First off I wanna thank Alex I think his name was( I went in Sunday early morning ) expecting to receive 10 percent off for it being my first time and he ended up letting me know that. They had an early birth special and gave me 20 percent of the whole order. Huge selection of flower, editables. And very high quality concentrates. Definitely going back soon..

Roots dispensary is a great stop on the central coast with it's many top notch selections! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they always have a deal going on everyday of the week. Don't sleep on this place if you're in the area looking for quality products.

Here's the run down:The shop is very nice. I do miss how shops looked back when prop215 was the only thing dispensaries were in compliance with and not prop64. But it is what it is. Anywho this shop, club, whatever different parts of CA calls it, its very well organized, labeled and priced. Which is a big plus so you dont have to keep asking so much questions. The labels from lab test are very informative which is also great. Packaging of products and well thought out and executed. The staffs are great. Some. Some of the folks look out of it and or annoyed. But then there are some who are pretty chill. Those are the ones id rather ask for to assist me. Anywho the prices here are nice. Items ranging from $5 to $$. Will come.back again. Its one of the shops i recommend if you are here in town and LEAF ain't one of them.

I went here for the first time a few days ago about half an hour before closing. Everyone was very nice and helpful, as first impressions go. When purchasing, I made it clear I wanted a sativa or sativa dominant hybrid, as I cannot smoke indica at all. I ended up purchasing a 1/2 oz of point break, as the employee (who turned out to be a manager) said it was a sativa dominant. Upon returning home and trying it, I realized it was definitely not a sativa. I fell asleep almost instantly. I researched online and everywhere says point break is a straight indica. The next morning I called to ask about their return/exchange policy and ended up speaking to the person who sold it to me, the manager. He claimed the brand they bought it from said it was a sativa dominant hybrid, a cross between tangy and wedding cake. well, every reputable website i've checked lists it as a cross of two completely different strains. I wasn't upset, as it wasn't his fault the brand misled them, but I was pretty upset that he denied me any kind of refund/exchange/credit. If I had purchased a small amount I wouldn't have even bothered calling, but it was a $91 purchase!

Love all the flowers, deals, and staff at The Roots! After coming here for the past year, there's still no other place I'd go!

Good inventory, friendly staff. Had just what I was looking for, I was in and out in five minutes. I'll be back for sure.

Wow, first time in there and had $20 to spend Unfortunately they couldn't help me with one single thing except some crappy pre-roll. And even as a first-time discount customer they still couldn't meet my needs and I had to walk when there's 5 employees working the only way to keep a business running is never let a customer walk without purchase. You dropped the ball Roots I will never walk in that store ever again. Visit Cropland Dispensary on Chestnut and 2nd Street they will help you with discounted products and meet your monetary needs.

I am not from the Central Coast area but constantly go here with my husband. now i know where to go when i'm in town! Good prices and good service. Would definitely come back again!

When ever I order or go in to the store, I am greeted, checked in and the SELECTION is Excellent. The Bud tenders are very helpful and great for information. The Delivery Drivers are always very informative and quick.You have to try ROOTS. James

Out of all the shops in Lompoc I would say this is the best. Top shelf products at great prices and everybody that works here is always super helpful and friendly. I would recommend it🤙

The Roots boasts a great selections of concentrate, bud, edibles, disposable carts, and more. Their prices are already reasonable, but I highly recommend you take advantage of their daily deals and rewards system. Employees are always friendly and ready to help.
