Just moved from the east coast and it was the first recreational shop I've been to. So let me say I was really impress with the customer service from each of the workers at the shop and definitely look forward to coming back again.

Love the environment and feel of the shop, super comfortable and chill.  Great customer service and excellent product. I highly recommend this shop over others.. I'm straight ripped :)

Convenient location, helpful staff, in and out quickly. Not the most expensive (not cheapest either). My go-to shop.

Not sure how this place stays open! Customer service is terrible the Asian guys who wear the suits are not friendly made me feel very uncomfortable. The weed I got was terrible it had a weird taste almost like a chemical taste.  Not a pleasant experience for my first time ever doing into shop!

Best spot in town. Staff is awesome and super friendly. May not be the cheapest but I won't go anywhere else. Good loyalty program, great selection,  and the pretty ladies there are a bonus.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, do not come here. The employees have terrible customer service. The selection is shit and totally over priced. I felt like I would've been treated better if I had gone to a street dealer. If you know what's good, go across the street to white rabbit or go to Everett and go to bud but. Bud hut as a huge selection too. I will never ever ever come back here or send any of my friends here. Complete snobs. I'm going to speak to management tomorrow (:

They were good but recently I don't go to them. They Never have anything. I called for a product that's been low in the market. They told me they have it. I asked twice to make sure it's the right item they are looking at. I arrive and they say they don't have it. Employees are annoying sometimes. Never show you what you are describing. This stems from lack of knowledge. I go to the one across from them.

I remember when the shop was called High On 99....I believe it was one of the first recreational shops to open doors up in the Lynnwood/South Everett area when recreational use became legal. Even then I remember High On 99 had some pretty great deals on flower, while everybody was charging an arm and a leg. They had grams for as low as 12-15 bucks, and this was when a gram still went for as high as 35-40 bucks at some places. They were also one of the first shops in the area to have a large sign advertising 8ths for as low as 25 bucks.

Not my favorite store anymore. They changed there name to Nirvana and the staff are not knowledgeable and they can't to basic math when you show them your ID. I only go on rare occasions now

Do NOT go to this establishment... I was sold CBD lotion that was bad...they wouldn't exchange it at ALL.  The only solution was to call the manufacturer.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!

Decent shop. Stopped in and bought a couple products. Unfortunately the products where is terrible quality. However, the manager was incredibly nice about it and acknowledged my complaint. He also offered me a discount next time I come in. I can tell this guy really cares about the business

I've come here more than 100 times. To really realize I can't stand going to this place anymore. Wait here because it was close. The customer service is always wacky. They didn't seem to ever really know what they are talking about. I don't shop here anymore. I go across the street to (White Rabbit) Way better customer service actually knowledgeable good prices.

Been coming here for years , so been dealing with the on and off switch of the name/management changes. I officially stopped going a couple weeks ago. I waited to post this review . I was disappointed I went in for a return (first ever I usually don't bother lol) . A simple return of a damaged cart before the return date with a receipt was straight up refused. I had to have 2 men try to mansplain smoking weed to me. It was a full cart so I was shocked when they refused as well as try to get me to pay for another one lol 20% off. Anyways I go to local roots just a bit further down worth it with their customer service . Witnessed them handle a return (customer had same issue) so well and amazing policy.  I'd rather go there than to a place that would choose loosing a loyal customer for a petty transaction.

This place is a big meh. When they were building the place a few years ago they had this big deck with patio furniture--why?? You can't smoke outside, so it was kinda weird, and I'm guessing it was why they originally called it Puff N Chill. It has a different name now.The driveway is steep, and the parking lot is a slope of gravel. When I went in, none of the employees were wearing a COVID face mask or gloves like a couple other shops I've been in lately. One of the girls who helped me wasn't particularly knowledgeable, but her coworker helped her out, which I appreciated. I recommend going across the street to one of the other places on 99.

Under new Management and they are customer focused and super polite. Prices are better than before and the variety of brands and products is has increased compared to what it used to be.

i don't do bad reviews often but seriously don't go here!!!‍‍ they have a very limited selection but the biggest turn off is their lack of weed knowledge and severe lack in customer service. I was a regular at the beginning of quarantine, spending over $100 every week. i know weed so i didn't need help but my 60 year old stoner mom would come with me. they began to recognize us and i got to know some of the budtenders. they use to have a day where it was 20% off if you came in any seattle sports team gear. Towards the end of quarantine they changed it to being only 15% and no college gear ( it had to be professional teams now). when my mom went in with a UW T-shirt a day  after they changed it (she didn't know it had changed) the budtender looked at her and said, in a very condescending tone, "if you think that shirt is going  to get you the discount it's not". Not only was she upset but then finessed into buying an overpriced cartridge that when she got home was not the one she picked out so the the bud tender ended up giving  her the wrong one. i went back into return the UNOPENED cartridge, and explain how poor their service was (because my mom was too intimidated to) and after explaining it all the kid said he could only return it if it was defective. turns out that same kid was the one who gave the attitude to my mom in the first place. and to make matters worse before all this at the beginning of quarantine i was speaking to one of the budtenders about working out and the gyms being closed and he said " i know i was making so much progress before the shutdown" and proceeds to show my a shirtless picture of himself (if you're reading this it wasnt anything impressive might i add). turns out he is one of their managers. i should have stopped going after that but being a woman i sucked it up because this was the closest dispensary to my house. all in all don't go here.

Outstanding experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very easy to talk to. Great selection of products at fantastic prices! Parking is very easy, huge lot!  Excited to see what they have next!

Amazing product selection. So much variety for just 1 dispo. Great deals and great people. Staff was very helpful and informative. Mama T cared about every question I had and gave me a well thought out detailed answer. They really are here to help you and give you THE BEST cannabis experience. The only way you could go wrong is if you went anywhere else but here.

This place is a bit of a meh. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the selection was super small. Went in for edibles and they only have about 5 different brands. It's not a convenient place to get in or out of and it's a bit pricey for what they have. That being said, they are the only place I know of that has Kallisto edibles. I would go back if I want those specific edibles, but otherwise there isn't much of a point as other places have a much larger variety for better prices. It is worth noting that the staff wore masks and maintained a six foot distance between everyone, which is more than I can say for other places, it's just too bad their selection is so tiny.

New favorite spot. Smaller than some other shops but that is a good thing. They go thru their stock way faster so you won't get old dried out stuff and they only stock good products (no shelf-fillers).Staff has always been really friendly, I get treated the same if I'm coming in with $15 or $100.

This store has made some amazing changes. Very welcoming feel when you walk in. Very clean! The staff knows the product well, they’re kind and extremely helpful. Several of my favorite brands at great prices! Best I’ve seen on 99!!

Probably one of the best Dispensaries out there just had multiple discounts some as high 53% off and some of the best staff always nice always a joy to go there.

Best of the best‼️ Great parking, Fantastic inventory, enthusiastic staff who actually welcomes you in with a friendly high as you walk in. Attention to detail and never pushing product. I always get what I need at Puff n Chill.

I have to say this is the only shop I've been to in Lynnwood and I haven't had the want to go anywhere else, the staff here has always been extra friendly and helpful! One time I was short $2 and one of the staff members help cover it. That simple nice gesture will keep me coming back.

What a fantastic environment to walk into. As you walk in the door the friendly staff are quick to great you with a smile and are promptly ready to attend to all your needs. This place has a large selection of products. Everything neatly displayed for your wondering eyes to drool over. If you haven't been here yet then you need to come check it out. Don't be the one that misses out on this fantastic experience. On top of that they have a produce stand in the parking lot with fresh local produce and more to come.
