Worst shop , poor selection of flower , dry herb that didn't have much smell. Claimed the display weed had been sitting for weeks and the pre capped 8th were better quality.... that wasn't true. Will never be returning here for my medicine.

The manager helped me with my issue and made it so easy to want to return to the dispensary and recommend it to anyone who needs compassion... And quality product.

This is the only place I use.  Always helpful people.  Friendly staff and clean facility.

This is the best dispensary I have personally found in LA. Every product is competitively priced, and even if it's not: if you catch them on the right day: there's a sale going on.My personal day to go in is Wednesday when vape fluid and products are buy one get one 50% off, so naturally that's when I go in.Seriously though, go explore this store and help support them! They are all wonderful staff, and even the elder staff help out the new staff they bring in. Totally a great store.

I've tried so many dispensaries all over LA and this places takes the win every time! Great stuff, professional & knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service and amazing price. I'm so happy i found them!! Also they manufacture their own vape pens and it's the best vape i've ever purchased. Strong and consistent. I prefer flowers but sometimes i get those vape pens bc it's easier to carry around, etc. Go ask them about it :)

This place is by far the best! FRANK is the best, always has a friendly face when you walk in! All the staff members are amazing. They have daily specials. Always recommend my friends to them!

Circle of Hope is the absolute best place for all of your cannabis needs in the valley. This is a beautiful shop with kind employees and a generous selection of products. Harmon was incredibly helpful with addressing my needs and recommended a few fantastic products that I am now obsessed with. I cannot wait to visit again!

It doesn't feel great writing a negative review about a dispensary but, unfortunately, when I got home to check out my purchase I was so disappointed (PISSED!!!) that it motivated me to let others know. I asked a question about a strain of flower (THC percentage) and the answer I received was incorrect. I trusted the budtender as my eyes have an issue reading such small print without straining. So she was wrong either by intention or mistake. Hard to believe it was just a simple mistake as the numbers are right on the container. I have to believe it was either puffery or a flat out misrepresentation. There are too many other dispensaries out there to accept this conduct. I will not be returning.

My favorite shop in all of the area and it's not even close! They have the friendliest staff there, everyone from the security who checks you in to the Bud Tenders who work there! Their concentrate selection is out of this world, they literally have something for everyone! I will for sure be coming back here for their 420 deals (which seem too good to be true)

I was very unhappy with the service I received at the front by the security/ receptionist that I will not be coming back. I made a suggestion to the employee there and the attitude was very unnecessary when it's only to better your business and it was done in a polite manner.

Let's start with the staff friendly and the process is quick ftp was real nice not like most shops in the vally. I love coming here and I get everything I need. The bud tenders and security add so cool that I consider them friends.  Their flowers remains consistent along with basically all their products . I have yet to be disappointed by them but at this rate it doesn't seem possible.  Definitely come back.

If you are a Military Veteran looking for a clinic that provides fantastic service with you in mind, then this is the place for you. Knowledgeable, friendly with plenty of choices from flower to edibles, oils and tinctures. The medicine sold here has been spot on and has not disappointed yet. Highly recommended for any patient.

The check in and verification process went smoothly. When I walked in, Harmony greeted me immediately. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She answered any questions I had for her. They have a wonderful selection inside and they are very well organized.

I wanted to like this place, I did. But I ended up spending $50.00 on a cartridge (which I'm fine with the price) but they never informed me that I needed a specific battery to go along with that cartridge or else it doesn't work. Every other cartridge I own works with the battery I already have. So when I went back to ask for a replacement or refund, they told me there aren't any replacements, no refunds, and  I have to buy a new battery from them. Didn't have cash, and their ATM doesn't work. Sick.I thought I'd give this place a try but they made it pretty clear that they just want your money & don't care about your experience there. Won't be going back & I don't recommend them when there are so many other options out there.

They check your ID when you walk in, so you don't really need a medical card unless you want the tax lowered. The workers there are very friendly, and helpful in finding what you need. If you're a first time customer, you get 10% off ! That made My day lol My friend and I will definitely come again. :)

This was my first time in a dispensary & not my last. I went because of various medical issues. I hate taking prescription medications & researched CBD, hence my visit.From the initial ID request by a pleasant & professional guard to the entry of the actual dispensary, I was greeted with a smile & my Budtender was Awesome!!!! Love this place! Staff are friendly and nice. A little on the pricey side but convenience & staff makes it all worth it.

