Raneisha helped me out big time! Was very inviting, kept a smile on her face and knew what she was talking about ! S/O to her!!!

First time in a dispensary. My niece from out of town has a medical marijuana card and wanted to buy a few things so I came in with her. I take meds for a medical condition and want to try something else. Miranda helped us and answered all our questions and gave recommendations on edibles and baked munchies. She was very nice and knowledgeable. We purchased a few and tried some drinks too. I would come back here and recommend people to come here as well.

Truth be told I ain't fuckin with this place no more most they weed be some skunk ass chemical tasting nasty ass weed

They cool. The staff is nice but whoever purchased the company sucks. They're greedy and it shows. They rarely have anything affordable. Who wants to spend 60$ and 1/8th and it be some whack weed. Plus you can only use there debit system if the purchase is 15$ or more. If not, you have to get cash. It's annoying to be told I have to spend more money.

*MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENTS *                                        The absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to. There is no curbside pick up that's number one! Who is managing this place! Management needs to realize that people don't just go to purchase cannabis products for fun they do it for medical reasons. The pathetic express order line is incredibly backwards and so unorganized. On a Saturday night when they know it's going to be crazy busy they have one person picking up your product and checking you out while another employee is packing the stuff in the back. The gentleman packing the things was hustling Elijah or whatever his name is was the only one ringing people up and then there was this other joke of an employee that was just wasting time.  He helped one person and decided to close up his window after there was a full on line. I called attention to say hey there's a big line can we get somebody else to jump on. He walked away from a busy line and he's just pretending to do stuff but he's doing nothing at all! My family member who has cancer, crying and in pain was in the car waiting for me to buy what she needs and go back. There was absolutely no sense of urgency, or care. We dropped about $500, never again will be coming back to this place. You are the "Walmart" of dispensaries.

I came to Vegas for my Birthday yesterday, I love the lights and the crystal shop!! Been to a few dispensaries here and loved them. Well it turns out I for got my back up bag at home and smoked thru my wax already!!! ugh late at night but thank god its Vegas!!! So I found Reef drove down and loved the place immediately! The ambience was exhilarating ( I love shopping for pot)  , when it was my turn to be helped I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly man., I remember his name was so unique hopefully I spell it correctly.....Honay  ( I think) I wanted something different , mind u im a home grown cali girl .... not those fake ones but I know my stuff.... and so did he ..he was informative, friendly and had beautiful blue eyes. Please do let him know...he was outstanding and I have already recommended your store to my friends who go down frequently , just because of his service.thank you Honay you were a pleasure:)

Been Coming To Reef Since The Beginning Of The Year,This Is One Of The Most Affordable Dispensaries.If You Are A Beginner When It Comes To Smoking MarijuanaI Reef Is The Perfect Place To Go. At Reef The Staff Is Really Helpful And Walks You Through It And Gives Recomendations And Tips. The Lines Are Never That Long And You Can Look At A Menu If You Do Have To Wait.

They need to do something about all the people in the parking lot asking for "donations" i got hit up by 5 people just walking to the door and back to my car! Makes me not want to go there.

Can I just say I.. my fiance in who does not smoke stopped in to get Me something to get me threw the day... Arez is who helped him and can I say he knows exactly what he is talking about ! He recommend a sativa preroll normally it gives me anxiety ... this made me feel amazing I had so much energy and no anxiety.. thank you so much for helping him and being knowledgeable!

Since we moved this has been our go to place. Everyone we've met has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not afraid to ask each other for help if they are unfamiliar.Pricing is great. It has a wide open feel. Many different products, and different flavors. It's not The Apothecarium, but I'm sure we'll grow to love it!

I love the Reef they have great costumer service. They have great price. Very knowledgeable and helpful. You can use your card which is convenient. I drive out of my way cause I love the vibe!! The one thing though is their vape cartridges seem to be getting more and more empty the last three I've bought. It's unfortunate that there vendors don't fill as they should cause if it keeps happening I'm going to have to take it somewhere else and I don't want to...

I was a loyal customer of the reef for years. Spent alot of money here too... Then they hired Jeremy, who in my opinion, is a racist. Him and his little Yes Boys like to bully and harrass the mostly black customers... Even the black Yes Boy.... Horrible customer service

Literally went here first time yesterday and we were greeted by a very nice security (typically feel like some securities at dispensaries are cranky lol) Once we waited in line, a girl by the name of Naomi helped us out! She was super humble and made some great suggestions! She showed us what deals were going on so that we were able to get a good deal.Very pleased with this shop and pleased with how well she was helping us out.Definitely coming back here again.

The most awful customer service! I have been purchasing from here all the time today I went here to purchase something and go crazy all day but they pissed me off right at the time of buying! I was waiting in line I didn't notice if the guy called me or not I went there and the lady I don't know her name shouted on me and treated me very bad and she been very rude to me then guards showed up all the guards tried to be rude with nobody had smile or no body been nice to me, LARA the so called manager she didn't value my time and told me to go and buy from elsewhere, I told her all the story but she defend her employees not the customer, I wish I could rated them 0 star but I am not able I will never ever buy from here again and I highly don't recommend it to any body they just value your money not you!

I'm concerned about the outstanding teammembers who have been furloughed. The weed at this location is thee absolute worse I've experienced by far. I paid for all topshelf & received outdoor low quality bud. I'm very disappointed to say the least. Will never shop here again.

Fast service and great staff.  The prices and discounts for locals are far better than other shops we've shopped around.

Shout out to Naomi and the staff at Reef. The 5 stars are for customer service. In my opinion that is what distinguishes dispensaries from just ok to excellent. They all carry similar quality products now with decent prices. Have your ID ready before entering. They check it for authenticity. Then you wait in line until a staff member can assist you. They have laminated menus with the current product availability. Naomi answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed.  And just when I thought after my years of marijuana education, I still managed to learn something new. Kudos for a pleasant and relaxing buying experience.

Long wait time, long check out time and expensive for concentrates. Mediocre weed for high price. Also your going to get solicited in the parking lot by people selling whatever it is their selling that day.  Last time I got some cologne so the guy would leave me alone.  I would think that with all the competition they would be better.  They claim they are the best dispensary? Yea maybe if you're a rookie and don't know any better you would think that.  The K Kush is good but it's always out or they just have pre-rolls.

Wow!  Times are changing and I'm glad I stopped by here to check out the dispensary to see what it's all about.  When you walk in you can either go to the "medical" or "recreational" line.  Walk towards to the back and wait to be called upon.  Different flowers to choose from and the budtenders seems very knowledgeable. They also offer creams  for pain (Canna Hemp) and edibles (cookies).  Glad to see dispensaries that offer treatment to people in need.

I bought a thc mist spray that was broken when I opened it. There was no product left inside. I tried to reach out to reef costumer service but never received a call or email back. Dont plan on doing business here anymore. Waste of money and my time.

