especially loved what a good deal we got on our CBD products during CBD Sunday. We will be Sunday regulars! (and both of the products we got I have consumed and loved!) Thank you!

Excellent dispensary! The budtenders are very polite. The shop is clean and decorated very nicely. There is plenty of parking in the area and they have wonderful deals on Fridays for my favorite kind of product (pre-rolls).
I love going here. Everyone is always super sweet and helpful. I'm always extra excited to see Cynthia and Jason! I have never been disappointed with anything they've recommended.
4th and final stop on my "Cannabis Clinic" tour of Vancouver. Lots to like about this place. A little more of a boutique sort of setup. Smaller rooms and not quite the same level of overstimulation here as some of the other places. Small counter where the staff was available to answer questions and talk to you about what you'd like to purchase. Of all the stops, the guy working here was by far the favorite. I had questions about the edibles and he did a great job of explaining things, answering questions, and even telling stories of personal experience with the different products. Low pressure and fun, the way pot buying should be.Judging by appearances, I'd assume this would be the most expensive place, but we actually scored one of the best deals of the day here on a 2 pack of joints that were on special. For a much lower key experience and more personal attention, this would be the place I'd hit.
This was my first time in a dispensary ever - I'm from the East Coast where we're unfortunately not on the legal weed bandwagon yet - so I might be a little biased but it was great!!I was a little nervous that I would be uneducated and not know how to order or what I was looking at but it was such a great atmosphere. Everyone was so open and friendly to all of our questions. They really helped us pick out some good products. We got six of their pre-rolled "master yoda" joints which were really good. Two for $10 which is a pretty sweet deal since they were pretty potent. Got some edibles too which were good and didn't have a weird taste that can sometimes come with edibles. If I lived in Portland/ Washington I'd definitely be back here a lot. Great place good product.

Had my sunglasses stolen while there were 2 customers and 2 clerks working who I had treated with respect and tipped. At first they clerk knew where they were then they could not be found. Will not go back, to many other places.

Had out of town friends staying with us and they wanted the "cannabis clinic" tour and I brought him here based on the Yelp reviews. Wow what a cool place. This is the first cannabis clinic I have been to so can't speak to the pricing but the service was outstanding and the store is in a really cute house with modern interior design. Super clean with bright lighting. Nice selection of pipes and other stuff. Like a previous president, I don't inhale, but if I did I would definitely buy it here. They have daily specials which seemed to be reasonably priced. Pick up a free copy of "Dope" magazine. Very informative. A nice addition to my visitors tour of the couv.
Let's face it. No one said selling recreational weed would be easy. High End Market makes it both pleasant and easy. Upon entry the first room you see is just a waiting room. A nice employee will kindly ask for your ID. After the waiting room you get to check out the actual store and of course the weed. I don't want to feel like I'm in a club with bouncers when I'm buying weed... High End has a knowledgable, informative staff that doesn't mind showing you all the great herb they have. You can clearly see the herb in a little sample jar and can easily get a scent of the herb you might like to buy. Getting a scent of the herb helps a great deal in making that big decision you've got to make...And this stuff is high quality. A little goes a long way...If it's High Quality at affordable prices you're looking for, High End Market is the kind of quality place you'll want to check out.
High quality but Over-priced! Main Street Marijuana is just down the road and way better priced. Environment is friendly and welcoming though.
This was my first dispensary experience and it was very exciting. The environment was welcoming and they seemed to have a lot of goods. The employees were very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions.I'll definitely be checking out a few other places to compare the different items they have in stock and the prices, but I wouldn't be opposed to coming back to this location.They've also got an ATM on site if you're head was in the clouds and you forgot to bring your cash.

