Came here today for Khalifa Kush picked up a few more things and got a gift right on for the bag bro! Cool spot with cool workers I'll be back

This place is awesome. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about their products and the management and customer service is totally on point.

These guys are terrible with customer service.  The products suck besides the tryke cartridges.  Everything else is very low grade botton shelf crap.  The staff is full of rude unhelpful jerks.

Great atmosphere and staff. This is a small selection of items but I think it's a great shop. I love the HIGH CBD Cheeba Chew for pain! Only have 1/10th at a time! Beautiful girls with rainbow hair are always a plus- great staff! The flower is pretty dry compared to California but I think this is just a Nevada thing! It works just as well! I've been back since and will visit again!

Walked in and everyone was super chill......I was super dabbed out though so maybe I'm the chill one. Oh yeah, I'm shoulder checking one star off for a tiny concentrate selection. It's 2018, get with the times pimps

Not crazy about the wait to get served and their balm not nearly as good as the Synergy I buy elsewhere

I really like the people here at the Reef. Especially Angel, Kassie, Chez, and Jessica.  That is why I go there.  Their prices are kinda high and they need to get more selections of edibles.  I haven't gotten anything bad from them and the flower seems pretty good but I love my edibles and wish they had more.

Been to every dispensery Reno has to offer and these guys by far have the best deals and product couldn't be happier I don't go anywhere else it's my one stop shop employees are on point and super help full and make sure u leave happy 6 stars

Insanely dry make sure you ask specifically for recent package dates or you'll get screwed not impressed

It's unfortunate that I was provided a poor recommendation/opinion by a budtender there. Went in to purchase a disposable pen. Asked if it was flavored and he said no. It actually was fruit flavored which I completely dislike. It also showed as the highest thc contented and the thing didn't even make myself or my firmed feel lifted. Totally wasted my money here and will not be coming back. Very unfortunate.

This place is overpriced with a small selection compared to other dispensary. The people are not that friendly and tend to rush you while looking at their items. I do not recommend, silver state is not that far away with better pricing and selection.

From what I'm hearing thee best place in town to go ! Everyone needs to at least give it a chance

The ole bait and switch.... Don't be surprised if the jar you open when you get home has drastically sub par buds to what is on display. Gave away my first time customer free 1/8 and dealt with smoking the other 2 strains I purchased, which all were early girls and smelled/tasted like popcorn and hay. Boo to you Reef. You have the pleasant staff and great atmosphere to make it happen, just knock it off with the substandard product. Quality control possibly. We are medical patients expecting quality for our dollar, not dumb school kids spending the lunch money our parents gave us.

I want to start by thanking the staff for their sensitive help and willingness to help a first time customer. The people behind the counter earned a five star rating. What bothered me. The attitude of the gun man at the door was less than warming. Do you need an armed guard greeting customers and checking ID's at the door and then at point of sale?

What to say. Man, Anthony, kassie, gio, boy and girl Taylor, tahni, Ryan, Marti and of course Ryan ALL kill it. Hands down my favorite people around. Always taking such great care of me regardless if I'm in a bad mood or not. These people are trustworthy, they are very passionate about their line of work and they strive to be the best dispensary in town... and let me tell you they aren't falling short of their goal, but in my opinion they are hands down the best. Super personable. Listen to your wants and needs ... laugh at my lame jokes and then welcome me back in everytime. This place gets 5 stars, time and time again! Now one day I wanna join the team.

This dispensary is the best in Reno/Sparks! Tax included! To you medical patients complaining cause you deserve better is BS. Everyone gets ID'd and checked for paper work when walking in, the same as any dispensary.. They include tax and have great flavored pre rolls, so not only is it cheap but also open early and friendly staff. One time I admit they forgot one of my pre roll joints but called me 3 minutes after I left and gave me a free joint as a sorry note. Not to mention their re usable bags are so much better than those annoying un-openable ones. I'll keep coming here, and to the owner.. thank you, including tax in the price is very convenient

Pretty decent shop with a decent selection of flower and pretty good deals, but sometimes the budtenders are a little short with me. This location is kinda out of the way, so I normally don't consider it a first choice because of the service.

I suffer from chronic pain due to several car accidents. Came here initially for a topical pain reliever and Chris, my budtender suggested something more pure. I ended up leaving with a bottle of pure CBD for my pain and it has helped a lot. I still use a topical for my migraines but overall this beats taking medicine full of chemicals from money hungry pharmacies. Thank you, Chris!

Stopped in real quick cause the place caught our eyes, and boy am I glad we stopped lol. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Was going to get a few cartriges and ended up walking out of there with a whole bag of goodies. I really like the setup, they have a table of the different strains in containers to look at though a microscope and a little vent spot to smell them. The first time customer free eighth was dam good! Would highly recommend trying the strain corn bread, very tastety. Because we donated over 50 dollars we got to pick out of the bag for a golden ticket to get a free pre-rolled, and it was amazingly good for a free bee (you know how sometimes the free prerolled taste like boo foo). Very satified customers! Will be going back very soon!

