If I could give 0 stars I would! I went into this shop for the first time ever today, and let me tell you I had the WORST experience that I’ve had at any of the shops in Missoula. Literally such horrible customer service, the gal in there didn’t take the time to explain any of the products to me, and was acting as if she didn’t want me to be there. She was sighing and throwing the products I was asking for in the bag aggressively, I found myself apologizing to her because I felt like I was taking to long. All of her comments were very short and rude. I will NOT be returning to this dispensary ever! As someone who works in the field of customer service, I know what good customer service looks like. I don’t know if the gal was just having a bad day or something but that is no excuse for the service I received. Have a great day, and do everything in love.

Bottom Shelf Botanicals. Wish they had at least one person employed that actually cared about the patient or the plant more than the money. You have solid genetics but you are limiting the potential with the flush, and horrible storage of the buds. Get those buds into jars and out of the light! Buds are degraded overall and Terps are lost! Just dries out in pre packaged bags! You know this because you used to do it the right way! Sadly people will still buy this! Good luck guys!

Buds are top shelf indeed and the prices are fantastic with discounts for students and veterans as well! Fast, Friendly, and a knowledgeable staff who just want to help you get what you need to feel better.

Would give 5 stars but haven’t tried other items. Selection is incredible. I mainly use cartridges so when I make the hour plus drive to Missoula I only go here. 97.7% Thc in these carts. Polson, Ronan and Big Fork only have 30-70% thc cartridges. I wish there was a place like this closer to me. Next time I’m in town I will be trying other things. They also offer Veterans discounts every time you go in.