I bought the Blue Maui cartridge from this place. I really wanted to like this place because it is a very convenient location for me however, I don't know if I got a bad batch or what but it unfortunately has got to be the worst tasting cartridge I've ever had. There was no sweet fruity taste to it at all like the usual stuff I get, insteajust a very bitter stale taste that left a bad after taste. I would return it but I'm not really sure if they even have a return policy. I'll have to take my losses and check out the many different dispensaries here in the Valley. Also if it couldn't get any worse the cartridge leaked and clogged causing a sticky situation.

They claim to love on Vet's with a 10% discount, but every NV resident gets the same discount...and they don't stack discounts. ALL their discounted items are super dry. Staff is over-patronizing to the point comes across as fake. My search for the best dispensary for veterans continues. UBER DRIVERS BEWARE...NO REWARDS PROGRAM!

Computers went down ... transaction took longer then expected . Strain booklet had no pics so u make a choice just off of prices and thc content . I like to see my bud prior to purchasing #ijs

One of the best Dispensaries in Vegas for sure! Been going to Reef since they opened for Medical Card Holders in early 2016 and have never been disappointed! Reef always has a great selection at prices that you can't beat! Really love their Tryke brand of products and Strains. They have their own line of Strains that are just awesome like Khalifa Kush, Pie Hoe, Louie Fruitton, Lemonage, and more! The prices at Reef are really competitive and they always have great product on sale. Great selection on Flower and Edibles. I love their Concentrates, but they could stock more from other manufacturers, they have a great selection but it's all by their brand Tryke. Really would like to see some product from MPX, City Trees, Remedy, Vader, Cannabiotix. Reef is run like a real professional Dispensary, I literally go to Reef on a weekly basis and always walk out with exactly what I wanted at the price that was advertised. Other Dispensaries always have a problem with their In-Stock menu and pricing, you ask for something you wanted and you get "oh sorry that's out of stock some guy just grabbed the last one!" or you go to a Dispensary because they have a good price on a certain product, or just because they have a certain strain you wanted, and the menu says it's in stock at this price but in the end it's really not in stock or the price is advertised wrong. This literally happened to me every single time I visited Jenny's Dispensary. NuWu Dispensary is even worse when it comes to In-Stock menus. I would walk out every time with something else then what I originally came their for. I know it's sounds like bull, but this has NEVER happened to me at Reef Dispensary. Other dispensers still don't give you a price that has the tax included, so you sit there trying to do the math on how much your purchase is going to be! Most people like myself have a budget so it's really annoying when that happens. Reef has a great Rewards Program and Locals Discount that almost wipes out most of the State Taxes! Reef also does a Discount on Wednesday's for customers who have a Sheriff's Card or Cannabis Work Card. If you haven't been to Reef or are looking for a good Dispensary this is the place! I'll be a Customer for the foreseeable future and I can't say that about most businesses I frequent!

Responded to the request from the owner, nothing happened. Here's the receipt with the cashier and date. Btw, when I left, so did who I came with, they didn't give their money or get his products because Nicholas was too busy talking crazy to notice he missed the other order- he wasn't interested in sticking around. Update 2: after apparently seeing the last update I got an email requesting my phone number and name and that's it. Great job, they wasted more of my time and I'm not encouraging any of my friends and family to go there and have to listen to insanity and bull from the owners, even if I have to drive them elsewhere. There is tons of dispensaries. Apparently, they aren't worried. I'm not either.

Great, friendly, fast service. Open all night so how can you beat that. They do close for 1 hr. to sanitize the facility making it safe (Corona Virus) .

I go to this dispensary even though there are closer dispensaries. I always have a very satisfying experience, and I love your pre rolls because they are larger than other dispensaries   Last week Margarita B was my bud tender. She was so exceptional! So informative aNd patient.  I was undecided and she reassured me to take my time. She should be commended for her excellent work.

THE PLUG!These guys have a great selection and awesome service! Everyone is very knowledgeable and welcoming, even when it gets busy it doesn't feel like a long wait because of the great ambience they have going on. Shoutout to RANEISHA!! Hooked it up and made my day! Keep up the great work guys!!

Security was nice , but bud tender Lawrence SUCKS! It was my first time & I asked for the the strongest indica options , he showed me a couple options being that we can't smell them right now  then came back with something he raved and ranted about , I decided to go with his suggestion It was pure garbage and worst part is .... I bought a half oz of this bullshit huckabee. I suggest he gets retrained. First experience was horrible. Over priced garbage.

Weed was super Dry. Worker told me it was a fresh batch never would come back. It's super expensive for weed that's not that great.

Positive : They sell cannabis Negatives : budtenders at this location literally are just cashiers. Yes they may smoke weed but have zero clue about the product they sell. Reef is known for Khalifa Kush and I asked not one , but three budtenders about that cross that makes up this strain. Not one of them had a clue. I find this absolutely insane as this is the companies flagship home brand. They should know this info while sleeping. I also asked for a detail on the terp profile and they got an attitude and said they could print something out if I needed it. I felt as if I was bugging them and they were looking at me like don't hold up the line. Now when it comes to the weed... I won't say much as mostly all weed in souther Nevada is pretty much trash.. yes it was brittle, yes it was dry, no it didn't come well packaged or even contain a humidity pack seeing they are selling weed in the desert. Also I can't respect a shop that has zero clue as to the bud makeup but yet have the audacity to sell weed and place it in categories of "dank, dankest and whatnot.. they obviously gear the market towards tourists and the demographically ghetto people of north Las Vegas and surrounding lower class areas.

Love this Reef location!!Went in and had Izamary as my bud tender & she was very knowledgeable on all the products! I was able to let her know what I was going in for and she suggested the best items for me. Loved her energy and customer service. Will be back

Ever since my very first time stepping into Reef I have had a great experience. I have never ever left unhappy. At first it was a little overwhelming getting to know the different types of strands, but with Felipe's help, I have really gotten to know what makes my body feel good. Felipe is always courteous and patient. He remembers what my favorites are and he always has a smileOn his face. Thank you Felipe for being family.

Terrible experience. Bought a cartridge last night. It ended up being garbage. Separated, thought maybe it was just the flavoring and oil seperated. It tasted horrible.  A burnt taste. My throat was irritated from the few puffs of it. I brought it back this morning. I talked to the manager Chase. I figured since they're pretty known for there customer service, they would correct the issue...since they sold me a bad cartridge. He explained all sales items are final. Still irritated, but I can understand that. But then he tells me that's most likely why it was on sale. So all of their sale items are either bad or defective? Terrible customer service experience.

Let me preface that marijuana was never my thing but I just recently discovered gummies for sleep. Anyway, I moved away from Vegas years ago before the dispensaries so this is a  new concept for me. This is close to my folks' home and I wanted to stop by before going back to Florida (not recreational yet). The  building and area aren't bad. Security guy wasn't very friendly but I wasn't there to be his friend anyway. Our budtender, Simone, was very helpful. I wanted Mary's Muscle Freeze and they were out and she helped me locate another location (weed map, who knew?) I did get some gummies and promised that when I come back to Vegas, that I'd bring cookies to share.

