Amber was my Cannabis connoisseur a couple of days ago and I was extremely happy with her expertise and friendliness. This is my favorite dispensary in Kirkland and I HIGHLY recommend it to others ;)
This place is a joke where all the bud tenders like Kate are too high to help because everyone is doing drugs and never follow the COVID-19 restrictions while they treat the customers like dog shit for asking about other strains they didn't recommend. Do not go here!!!
I come here 3-5 times a week and they def have a good selection and their customer service is amazing. I have been to many dispensaries and i like that they are honest about their product and what you are looking for and get you hooked up with the right stuff Not just sell you something to make a sell. My favorite bud tenders are Kathleen Rivera and Honey aka honeybear. They help me just one time and the second time i went in they recognized me in 2 secs and remembered what she sent me home with and was so nice and professional and knows her stuff. She hooked me up with the gelato and was fire and couldnt of been nicer. Shes always smiling and cleaning and quick to help me. I appreciate her being there and look forward to coming back many times in near
Good upbeat environment. Variety galore.! Should be the go to place for anyone looking for great quality and service. Pricing is very fair and staff are great too. Oh yes. Conveniently located off I-405 , easy access. Enjoy your visit
I was excited to try this place at the recommendation from friends but left yesterday feeling disappointed. The young man working the pick up window was very kind & rushed right over to help me and offer suggestions. He then passed me off to a rude woman who acted like she couldn't be bothered to ring up my goods. The whole time i felt very rushed & couldn't even look around. Not everyone knows exactly what they're looking for when they walk in the door! Their prices seem to be more costly compared to other dispensaries in the area too. Won't be returning.
I love Evergreen Market!! ALL of their locations, have left me feeling well taken care of as a customer and their selection is great. I never have to wait long when I do go in, and online ordering is a breeze. I compare every shop I step into, to Evergreen. And few have measured up. I have been smoking for 28 years and will go nowhere but Evergreen. The only exception is if I'm out while at home. I live in Lake Stevens and am very sad to say we have no Evergreen Market...:(
Extremely unprofessional staff. Go to higher leaf or Mary Jane which are both very close instead. Don't waste your money or time here with people that are too high to help you
Being in the industry and going here is really hard because of the lack of education in their budtenders.I've literally asked staff what some crosses of new strains are and their answer is just 'sativa dude you'll like it". Sativa is not a genetic..Staff is usually pretty inhospitable, and I feel like that takes a lot of work to do sometimes in the cannabis industry. I've gone here for a while... nice outside, not inside sorta thing. Mids for days but guess what they've got good product for 60$ What a rip off
Having been to my fair share of dispensaries, this is one of the cleanest and most organized shops I've seen. Outside of COVID, you can walk in and be assigned to a specific staff member who is there to help you find the best products for your needs (whatever those needs may be). They ask you questions based on your current product use in order to find you other products that you might also like, or even prefer. Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional. Currently, you can order online for pick up which is extremely efficient. The store is decorated in a way that I feel appeals to many people. It looks secure without feeling like you're in a dark barred-windows type building. Despite it being over 15 miles from my house, this is still my go-to shop now.
I had purchased a few products about 2 weeks prior, including 2 vape cartridges. However I was not informed that one of the cartridges was an Airo Pro. This would not be an issue if not for the fact Airo cartridges only fit Airo pens (of which I do not own). I came in to return the cartridge today and spoke with a manager. I was told the policy for return is 1 week, which seems completely unreasonable. Not only this, but the manger said his employees are specifically trained not to sell products people don't have parts for. Apparently not, as a result I spent $45 on a cartridge I can't use. I ended up bringing my business to a different place who made an effort to make things right, unlike this place.
Highly don't reccomend ever coming here. So these people are probably on the verge of being closed cause they've already been busted selling to minors. I've been driving my brother with a suspended license here since they opened & today they decided to have a problem with it. I'm 21 yet they should not need to see my ID nor be as discriminatory as they were. When he called for a corporate number the woman on the phone said she did not have one which isn't true, any manager knows the corporate number. She stated the number is on the website yet it is not. I do not think you guys will be open much longer with the poor service you're providing. :) good luck buddies
I've been coming here for months, and I've had 0 problems with having a chewed up ID (I own a husky, my wallet is in terrible condition so obviously its going to be chewed) and the person who checks the ID always says its not a problem. But today I go in, and I'm told they no longer will allow them? I've been here several times and have been allowed to purchase before. This seems a little bit rediculous. I can come in twice a month for 2 months and be told no problem? Wont be coming here anymore.
Amber was very knowledgeable and helpful. I often times have difficulty figuring out what I need and she was able to answer all of my questions and direct my to exactly what I wanted. Made the entire experience so enjoyable and easy! Thank you!
Tariq Dyson was so helpful, great worker! Please keep him around! The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of but other than that Evergreens the best in Kirkland!