I want to thank Jenny so much for taking so much time to go over and explain everything to me. I went in there with the most basic idea of what i wanted and she saw me looking like a deer in headlights and totally walked me through everything. I got VET-CBD for my cat and she totally dumbed it down for me so I would know what to do and what to expect. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me and my Cat Boots! When he finishes this bottle i will definitely be back for more and with updated pictures to share!

My coworker recommended this dispensary and I wasn't disappointed! They have a huge selection to choose from and the staff was very professional and helpful. Everything was clean, well maintained and easy to find. Best part of my visit is their prices! I got a discount without even asking and they don't overcharge on the taxes or on the products. Definitely coming back to this place!

The lady that helped me in the front was very nice and very helpful, and I asked questions to what she thought was best and gave me options and explained things throughly, and gave me a discount since it was my first time, will be returning, and guy upfront was nice as well and helpful as well, would recommend!! And i saw that they have deals for each day of the week

*Utterly Impressed* I've been to this shop many times in the last 2 years as a resident of Northridge it was my local shop. I can say without any doubt that you will have trouble finding the perfect balance of price, value , and service anywhere else...There have been at least 3 occasions where the staff has gone extra mile to make sure that I left happy. Even though I moved to Pasadena Circle of Hope has a lifetime customer in me. Shoutout to the OG at front desk security and the manager Mercedes. I appreciate your extraordinary service.

The staff has always been great but today will be the last day I shop here. As you can see in the picture, the security guard does NOT wear his mask. Heck freaking no is this acceptable!! I come here to get what I need for this cancer that I'm fighting but it's not worth the risk coming here. Time to find a new shop!! Shame on you mr.

The quickest way to summarize what makes Circle Of Hope such a lovely and wonderful place is it really celebrate the healthy and communal nature of cannabis it's modern day approach to a very ancient way of taking care of your body and mind. This isn't about loading up stoners so they can get high and play video games. they actually are genuinely promoting but the medicinal interpreting and the therapeutic use of cannabis in a very responsible way.Everyone really cares about the people that come in here they take the time to remember your name and I love absolutely love making you on the spot deals whenever they can. The first thing you might notice is if they are essentially about customer rewards programs because every time you come in here as a customer you're getting a reward. You get the finest and flour the latest and Vape's and pens you get pre-rolls at a deal that literally are such a deal it seems like it's actually a steal.I've loved being a customer and have referred everyone I know to this place I'm not an actual personal cannabis user because I'm living a different life. But I have tried the non THC products that are marketed here and they have helped me with focusing as well as being able to sleep.I didn't realize they were even an option until I came here education product availability and excellent customer service outweigh any lower price because what I get here is VALUE!

The ATM SHORTED ME $20. Then the manager had to audit the machine while I waited. She found that the ATM DID short me $20 but didn't bother so much as apologizing. ALSO, THE SECURITY GUARD HAD A FULL ON AGUMENT WITH ME TELLING ME IT WAS OK I WAS SHORTED BECAUSE IT HAD HAPPED BEFORE TO SOMEONE ELSE! Word to the wise, don't waste time here just to be cheated! I did get my $20 back but only because I had the receipt and went straight from the ATM to the register. To SOH, try acting more professional, and get a legitimate ATM.

These people are always super friendly and hook it up!! Try the Left coast brand, ima huge fan of the cartridges myself :)

This review is long overdue, this shop is such a good spot for new and returning customers. Great deals and easy going staff. Kaylin is always courteous and patient when it comes to finding me the best product. The flower and the edible selection is huge, you won't walk away disappointed.

This is a 2 star spot at most, just due to how pricey and expensive they are. The quality is pretty much the same quality you can find at any dispensary nowadays, except they are way more overpriced here. I decided to give them a try because they are close to home and I've never been here before, but I regret coming here instead of going to my usual spot. I was ready to spend over $100 for sure, but when I saw how little products I would get I decided to spend a minimum amount and just save time and money and hit my regular place tomorrow. Another thing I didn't like is that this place is cash only, and they charge you a $2 fee just for pulling cash out of their ATM inside, just about every other dispensary I've been to nowadays accepts cards and it just makes things so much easier not having to touch dirty cash, especially with Covid 19 still being a thing. The staff here are very friendly though, and they do have a decent selection of products. If you really don't care and just want quality products and a decent experience, then this spot will deliver that for you. If you're like me and you want the best deals on the best quality then I would advise you to stay away from this spot, there's other shops around that have better deals on similar quality products with the same or better service. TL;DR This spot is pretty overpriced, albeit they have good customer service. If you want good quality at good prices, go somewhere else.