Was a very pleasant purchasing experience, I'd have to say.  From the friendly greeting by the doorman/guard, to my Bud Specialist, Mercedes. She was not only friendly but empathetic to my story, my needs and what would work best for me. I totally plan on going back. I learned a lot from her, as well.  Looking around the shop, the entire staff seemed to be connected to their patrons I've been back time and time, from Joseph the budmaster, totally knowledgeable about sales and my needs, to tonight with Felipe(at the pick-up window) everyone is so friendly, personable and willing to help.  Keep up the awesome job, everyone

Paris is WONDERFUL. Sometimes lines can be super long. But what do you expect when customer services is very good, and product is bomb! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! I suggest to preorder to avoid lines if you're impatient like myself. Over all this place is great. Both locations!

Once again Angelo comes through with a perfect pick. Thus is my second review,  as my last one needs an edit.  I always forget Angelos name which resulted in me giving Nico his credit. I'm sure Nico is great but Angelo is an ABSOLUTE UNIT.  Angelo, Miranda, Jen, y'all truly make my day brighter every time I have the pleasure of seeing you. Thank you.  Stay awesome.

Always try to go on Wednesdays. There's something called Las Vegas Industry Weds. You have to have a working card that shows you work in Vegas. I have a Food Handler's Safety Card and that works. That along with being a local. I also suggest getting a Medical Card. If you get an ounce of Black Tier marijuana it comes to about $155-$160. The bud tenders here are actually knowledgeable about the strains, and and they usually deserve a tip. If you're unsure of what you want, and you want to know THC%, CBD%, and the amount of terpenes, ask for a printout of what you want. If you don't know what a printout is, your bud tender should. Also, if you ever have a problem, management is really nice. If you ever buy cartridges or disposables, you have 3 days to try it, make sure it's not defective and that it works. If it doesn't work, you have those 3 days to return it. Also, if you haven't tried Khalifa Kush, I recommend it in cartridge form. If you're a medical patient with a medical card, I recommend RSO 1:1 Indica. They do stack discounts. If you didn't get stacked discounts, ask for the manager. They'll fix it.

Best dispensary we've been to in the city, super quick lines and easy process for choosing your products. Only issue was how unbelievably expensive and different weed shopping is from Washington State, not their fault but man is it steep ($24/$32 after tax for .5G of Oil)!

I used to love this place but as the workers change so that the quality of the place and the product ....the workers have been so rude lately you have to pay for a bag every single time even if you forget it like they can't tell that you bought 20 bags that's getting a little ridiculous I understand it's a business but if you want to charge more money for flower Pre rolls  and bags then make sure the pre-rolls a rolled correctly the last 20 times I can't even get high because you can't really get any smoke you need new rollers they also not very informative of their own product and honestly there's so many registers there's no reason to have a line at the door if you were formative you let them know they have a problem you helped him choose and  get them out so everyone can go about their day ppl can't spend  half the day standing on the line  I'm not sure if the employees i are high coming to work but we need to speed it up in there

Man! I'll probably never come here again honestly. I used to shop at this Reef all the time but the quality is just going down hill. I'll start off with the flower.....why is your flower not sealed? Leaves way to much room for tampering, however it does explain why it was so dry. I got a gram of Orange Zkittles which was so dry it just turned into a powder. Tasted horrible and only thing I got out of it was a headache. Now, the concentrate, I got a half gram of the GG # 4 "shatter". Came in a nice box, packaged very nice. However, why in the world would you put "shatter" in these little glass jars?  Its terrible! The "shatter" isnt even shatter like consistancy anymore, and a lot of it stays stuck to the jar. Your ripping your customers off with those jar. The nail in the coffin though was the terrible customer service. Absolutley no one greets you. The security gaurd looked half asleep on top of the fact that some employees where so blatant about not wanting to help people in line. There where at least 9 people on the floor. 2 of them did look like they where counting drawers and actually doing something, 3 of them where actuallyon registers helping people, 1 of them looked like she didnt want to do anything so she was fiddling with things on the racks but glancing at the growing line, another was pretending to straighten up the grinders and Raw cones displayed in the front but was actually on her little smart watch texting away, and the other 2 (one which Im assuming is a manager cause of the black polo shirt) where having their own little conversation off to the side about the weekend while 8 of us where in line. What was most frustrating is the manager keeps looking back at the line while having the conversation but doesnt stop help his team. Not only until he was done with his personal conversation probably because the other employee walked into the back did he choose to help. Just disappointed all around!

I normally like Reef more than most of the dispensaries out here, but my last experience on 4th of July was beyond unprofessional. I had to deal with a girl servicing the express line - Coriann - she was real snappy from the beginning. She didn't let me know she was open, I was looking at the guy in front of me and he kept pointing to his right but i didn't see anyone sitting there. Once I started walking towards that side she was still sitting there trying to organize herself. Long story short she got an attitude with me because REEF has my mother and I mixed up in the system. Any other time i come in and the system has my order under my mothers name the reps will normally apologize and correct everything and still have me out the door in no time. Coriann made it a huge deal, had an attitude about it and was like "I helped your mom the other day, so you ordered under her - you need to make sure you are putting your name and not your mothers" and was upset because she had to take the tags off and re-ring up the order. FOR ONE!, you were texting my number not my mothers, if you look in the system she is registered under a totally different number! I'd have to say that I am very disappointed with the service i received on a Holiday and was going to spend $250 on pre-rolls. Because of her nasty attitude I walked out. I will never recommend Reef to anyone. You can go to Blackjacks (waaaaay better prices) OR stupid Planet 13 lol. Good luck all!!!

So I went here again last night. Smh, because they are open late. I spent 45 minutes standing in line needing to use the restroom but unfortunately their restrooms were out of order. Okay, no biggie, ish happens. But to stand there for 45 minutes.. I walked i. At 1:11 I got to my car at 1:58. Holy crap guys. I could clearly see employees standing around talking to each other between the bud racks and by the back wall, okay whatever. But 45 minutes in line.. and I could hear the people behind me becoming upset. Which was annoying to listen too. Like I'm already annoyed I don't want to hear your complaining.. but ok. Then I get to make my purchase. Before I Pt I realize the price is higher than expected, so I ask about it. He then tells me the computer made some error and he'll fix it. He fixes it. But what if I hadn't caught it? So then my card declines twice. He suggests maybe there is a hold or a block on my card. No there isn't. So I check my account, no charges. So I ask to proceed with cash instead. All the while doing the potty dance because I had to pee. Good lord guys. I mean idk what the issue was.. but 45 minutes to stand in line, for all that. Moral of the story. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.

Wanted to by an ounce of KK but they only had them prepackaged in grams so because of that they wanted me to buy 28 individual grams at the $17 gram price?? The Reef on the strip never does this. Just missed out on a $400+ sale. On top of that, the budtender that helped me knew nothing about cannabis.

WARNING!!!They have a few security gaurds that act like they want to shoot you if you don't leave your back pack on the floor even after they check it for weapons. The last time I went two gaurds gang up on me, yelling at me. I honestly think that Reef dispencery staff could care less about a great experience. The manager told me its a safety precautions. That does not give security the right to yell at me, and upset me. I'm going back to Top Notch where I feel safe and can shop in peace without security pretending to be real cops.