Very expensive. No edibles aside from baked goods. You are paying the boarder tax here, drive further into washington and save yourself some money, this is a place I will absolutely be boycotting once Oregon allows legal purchase of goods. I hope places like this lose all of their business for fleecing Oregon customers.(Response to High end Markets Response) I understand the tax structure, but your prices were higher than any place I visited further north of the Oregon border. I get it, after legalization it was a cash grab, you could charge $35 dollars a grahm and Oregonians didn't want to drive an extra hour to not be fleeced. But now that the Market has equalized, people should know that you were one of the places that over charged, that took advantage of your position and charged more than your northern competitors. I'll never be cool with any business that does that kind of thing. Also your edibles were questionable baked goods, by edibles I mean like zoots and packaged stuff like that.
High End Market Place isn't the first dispensary I visited, but it may be one of the last. I've been wowed by the product time and time again, so much so that I consider myself eternally loyal to these guys. The prices are SO reasonable and the selection is always of the highest quality. Not only that, but these guys know their stuff. Every question that my boyfriend and I have are answered to a T. I love that they have clear containers with holes in the top for smelling the buds before you buy.The dispensary right down the street has the most foot traffic of any other Washington store, but the prices can be outrageous and the lines last forever. High End Market Place delivers with local, beautiful product that doesn't break the bank. You can literally compare their prices on the same products and see the difference.My favorite is the Lemon Haze. It makes me so alert and cheerful. This strain is perfect to pair with a morning cup 'o Joe. I pretty much tell everyone I meet about High End. You can expect me to return here time and time again.
Of all the recreational shops in the Vancouver area, this one is by FAR the best. Staff is top-notch, professional yet friendly. Wide array of products. Not sure what shop the guy who said no edibles but cookies went to, but it wasn't here! As far as all the Oregonians griping about the prices, it's called taxes, kids...all the shops are higher priced than buying from Sparky the Pothead, but this one by far has the best prices in town. Not only is the shop great but the owners and staff are very civic and community minded. We love having these folks here and wish them a long and happy business life! (FULL DISCLOSURE: I had just been through a terrible experience at another marijuana shop so I was extra-thrilled to be here!)

Only having trying Main Street Marijuana and a place in Longview, I felt this place has a really good vibe for a recreational marijuana shop. The staff were so attentive and knowledgable. Prices are pretty fair too! They have so many edibles to choose from too, which is so convenient! (: Such a great menu as well! Thanks guys!! :)

This place is the bees knees! Their employees are super friendly and happy to be there, as well as very knowledgable about the product. They are also one of the only dispensaries in Vancouver to sell a THC-infused lube. They also sell cannabis soda which is not as rare, but still pretty amazing. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
Chondra helped me find just what I needed. Nice location, clean and cozy inside, and a good selection products with clearly stated menu/prices. My first visit here and I wasn't disappointed. The service was so much more personal than my previous visits to a facility on Main Street where I felt like I was at a meat market. I don't get to Washington often but High End Market Place will be getting my business from now on. Thanks High End!
Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff - truly, other reviews are on point about this, and very comfortable sweet environment. Phenomenal pen selection, including higher quality devices which will last longer - and one that looks like a nice pen and can hide and contain the cartridge. Cynthia explained to us how to keep even a cheaper pen working smoothly and lasting longer, by not overcharging and cleaning it out with rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip. Significantly more expensive for edibles, but do not miss this shop. You can rely on 'High End' for quality. I'll be going back!
If any of my out-of-town friends were to visit the Portland/Vancouver area and ask about a dispensary, I would totally refer them here first and foremost. They're very helpful to the inexperienced purchaser and don't make you feel like one. They show the same level of easygoing professionalism you'd expect at a winery tasting room. I prefer edibles and they have a great selection. They even offered a birthday discount.

