I just had an amazingly awful time speaking with someone who sounded like the manager there. I had an appointment for noon for an initial consult with a pharmacist and no one contacted me. I called around 12:10 only to be told that my name isn't on their calendar. I asked about delivery to my area, only to be told another store, that I already contacted delivered there - it doesn't. The Queens store told me to contact this store. I was then put on hold and he came back to say that "it seems I was right." Neither Long Island or Queens stores delivery to my borough and neither does Hudson Valley. I asked if they delivered to Pelham and was then subjected to a very condensing lecture about how busy they were, how this question was a "moot point," how he didn't have time to go into thing that was unnecessary, and how he was "trying to help me" but I was being "adversarial" and "aggressive." I told him it wasn't a moot point as he had no idea why I was asking the question. I also told him that it was a simple yes or no question and I did not want to be lectured about anything. He got really heated after that.I was being verbally abused and being told to basically shut up and thank him for it. In what world is this ok? How is this good quality service? How can you honestly expect that I'm going to spend any money with this company after being so abused and mistreated. In which universe is this good customer service?You deserve a negative rating. If I could give you a -5 stars I would. U don't even deserve 1 star

I'm a new patient, so Curaleaf was the first dispensary I went to. I found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by the affordable prices, as opposed to other dispensaries that I've researched. I definitely plan to go their again for my medication.

This is by far the best dispensary that I have been to. I have gone to both this location and the Queens location and both have such knowledgeable and friendly staff. They always take the time to know the patients and genuinely seem concerned. I won't go to any other dispensary. Trying the delivery toddy to see how it goes but I trust that it will be just as equal to the service I get at the dispensary.

Outstandingly professional operation from knowledgeable personnel to dependable distribution and delivery. Registration was facilitated by emailing copies of documentation. The only difficult part is AFTER the product arrives in pods that look like miniature salt and pepper shakers getting at the contents is an exercise in creativity. Leveraging off the top is not easy but well worth the effort. The quality is 101%. Patricia A.

I am a Curaleaf fan in general due to their customer loyalty incentives. So in terms of this location, I was impressed with the easy process to order and pick up- especially in a pandemic! Their brand is quality across the product line and their price point is fair for the market imo. Newburgh staff was friendly and even threw a thank you gift in the bag, classy as hell. Highly recommended, haha!

Have been here multiple times, most every occasion the either forget to add names to the list of waiting customers or have an excessive delay because of conversations being had by the staff ignoring people just waiting. Sat and waited for almost 30 minutes prior to having to ask why others, who arrived after I had, were being served before I was only to find out they had not added me to the list and had not noticed.

This was my first ever visit to Curaleaf. I went with my dad, who is a patient, and I am his caregiver. They have incredible COVID precautions set up starting from waiting outside the lobby as only one person is allowed in. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the most friendly receptionist. My dad is a new patient and this was his first time purchasing so he had a bunch of questions/concerns. Charles was absolutely amazing in helping him figure out what he needed. He is an exemplary customer service representative. We will definitely be returning to this location and requesting Charles.  Also, we went during a very busy time, they were having a customer appreciation day. I will say the curb side pick-up line was quite long, but understandable due to COVID and the sales. We had no issue when going inside.

Went here last month for the first time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just got into medical marijuana and they helped me better understand what would help best with my pain. I sat down with them and they reviewed everything with me and told me if I had any questions to call.  I like that in able to get a 10% discount since I have SSD. Great location too. Thanks for the help you guys have given me so far. I'll be back for more

