friendly staff but did feel a little intimidated by the bouncer/security guard.  nice selection of drinks, edibles, tinctures and plants.

Poor bud tenders.  Not very knowledgeable about bud.  Called ahead and girl stated they had plenty indica edibles.  Drove over and found out this was not the case.  Very small bud selection over all.  Unless desperate for bud, I'd shop elsewhere.

This place seems a little sketchy. When I came here I brought my I.D and recommendation card, as I do with all the other places that I try.  This is the only place I have ever had a problem with the card. I was denied entry because the staff said people forge recommendation cards and to bring my original recommendation with the seal. Lol, as if the paper can't be fake either. I hope they know that there is a database with a toll free number and 24 hour verification online. Sad thing is on my card it has my photo and dmv number that matches my I.D. Lol these people are idiots that's probably why people forge things and get away with it. Staff looked high, slow, and I sensed a little attitude.

I don't know what happened, but this place creeps me out now and I'm not comfortable there any more. The staff completely turned over and the new kids that work there are way not as polite

"INCOMING" - lol. Not the only one (from reading previous comments) that thinks some of the staff blows (THE REDHEAD - you probably seen the one.. ).  NOT ALL THE STAFF BLOWS THOUGH! With the service, I will be returning for my medicine.  They have a good selection, all the basics.  SFVOG was my latest purchase and it tasty.  The candy ropes are super yummy!

Cool spot when i need weed. Good deals, very friendly budtenders. If you go ask for John he's great, and extremely helpful in making choices.

I just tried going in there and I had my I.D with a copy of my VALID recommendation (original was stolen with my last wallet) so I go in there as a new patient and was very rudely declined by a corpulent redhead woman that didn't even CHECK to see if my rec was valid. That really pissed me off I've been working in the industry for years and just wanted to check it out. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Since I didn't flip a table in there thought I'd leave my review.

Place is a little small. That said: okay prices, good selection, outstanding customer service.

First of all, best wax around!!! Second of all great owners and wonderful budtenders, such nice security. It's in a convenient area with a safe yet dope atmosphere!

This has been my FAVORITE Club for years now! I figured i should update my review and let everyone know it is still amazing!! I have such a close bond with all of the employees! They are all awesome and I do not have one negative thing to say about this place. Prices are good compared to other clubs around and they always have daily deals! I want to shout out my favorites but they are all awesome!!! My favorites bud-tenders are DREA , JON , BEE, SCOTTY. THEY ARE ALL JUST AMAZING... ALSO LOVE THE LADIES AT THE FRONT THAT CHECK YOU IN. BRANDY, STEPHANIE, AND OF COURSE THE LOVELY QUEEN!!!! If you haven't tried this spot you need too!!! This is the only place i give my business to in Vallejo :)

I've been going here for years... And service has usually been "ok" depending on who you get at the counter, and the selection is good...But I'm done. I went in Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1:30 pm. The young lady working the counter was completely uninterested in answering my questions. So much so that she had to say "huh?" several times when I asked them because she was staring off into space and not paying attention. I get it, smoking can make you a little spacey, so how about like the rest of us working schmoes, you don't smoke so much it affects your ability to do your job?  Even after I plunked down several hundred dollars I wasn't completely fed up until as I was walking out the door I said "thank you" to the man standing at the door and he grunts "uh-huh" at me as I left. Since when is "uh-huh" an acceptable reply to "thank you"? Oh, right, IT'S NOT!  Bye-bye collective care, I will take my money to the hundreds of other dispensaries that actually want my "donations".

The last few months, this shop has gone downhill. I'll start with quality. The last ounce I got from this dispensary included 18 seeds in the first 8th I opened. 144 seeds in an ounce? Unacceptable. In the last 6 months, this has happened twice. The first time had 16 seeds in the first 8th. While the quality is lacking, that's not what has turned me off from this dispensary. I understand that I'll get less quality for a smaller donation (though 144 seeds is unacceptable, regardless the 'cost'). Customer service is what will gain or lose me as a client. The bud tenders lately seem entirely uninterested in the needs of the customers. I'll give an example. I asked the bud tender for an ounce of flowers. Generally, you are given a choice of what packages you want. Or, they weigh it in front of you. This person just grabbed her choice of 8 prepackaged eights, and asked me if I wanted anything else. I said I wanted to see their waxes. In the past, I've asked my bud tenders for suggestions or advice as to which of their products would be most effective for my condition. It's something I used to love about this club. But this time, this bud tender set her tray of waxes on the counter in front of me, and immediately turned her back and walked away. So I looked at what they had, didn't want anything there, and had to wait for the person waiting on me to return to pay for my ounce of flowers. This same flower is the one that had 144 seeds in it.

No weed and over priced. Only selling 8ths smh. They used to be cool but know they don't have a good selection

I have been going here for almost 6 months. I never had a problem until today. December 20 2018 at 11:15am I went inside and the older lady who checked my ID was not pleasant at all. Her customer service was horrible. I never been treated this way while I visited this place ever. Even the guy at the door was not nice at all. Definitely WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I hate when people treat BLACK PEOPLE bad it makes me upset. They definitely lost a great customer and I WILL not be referring anyone else.

I'm so disappointed in this place.  Today they screwed me for the second time.  I wanted a particular product that they have carried in the past.  Both today (and about 2 months ago), I called first and asked if they had it.  Both times I was assured that they did and they would hold it for me.  Both times when I got there (after a 30 mile drive each way), they didn't have it.  The time from when I called and when I arrived was less than 2 hours. Obviously, I'm done with them.  Its a shame.

Small shop but decent selection for the size. Not many edibles and none for those of us who have to eat gluten free. Their low end buds are a little roughly manicured but decent quality, high end are pretty good for the price. Good freebies and specials, friendly staff. One recommendation, Do Not Buy The Prerolled Joints!! Have made this mistake twice, never again!! There was no bud in them at all just leafy shake!!  Terrible!!

One of the male bud tenders can definitely work on his costumer service skills. I called about not being able to open this bag that had no slits on the sides and no tabs to pull on it. Basically just an open-proof bag. I was first told “well I’m looking at all of these other ones, and I can see that they all have them on there” Ok..... so I didn’t say anything to that terrible response to my own personal concern. And then I was asked if I had a knife or scissors to open it and he didn’t really know what to tell me. The employee could definitely use some training in his customer service and do better at assisting his customers, when a concern is brought to you, and it honestly a mistake made on your company’s end... not only should you not be telling a customer about all these other products that seem to have no issues, because that is pretty irrelevant to the concern at hand but at least implies that something is being fabricated. And in conclusion come up with no solutions to your company’s mistake.

I love everything about this collective. If yall got some of the left coast extracts on the menu here that would be awesome!!! the flower here is super dank and everyone is always very nice, would always recommend CCCD.

I like this place nice calm cool collective.. Get wax too.

the staff was friendly! and very helpful. knew their stuff and definitely enjoy what they do.