Do not visit this business if you are hoping to protect yourself from COVID-19 Coronavirus. I've regularly shopped at this dispensary since they opened and have spent hundreds of dollars. On March 14, 2020 I placed an order and went to pick it up. I wore an N-95 mask on the advice of my doctor as I'm immune compromised. I went to the pickup window and provided my drivers license as well as my state medical marijuana ID card. I'm a medical marijuana patient. The employee refused to allow me to pick up my order without removing my mask. I explained that my doctor advised me to wear a mask an that I am immunologically compromised. They refused. I asked to speak with a manager, she also refused. I purchase marijuana for medicine, I had all of my appropriate ID and this store chose to put myself and others at risk by forcing removal of my mask. This business is literally putting their customers at risk for contracting COVID-19 and they are encouraging unsafe practices. They are not wiping down doors and they had no sanitizer at their pickup counter. Please do not give this business your money, they are a threat to the health and safety of our community. Not all dispensaries are doing what they are and I was able to easily pickup my meds at a different dispensary. I'll never return to Evergreen Market.
Very rude staff! Prices are too high! They were too lazy to find out if they have what's on their menu. And, keep saying we don't have it if it's not out in the showcase. But, their menu online was showing they had it. So, I wouldn't recommend shopping at Evergreen Market. If you're going to shop in Kirkland, the best places are Mary Jane or even Higher Leaf.
I used to like this place until I went in last time( been there 56 times) and out of nowhere my ID was "tagged" what ever that means? And i have no criminal history, so they denied me entrance to store. Not ever going back or attempting to to back again. Unbelivable
Always very friendly and knowledgeable about most products. Prices are competitive. Budtenders are awesome and easy parking.
Everyone here is super friendly and fun to talk to. I go regularly and it feels like I am part of the family when I stop in to purchase some goodies. They have a decent selection of products and sales/discounts are decent. It is for sure on the cheaper end of dispensaries out there which I personally enjoy because I am not trying to spend an entire paycheck on some prerolls.
I love evergreen market it's my go to dispensary to get weed and I am never disappointed with any of the products. My boyfriend and I love coming here and the staff is usually so welcoming expect for one. Every time we have her as our bud tender we always feel rushed and never has her full attention, even if we are the only ones in the shop. There is a lot of brands out there that him and I don't know about and we're pretty down to try anything. She misses the opportunity to up-sell us on anything and usually when we are dealing with her we try to keep the questions to a minimum since she makes us feel like we are bothering her by asking and of course her answers are short and fast. All around a great place to get quality weed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .. Extremely rude and they will lie to you face .. their Disposable pens are GARBAGE .. don't buy because u won't be able to return .. Go 2 mins east to MARY JANE , much better selection and extremely friendly and nice ..
Up until about 4 days ago I'd never so much as been within 10 feet of anything related to cannabis. After 3 months of quarantine and a whole lot of work-related stress, I decided (with the endorsement of basically every friend I have) to try a high-CBD, low-THC tincture. The person I spoke to over the phone was super helpful; I told her what I was looking to avoid (panic attacks, angry outbursts, stress-related freakouts) and what I wanted to still be able to do (function). She recommended a product by Fairwinds, which was different than my research. So I went with the recommendation, because what the @#$% do I know about any of this? Not a thing.Going to the Kirkland location was refreshing. The employees are masked, pleasant, with social distancing spots marked on the floor. Hand sanitizer is available, the air is clean, and the countertop was spotless. Pretty sure I could have eaten off of it. I personally did an online pickup, where I ordered on the website and grabbed it at the shop. All tax is included on the website; if you see $60, that's what you pay at the store.Important: Everything is cash only, so come prepared. There's an ATM in store, so sanitize once you're done with it.Overall, as a complete newcomer to anything cannabis-related, Evergreen Market was helpful and clean and an easy experience. Also this CBD oil is fantastic. As someone with anger issues I've never been this calm in my life. Thanks, 'budtenders.' I appreciate it.
If you like high school drop outs who can't do basic math, know nothing about their product and still have an uppity attitude because they sell drugs, then you'll love this place! For everyone else, Mary Janes not far away is a much better spot with similar deals and people with half a brain. Never setting foot in this "Evergreen" dump again.
I'm frustrated that they had me wait for three minutes to get in with only two customers in the store. Now I'm waiting to check out as they only have one checker. This is a stop for the desperate or people who have unlimited time.
Jacked prices, kids too stoned to get their math right, had a special on halfs so thats what I came to get, they were apparently out of the halfs but still had quarters so i said okay just give me two quarters and that will make a half, but then he said they were not going to give me the discount even though its no different amount or a different strain from the half its just in 2 bags instead of 1.Everyone bagging on them for not being uber strict with plandemic 1984 is a total cuck and i wish i had been in when they were being lax because they are snotty about wearing face muzzles every time ive been there.Higher leaf still makes you wear the face tampon but at least their prices are better and their staff has a higher IQ, go there, its literally a mile away.