I've got a lot of experience with the program in NY and how things work, and I'll say that the only reason I even go here is because of their location.  I'm sure you will see that they respond in a very polished professional way to this and every other review, but in the end you can't polish a turd.  This place has perfected the process of giving  you a very well trained little show with some smiles while they get your money, and really isn't worth your time unless you are local and can't travel.  Also readers, if you want to give your money to a business or person just cause they give polished responses, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell ya too!  We should chat....   As always my paperwork is in order and I've got some greenbacks so I was able to get what I came for, but not without a bunch of additional headache that was totally unnecessary.  Never got actual answers to my questions either. ( Not interested now, no need to offer.). Their security guard concerned himself with my purchase, records, and a private conversation with the staff and my caregiver which was not his place.  Nobody was aggressive at all and he was just involved because he wanted to be.  Maybe boredom had him looking for somewhere to put his nose?  The staff allowing him to be a part of my conversation with dispensary employees about my records and other private medical information was beyond inappropriate. When their security guard is forcing themself into our conversation and the staff was not concerned about the HIPAA issues I grew more alarmed.  Who knows what that lad discusses with them about each patient and their records that he overhears while no customers are around if hes got the all clear to discuss these things about patients with them around?  Is he trained to answer my questions about the program and dispense my medication?   I'm sure you'll agree his involvement at all in things not related to security isn't appropriate and of dubious legality so for now why not just tell the nice young rent a guard to secure the building and stay out of patient to dispensary conversation.The oral product is fairly consistent.  At a dollar per mg ratio they are neither the most expensive or the cheapest.  Their rather weak and watered down Vapes taste like burning plastic because the extracted oils are mixed with polyethylene glycol, a known toxin and carcinogenic substance.  The cartridges actual physical quality COULD NOT be cheaper, or less reliable.  Mouthpieces detach if you exhale on them, plastic is cheap and thin.  Atomizers inside them are not reliable.  If you go to Alibaba or eBay and search for the dead cheapest cartridges you can get imported in bulk, and then order them from a supplier with one star reviews you would get their same cartridges they are reselling.I've found it better and easier to use a syringe to extract the contents of the cartridges I get from Curaleaf to use in a higher quality cartridge or full vape tank and rig.  When informed that I had two of their cartridges fail entirely on my standard 510 threaded pen battery they basically told me it was my problem.  One had the atomizer overload, quickly glowing followed by smoke and a "pop" seemingly burned out entirely and the other leaked out through the bottom of the cartridge.  No assistance offered, and no conversation about replacing even the filled up burnt out one.  I've used this same battery on dozens of other carts before and since without problems but it's ok.  I love overpaying for low quality product and a smile.They are the only game in town so to speak, so that also adds a tiny bit of value to me but ymmv.  When I have time to travel and want quality products this IS NOT where I shop.  They are like your corner dealer, just reselling the cheapest crap they could get to make a quick buck and giving you a very tough luck attitude when something isn't up to snuff.  They could have wholesaled from other producers with better quality along side their current lineup at least but chose instead the cheapest and lowest quality products to resell only.

It's bad enough NYS is not really a progressive state and the medical marijuana program SUCKS and quite frankly, is a scam at this point.Curaleaf just adds salt to the wound, I mean if you can only sell vape carts, tongue oils and pills, sell the good stuff, and maybe even at a price that makes sense, too much money - makes no sense at this point with the lax flower cannibis laws, you just get a fine for some weed possession now, not even arrested, so your really do yourself zero favor unless your rich and bored.There is almost no reason to go here, it's more of an "alternative medicine" where you feel some effects, but nothing like getting stoned - at all, the only decent cart they have to vape is one that is 70 bucks and is only half a mL and has a "ok" amount of 400MGs of THC, not too impressive.

By far the best economical choice it the area! The best staff and atmosphere!  Out of all the vapes I purchased and it's been a lot I had 2 fail on me and they took care of me no hassle. Sometimes it gets real busy but if you know when to go its smooth.  They are the only dispensary that I've been to that has a point system and allows you to combine discounts a big plus! I have a high tolerance so the blue pills and tincture don't do it for me that doesn't mean they won't work for you. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Best prices, PEG Free Vapes are an option, fast service. This is my go to dispensary to get my monthly meds. (I warn against liquid formula it tastes gross)! Update- new peppermint flavored liquid I have not tried though

Curaleaf Newburgh is a great place to go if you choose to add MMJ to your wellness program. Their friendly staff are extremely knowledgable about alternative medicine and will assist you on your path to better living. I am eager to try the many choices of CBD products as I understand they hold significant health benefits. I highly recommend their products and services.

Products are amazing. Staff could be better... asked a simple question and was put on hold for so long and had to speak to multiple people to get the answer. Took them 45 min to pack up my order.