High End Market Place is a cool little pot shop. They don't have a very good selection of glass, however, it is primarily a Cannabis store, not a pipe store. I think that the folks who own and run the place definitely know their herb, as they have some good and stoney strains from several different quality growers on hand and don't appear to mess around with any of the many no-high buds that I have seen and tried (inadvertantly, on my neverending quest), out there in Washington Marijuana land.I will say one thing, on my first visit, the gentlemen who helped me was talking with another customer before me while I was standing there and he was complaining about some other previous customer. Unprofessional to say the least. As it turns out, I was purchasing a high dollar item and asked to see a couple to look at to compare and make a choice. He seemed reluctant to do this as he hesitated and had a disturbed look on his face (I read body language extremely well).He brought over one other jar and seemed tense while I looked at them. After I made my choice he took both jars and unless I am mistaken, (which I don't think I am) he sneakily put the one that I chose back on the shelf after he placed the other one on the counter next to the register. ???? A snake in the grass type vibe going on with that dude.I think the blonde girl who works their noticed it as well, or at least noticed the expression on my face while I was watching the dude use his crumby sleight of hand.The other folks whom have helped me on my other vists there are as cool as can be and are happy to convenience me in any way I have asked.Again, excellent choices in Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid.I can tell that these folks like to smoke good pot themselves and it shows it what is on their shelves.

The place had a nice atmosphere in general too. Unfortunately I don't live there, but if I did, I would go frequently. Definitely check this place out!
A great place to pop my legal weed purchase cherry. Super-friendly staff put me at ease and helped me get what I needed and out the door with the speed and convenience of 7-11. But if you want lots of information and conversation, the owners seem happy to give it as well. Great prices, on the day I visited they had 2 strains for $40/3.5 grams and prices go up from there. Lots of edibles, glassware, etc. They are cash only (at this time), but have an ATM onsite.

This was my first foray into the legal-weed scene (in the U.S.), so I don't have anything to compare this store to. I can just say that I hope other outlets provide as agreeable an experience as this one does.
I LOVE this place! The customer service is beyond outstanding. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and has worked with me so patiently to figure out just the right strains for me. I've been there when there were only one or two other customers and I've been there when it was elbow-to-elbow and, regardless of how packed, the budtenders always take time to talk with me and help me understand what I'm buying. I took my 74-year-old mom there and she had a fantastic experience, as well. That said, I've yet to get anything there that isn't top notch. Every smoking experience I've had, as well as the edibles, have been exactly what I wanted/needed them to be. Again, it's because of quality goods, but also the budtenders listened and got it spot on. I can't say enough about this place. This is the only place I will ever shop for cannabis products!!! My first visit to partake of Washington's new law and this place was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable staff for an amateur like me. It's in a old house that's easy to pass by. Prices seemed fair and product worked well enough for me. I'll be back!
We made a quick stop here from Portland because my friend told me that most of the items are priced lower here especially for edibles like Journeyman cookies and such. I have no reference on what's considered low or "high" priced.When we first walked in, it felt like a doctor's office because it was a separate room where we had to show our ID. The building actually feels like a house which was converted into a business. Once we entered the door to everything, I liked how everything was categorized and spaced apart - rarely would you ever feel like it gets crowded. However, when you get to the counter, that's where it did start to get crowded because people had questions.I like that they had a "menu" of the items they sold which gave you details on percentages of sativa or indica, and most importantly the prices. I should have asked more questions but I just got the same thing my friend did which was basically cookies and dark chocolate.I've had one of the cookies in one sitting and I can't say it had much affect on me as far as I was aware. Still testing this stuff out, but it's cool that I got to experience this. We had seen another store in Seattle which felt like the dark, green version of an Apple store, so the experience was very different. All in all, not bad. Customer service people were friendly and willing to help.

I remember my first time ever stopping in this shop was when Mary Jane first became legal for recreational use......At that time prices were gouging at 30-40 bucks a gram!! Ridiculous !!! High End Market Place was the most competitive at the time, and although their prices were still astronomical compared to today's standards, they were by far the best prices in the Vancouver area back then.....The staff were welcoming and knew their product so well. They gave me great suggestions to some of the best kush I've ever had the privilege of trying....