Ryan N. Is the best in customer service and all around perfection in what a bud tender should be. If anything you need 100 more of him. He's funny, he's amazing , he's very helpful. If you haven't been to reef visit him on Wednesday's! He rocks! Definitely a great experience with him

The people working here are beyond incompetent. Many of their employees have a really awful "buy something and get out of here" attitude. Customer service is not there. They don't know much about what they sell but act like they do with such arrogance. The only decent thing about it is their prices. There's usually a long wait here as well so save yourself some time and shop elsewhere. Worst experience I had here was when an employee tried to keep my change. Still had it in her hand and said "have a good day." When I pointed it out she was embarrassed because she knew what she had done was wrong. Never coming back

I've been to Reef quite a bit and other dispensers. Reef is great but it's become the tourist spot so it's crowded as hell at random times. They scan your license at the door which I never understood but was honestly never comfortable with that process. Their bud tenders are great, they have a good selection of flowers, concentrates and edibles. But their prices are so dam high its unmanageable for me now. Since they get so much tourist traffic they can basically charge whatever they want and still make profit. But $60 for a HALF gram of top tier shatter is bonkers. They've got $50-60 eighths but I've had them come out to 3.2 on avg and lowest ever was 2.9grams. Bottom line, this place is for tourists not locals. Check out Apothecary on the west side and you'll be blown away at the difference --free pre-roll for 1st time visitors!Update: latest problem is they never have what I need in stock. They must sell out in hours or just don't order enough. Found a great product but haven't been able to get it again because it's never in stock. Most frustrating thing ever.

It's a great dispensary- good deals but the parking lot is like a flea market. For someone who boasts about having the best security, they don't really show that representation....  people selling me cologne, homeless people asking for money as soon as I walk out the door....

My man and I went in today to just pick up some small items since we were on that side of town. Ended up getting an amazing budtender, Kelly. She was nothing but great to us. She gave us her recommendations on the buds and had so much information about everything we had questions on. She greeted us with a smile and let us leave with a smile. Hands down one of the best budtenders in town.  #StayHigh

Yesterday around 5pm i placed a order thru the express pickup for an cartridge and a 5pck of pre rolls when i show up i ask the cashier coreyann(maybe mispelled) about a promotion for a free edible she informed me that she cant get up and go get the edible since i didnt ask for it over the phone and told me to go wait in line which had about 20 people in the line when i got up to the counter the MOD Rhys heard my complaint and didnt offer to do anything for the inconvenience this isnt the first time ive had issues

Customer Service was great!!! Ask to see Ms.Raneisha,.. she was so polite and answered every question we had about the products or the company. A little pricey,..but the service she offered alone, along with the swiftness of the line moving will have me as a returning customer. Oh and the product I purchase was great too!!

I felt like I was going home going into this place beautifully set up great helpers easy in easy out not exactly the best area in town but I made it out alive

FTP here today & was treated quite well! Checking in was fast & easy & the staff was tremendously friendly. Went to this place for the first time and I don't care to return. The guy at the counter asked for my ID about 4 times. It seemed like he thought I was suspicious or something. He kept asking a lot of questions and wasnt helpful in helping me find the right product.  I dont even know if I purchased  the product I was looking for. I didnt feel too welcome to do business so next time I will try some place else.

This place is very professional, clean, and quick. I just wanted to say that my cashier Olivia was very helpful and generally pleasant. I will absolutely be coming back!

So I've never smoked weed in my life and I got recommended to this store. When I walked in it was hella packed and  Naomi made the process so easy, she explained everything from the different strains to what the terpenes meant. So it was worth the wait.

Just popped in to grab some pre-rolls day after my birthday and Tiffany showed me nothing but love. She's really nice and easy going. Gotta' love people that bring that energy to the table. It's somewhat hard to find these days. She should definitely be rewarded for her service.

This place is the best dispensary I have been to thus far! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Love love love the fact that tax is included in the price, so you have no surprises when you get your total. Great selection and prices are fair and they are open 24 hours.

We've been loyal customers since this location opened. Before it expanded into the new local. We recently bought a couple cartridges and a new pen for 420 as they were running a buy two get one special. We just now need up opening the last cartridge and it is completely sealed and everything but the cartridge is used. We're extremely disappointed and upset by this. We thought better of you.... debating on going back. Obviously someone is up to no good there. Hope they get caught before they upset some more loyal customers.

Reef Dispensaries is another all time favorite dispensary to walk into and get product. Do be aware this dispensary also has "rush hours" normally from 4 PM-7 or 8 PM at least with a ton of customer traffic. Reef has some of the lower and better priced flower, and some extremely great strains. The bud tenders are willing to talk and answer questions, find the right strain, edible, or product for you. They are very organized, even in rush hour chaos. Their prerolls are some of my favorites, not gonna name strains, as they all change a lot sometimes, but guaranteed their pre-rolls are fire and will light you up great

After three horrible experiences with Brandee as our budtender, I feel confident in saying she is awful at customer service. For starters, there is no smile, no greeting, nothing from her. However, this evening was the kicker when, while my husband was in the middle of a sentence to place his order, she just walked away to do something else for another budtender. When she came back to the register, she just stared at us like we were aliens and she had no idea why we would be standing anywhere near her. Never again will I use Brandee as a budtender.

It was my first time here and I came with friends. Security checked IDs upon entering the establishment. There were 2-3 windows to your left while you wait in line and also a showroom. I've actually never gone to a dispensary so it was an experience seeing all the different products that they had. The list is in a binder and range from Gum drops, prerolled blunts, and shatter among other things. All types of strains were displayed freely in glass jars and it was just a sight to see to me. The associates here were very friendly and helpful. They give you a sturdy bag displaying their name filled with your purchases and if you bring it back they give you a $1. A little incentive for shopping there. I'll definitely be back to see what other goodies to purchase next.

I've been visiting this place since March and it's only gotten better since my first visit! It seems like everything has improved from the wait times to the friendly staff! One of my favorite budtenders to get served by is Raneisha! She's a super funny individual who always ensures I leave with quality bud and a laugh for the road! There are more associates with similar personalities like hers; even security makes an effort to be friendly and helpful! I'm yet to be disappointed by you guys! Great prices! Nice deals! Awesome staff! Keep it up!

I needed some CBD oil for my twelve year old German Shepherd's hip pain.  I had never been in a dispensary before, but they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.  I had no clue what to get but they were patient with me and led me through the different choices.  I will definitely shop there whenever I need more oil!  Good advice from Dierdre's review to have your ID ready - they check it before you can enter the main store.

I got to reef on a regular basis, I'm alway satisfied with the customer service. They give me free edibles and a joint on my birthday. My favorite weed they have is pie hoe and they always have a lot of it. I can always count on reef.

Okay I been coming here since you guys first open the workers you had were cool and friendly and acted like they enjoyed helping .... now it's all the workers are comfortable and don't treat you with the best customer service and when they try its very forced and it's like we are bothering just not very welcoming and it's sad to see because been coming here since you guys first open customer service need to be improve and phone lines for pick up is TERRIBLE how long can a person be on hold or goEs to voiccemail then when you do get a answer I feel very rushed and unwelcomed.  There are at still some good budtenders but some of them have really bad attitudes i really don't want switch places but I want to feel welcomed..

