They have great deals every day too. And me personally like to see the price and pay exactly that price i.e. a preroll is $5 on the menu. When i cash out i give them just a $5. Simple. Oh and they always have $5 prerolls of all good meds

Something to consider... the tax rate when buying as recreational is going to be more than for medical purchases. It's likely that the cost of a medical card (if that is a consideration for someone) could be offset (and then some) just by the lower sales tax.
No, Prop 207 requires state officials to establish program regulations by April 5, 2021, at which point adult-use retail licenses must be handed out. They could, however, be handed out sooner. Also it's up to the dispensary to apply for recreational use, so it will be a business by business decision

No, you cannot enter a dispensary without a card. They check it at the door. You can get CBD at a smoke shop or gas station and sometimes it is cheaper that way anyway depending on where you go.

You just need your mmj card and an ID. Tell the guy at the door you're a first time patient and you'll get a short form to fill out. Then you just wait in line and when you get to the counter they put you in the system.

Weedmaps is sketchy because you don't need any certification or documentation to place yourself as a business so I'd say leafly or Google they require all the necessary documentation to make sure they are legal
