Budtenders have excellent knowledge of proper medicating regimens and techniques.

Bloom Montana in Lolo is my favorite dispensary! The budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Heidi and Matt are outstanding managers and have made sure I've been satisfied with their products. They have a great variety of flavors in flower, dab, oil, concentrate, and edibles! I enjoy looking at their flower! I highly recommend checking it out! Keep up the great work! Thank you!

This place is one of the best I have been to recommend highly to anyone who wants to try a new place or make this their new place to visit. Thank you Bloom.❤️

First I'll say that their products are excellent. Unfortunately, what I'm giving a 1 star for is the fact that it was my very first time there and when I arrived there was music blasting and I rang the door bell because the door was locked, and I wasn't sure if they heard me so I rang it a few more times. I waited for a while then someone answered the door and I said hello, and the lady that answered told me that I needed to wait for her to answer the door and that she takes a while to answer and I don't need to ring the bell more than once. I told her I didn't know if she could hear me or that it was a locked business. She seemed very short with me and very rude to me when I asked about her products, she seemed still frustrated about the door bell. She was very rude the entire time I was picking out product, which in my opinion, made it difficult to even enjoy the experience of a new place. I am a small business owner myself, and in customer service a business should regard clients as a paying customer who is supporting their business and therfore treat them all with respect. I did nothing wrong to rub her the wrong way. But because I was not treated that way at all its given me a really bad taste in my mouth about ever wanting to return to this store in worry that I would have to deal with that rude person again. Granted I only am referring to one employee in particular and have never seen or met another person in that store but she ruined it for me.

I made the honest mistake of bringing my trailer on my day to day business. I also made the mistake of choosing the place.. mind you I only did it because your on my way to Tractor Supply! But she was late to work and still decides that me parking my trailer off to the side for a 2 min interaction was not gonna work for her. So unless your desperate or just live near this place, I suggest you take your hard earned money somewhere else. To the grower in the back… I hope my trailer didn’t bother you for the 2 seconds it was there.