I have never been treated so kindly or so respectfully by any other human being in my life then the way I have just been treated by Jaime the budtender at Reef. These dispensaries are honestly a racket but it is individuals like these that make one totally disregard all of the inequities of life and society to want to keep coming back simply so that they can have this same type of interaction. This young man should be the type of individual that is promoted and made management so that this same level of Excellence can exude in every one of their sales team.

I have been coming here for along time I was in yesterday. I have always had amazing service every one is so nice . I ask a question about when the high roller is gonna be in I have never been treated so rude and I told her that she said I'm the manager well I don't know how a manager can be so rude and I always tip 5$ she told me how to exit the building even her name is Laura! Such a bad experience .. The absolute worst customer service and attitude ever!!!!

I have been coming to the Reef since 2016 and i have always loved this store. Always good customer service from bud tenders like Chy. I had a very special experience when i dealt with her because she really was able to educate me about the new products i asked her about which other cashiers like Joshua were not. He could only tell me about pie hoe being the best weed in the store and that i didnt know much about anything. He literally told me that. Before he told me i didnt know anything about weed i asked him if he knew what i got lastime but he said it was dumb to look that up. I have never had an experience like i did with Joshua. I was about to leave the Reef and never comeback but i chilled for a second and let the person behind me in line go to him. Thats when i saw Chy calling me over and she totally saved the day with being able to comfort me with a smile and give me exactly what i wanted. I got 2 eights of some good weed that is way better than pie hoe. She had me sold because the myrcene was high and even higher than the pie hoe that Joshua kept recommending after i told him i didnt care for it. Chy really knows her weed so well she inspired me i wish there could be more bud tenders like her who can keep a good name for the Reef and continue to provide excellent customer service. I think Chy really loves her job which is to not just sell the weed but to provide the best weed for the best customer because she values what the customer really needs. So im glad i was patient enough to give the reef a chance because ive been a loyal customer for so long i was able to enjoy the service of Chy at the Reef. She went above and beyond. The Reef is awesome! Trust Chy when buying weed! Trust the Reef!

Does not give kickbacks to Lyft or other drivers for dropping off customers. If you drive for Lyft or uber in Las Vegas and your rider asks to go to reef offer to take them to Thrive instead.

Stopped by reef today, money was short! Ťhey made it happen for me so I left  a very happy camper.  Picked up a few cookie's and a free juice on the way out. Love how they keep some munchies and something to drink!!

I usually have a great time here with my favorite person Matt but this evening the 10-13 people in there with no line didn't even look at us while they conversed among themselves. So I left and went to Thrive, I would pay more any day for proper customer service

They have good stuff but I think they have to work on there customer service. Every time I go there I always have bad service. First I got to say the workers that work there I think there all about there sales. And I got nothing against that but there should be a combine of sales and customer service. So one time I went I wanted to get new stuff so I was looking to paper to see what they got I wanted to try something new I ask the lady about a couple things that they had and she ignore  me she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and like she didnt want to help me out. So I keep asking and nothing than she tells me to move to the side if your not ready. So she can help the other person in line. As a company every team member should know there products. What they sell. And a other time i went there this lady was clueless about the products but she was nice. There was a couple more issues but I'll just leave it at that.

I have been by Reef Dispensaries several times and I'm not very impressed. Torn honestly on 2 or 3 stars. When you walk in they have a line for medical as well recreational or you can go back to the budtender room, which I recommend. The reason I recommend going to the budtender room is because at least then you can see and smell the flower instead of just ordering from the menu. The people working as well the security have always been friendly, but I haven't been impressed with their recommendations on flower. The main problem for me is price, taste and quality. Those 3 things are super important. It's hard for me to understand why so many items on the menu are pricier than places on the strip?! It also seems like it's not the right amount in the jar sometimes and why the heck is there no seal on some of the jars? Every other place I go to gives me product that's sealed. Then there's the taste and quality. I have had flower that smokes real nice from here and looks beautiful and some that just hasn't. The Tryke brand I have purchased here has had seeds in it many times which is absolutely not cool. I have also gotten home and not had what I actually ordered in my bag, but instead some other strain that I didn't ask for. While sometimes the strain has been decent, it's made me have to ask them to show me what they are putting in the bag just so I can make sure it's what I wanted. After experiencing other places in town I can't say I am eager to come back here to Reef. It's fair to mention that they did offer a free pre-roll on my birthday, so don't forget to ask about any birthday deals if you do stop in and they do have a rewards program where you earn credit for each purchase that can eventually be used towards your future purchases.

Stopped by for the first time a couple of weeks ago after spending six loong hours at the DMV.  I had forgotten to bring in my glasses so was unable to look at the menu's provided but my budtender, Chanae, was great. She made a couple of recommendations, one for help in getting some sleep, and another for that good buzz feel while being productive. (At least as productive as an old retired hippy is expected to be ).  Both did as prescribed and I'm looking forward to my return visit.  I had originally came in about 6:00 pm on a Tuesday and was quickly taken care of by Chanae, and was in and out in just a few minutes. Great service, prices, and convenience!

Is it just me, or does it seem like some of the edibles from Reef are so bunk?? I don't know who their suppliers are but I would 1000x recommend the Apothecarium over Reed. More consistent and way more knowledgeable budtenders.

I'm so thankful for reef dispensary, the staff is always great not only that but I bought two wax pens from them the other day ( the disposable ones that come attached to the battery) and for some reason it completely stopped working when I had about a quarter of my wax in it. I felt bummed out, like I had waisted wax which sucked because weed is expensive, but my husband took the pens back and explained the situation and they replaced both my pens for free and gave amazing customer service!! How amazing is that? I don't know of any other dispensary that does that!! I seriously have a dispensary within one min. From my house but I'd much rather drive the 15 min to reef!! They care about you, trust you, take care of you, and defiantly leave you satisfied lol!! Thank you so much reef!! You're the bestest of the best!! Wooohooo!!

I probably one of REEFs #1 customers. Every time I come here there is a long lines. Usually a 30-40 min wait. Which doesn't make any sense. When they 1st started recreational weed here they used to have menus to keep everyone informed of what they had in stock while u waited in line. I think this is part of management strategy to keep the lines REALLY LONG! So it makes it look like they are actually getting business. Prices here are SME of the Highest in Vegas! They do have some nice employees but REEF as a Company Sucks Ass! Do NOT Go There unless u willing to wait 30-1hr. And Yes that with they so called Express lines. SMH! What A Joke of A Company!

I love reef I was on the phone ordering my pre roll ahead of time and I came in to grab it from Latasha and she's said to me next time give me longer then 2 mins to get this ready they only had two people and snapped at me. I was not aware I needed to wait 10 mins to grab a pre roll. I don't mind waiting I just wish she wouldn't have been so rude about it. This isn't the only time she's snapped at me.