I have tried a few places and curaleaf Hudson valley is the best. They take the time to understand your needs as a patient.  I have never had a question that they couldn't answer and they make really good recommendations based off of your condition/needs

I judged them harshly in the past and I apologize I know now to bring cash when I go there. My doctor suggested medical marijuana as opposed to oxy cotton my pain has since been reduced for that i thank you

Product has gotten better. Prices still high. But more importantly customer service basically stinks. Front desk at check it is good and welcoming. Once inside the staff are rude and not very helpful. This has been like this for over a year now with no fix. Poor customer service will catch up sooner or later. Put off a lot of customers I know who now travel a little further for friendlier service. Needs new management.

I love this dispensary! It's well lit, the staff are helpful and the place is clean. Even as they are running back and forth during the pandemic, everyone still has a good attitude. The prices are better than other dispensaries in the area.

I was serviced by a gentleman named Charles who was absolutely FANTASTIC! I did I curbside pick up and he took the time to answer my question and was super knowledgeable. His demeanor was very inviting and friendly unlike my previous review above. I will continue to come to this Curaleaf as long as I get service like Charle's and Dana on the phone. I've passed their sign from I-84W and was curious what it was.  So this trip; I made a detour to find out. We went up to the door and read the sign that someone will let you in. There were 2 men standing out side; talking to each other. Didn't pay much attention to them. They said to wait, and if we had papers?  I asked "Like a drivers license?" They were very polite and slightly amused. That's when they explained it's not a regular retail shop. You have to have a script/prescription from your doctor to purchase anything and even without Covid, it's not like going to the galleria. It a cash only business and to purchase anything you need that doctors papers. What did we know? Those cars lined up; are not for the fast food joint next door. I have to give some Star rating, so I figure 2. The guys outside were really nice about it. A mature couple that were clueless. They'll have a funny story to tell tonight.

Best medical dispensary around! Friendly and helpful staff that will help you learn your way around marijuana if you are a beginner. Jeremy is one of the best counter staff . This place is good if you like rules that constantly change, sub par customer service, and products constantly out of stock. When I first started coming here two years ago, it was a different story. Two years ago, the employees were friendly and helpful. Now everyone seems miserable. Plus if you ask two employees you get two different answers. A lot of my complaints are minor, but annoying enough that I would rather check out other places. I ended up going to another location in Queens and it was worth the drive. Take today as an example.  I called this morning to see if they had a particular product in stock (I will note I switched to it because an employee told me it was better than the chews or tincture). Whoever answered the phone said they had so much, there was no reason to put it aside for me. I show up 4 hours later and ... it's out of stock. Also, I tried to come in without a piece of paper two months ago and was turned away (they have it in their system). Today I was told I don't need to show it every time. So which is it?When I was in a few months ago they had a cute little Gingerbread house. Making conversation, I said it was cute to an employee. The employee laughed and said it got broken because employees took it out back to do bong hits.

I honestly consistently have a great experience at this curaleaf. Everybody is really friendly, policy is clear, and you’re definitely getting in and out in spite of it being busy sometimes. Charles helped me last time and he was ever the professional with courteous service. 10 out of 10 guys

Overpriced vape cartridges and semi knowledgeable staff mostly there to get you in and out the door with your weed replacement device. Mostly friendly staff compared to pot shops I've been to in CO and CA. No actual flower to smoke though. I worked here for a month and was fired because I had a panic attack. Must bring your up to date doctor's recommendation or else be turned away. Bring cash because ATM inside has $4 service fee.

I have been coming here for a year now and I must say this entire staff is amazing I have dealt with everyone at least one 10 out of 10 .Zeion is a gentleman there who takes his consideration and customers care to the next level. His rapid curbside service. He always shows up with a smile and a incredibly positive attitude. He is one of many great people that work there. He really sets the standards for customer service. I had my 1st visit I sat down with a gentleman named George he was absolutely fantastic his level of professionalism his knowledge and his personal Consideration to make an honest recommendation was absolutely incredible Every person on the staff I encountered was an absolute pleasure.
