This was one if my first experiences here - though I've visited most of the other dispensaries in the area. I'd have to say, this one is at the bottom of the list. The staff was unprofessional, the customer service was virtually nonexistent, and the selection was limited at best.

What a professional, affordable cannabis store! The nice counter person at Bud Commander answered each of my questions and steered me toward the products within my budget and desires. I felt very welcomed. He made me laugh as well! To find the store, look to the right, next to Auto Zone for the big Moore Hemp sign. Bud is between these 2 stores. Not sure why reviewers won't give Bud 5 stars, because it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.

Nice staff, good products and spacious location. You guys really need to get an ATM or merchant account so customers can buy via cards. We had to run next store to get cash, which was kinda annoying.

This is my new favorite neighborhood shop! Pleasant and friendly environment, very warm and knowledgeable staff, great customer service. They carry a good selection of many varieties at various price points and can always offer excellent suggestions based on what you're looking for. During this pandemic with all of the widespread anxiety, boredom, and stress, I feel Bud Commander has really stepped up to make sure they are continuing to provide their services to the community in orderly, hygienic, customer-focused ways. Bravo!

Such a great first experience in a cannabis store!  All the staff were so helpful and kind to this senior fighting cancer. They listened, offered explanations of the products I was looking for, (as I had no idea of the different cannabis products and how to use them to heal), and suggestions of possible alternatives that might work in other ways.  They understood my fear, helped in every way, made me laugh, and then applied the senior discount without me even asking.  Dave, the owner came over as well to chat and turns out I worked with him way back, we had been great friends back then. I'm so happy he got this shop up and running and is doing great.  I will be back and thank you so much to the amazing helpful staff at Bud Commander!  Great job!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good variety, my only complaint is that they don't take cards, they take you to the shop next door to take money out of a atm and it charges you a $3 fee.

Wonderful. Their customer service is top tier. We walk in and the employees and owner know your name and your order.

This is the only shop I will visit in Tumwater. The budtenders are all extremely friendly and helpful, and I’ve had great luck with their concentrate and edibles selection. I also really appreciate their public support of social justice, and their COVID safety precautions within the store. Their curbside pickup option is also very convenient. Best shop around!

I just moved to Tumwater and I used 420 Capitol on 2 separate occasions. However I felt as if I were a seller on the Stock market. If you don't yell loud enough or are not strong enough to push your way through everyone forget it they don't see you Total Chaos! I found Bud Comander through KGY Radio. What a breath of fresh air. They greeted me with a smile and opened the door for me as I use a cane. They took the time to explain the products to me. I never felt rushed or have to fight to get a bud tenders help. and they were welcoming to my dog and gave him a treat. No matter your age or Disability they are a good example of how to give great customer service to all. Great people. Thank you.
