The two bald guys in there couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful! The store was clean and orderly! The selection was awesome and they really know their inventory! I mentioned a knee injury and they recommended a great cbd cream and didn't try to push the most expensive one on me! They recommended the one that cost half and said it worked just as well! Great experience!

Terrible weed shop with unfriendly employees. The security guard stands outside the front door. It's very intimidating and doesn't create a good environment for customers, not only of Ike's but the other businesses within the strip mall. There are plenty of wonderful weed stores in the same area in Lake City to patron - don't waste your money here.

Rylan was a great Budtender.  Very pleasant and patient!  Not all of Uncle Ike's staff have that kind of attitude.  I would give this trip to Uncle Ike's a 5 star rating.  They may want to put Rylan in charge of customer service training.

I have been to Uncle Ikes for a few months now. Everybody from the Doorman who checks your I.D. to the Budtenders are very nice.

I appreciate the health and safety measures they take, along with some dope daily discounts and the staff is always friendly.

first time here and i'm impressed! it's clean, organized, and covid safe! they have a great selection and most importantly good suggestions from the awesome staff. matthias was very knowledgeable of their products and helped me with all of my questions. Was sold 2 extra items that was not on my online order, tried to call and explain to manager and was told about buyers remorse and nothing came of help. The bud tender made fun of me for one of the dab choices. Once home I realized I never placed that dab on my online order. I explained I was a good distance away now and was told all I could do was come back to return the items but nothing would be done for the inconvenience.... will not be returning...

Just recently moved to the area and have made this place my new weed store. The people there are always helpful and kind. Bee is a great bud tender and Paul is an awesome security guard! They deserve raises.

There's something super off about this place. I moved here from LA last year & it was the first dispensary I went to before going to Herbn Elements across the street & the security guard (big white dude bald head) proceeded to show me a video of burning cop car & I've never seen ONE Black employee in there. I thought maybe he just thought it was wild or something & the bud was okay so I went back but definitely not a friendly staff, their discounts are small compared to the other dispensaries for ordering ahead (5% on $10 or more) it's 15% off at Herbn Elements no matter the price AND at 365 recreational, you get 10% off plus happy hour if it's happy hour. If you're looking for great customer service, cool little perks, & great bud literally go to any of the neighboring dispensaries.

Great store that almost always has exactly what I want.   On the rare occasion that they don't have my selection the budtender Nadine has helped me to find a perfect replacement. Oftentimes her selection is even better than what I had originally intended on purchasing.   The Lake City location has incredible deals making it the only store that I go to on a regular basis.

Came in here on Wednesday evening, great vibes and energy. S/O to Liz for hooking us up with the bowl piece that best for our needs! We will be back!

Matthias was extremely helpful and helped my husband and his friend. He made them feel very comfortable and as we recently moved here and they were new to the whole process.

They ALL have been great but BEE!! She's helped me a few times and always knowledgeable. Great selection and always quick for online orders!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live 5 minutes from this place so I come here very often, every single time I come here I wait outside for over 15 minutes in the freezing wind/rain, get blasted by their bodyguard's cigarette smoke, and then this time the cherry on the top was their bud tender cussing me out telling me to go back outside and look at the menu so he can help someone else since I "am just fucking standing there looking at the menu" because he was too stoned to pull up a pesticide free indica for me that was in my price range and I had to tend myself. It's a dispo bud, you have one job. I will never return to any of these stores and will forever bad mouth this disgusting company.

The staff here is always so welcoming from the moment you walk into the door. I drive from greenlake because honestly most of the shops don't have what I want. Matthias has always been one of the most helpful bud tenders. He's introduced me to a lot of awesome strains that have helped me with old injuries and pain. I really appreciate it. Every time I have gone to an Uncle Ikes, the people who work there are always wo helpful. The last time I left, Brittany took the time to recommend me different flowers and edibles that I am happy with. She and the rest of the workers were helpful and knowledge of the product! 10/10 recommend

The security guard Paul is such an amazing person and kind person! He always makes me not only feel welcome but answers all my questions and has he best recommendations! He's alwesome!

Loved my first visit here. The lady with the glasses who helped me is sweet, the security guard seems like an all-around great guy, and the other staff members seemed chill, also.. Definitely will come back to this place instead of the others I’ve been to. -Papa John’s guy lol

I love the budfolks, and Aaron the security guard, and much of what's carried, but I may need to change my shopping habit -- they no longer carry Mobius Blood Orange here (or any Uncle Ike's) and it's the best stuff! Gonna have to start looking around I guess. Says nothing about what they have and who they are, just need something they've chosen not to offer.

2 for 1! Ben and Bee were amazing! I had a leaky cartridge and some machine error on the sku number left them unable to process the switch. They both took their time and by some weed fairy magic they were able to get me a new cartridge. I love this shop, and the people make every experience a great one!

These guys not only have a great selection but their crew know how to help you get what your looking for. Have selection at all price points it would seem. Gone in multiple times, helped by Kate and Bee, both of which were polite, helpful, and found me some good s#!t. Parking/line can get busy during peak hours.

The security guy Paul at the door. Is the best! He's always got a great suggestion for me, which I always love. He is Always really friendly has an amazing attitude even out in this heat! Always have a great chat waiting in line. Thank you Paul for making my experience a great one. :)