2nd time I have been shorted by this location, I called and left a message about it and still haven't heard back. Stopped in on break and picked up 3 pre rolls and 1 gram hashtag. didn't think anything of it , folded the bag and stuffed it in my spot and went back to work. got off work and got home to opem the bag. Only 1 pre roll and 1 hashtag gram but was charged for 3 pre rolls and the 1 gram. also tipped out the bud tender  $4 so now I really feel shorted due to the crazy flower prices. first time this happened it was 2 (1) gram hashtag and when I got home there was only one. So all I gotta say is DOUBLE CHECK YOUR STUFF

I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here. The service is top-notch. I reside in the NW section of the valley, yet I drive all the way over to the N. Vegas location cause the customer service is pretty damn good,  at least in comparison to some of the other dispensaries I've used. I use cannabis for medicinal purposes and most of the staff is fairly knowledgable, but I must say Geri stands out as exceptional. She spent a good deal of time educating me on how to analyze a strain so as to ensure I get the most medicinal bang for my buck.

This is the second time I've purchased pre-rolls from this place and I seriously don't understand how they are okay with the way they roll their joints. When I purchase 3 J's and ALL THREE can't even light up because of how TERRIBLY rolled they were, there is an issue. If it wasn't for the good customer service, I would have given this place 1 star.

After saying hello to the guard out front, and getting my ID checked at the desk in the front, I patiently wait in line with a menu and check out all the delicious inventory. It's very friendly, usually somewhat busy, reasonably priced, and very efficient! I have been here twice now and I have enjoyed everything I have ordered, and the staff is always super helpful along with pleasant, making the whole experience better then my normal shopping.   I do warn you though the later you go in the evening you run more of a chance of waiting in a longer line. so don't expect to be in and out past 6 pm. Will be back!

Parking sucks, then you have to walk all the way around the building to get to the front entrance, just to find out they don't accept the out of state recommendations unless you have a passport. Thanks for wasting my time REEF!

Get it together!!! Walked in for my first time yesterday,  before walking in I had looked at the menu online.  The menu showed it had been updated a few hours before I arrived.  Once I was checked in, I waited for a lil bit before someone decided to take me back, I was currently the only customer at the time.  The bud tenders didn't seem to wanna help me, I asked bout the price on a full Oz.  they informed me that the price was 380 (extremely high), and then they told me it was 360.....when I looked online, it showed the price being 305.  After showing them the prices on the online menu, I was then told the prices were wrong.  Thrive Cannabis Market has a lot better prices, customer service, and selection.

Ryan was very great! We will be going back more often. After visiting a few other local dispensaries, this one was by far the best. The set up was nice, the service was excellent. The prices was way better as well.

Picked up a Lemonade preroll at around  7am this morning and the staff got me in and out quickly. that lemonade sure made packing a ton easier this morning for my upcoming move. Shout out to Reef

Just want to give a huge shout out to one of the employees at this dispo! The ATM shut down while dispensing my money. After showing him proof that I didn't get all the money I requested even though that money was deducted from my account. He made sure I was taken care of. That's some real good customer service!

I go to reef at least once a day for my daily pre roll to end my day. The staff is amazing & im ALWAYS satisfied except today. I bought a Khalifa Kush preroll for $17.50 for 1 gram... we all know this is NOT 1 gram.. Smh really reef?

Had a great experience with an associate that helped me named Ryan N. He answered my questions with ease and assisted me by suggesting I go with a wax that was on sale, so I got an entire gram for $35! Highly recommend this establishment and am a regular.

Laura is very disrespectful and cocky. Did not help whatsoever and Is titled a "Manager". I was given a .5 gram pre-roll that was listed a full gram and when I tried to inform her she was cocky and disrespectful like she was the actual grower making the big dollars. Did not help At all told me there's nothing they can do and if it says a gram it's a gram "I should weigh it"! I go there almost on the daily and never been treated like that so it's not the store it's people that are in the wrong positions. Bad management move !

Professional,courteous,very informative on products. The employees are 1st class. Today Kelly was my budtender and rates at a 10. Explained  questions with detail. I have been going since they opened and will continue. They also have point programs and product is top quality plus Sr discounts.

While the prices might not seem reasonable, expect that coming in as a tourist. Other than that they have a great selection of edibles flower and concentrate. The lady that helped me out was amazing I wish I remembered her name. As an Oregonian, I can say that this is some pretty good bud.

First time. Definitely not like the apothecary I don't know why the security is so tough here.  The whole process of selecting weed and then waiting for the cashiers to dispense it in another room sucks. I felt a little like a dirt bag with all the bullet proof glass. It was weird.  I have only been to the apothecary but this is so different.   Haven't smoke test so maybe it's all worth it.  So far it's been a pain in the ass process.  Good deal for 1st pts. Way better than thrive up the street

We are just so disappointed in this place now, they are failing big time! We chose Reef on Cheyenne as our local neighborhood dispensary, we needed a place we could count on as a steady place we can buy from. We were so excited to discover Goo from Tryke! It is amazing! But they can't seem to ever keep anything good in stock! Its like they still arent prepared, even though its been legal coming up on a year! Tryke is their own stuff too, so you think theyd be able to be consistent with it, but no. The budtenders will try to convince you that the owners/managers listen to what their customers want, they say to go online and post what you really want, cuz they listen and stock it! But that is NOT TRUE! Weve been requesting Goo on their barely ever active social media pages, as well as Weedmaps and nothing. We thought there might be a bright spot since we saw Goo, but no no they werent really listening at Reef because it went to their strip location....for 1 day! Your locals arent going to go down to the strip, they just arent! Its just disappointing to hear our friends talk about how they love their local dispensaries, they always stock just what they need/ask for! Why cant we get one of those dispensaries on this side of town??? (I assure you Jenny's and Reef are no good!) Also, Reef is starting to fall behind online as well! Most dispensaries provide information on their products other than THC! Most people arent just looking for "killer THC levels" anymore....we need our terp profiles! If I see a strain of something I want to try, I have to drive all the way over to Reef, wait for a budtender, ask for a printout with the info (so we can see the terp profiles, harvest date, etc), then we can finally decide on a strain (hopefully, weve left empty handed and disappointed before!)! You have to ask for a printout because the signs displayed on the bud jars are printed soo small, no one can read it! And a bar graph to show terp stats tells me nothing! I cant tell if the myrcene if 7.1 or 9! It could be anywhere in a 2% at least range! Your way of displaying info is just another fail! Im just so disappointed that there is no good neighborhood dispensary for us locals on the NW side of town. One that actually cares about their customers! Reef just leaves so much to be desired, which is disappointing! Weve been trying so hard to love it and call it our own, but they just keep missing the mark!

Reef Dispensaries has been my go to for picking up my MEDS for awhile now. There staff is knowledgeable, have great energy, and definitely put their patients first. I've been to many other dispensaries here in Vegas and have had to wait twice as long to get my MEDS (even when they don't seem busy?) But at Reef they make sure your in and out as quick as possible!! With some free magazines, awesome munchies and refreshments on the way out! Thanks for looking out Reef! Also recommend to try out the sherbert, hashtag concentrates, and distillate cartridges!!!