Informative, Friendly staff, even if the guy checking I.D. didn't notice it's my birthday.(I deleted my own comments here)Plenty to choose from but every customer has to be helped by an employee. All consumable products are kept away from customers on a wall. For theft protection I'm sure but what about browsing? Your at the mercy of the employees discretion on every sale. Unless you have awesome vision. I do not! I wear glasses. So did the 2 other customers. You do get to look at a print out of all the products. Not even pictures. Just words and numbers. I equate it to eating sushi for the first time but you order takeout over the phone. Ya. That sounds good. I hope I like it. Not me. I'm a hands on kinda guy. I'm like a dog (in a lot of ways), i don't trust what i cant sense. I can look at words and pictures all day and not know a smijin of what my own senses can tell me. Even sight alone is powerful. So buyer beware.They also have a fair selection of smoking devices but nothing to add to a wish list.

I have a hard time claiming allegiance to just one cannabis store. I have 3 locally I go to on my days off. (NO, the neighbor store is NOT 1 of them). This is my down town location or how I say it, "The I5 side." Always great service and clean. Fast and friendly. Blunt and a biscuit, smoke and a pancake, Bong and a blintz. Do it do it.
Worst service I've ever received. Placed a curbside order. I called upon arriving. The employees handling my order left me waiting in 91 degree weather outside for 15+minutes while one of them walked by my car to go buy a drink at another store. Finally I walked into the store to ask for my order. There were 4-5 employees sitting/ standing around not doing anything. The girl at the front desk was extremely condescending. Telling me lie after lie excuse after excuse then had the nerve to say that she sees my order every week and says we'll see you next week. I don't think so. Never again. The guy who helped quoted me the wrong total and didn't bother to attempt to be nice. Like saying sorry for the wait just really disappointing/ unacceptable way to treat any customer. Why didn't they just call me back and let me know it would be a while? That would've fixed everything. Unbelievable horrible customer service for a regular customer that gives them a lot of business. Ive received excellent service every time prior. Work on your communication skills please. Negative stars ----- 0 cannot recommend.
Best dispensary I've been to! With a dispensary on every other block it can be hard to find a good "home" shop. Look no further! The staff is so kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, the budtenders are knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you're looking for. They have great daily discounts and just an all around great business. If you want to get some quality herb (among other awesome stuff), come here. They'll make you feel like family! Great store, I was sorry they moved, 'cause I like the little house that they were in, but the new store is great. They offer curbside service for people that want it during COVID and it is easy to order online. Service is always quick inside 'cause there are plenty of clerks. My only complaint is that they have started a LOYALTY PROGRAM and you have to use a cell phone to participate, I don't "do" cell phones, I don't need my information out in the data universe and I choose not to participate in having my phone hacked and all my personal information used by crooks. Highly recommend HEMP, you will have a great experience and it is my favorite store. I hope they fix the Loyalty Program for us old people that refuse to participate in the Smart Phone world, remember if you bank by phone you are opening up personal information to hackers.
Truthfully, this is the BEST experience I've had at a dispensary thus far. It's my first trip into Vancouver to visit one, but the knowledgeable and friendly staff made purchasing super easy. I was looking for something specifically for pain, and they easily laid out many options for me, explained some things to a novice like myself, and had me happily on my way within 20 minutes. I do realize that Oregon's laws are a lot tighter, and that this inhibits my happiness level in town, but I've never had someone go out of their way like these guys did to make sure I got just what I needed.I can't compare costs and such as I'm not a daily user, but I'll go back to this location. They were fantastic!
store closes at 11:00 showed up at 10:56 wouldn't let me in to buy anything.. even had audacity to just hand signals time to me. would never come here again, or would I recommend a place that wouldn't help their customers showing up late at night.... sorry but you lost this customer.....maybe you should turn the open sign off which was on as well... and change your times so people are aware 6our not open to the times said. Bad business ...just bad all around for first time.