This place is really nice. Stopped in for some concentrates, seems to be good quality I got some of the cheaper stuff as well as the stronger stuff both got me medicated. In the words of arnold, "I'll be back"

Holy freaking rude.  Luckily I only went in here by mistake when trying to find Greenleaf for the first time-- I would never give this place my money.  I walked in and started heading towards the cashier and was immediately insulted and treated like a moron for not understanding the layout of the place my first time there.  Whoever hired the guy at the front door needs to seriously reevaluate their judgment skills-- I will never be a customer here based solely on the accosting and suspicious manner in which I was treated.  I am a MEDICAL patient that always comes prepared with all my proper credentials and was extremely offended when he told me to remove my hat (it's 100 degrees outside and completely normal for me to wearing a freaking hat) and cross examined my completely legitimate paperwork for a solid minute before he decided I had sufficiently paid the troll toll.  It would have been nice if he could have told me I was at the wrong place when I mentioned I was picking up an online order first thing through the door, but instead I had to suffer through 10 more minutes of processing my paperwork only to be told I was at the wrong place.  Thanks for making me feel like crap and wasting my time guys!  CanNOT recommend.

First time in town and boy did I pick a winner. Great selection great people and I"highly" recommend stopping in.

I went to Reef a few weeks ago and I was rather impressed. Ryan the budtender was amazing! He knew all his strains and what would work for my diagnosis. The staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. Definitely will be coming back!

They have the best atmosphere, staff, selection, product. KK alway in stock n on point. Ima pay the price for this. More than worth it. Thanks to Daniel for suggesting the cannabis infused bath salts. Great product.

In my opinion this is the worst dispensary in Reno they charge more than any other dispensary. I have been to just about every single one in the Reno area. Reef is terrible, and the guy kept calling me by my first name after I gave him my Id it felt very awkward. If you're near reef I'd suggest checking out silver state!

This place is so insanely wasteful! A bag for every purchase? That is so insane. Granted, this was from a while ago, so I really hope they are moving towards more sustainable packaging, but still. I have four of these and I don't know what to do with them! I feel bad throwing them out :(

Absolutely Hands Down The Best! High quality knowledgable people clean environment. My Favorite Dispensary BEST OF THE BEST.

The young lady who helped me was so kind and educated on everything that I inquired about.  When you aren't used to stores like these, it can seem a bit overwhelming. Luckily enough,  my budtender was willing to answer my questions and recommend items that I will surely try again when I go back.

One of the best spots I've ever been to, hands-down and I've been to quite a few dispensaries starting at 1996 at the patient's place in San Francisco. Last time I was there they did show me a few items because I was in such a hurry and I had to try to get money out of the machine and it was giving me trouble. I think that was my fault due to security on my card. But as far as everything else goes I am so impressed with this place I usually use Sparks, but as far as Reef goes Any of their branches will do you righteous. I will be headed back there in a couple days this time I will have all my ducks in a row, thanks for your patience and your energy put towards my orders I will talk to you soon.

You just lost a LOYAL customer! This place doesn't deserve my business anymore. My wife and I would always do curbside pick up but after today we will stop coming here due to their lazyness to pick up phone calls and curbside pick up service that they recently added and they recommend curbside pick up but always put customer on hold. It doesn't matter if you do curbside pick up because they serve customer who walks in the door first then the customer who is waiting in their car for curb side pick up which is RIDICULOUS!! Employees are RUDE service and product is now wack. How can you put somebody on hold for almost an hour and never came back to the phone. We wanted to see how long will they put us on hold and that was ridiculous and unnecessary. They recommend curbside during pandemic, what a f**king joke!

Wow I was shocked when I tried to return an item that was defective and was swiftly and abruptly shutdown.  They started spewing some lame excuses that were totally all BS.  So first you want to tell me that the item is not defective and that this is "normal', totally untrue, after a couple more excuses, I go home empty handed and hating the experience I just had.  First off maybe you need to work on your people skills, lots of other businesses I can give my money to that will treat me way better.  FYI...."the person who purchased it'" was able to return it and not only did they give us back the defective item, they gave us another defective item.  Thanks for the headache.....We won't be recommending this business to anyone one either.

Stopped at this location today looking to buy good quality marijuana. If you want to buy a top shelf eighth full of seeds look no further!

Reef is my favorite dispensary in the Reno-Sparks area. There is strong competition in the area, but Reef is the best. The bud is fire, the value is strong, the pricing is right. Special shout out to Jessica. I showed up 5 minutes before close. Jess looked at my order and suggested a little extra bud - the deal was too sick to say no. Alas! I was a few cents short! Jess even covered that for me! Thanks Jess, and thank you Reef; stay fire.

Collin was A1 with his customer service, super friendly and easy to talk to. Made my purchase easier by mentioning their sale that they were having and with ease I had what I wanted, thanks to him. 10/10
