I rate the staff at Trulieve Lake City 5 stars all day long!!There is definitely a positive and productive vibe throughout the place. The 4 star rating is because the only available products were indica and I prefer strictly sativa usually. With that being said, I would like to personally thank Troy G for assisting me and really helping me pick through all the indica. Mr. Troy G's recommendation of GDP was spot on!! He was patient , and very informative. Just a top knotch guy who deserved a personal shout-out!

This trulieve location is probably the friendliest store I have been too. I love how they greet you and genuinely try to remember you and make you feel at ease when shopping for cannabis. I love how knowledgeable they are about each product.I would have to say don't feel embarrassed these people make every effort possible to make you feel at home. I want to give heather. W a special shout out for assisting me in choosing my cartridges and I hope next time I come to this location I can see her again.

While the Lake City location was very short on product he engaged my needs and found the best product for me. He was very kind and made the atmosphere delightful! Thank you again, bro

First I want to say I am thrilled trulieve is now offering recycling of your med containers something I have been suggesting since they opened. Maybe they will offer discount promos for people recycling their med containers? I have to say inventory is beginning to improve. Bradley my customer service rep was excellent knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of all specials and promotions to maximize my purchase. It is great when a rep like Bradley takes the time to help you identify the products most helpful for your needs and further makes sure you get the best bargain , Highly recommend!!!