I loved the branch door divider thing, it was a cool first thing to see when you entered. Store itself was set up easily enough to figure out where to find what you needed, but also had great assistance from the budtender to direct. Was given some great recommendations and was extremely pleased with my purchase. In fact I'm kinda bummed because I live on the other side of the state and cant find the farms in our dispensaries. I didn't shop at a busy time, so I had no problem waiting and can't comment on how well they handle rushes, as i see some of the other reviews stressed that. either way I'd stop in again next time i'm in town, and have told my friend who lives in kirkland she should shop there.
I think the guy who helped us tonight was on cocaine. He couldn't complete a sentence. He was unable to stand in one place, mumbled incoherently, and spoke so fast we couldn't understand him. My GF needed something for pain and he couldn't answer a single question. The dude was tripping. He made her so uncomfortable, we bailed before buying anything. He did tell us he took super high amounts of THC everyday. Whatever it was, you might want to get some help bro. Weird as hell experience. Won't be coming back.
Not real happy with their ID or privacy policy. Had been coming here since they opened because they were the closest dispensary to me that sold a certain product. I did not like having to hand my ID over to them so they could scan me into their database. I was told that I didn't have to, that I could tell them to 'Just look, no scan.' So that is what I did. It worked for two years but last time I went, I was lied to and told that their POS system wouldn't let them sell to me without a scan. I've read their privacy policy. They reserve the right to do anything 'business' related with their database. They also reserve the right to sell their database to a third party. I am not at all comfortable with that, so I will no longer shop there. Don't need to now that Higher Leaf also sells what I am looking. If you care at all about your privacy, don't shop here.
I called in this morning to ask about a product that they had but I wanted to make sure it wasn't a typo, since I've been to one of there other stores and it said it had the product but when I got there it was a typo. Anyway as I go to let this rude lady know that she gos to tell me that no they don't make that and if it's says it designer runts than that's what it is, so I try to explain that I've gotten something else that was supposed to be that from another store and the purpose of the call was to verify so I ask can you please double check and I get attitude the whole time the she comes back like yeah designer not dessert like I said. Now I've been shopping with this company awhile and I spend at least 2-4 hundred dollars a week here and now I'm looking for a new place because I should never receive service like this especially when I'm only asking a question so I don't waste a trip but hey thanks.
Close and convenient, never had any issues besides occasionally a long wait to get ID checked but that means other customers are taking their time.
Went for my first time yesterday. Selection was great and was able to snag some of the White Truffle flower from Lifted. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable will def be back.
The staff here is always super chill, they've always been very nice and understanding, and have always been incredibly helpful. Every time I had a question they'd be very knowledgeable, and if it was something they couldn't answer, they could always find someone who could. 11/10, would definitely come back again (and often do)
Out of the 4 options that I know available to Kirkland regarding dispensaries, I have to rank this one the Last one to consider spending your cash. The reasons below are ranked from most important to nit picky. 1. Prices - To be honest I have no idea how this place is still in business when the competition has so much bang for your buck and better quality. HIgher Leaf and Maryjane will get you much more. You are lucky to find any 10 pack of edibles under $35 or any 8th for under $45. I am assuming that because this is a chain store, they can afford to drive away the customer base and take the loss. Your prices are insulting Evergreen. 2. Customer Service - I don't think this point is too fair as this was when this dispensary was brand new and quite some time ago, but it was the only time I went in, and likely the last. When I arrived there is a mandatory scanning of your ID. Fine though I really don't like that. I usually view my product before purchasing and the employee seemed to be confused on this process. I literally could not see the product through the glass concealing the products. I want to see the percentile region at the least. Over the coarse of looking at 2 different strains, the employee seemed to be really confused and anxious as to why someone left a joint near his post that must of been placed there from earlier in the shift, he cut me off twice to speak into his CIA-like microphone asking, nearly begging, someone to take this joint back to where ever it came from. Bad trip buddy? Not sure why else it was such a priority as I was the only customer in at the time. It's all good but he seemed to be freaking out progressively. Not a good vibe. 3. Ordering system - They put your order together in the back. I guess this creates jobs but feels very strange and very redundant. This isn't any other state. I hope this system changed by now let a lone the one entrance and one exit doors. 4, Parking Lot Entrance / Exit - If you know this area you know what I am talking about. You have to have a stunt driving license just to be able to get in and out. Props to all those who have survived. 5. Sales are the same every week according to the website. Nothing new to see with that said. Everywhere else offers better deals. That's about it from what I saw in late 2019. Hope this place at least changes their prices if they want to keep the lights on.
I use this shop often for online orders and pick ups, glad to have them in the area. More of a neighborhood feel quality, selection, staff and location all work together for a good experience.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff as a whole, fantastic! I always feel special and remembered like they are the “Cheers” of my cannabis shop. More importantly they have staff members that always leave me smiling. The daytime manager is the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with in the cannabis industry . He is a great asset to the team.