Reef is the my #1 spot. The day crew always on it. First time gets a free eighth or a gram of wax!! NOBODY else in town does that. Open 24/7 and there's snacks if you get there early enough. (If you complain about the prices, I guess you've never shoped outside of Cali...)I wish that the systems that Nevada uses were more reliable. System froze while I was there but everyone was pretty calm and compassionate about it. Constantly apologizing and being patient.

Dude these guys are awesome. Always super helpful and friendly, good product, simple and fair layout, and oh ya 24 hours is another reason I love this city. So I've been to reef dispensaries in North Las Vegas twice now. The first time I was therewasn't too fond of the atmosphere but once I got to him the person that was assisting me his name is Eli, it made all the difference in the world nice ,informative ,down to earth. I don't know about you guys but for me when I go somewhere I know that there are businesses just like that business all over the place for me it's the service that makes the biggest difference so if you've got great service and the same product I'm gonna go with the great service obviously!!! The second time I went was today and of course I thought Eli again which was great he remembered me which was awesome and another person to help me who is very informative I didn't get his name because Eli came over and we talked but everybody was very very nice very informative !I'm liking Reef NLV more more!

Customer service ladies were very nice and answered all my questions. Also, spoke to the manager about pros and cons of having mm card. The things that i didn't like was i was sold a expired product, and the atmosphere is way too rushed!  If you don't know what you want your dead.

With this second store Reef opened in Vegas, they really got everything right from the get go. Entire staff is super cool, especially Whitney, my favorite budtender ever! She is super nice , patient, and laidback... not to mention beautiful! A good budtender is very important with all of the choices that we now have here in the Valley, so this is one of the main things that I look for in a dispensary! Whitney is the perfect example of what a budtender should be. On to the other most important aspect of a dispensary..The product! I've only tried various Flower from here so far, and all strains have definitely been on point. And they have some of the cheapest prices in the valley, five dollar pre rolls, and they are a full gram! Most places charge up to twenty bucks for a pre roll and half the time its not even a gram! Also, twenty five dollar eighths on a lot of potent strains, again, the only place in Vegas that you will find this price! Sometimes they offer a deal where you can buy four pre rolls and get one free! This has definitely become my go to dispensary. And Ive been in the scene since the early 90's, so believe me when I say this place satisfies all of my needs! Oh, they also sell a single brownie for twelve bucks, another cheapest price in Vegas! Can't say enough good things about this place! Perfect across the board!! Even their carry out bags are unique..a cloth bag  with design instead of a boring plastic white one that all the other dispensaries use! Long live Reef!!

I work swing shift and I'm so thankful this place is 24/7. Great staff. Great security guards. Products are good. Overall always good.

JEEEEEEEEEEEEEESUS CHRIST!  This is what I was looking for.  I am originally from Los Angeles, and moved down to Las Vegas three months ago.  I am looking for a dispensary similar to where I always go in Los Angeles.  And it's amazing how generous this awesome Reef Dispensary - Cheyenne marketed.  I loved everything about the Dispensary.  Even the Sign is HUGE which made it so easy for me to find from the street.  And when I came in, I thought I was in a video game industry office.  Thank you so much.  As a first time visitor, I was blown away by the price, and friendly staff.  YOU GALS/GUYS are totally AWESOME.  Without a doubt, I will come back!  I give this dispensary a 100% A+ good job! And YES I recommend this dispensary to Cali patients.  It's so much worth your time and money.  You know it's mind blowing because this dispensary is by far the best one in Las Vegas.  No other dispensary can beat Reef Dispensary.  Thank you so much for your great help.  To the Owner, Thank you so much for your business.  You kept me alive due to my service in the military.  My stress level is very high and thanks to your medical herbs.  My stress level is constantly maintained.  I appreciate that!  I now have a FAVORITE dispensary.  And I am a loyal customer.  So I will be a regular patient.  Thank you!

So tonight I went into reef and asked for a recommendation on vape cartridges. Looking for sativa, and I was recommended JACK HERER for a .5 cartridge. I came home to find out I was given the wrong cartridge. King Louie the XIII. Not a fan of it what so ever to begin with. I also had bought a couple pre rolls and cannpunch. Never had cannapunch but was referred to try it, so far it's pretty good, But I am not pleased with the mistake that had happened tonight. Usually I get great service and my order is always correct. Hopefully it never happens again because I love reef Dispensaries employees and service and would hate to try and find another great dispensary.

Just a shitty dispensary. The workers are not very friendly, knowledgeable, nor do they give a shit about your satisfaction. It's overpriced, low on stock & they just took away the $27.99 eighths, which leaves $43.99 as their cheapest eighth. Are you serious??? Damn, Nevada sure makes me miss the hell out of Colorado! They do it right out there! This place is a shitshow. The only nice people in there are the security guards. Your shits weak Reef!!!!

Stay away from this dispensary if you like customer service and quality product!!!! I did a phone order for 2 rso oils and was in within 30 minutes of the phone call. All went smoothly or so I thought. I was browsing the menu while they were finishing up to see if I wanted to add anything the total 56. I was told 77 on the phone so was surpised it was so low and asked if it was on sale and they said yes and that my loyalty points also took some off so I grabbed my bag and headed out. As I pulled out of the lot my bag rolled and I realized there was a jar in there and I didn't order flower I promptly did a u turn and went right back in, and was taken to the back to switch it out for what I origanially came in for. Somebody sold the other rso that was supposed to be mine so after trying to sell me stuff I didn't want they get a manager and get my money back. Ok no problem it's busy for rec I get it. So I get my money back and head to the grocery store to finish my errands to find out the 10 they gave me was conterfit verified by the bank as well.  Called them immediately and dealt with Chase he basically told me they don't do cash returns ever uh ya you just did. So then he concedes they did for me but only as a favor because I was so upset. Well duh I'm upset you sold my product that you told me was there waiting then bait and switched it out. Then to add insult to injury was told they would do nothing for me since they've already done so much by fixing their mistake to begin with!!!!!!! I quit buying flower there because there was always seeds and it was dry and low in thc. The rso was the only thing thay kept me coming there. Never again!!!!! I'd rather pay more at any other dispensary for it if it means better service. So they screwed my order up, gave me a fake 10 and still tried to put it off on me. I was actually told come back in and we'll make it right from here on out but your stuck with the fake money we gave you. Now I have to go to metro and file a police report for all this crap!!!

Avoid at all costs. It is the Keystone Light of dispensaries. Instead go to Essence, Euphoria, Shango, or Silver Sage. The products are cheap for a reason. They are terrible quality, and they wear off fast. The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. For starters, the employees show up to work so stoned that they can barely form sentences. The managers claim they are well trained, professional budtenders, yet most days the employee you talk to can't even tell you if the strain you are interested in is a sativa, indica, or hybrid. And if they mess your order up, don't even try to get it fixed. At first they will deny any validity to what you say. Then when you can provide evidence to the error they did to an order, they turn it to you being at fault. Just because you have a product people want doesn't mean you get to be assholes to your customers. There are at least 25 dispensaries in Las Vegas, and you keep going downhill by your poor service practices. If you keep this up, the other dispensaries will run you out of business.  You're welcome.

