Pretty disappointed. The website says 10% off for new customers. Apparently that's only for medical which I did not discover till I wasted the gas to drive all the way out there. I got an eighth. Bone dry and probably no longer weighed what it did when it was first packaged almost 3 months ago. I guess thats why it was on sale. First and last visit...

Worst service ever. They had a sale going on on a few things. But every time I pecked out one they would start to ring it up and then all of a sudden Its the only one not on sale. then I go to the infused. She goes to ring it up. All of a sudden she cant sell that to me. Then I go for just a pre roll and it costed like 15$ and it was way smaller than the other dispensaries. I will not be returning to this place. Way over priced. No selection and they bait and switch you to come in. Silver State relief is the place to go. I live in the springs and would rather drive to silver state than go there.

I have been struggling with pain for sometime. I was quite nervous to go to the cannabis store, but I've heard a lot of good things about the results from friends. Thank you so much to Ryan for your vast amount of knowledge and your compassion for what I'm going through. I was so impressed with the super kind, super supportive, super knowledgeable staff.

Love this dispensary! My only complaint is that their hours of operation are too short and i often end up going to Silver State Relief because they're open later. However their prices are nice there's a wide selection, plus their new rewards program is UNBEATABLE!! You earn points for every dollar you spend and then you get free weed goodies with your points! The staff is always super friendly too and i never have to wait more than 5 minutes which is super short compared to most of the other dispensaries in town.

First let me say, customer service was good...or at least I thought it was good. I'm in town visiting family, and stop by here for medicinal. I let them know there was only one type that I can use for my needs...I'm assured not a problem. Girl was super nice at the counter. Here's the issue...I'm handed a sealed bag with my meds. Where I am from in California, everything is done right in front of you, so there is no question what you are getting...so I think nothing of this sealed bag I am handed and I go on my merry way. It is not until later that night, I open said bag for my medicine and it is the exact opposite of what I had requested. You don't give a patient that specifically asked for and Indica only strain a Sativa...it's not what I asked and paid for!! Absolutely ridiculous. So now I am stuck with something that I didn't even want or need, really does nothing for what I need it for, and I am notabout to go in and buy anymore from this place while I am here. Also let me add, the flower was dry and the taste was awful, so there's that too.....very disappointed because from the looks very nice place, just be aware.

Not sure how to rate a Pot shop.  Not particularly friendly or efficient.  Weird location.  Only visited once.  Never returned.

I think they are great. I've been to 3 different shops in town and I enjoy coming here. the people are always nice and knowledgeable,  they have good smoke. Always something  on sale and the prices are good. Loyalty cards, discounts on returned bags, and they deliver. They are my go to.

My absolute favorite spot in that area. Friendly staff, knowledgeable bud tenders, excellent product. I am a firm believe in the healing properties of CBD oil for topical pain relief that I incorporate in massage therapy for my fibromyalgia clients and those who are looking for alternative treatments over big pharmaceutical products.I also recommend that you sign up for their "reward points & daily deals"

I LOVE this dispensary! They treat you like family and have AWESOME deals everyday. And if you have any questions they are always willing to answer. The best!

This place was great!The staff was friendly.The selection was amazing!The prices were a little high.I did like the fact that they did have an atm because they can't take cards.I do think the stuff they have was above average.

This place offers daily deals.  I took advantage of the deals and stocked up on a few cartridges.   I didn't get to them all within a month.  I went to use one but it didn't work.   I took it back to exchange it but they wouldnt swap it out.  They sold me crap out of the package and won't make it right.   Multimillion dollar operation and you can't make sure I get a working product????  Me, my brother, sister, and a few friends will find another dispensary to shop at.      We won't be back!!!!

Company is not aware of Nevada Medical cannabis law, denying my California Medical recommendation , saying that I needed a full medical card, even though the recommendation is the card, and is accepted by every other dispensary in the state. I cannot speak on their service due to being turned away, but it was a very unpleasant experience. I would hope that they educate their staff on the laws of the state where they operate.

My go-to dispensary since it is closest to home. Budtenders are friendly and helpful though I usually know what I want when I get to the counter. I love that they have different price tiers so I can spend as much as I want.  They had some cool giveaways on 4/20 last year and I look forward to seeing what they do this year!

Not a fan of their delivery service. I ordered online and got a message the next day that they would deliver between 9am and 9pm...23 hour window, really! Worse than the cable guy!

did curbside pick up because I have a baby and they wouldn't let me do crib side so that kinda pissed me off....I'm not giving weed to my baby like help a mother out....

First of all, this is a really nice dispensary, and you can get flower here that is actually fairly fresh... Bohemian Brothers is usually in good shape.The staff is very nice especially Sierra. Prices are okay but not great, but the point system is okay.The only reason I am giving only three stars is inconvenience. They still do not let you come inside to shop, although every other dispensary in this town is now back open for walk-in business. Another major inconvenience is that this dispensary keep banker's hours and is not open until 10 a.m. I cannot tell you how much business this establishment has lost from me because they were not open yet and another shop was. Get with the program! Open at 8 a.m.!

All the haters here are completely out of their minds. One person says that they were turned away because they had their baby in the car with them. Duh,,, its the law. I have always left Rise with what I need. I have never been treated rudely. It helps to get to know each employee and how the  marijuana business and the laws of this state, not california. If you follow my advice, you will have a great experience. I imagine the haters will always hate or are possibly employees of  another dispensary. Not to mention their products are of a much higher quality and usually the highest thc percentage.

I'm not one to complain about things normally but since this has to do with my medicine for pain management, it set me over edge. I put in a pickup order and waited outside for 20 min in their pickup area. Nobody came out so I called to let them know that I was here and I'm handicapped in a wheelchair so it's extremely difficult and time consuming for me to get out of the car. She said someone would be out shortly. I waited another 10min and I got a text saying that my order was cancelled. I called back and the same girl said she would look into it and call me back shortly, and told me I could walk in if I'd like. I reminded her AGAIN that I can't walk in as I'm in a wheelchair. I never heard back from them. Terrible customer service.

While I do go here a lot, kinda disappointed with a few things.  One, I generally find better out the door prices from Greenleaf, and usually better packed jars.  Doesn't really seem to be any good deals here.More disappointing tho: it's 420 and what's with those deals?! Trying to push the lowest quality stuff out!  Don't be greedy! It's 420 and you're trying to push the snicklefritz!?

I mostly go here because it's the most convenient to where I live. The hours are mediocre at best just don't run out on a Sunday when they close super early (I always make jokes about how the shop has bankers hours) while you can find some good deals on occasion I usually find it to be on the more spendy side compared to some other shops considering some of the products I've brought home from there. The customer service though is always good which is where that 3rd star comes in other wise. Meh.

They are a 6 outta 10 in my book. Decent buds, not the most expensive place in town. Friendly staff and it’s clean. I’ll be going back

Super Awesome experience. I accidentally shorted the Budtender 20.00. Later realized it went back and gave it to them. Good Karma goes a long way. And they have the strain I've been looking for forever. No one has this strain but Rise! Mandarin Mint!

10/10 experience here every time. :) super nice staff, the dude who helped me tonight went and looked in the back for a strain for me, he didn’t have to do that but he took the time to and after a long day something as small as that is really nice.. and there was a security guard who walked me to my car later at night a while ago too, since i was alone. You can’t get that anywhere else!