Hello This place is terrible! I made the mistake of going there Recently for my fav grower CANNIBIOTIX well i bought a quarter for 70 of WhiteWalker og, sounds good right? it sells for 55 an eitgh...... well first the budtender was so rude and annoying, she even said they get bad reviews and when I said that I read them she asked why did i come here,,say wha????? when I asked why the sample she had me smell was the actual Flower I was going to purchase... I said " No no no little miss you walk your happy ass over there and fetch me two fresh 8ths, I didnt understand they dont sell sealed flowers! big RED FLAG, she assured me it was cannibiotix ,  well it wasnt it was dry and didnt smell or taste good and didnt get me blown at all, I called to confront them and was met with a voicemail, Heres the only good part, I was able to speak with a customer service Angel named ashley ,, boy was she smart,funny,knowledgeable, and most of all real!! she told me Sorry and she would personally speak with the little B and to top it off since i wasted 70$ she said i could come pick up ANY gram of my choice, and since i suffer from leg pain she made a great recommend for me...... So guess what I went in there the next day to claim my Gram and was met with another dork budtender who kept calling me "Bro" after I set him straight that i WAS ONLY THERE TO GET MY free G and a two dollar lighter he was extremely Rude and unpersonable and went and got the crap manager who said right infront of me ya this dude aint gettin nothing if he aint buying and i told him exactly what Ashley told me, and addressed him personally so he could stop acting like a little girl, and then i looked at there dry herbs and said I want what was recommended to me, so he went and got girly boy or his name is actually Richard and little rich told me i could only pick from the lowest level of Grams.....wowwwww Ashley literally recommended me this stuff because it is strong in pain reliever Ok i played his little game and picked out high roller witch was recommended to me by the "bud"tender, well guess what he said they only had eitghs so i picked sfv og, little dork went right back and told me they didnt have that, i asked for one more and ....... catching a pattern here? dorkus told me they didnt have grams of that either..... thats when i said get your Manager little bro, Third time I had to speak with this "MANAGER" Richard , he once again told me ashley was misinformed and i could only recieve Gold so I SAID NO RICHARD, i was recommended Rose and thats what im getting pointed to it and once again explained what product was recommended to me and thats what i meant to get, he eventually caved and let me get it after arguing with me and making me look like a stupid begger, tourists with money were looking at me like desperate crackhead as i wear business slacks polo and gold watch, So anyways I phoned Ashley the next day and she called me back and told me no I was supposed to pick from ANY Gram of my choice and apologized and said she would speak with Richard, 20 mins later the phone rings and its Rich with his "apology" I humored him at first and told him how I was there on business and knew what I  wanted and didnt appreciate having to debate him or push for what I needed, He proceeded with what sounded like an ernest apology but after he accused me of trying to abuse there system and take advantage I just lost it, Told him he had no right to call me and I didnt appreciate him calling and would only like a manager or someone higher up to contact me,,, I hung up on him and Ashley called back and said she thought i may have appreciated his call my phone died and I thought I would just let it be.... I wasnt going to review but I honestly feel the budtenders and sales floor associates there are very rude and could care less about the customer, I dont know how these people get these jobs and then i realized... people with heart or passion or general wellness of othesr being a concern is absolutely  not wanted, they need people that are  entry level, have no problem saying No, Have a false sense  of "status" and PotHead, I honestly think having potheads doing this job is horrible they are stupid, entitled, and ignorant people that lack Integrity, and also big Marijuana kind of lacks integrity, and it shows in the business practices, they have something you want and only care about the money thats all, and not a quality product, neither do the growers there are pushing this stuff out as fast as they can to keep up with demand, So if you must Smoke the Dank i say Go to Essence, the dispensary or mmj arent bad but Trust.... You can go to Essence and get Real Canniobiotix premium shelf in its original package, or desert grown farms, they also have a great top shelf for budget friendly but also not skimping u on quality, they give 10 percent local program and the loyalty program is actually worth something, First thing is REEFbadFlowerBadEmplyeesBADBADBADBAD

Horrible weed...Bought flower and prerolls. The flower was okay but the prerolls wouldn't even hit good, I had to break it apart and smoke the weed in my bong.

UPDATE: A Reef representative reached out to me on yelp messages and let me know that the problem was corrected and other incentives.  I really appreciate that.Casey and Liz helped me out today.  They were amazing.  I'm happy to return to reef to purchase my productMan,  I really liked this place. Not anymore.  I called to place an order for 3 packs of Dutcheez that are advertised as $22.50 on Reef's webpage, however the bud tender was charging me the $30 each.  I asked to speak with the manager.  I talked with a person who identified herself as Olivia, "the manager of duty." Olivia was full of excuses: The website prices are old and not up to date, I went to the wrong menu (I was on the link provided for the N. Las Vegas location), the sale ended at 10am (about an hour before my call).  I explained to her that she could look in the computer and see I was a frequent patron and usually spend a lot more on their products. Further more there was not an end date on the advertisement.  I gave her an opportunity to make it right, but she was unwilling to provide their product at the rate advertised on Reef's website.  The I was called rude.  Makes me doubt that she was even a manager.As I told Olivia...you've lost my loyalty and business.  May not mean much to Olivia or Reef, but that's money being spent at a competito

I moved so I haven't came here in a long time but Arez definitely was a big help on informing me the deals and gave his opinion about the product I bought. He was not wrong, everything was awesome! Great customer service every time I go in! Love this place

Super convenient. I always place my orders online  because I hate waiting in lines and believe me they always have a giant line.

The budtenders are very nice and knowledgeable Everytime we go in. Rewards points add up fast! Even when busy we've never had to wait super long they move very efficiently. Security is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They usually have good specials and the gear is awesome!

Overall. I generally like this place. Decent prices and product.However, watching their employees bullshit with customers for 10+ minutes while the line is out the door, is completely unprofessional. They need to make a rule that if people dont know what they want when they get to the counter, they get bumped to the end of the line. They give menus while you wait for a reason.

On here again to make another review. I purchased bubba kush sugar online for express pick up and they charged me for bubba kush sugar. But I was given bubba kush crumble. There is a 6$ difference between the two and a 3%thc difference. So I paid 6$ more for a worse product. Tell your employees to read the labels fully!

Military vets beware! I produced my medical Nevada MJ card and they declined me because I have Military I.D. when I called the state who issues Medical said Military I.D is a Vaild I.D to validate a mj card if it can scan and not expired.  They asked me would I like to make an official complaint that could result in a fine for declining medical valid card. I said hell yeah. Go to the thrive, I had no problems with Military I.D and my medical card. Better service, better deal, no racist white people denying military I.D. I am sure we won't here about it and the fine is a drop in a bucket to them but I hope thru get fined. Serviced my country for 10+ years to be declined by some racist white man.

came by and bought some wax, unfortunately cashier at pickup decided to not give me the correct change. order was $44, gave her $50 and she only gave me a couple cents back? plus she tried to rush me thinking i wouldn’t notice. it’s only $6 skimped but regardless i expected better cause i come here regularly and tip.

Hands down the BEST dispensary in the Las Vegas area. They have a huge selection, great flash deals, service is super fast, and the employees are great too. And locals get a discount which is great! Good smoke too, of course!!
